We had an extraordinary experience at Acrotel Lillyan Beautique Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff was top-notch, always smiling and eager to help, making our vacation truly delightful. Their attention to detail pleasantly surprised us, especially when we celebrated our first wedding anniversary.
The breakfast and dinner were varied, well-balanced, and delicious. The beach was enjoyable, featuring a bar, extremely comfortable sun loungers, and beach towels. In May, the water can be quite cold, but there is also the pool, perfect to take a bath. I recommend water shoes for the sea and in the evening, mosquito spray is a must.
We are very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely return with pleasure. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in great location, near Nikiti on a private beach. The beach is quiet, always have beds, you get free towels, sunbeds and umbrella. The beach is with small stones and inside there are small rocks, just take water shoes (6euro in market in nikiti).
The hotel is small, basic, you don't have what to do inside, but in the yard you have restoraunt and beach bar where the breakfast and dinner is served and also you can have lunch or drinks, the sunset from here is breataking.
Take room with sea view becouse the view is excellent, otherwise you will have bad view. The room is basic, but big and comftable. The personel is very friendly and nice.
Nearby is Acrotel Athena Palace which is more beatifull, with more restaurants and great pool area, but the suits are in walking dictance and if you are with little kids you will need to leave the kids in room which i don't recommend. Also they have very small beach and the quests are using the beach in front of Lily Ann.
So if you are with kids I recommend Lily Ann and some of the nights you can go in Athena Palace, if you are couple maybe go in Athena Palace.
The only thing that i don't like about Lily Ann is the prices. Maybe Greece is becoming more expensive, but for 315 euro per night i expect more from the hotel. I will come back but sure when i will find some 30% off offer :)

All in all great place for holiday, would come again but with some modifications.
We got the absolutely worst room, 502. Room is next to the hotels AC, it's right beneath room window and it's noisy AF! And room overlooks the road to Neos Marmaras so it's extremely noisy from the road too.
In the room itself WV door swelled from the shower water so they can't close completely. Shower head is hanging loose from the wall.
And that is about it, so in all honesty if we got the room away from AC and road it would be 5/5.
Other strange thing (at least for us) was that all liquids are free and available for breakfast but even water must be ordered for dinner (1.5l is 3.8 euros). That was first for us with half board.
Everything else I didn't mention is top notch!

Great hotel , small and comfortable 👌. Top for relaxing vacation and enjoy to your time. Wind surf and paddle available to rent. Beach in pebbles with corals in the sea , very clean with lot of fishes. Need "shoes" for sea.

Fantastic resort, comfy rooms, delicious food, half board is definitely worth it. It's a family place and the pool is great for relaxing. Service is great and staff is professional and friendly.
