This was our 4th time staying at an Acrotel property, and once again, we had a really enjoyable experience , this time at Acrotel Lily Ann Boutique Hotel in Nikiti.
The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to a private beach that’s clean, quiet, and perfect for families.
One of the things that keeps us coming back is the hospitality. A special mention to Nafsika at the front office, always helpful, professional, and incredibly guest-oriented. She was a real pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.
At the restaurant, Vanessa and Konstantina were so warm and friendly. They always greeted us and our kids with big smiles and made every meal feel relaxed and pleasant. Christos, the service supervisor, was also fantastic—professional, kind, and clearly leading the team with care.
The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful. However, cleaning in some public areas could be improved, and the breakfast menu felt a bit limited, especially in terms of non-pork meat options.
That said, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for families; great beach, lovely staff, and a calm setting.
We’d also like to congratulate the hotel manager for putting together and leading such a genuinely strong and welcoming team. It’s the people that make a difference, and your team certainly does! Looking forward to coming back again.

the hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly staff. food is varied. pool clean. the beach is clean and tidy. any recommendation. we will probably be back. in one word without a flaw.

We had an extraordinary experience at Acrotel Lillyan Beautique Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff was top-notch, always smiling and eager to help, making our vacation truly delightful. Their attention to detail pleasantly surprised us, especially when we celebrated our first wedding anniversary.
The breakfast and dinner were varied, well-balanced, and delicious. The beach was enjoyable, featuring a bar, extremely comfortable sun loungers, and beach towels. In May, the water can be quite cold, but there is also the pool, perfect to take a bath. I recommend water shoes for the sea and in the evening, mosquito spray is a must.
We are very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely return with pleasure. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in great location, near Nikiti on a private beach. The beach is quiet, always have beds, you get free towels, sunbeds and umbrella. The beach is with small stones and inside there are small rocks, just take water shoes (6euro in market in nikiti).
The hotel is small, basic, you don't have what to do inside, but in the yard you have restoraunt and beach bar where the breakfast and dinner is served and also you can have lunch or drinks, the sunset from here is breataking.
Take room with sea view becouse the view is excellent, otherwise you will have bad view. The room is basic, but big and comftable. The personel is very friendly and nice.
Nearby is Acrotel Athena Palace which is more beatifull, with more restaurants and great pool area, but the suits are in walking dictance and if you are with little kids you will need to leave the kids in room which i don't recommend. Also they have very small beach and the quests are using the beach in front of Lily Ann.
So if you are with kids I recommend Lily Ann and some of the nights you can go in Athena Palace, if you are couple maybe go in Athena Palace.
The only thing that i don't like about Lily Ann is the prices. Maybe Greece is becoming more expensive, but for 315 euro per night i expect more from the hotel. I will come back but sure when i will find some 30% off offer :)

Amazing place to spend on vacation, lovely setup, love the buffet and the: rooms, views, food and drinks are just amazing. One thing I will mention is that the beach is very rocky, so be careful!
