After much deliberation, and having never booked a winter sun or package holiday, we decided on the Sheraton for a break with three generations (grandmother, daughter and granddaughters). We were hoping to avoid the busy ‘all inclusive’ type breaks and definitely feel like we hit the jackpot. We have all had a fabulous few nights away. The garden view room is clean, large and well serviced daily. The breakfast and evening buffets cater for all tastes with delicious food and great variety. The staff have all been wonderful and attentive. The entertainment has been enjoyed by us all, from the live music to the variety acts. It really has been the perfect escape from the grey UK winter! We will certainly return again!

6 days into a weeks holiday and I am really impressed with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the food is quality and plentiful (we are breakfast only, but it is enough to keep us going until our evening meal).
The daytime entertainment is excellent, so far we have participated in yoga, aquafit, pistol/rifle shooting, table tennis and there are more. Aaron, who is in charge, is superb, he seems to enjoy all the activities as much as his clients do, which is great to see. There is evening entertainment every night around 8.45 - 10.15, again quality acts for all to enjoy.
This is the best winter destination we have been to and would definitely come back to this hotel.

a great hotel, 10 minutes from the airport, so you can hear planes arriving. But over time you get used to it. It has a great pool area with 2 heated outdoor pools, 1 other large pool is not heated, so good for the summer. Lots of space at the pool and lots of loungers, some Balinese loungers are free of charge, a short walk to the beach or the long beach promenade.
Leisure activities: every day there is a varied aqua fitness with a trained entertainer, archery or yoga and much more.
The hotel has a sophisticated wellness area with a seawater pool and various saunas, for a fee, and many massage options.
We like to come again, 5 stars from me.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. Well maintained grounds which were perfect to relax in. Aaron provided some varied and enjoyable activities throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed yoga, shooting and aqua fit each day. He was always so friendly and positive and patient. Buffet breakfast was delicious and would suit everyone's dietary needs. Evening entertainment was varied but always fun, from soul nights to ABBA tribute band. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Sadly, only got the early morning sun but weather was so good we were out all the time. Staff going the extra mile to be friendly and helpful. Truly a relaxing break from UK grey, cold weather

Great service - the staff are really friendly and helpful across the hotel - from reception to restaurants to entertainment.
The hotel itself is lovely and clean, but feels a bit tired - carpets for example, some plasterwork on the waterfall - nothing that detracts from enjoying the hotel, but just feels a little less than 5 stars for now... But I'm sure the staff would ensure it was done properly if given the investment.
The entertainment is varied and all excellent. The pools are great. The gym offers plenty of modern equipment. And the Christmas decorations were beautiful!
