We were in a bungalow room . Room was nice and plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback was room was a bit small . The staff at the aladdin cannot be faulted. Friendly, sociable and welcoming . This hotel couldn't do any more for us . The staff of note were can the housekeeper . He kept the room so clean on a daily basis . Mahadl the small pool barman was exceptional. So helpful and attentful . Great experience all round . Would recommend this hotel to friends and family . Entertainment was good. Food was plentiful and tasty in the restaurant and the ala carte restaurants were very good . Plenty of sun loungers both on the beach and at the pools .

We booked standard room but after arrival we didn’t liked it at all. Old furniture and not properly cleaned. So we asked for an upgrade to Deluxe family room for $20/night and that was much nicer and cleaner. The Hotel area is really nice and staff very friendly. The food is also ok but the hotel evening entertainments are just horribly boring. So don’t be surprised to see most people staring their phone instead of “enjoying” the entertainment. Good luck 😉

Amazing place, great staff … we will definitely come back . Was also my husband birthday and they send a cake to the room :) housekeeping also decorated his bed and made him a cake from towels. We stayed 2 weeks but felt like 2 days,we would have loved to stay longer . Kids already miss all their “brothers “ (aqua park staff ).

Amazing experience- ignore all bad reviews. This resort is only 12-15 min away from airport. Please pre book ur taxi or have uber app in ur phone and sim with internet from airport. The uber taxi for single journey is as cheap to approx £1.50 or around 94LE approx. Checking in is so easy and u have service that people take ur luggage to the room you have. So many options for food but mostly would suit European food as a Pakistani I found it a bit bland only had chicken tikka once as a Pakistani/Indian dish but would love to have more variety. Unlimited drinks available throughout the day. Lots of swimming pool available for all ages from babbies to toddlers to adults. Amazing aqua park and has facilities such as snooker table, tennis, basketball ball, kids club where u can leave ur details and leave ir kid with child minder. Different activities and play area scattered in the resort. Has a beautiful lake would be worth taking pics seems like Maldives from behind or in pics. Toilets even have ac and fully cleaned. In dinning area they also have a separate place for kids with mini chairs and tables and separate kids menu too.. if going alone keep ur plates or food with u all times as staff is very efficient making dinning area look clean so they would tip everything to bin when not around they might be asumuming one is done with food. Rooms are cleaned daily have a safe and fridge filled with mineral water all times. Downfall- just be careful from the pharmacy located near in this resort he over price everything get ur own paracetamol for urself and kids and any medicine to help upset stomach or diarrhoea. Kids paracetamol cost only 31LE in Egypt it has price marked on box the pharmacy guy in the resort was asking 2500 LE so worst case scenario walk out 10 min down just ask one of the local guy to pop in and get for u. U can bring ur own conditioner for hair as the bathroom only had shampoo.. no complementary toothbrush or toothpaste. As international if u are intrested in booking other activities I would suggest find deals and booking in advance cuz as international it is expected to be over priced. Overall was an amazing experience they have bbq outside and in night kids annimations and traditional Egyption dances by groups
