The animation was great!! 10/10.
Really good shows every night, various things to do during the day for kids and adults, and the animation staff is so nice, especially the one in charge, Alberto. All of them make you feel so happy and welcome.
The cleaning of the room and the public toilets was not very good. Everyday there was something to complain about the cleaning. 1 day we had to go to the reception 5 times to address the same complaint about the cleaning and only then they solved it. The reception staff was by the way very friendly, but not very pro-active.
The water of the main pool was dirty. My son got an ear infection of it. The adults pool was great. Beautiful view, and very quiet.
The food was not good price-quality. It was not very bad, but you would definitely expect more variation and better quality in a 4 star hotel.
The cocktails were pre-mixed and really low quality. Also, not all the drinks are all inclusive. The beer is good.
The location of the hotel is a little boring. Beautiful view, but there is not much to do in the near environment of the hotel.
The room was very beautiful and spacious.
I would recommend this hotel, but for 1 week maximum. After that, you get bored of the food and because there is nothing to do outside the hotel. Overall, we have had a really nice time. We stayed for 9 days and that was enough.

We really enjoyed our week with you. A couple of faults though. Our room (A106) was damp as we had a humidifier going 24/7 that was rather noisy and we were constantly emptying it. The shower head was in the ensuite was broken we ask for it to be repaired and it wasn't.
The room had a lovely terrace with a sea view. The soul night was fabulous. The rest of the evening entertainment wasn't that good unfortunately. Location wasn't bad a short walk to the shops and bars.

This is my seventh time in this hotel and we love it more each year. We return here for many reasons such as location, rooms facilities but also for the staff. Maria and her team in reception are amazing. Carlos in the restaurant was always welcoming but sadly he has finished this year which was sad. The pool bar staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners do a wonderful job and are very friendly.

We stayed here for a week and can only say what a great hotel.
Room was spacious with a fantastic sea view
Food was very good for a all inclusive
Location was quiet but a 15 minute walk into the local shops, restaurant and bars.
With a 40 minute walk to the main town and harbour.
Loved it.

We stayed for 7 nights at the start of September based on the positive reviews of the hotel and the desire for somewhere quiet with good views. This is not a 4 star however, maybe 3.
The Pro’s:
- stunning views from our “Sea View” room which made up for most of the issues we had
- good location and easy links to Cala D’or or further afield
- multiple pools, which came in handy when the main pool was overrun with children screaming or obnoxious loud drunks in the afternoon
The Con’s
- the room smelt terrible. The AC was mouldy which resulted in a foul smell. When we reported it, the reception brought up fans so we could have some cool air in the room upon request. I don’t think this would have been done without asking, however. The AC was “fixed” but the smell still remained. Even worse the cleaners would leave the AC on once they had been in the room meaning we would return to a smelly room each day.
- The space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom was shocking. Absolutely no room whatsoever which meant having to shuffle around a bed to get to the other side. If you were in anyway a larger person, it would be uncomfortable.
- The balcony was disgusting. Everything from clumps of hair to what looked like cigarette marks on the floor. I had to at one point clean the balcony so I felt comfortable being on it without shoes.
- The food was nothing to write home about. If you had anything more than Breakfast booked here I felt sorry for you, but it’s typical of these types of places.
- The receptionist claimed they didn’t take credit cards when we checked in, despite when I booked I gave them a card on file which she couldn’t charge? That seemed weird to me. No matter the type of hotel, to expect payment as the VERY first thing when you get there was a little annoying as we had to ensure we could use our debit cards/move money into an account we could access ASAP.
- €10 deposit for towels & irons. Must be cash. ATM is outside for you to take cash out but it charges you a fee, which I think is slightly annoying. Why is it costing me money when you have my card on file? Why can’t you charge it to the room if there are any issues?
- bathroom was mouldy due to no ventilation. The mirror was covered in mould which I originally thought was the design until I looked closer and wiped it off. Very off putting and didn’t make me feel clean when using the bathroom
- Finally, our door didn’t lock sometimes which was a real concern.
