It wasn't a great first night as we arrived late with my partner and a cranky 1 year old and there was no travel cot in the room as I requested but that got sorted first thing in the morning. It's ashame there is no double beds only 2 singles but we just put the beds together. Mattresses a little on the hard side not very comfortable for my liking but other than that everything was great. Receptionists and housekeeping were so lovely and smiley! Everything was clean and tidy, food was good! Great views from our apartment.

Major disappointment! I feel terrible for booking this resort and really feel like I need to make it up to my wife.
This hotel all but ruined our honeymoon. Rundown, entertainment ended by 10pm, no air-conditioning and the fan barely worked. The food was dull, the pool was small, the staff weren't helpful, the facilities were shocking and the surrounding area lacked any kind of entertainment.
Many guests complained about there being no karaoke even though it was advertised on the events list, on 2 consecutive weeks. All planned events were totally underwhelming and ran by one! man who seemed to work from 10am - 10pm.
I'm certain my terrible review will appear as if i have some kind of issue with the resort but what can i be but honest. Even though the hotel is a little off the beaten path i chose it because it scored 78ish on the review sites. But how this can be a 4 star resort, god only knows :(

Finishing on our last day here. We have had a wonderful time here. The cleaners were lovely ladies and did an excellent job. Our apartment was a two bedroom and it had three balconies. It was beautiful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well kitted out for a holiday. The entertainment at the hotel was good and kept the children amused. We wouldn't go for the food next time. For the money it was okay I guess but could be a lot better. We did half board which was ideal. So breakfast and an evening meal. Which you can swop if you wish. I.e. we ate out one night so we had the lunch the next day instead. The pool area was spotless and was cleaned every morning. The lifeguard is lovely and very friendly with everyone. One of the fans had a screw fall out and it was fixed the very next morning. Overall we had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Highly recommended it but suggest you hire a car. We were able to around with great ease and see more with the car.

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. Would however recommend to others, we used it as a base and travelled into Los Christiano every day, lots of little restaurants close by which offer a good variety.

Nice place and in the process of being fully refurbished. At the moment the place is good but dated, the views are ok and the pool is a bit small. But we feel so relaxed hereand it is a nice location. The staff are great, there is some pool side entertainment every day and the restaurant is good too, especially the restaurant staff. We have been 3 times now.
