The overall look and feel of the hotel is lovely – the pool areas and rooms are very nice, and there are plenty of sunbeds available for everyone (though they don’t open until 9am, which feels a little late if you like an early swim or to secure a spot). The spa offers some good deals, which is a nice bonus.
The food, however, was a bit underwhelming, and the opening and closing times seemed very backwards (especially with children involved). It’s okay, but fairly repetitive – expect lots of fish dishes and limited vegetarian options. A real disappointment was not being able to eat outside unless you paid extra for the “exclusive buffet” service. The food there was essentially the same as the standard buffet, just with the option to dine outdoors in the sun. It felt unreasonable that all-inclusive guests couldn’t even eat lunch on their own balcony or enjoy a meal outdoors without paying more. This was one of the biggest frustrations during the stay, especially since the indoor buffet room often felt crowded.
Service was hit and miss. Most evenings were fine, but one night we waited over 20 minutes for drinks, even after asking two different staff members, and eventually gave up and went back to the room. That said, the entertainment during both the day and evening was very good, and the hotel’s location is convenient with some local shops and restaurants nearby. The taxi service is also excellent – every time we booked, one arrived within about 10 minutes.
Overall, it’s a good-looking hotel with nice facilities and entertainment, but the dining restrictions (particularly not being able to enjoy lunch outside without paying extra) and the repetitive food let it down. With some improvements in food variety and more flexibility on dining, it could be a great experience.

The hotel is very nice, the food is good, the staff is good. There is a pool; they also have a gym and a wellness center. You can also use their activities like a pool table, table tennis, chess, etc.
I really liked my visit during my stay, but the only problem was the sunbeds. You basically can't get one during the day, since people are hoarding them. They just throw a towel on a sunbed in the morning, and they don't come out until the evening.

After weeks and weeks of searching, we finally found this hotel, not knowing if the pictures online will match the actual state of the hotel . Upon arrival, we were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and all the common areas. There is a beach across the road and that was such a bonus. Michael and Selma had our two kids feel so happy and safe. We spent a wholesome Family Holiday and this hotel played a great part in making our stay in Puerto Del Carmen unforgettable. Thank you to all the members of the team.

Very nice hotel, great location! Very professional service throughout our stay. We stayed on AI, breakfast was very good. We never stayed for lunch and there were not much choices there, and dinner may get repetitive, which was not a big issue as many nice restaurants in the area. The evening entertainment was nothing special, was ok, but we would normally go out instead. Having said that, the hotel and it's staff were superb and a big thank you to everyone, you definitely made our stay that bit more special 😊

I had a lovely stay! My suitcase broke on the first day, but the staff were very polite and kindly repaired it for me. The room was clean, and the pool was great. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the center of Puerto del Carmen. There is also a little spa (free to use) (only one sauna and steam bath). The massage was also truly amazing and highly recommended! Prices start around 50-60 euros, but it's definitely worth it.
