The area is big, clean and just pretty, the beach lovely, the massages absolutely great. The stuff is well trained and complaints will be heard and solved immediately. For families an absolutely must be!

First and last time.
Where to start?! The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and fairly modern, but the meals in the main restaurant were almost the same every day. The service in the restaurants was nice, but in the pool bars they didn't even try to be nice (some of them). !!!!!! But the way the touts on the beach (some of them) from Red Sea Sky were cheating was too much. One of them sold me a one-day diving trip. There were supposed to be two dives for 25 minutes each, lunch and a return to the hotel. Since this was my seventh trip to Egypt, I asked him three times (to make sure) if we were going ONLY for diving, of course he confirmed three times that yes. It turned out that there were two dives, only the total time was 28 minutes. I pointed out to the "instructor" that it was supposed to be 2 x 25 minutes, he became aggressive, saying that they couldn't have told me that when selling me this dive. Then they announced that we were sailing for an hour's stop to Paradise Island, which has nothing to do with paradise and which was not supposed to be in my and two other people's plans. Conclusion: please be careful with Red Sea Sky, if you buy something from them, ask for details, when diving check the time spent underwater.

Good Value for Money but Some Drawbacks
Firstly, I must say this resort offers fabulous value for money. We booked a quick getaway while it was snowing back home, and the warm weather did not disappoint. The Aladdin Beach Resort is a large property with plenty of amenities. While it’s not my ideal destination, we were traveling with family, and the resort did meet our needs overall.
The resort was clean, and the beach was superb—a real highlight of our stay. However, the rooms were just okay, and the food was average at best. We weren’t informed of the extensive building work happening during our stay, which was disappointing. While it wasn’t dusty or overly disruptive, it did block the view, and the sound of machinery starting at 8 a.m. wasn’t ideal.
The service was hit or miss. Some of the bar staff were great, but others seemed indifferent. Security at the hotel was extremely tight—if you weren’t wearing your wristband, you were subjected to several questions before being allowed back in even offering photo ID and booking information you were prohibited re-entry until phone calls were made and was quite intimidating. While this reinforced the sense of safety inside the resort, it was a constant reminder of the region’s security concerns.
The all-inclusive drinks were below average. Beer was often served in small glasses, which meant constant trips to the bar, and the wine was undrinkable. On some evenings, we gave up entirely and went to bed early. The evening entertainment was also subpar, with excessively loud music and outdated speakers, which was more annoying than enjoyable.
On a brighter note, the resort made great efforts with decorations for Christmas, New Year, and Russian Christmas, which added a festive touch. The pool area was clean, with the bonus of some heated pools—a definite advantage for the kids in our group.
One downside was the persistent haggling from vendors, both in and around the resort. While the resort offered red flags to signal you didn’t want to be disturbed, these were scarce, and we often found ourselves having to fend people off more than we wanted. The hotel toilets were constantly being cleaned which was good, though attendants could be intrusive. However, some back areas of the hotel, especially near the kitchens around the beach bar, looked shabby and weren’t as clean.
Transfers to and from the hotel were easy as we organised them ourselves. We occasionally used Ubers, though drivers often asked for more money than the app showed, which was frustrating.
Overall, while this resort offers decent value for a cheap family holiday with great weather, the holiday culture in Egypt isn’t for me. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly trip with a nice beach and can overlook the drawbacks, the Aladdin Beach Resort might suit your needs. However, I personally wouldn’t
