Pros:
Really good value with its own beach access. Also you can use all the three hotel facilities. So many swimming pools and play areas for smaller kids.
Indoor pool if it's chilly outside.
Few restaurants on site and a small but handy shop too.
The apartment was spacious, very well equipped. The bed is massive and comfy even the sofa bed is alright for taller teenagers.
Cons:
The apartment is a bit dated and the sea view wasn't spectacular shouldn't have pay an extra for this. The ground floor apartment was cold and there was no proper bedding in April.
The half board is not worth it. The breakfast was alright but the place was so crowded. The dinner wasn't really good, cheap buffet meals, only a few options and the drinks not included.
You have to pay an extra fee plus deposit for the beach towels and the reception is so far.

We recently stayed in Alfagar village and it exceeded all my expectations. It literally has everything you need and want in one place. The grounds are so well kept, the staff are so unbelievably nice and pleasant. It's so clean and the choice of restaurants is amazing. All my kids enjoyed the pools and slides and the football. We cannot wait to return 👌

We stayed at the Alfagar Village a few weeks ago and loved it. We will definitely come back.
Apartment although a little dated was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Aircon works well, loads of cupboard space. We were ground floor and had a pool just out the back which was great.
The village shares the facilities with the hotel as well as the Colina over the road. You can use any pools and facilities across all sites. This made there so much choice. There's a smaller restaurant for buffet near the village and then a bigger buffet restaurant at the Colina. Great food selection. Staff were all lovely and helpful.
One night we got woken at 2am by a loud party going on above our apartment. We called reception who sorted it promptly and even called again the day after to check how things had been. Great customer service. Couldn't fault it. You can easily walk down to the beach....quite a few steps but our 4 year old managed it. You can also walk the road way to the beach too.
We hired a car and parking at the village was easy and always managed to get a space outside our apartment.
Great holiday

Alfafar Village , we've been to this apart-hotel for like 5 or 6 years in a row now, it's a very good hotel in the area where it is located, we like the easy access to the beach nearby, the football pitch, the deep swimming pools and the ones for kids, the lounge zone, etc. The only bad thing about the hotel is the breakfast, because it is always the same, and after some days you just don't want to eat it. Everything else is perfect.

Good place to stay, easy to travel if you rent a car. Conveniently located easy access to the beach. Town walking distance. Supermarkets across the road.
Rooms are clean. However, we did have a problem with the bathroom. I think one of the pipes was leaking as there was always wet around the toilet wall and very stinky.
