It was a really good experience. We stood there for 10 days on the 12th floor. Rooms are really big and the bathrooms too. All the amenities are there. They have different swimming pools and kids area to play. On the lobby they serve a arabic coffee with dates which I didn’t miss one day. I should mention Natalia was giving a exceptional service. She helped us many times for extensions and many other things. She has special power of resolve the problems.

Let me start by saying that my family and I love this hotel and the pool but we were recently very disappointed that the service fell short of what we expected. We often go to the hotel to use the pool and have food and drink. We go very early. Last week at 9:50 we went to the pool bar to order the four smoothies we usually buy. A supervising manager called G*****t came over and told us that we could not have the smoothies because kids are not allowed in the area and that people complained. I pointed out that there were only 2 other people in the area and they were not complaining. The member of staff didn't seem to want to help and said only that he'll get in trouble if he lets us stay. This really disappointed my children who were hungry, thirsty and looking forward to their usual smoothies. The weekend before (and the weekend before that) there had been MANY families (with young kids) in this area in the morning, all buying smoothies etc. Right now the pool bar is empty. We would have been buying smoothies. Instead we will make alternative arrangements. Please resolve this issue. I understand that you may not want kids around during busy periods but you are losing custom when the area is empty and could have paying customers with empty stomachs in! Just a reminder that we do have money that we would be happy to spend. We also love this pool and hotel in general.

Visiting the hotel especially for the gym and beach/pool facilities, which are great! Nice and calm vibe. Friendly staff at the pool side. Staff inside at the gym/spa access is extremely distant. They never smile, never say hello, never say bye. Especially the man and lady which stands there the most give me an unwelcome feeling. I’ve been coming here for a while now, so this is not a one off experience.

I have stayed in the hotel 5 times. The hotel is really nice. It is not the newest hotel, but the building is being taken care of and constantly parts of the hotel are renovated (in a quiet way that the guests are not disturbed). There is an infinity pool and a bar on the 3rd floor outside, very nice! A large pool area in the garden of the hotel is also available. Waterslides for the kids are in this area and a childrens club. The hotel has a direct beach access with a private hotel beach. Enough sunbeds and space are available. Drinks and food are brought to the guests in the pool area or at the beach (personell is constantly available in the whole hotel area outside and will support the guest with whatever is needed). There are several restaurant in the hotel area (garden and inside the hotel). All of them are good (I like most the Lucianos and the Underground pub). Nearby is a pharmacy (100 meters), a large supermarket (250 meters) and the JBR beach boardwalk is nearby (400 meters) and the Dubai Marina (500 meters). The location of the hotel is really great, and as it is at the end of JBR beach it is for the location pretty quiet (I like that very much).

It was a great experience to stay in this Hotel! I had a very friendly welcome and was treated very nice by the whole staff. No matter the time or the place, the staff had a smile and welcomed me. Good hotel. We enjoyed the lounge especially. Good food, tasty, different every evening, good choice of drinks, good quality wine. Very very friendly and customer oriented service, we want to praise Joy and Kamal the administrators of the lounge. Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries). Also sauna and steam room.

This hotel was like a dream. The service was exceptional we were blown away. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the globe, we've never been blown away as much as we were by this resort. We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness. A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave. Something that has never happened before. The check in staff was warm and friendly and we literally had the best check in experience. We were treated with warmth and respect. If like to highlight Portia. She's an exceptional employee and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were delighted. We've had check in experiences that ruined our entire stay at other hotels. Portia was helpful through most our stay and her other colleagues were also friendly and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next stay in Dubai.

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem. There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING. The luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, gourmet restaurants, exemplary services, Arabic style villas, personalized butler service, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We absolutely loved everything about this place. From delicious dining options, super friendly & helpful staff to cozy, luxurious rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. If you wanna feel pampered, you should definitely give it a try.

Just stayed for the 2nd time at this hotel. It's beautiful and indulgent BUT if you are plant based / vegan then this is not the place for you. We got the half board dining option and despite there being many restaurants, the vegan options were almost non existent and the chefs unwilling to change recipes to suit. We are at the Thai restaurant Pad Thai, even paying a $150 additional surcharge on top , and the vegan food was mostly bland and disappointing. In this day and age for a hotel of this level to not have thought through decent, tasty plant based dining options at all restaurants is really mind boggling.

The most luxurious amazing hotel I have ever and probably will ever go too. We will never go anywhere else, this was my second time coming to the jumeriah DAM and it will not be the last. We stayed in villa 15, the room was incredible, so much space, the beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Our butler was the loveliest lady, always going the extra mile to provide us with an amazing service, everyone is so nice from the buggy drivers to the staff who greet you in reception. We had a fantastic holiday at the Rixos, great facilities and the staff are so pleasant and cannot do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. The room was cleaned meticulously every day and the hotel is spotless throughout. The food was also very good with a choice of buffet, steak house or Italian. Christmas lights switch on was good to see and would recommend this for people with small children. We had a great holiday and will definitely return 👍🏻.

They surprised me with a special birthday room decor with a treat delivery. The while staff was amazing! Breakfast was lovely. The private beach had plenty of loungers and was stunning - water sports on offer. Luxurious and I’d definitely return. Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the views were stunning. We also loved the amenities, especially the waterpark and aquarium. The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—something you don't often find in other hotels. The soft slippers added a nice touch, too. I definitely have no complaints. The quality is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is at an incredible level everywhere. The view from the room of the palm tree is outstanding, and we were in the Imperial Club, which truly has everything you could need. It's also great because the dining experience is more serene; even though the selection may be slightly limited, there’s still plenty of options. The private beach with service is fantastic as well. The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again.

The Atlantis Hotel is undeniably an architectural marvel, impressively built over the water. Its stunning design and grandeur make it a visual delight. The resort offers a wide range of dining options, with numerous restaurants serving lunch and dinner, as well as a delightful breakfast spread. The happy hour and teatime experiences add an extra touch of indulgence. The amenities at the resort are top-notch, but the real highlights are the exceptional service and the mesmerizing “Lost Chambers Aquarium.” The staff’s politeness and attentiveness make the stay even more enjoyable. However, the rooms leave something to be desired. They are quite basic and lack the wow factor you’d expect at this price point, resembling standard rooms found in any ordinary hotel. This is the main reason for deducting one star from an otherwise fantastic experience.

There are 5 star hotels and then there is Atlantis Palm. I stayed here 16 years ago and came back for 2 nights in December 2024 as my friends were all staying here. I was amazed to see the hotel looking as new as it did 16 years ago. Refined service at every department, and incredible restaurants. Love the fragrance they use within the hotel. I booked last minute and paid $1600 a night but my friend had booked the same type room and paid under $1350 per night. All in all, one of the "real" 5 star hotels in Dubai.

Such a shame as the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice with great views of downtown Dubai, spacious and furnished with quality products. However the noise form the road and the music from the restaurant below make it impossible to get much sleep. I am not a light sleeper either. 38 floors up you don’t expect to hear much from the ground floor, but the music from the restaurant vibrated through the room until after 3am. I have stayed in lots of hotels in Dubai and never had this problem before, will never stay here again unfortunately.

To me this is the best spot in Dubai and Dubai is a big place. I want to thank jumeriah for the great stay and enjoyed it. First off the rooms are great 10/10 .. the hotel is nice... No complaints at all. Secondly it is connected to a business center in Dubai so naturally there is a lot going on. It is walking distance and connected to gate village which has a lot of good restaurants. Again thank you for the good stay.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location. While it doesn’t have direct beach access, it’s just a short 3-4 minute walk across a road and past a few shops to reach the sandy shore - nothing too taxing! The staff were incredibly helpful, and we went for a suite with a sea view on one of the higher floors. The view was absolutely stunning and well worth it. We also had access to what I believe was called Club Millesime, which made breakfast a breeze. It was quieter than the main breakfast area, and being higher up meant no need to trek down countless floors first thing in the morning - definitely a perk! Overall, a brilliant hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommend!

The hotel is Fantastic with great food, large rooms and great location. We stayed in room 2916 and we were looked after by Madhu who kept the room in perfect condition. He kept us stocked up with tea, coffee, water and milk. He always had a happy smile and made us feel welcome and nothing was too much too much trouble. Would definitely come back again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Dinesh from housekeeping. He went above and beyond to ensure our room was comfortable and well-serviced, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The only minor issue was that the bathtub stopper wasn't working properly, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I was highly privileged to stay here in The Andaz for a day and a night. Got upgraded to the Terrace Suite and it of course exceeded expectations. The view of the city was amazing and the balcony is big enough to play football ⚽ on. It comes with access to the spa and the pool lounge, which I did not get to use. Going down onto the private beach you really get a sense of how big the Palm Island is and it is incredible. I am very grateful to have stayed here and hopefully I get another chance to come back to Dubai.

Excellent location. Can’t be any better. The mall is just across the street. The monorail goes all across the palm. I checked in early about 7.30 am. They told me if I wanted a room early I needed to upgrade to a suite. I did that because I needed to catch sleep. I can’t sleep on the plain. I am very happy with my decision as I was able to get some sleep in the morning. They told me they will give me some wine as a gratitude for the update. The second day they delivered my wine. It was terrible but I am really glad they delivered it. Therefore I am giving it 5 stars. If the promised wine was not delivered, my rating would be much lower. I am sure you can appreciate it.

It has been amazing stay at this hotel. Very helpful staff. Super clean and chic. Very good breakfast. Lunch meals and the steak that they serve in the evening at the restaurant by the pool is amazing. Cleaning team has been wonderful and cleaned our room sometimes twice a day. Service by the beach has been wonderful. Mr Laurence and Khalid have been wonderful, helping us to find the best spot and provided cold water and ice every hour. This rating is about the brunch „Once upon a brunch“ every Saturday. The food and drinks were great, even though the vegetarian options were quite limited. If you are vegetarian, I would not recommend this brunch at all. The service was super, great staff. Everyone was very kind. The music was way too loud. It was overwhelming for our 11 month old boy. The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location. The rooms are very large and modern. The particularly good service on the beach is worth mentioning. Towels and free water are provided. Khalid and Taimur greeted us every day on the beach and always had a smile on his face. He fulfilled our every wish and made our vacation unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, and beach facilities are nicely maintained with ample seating and shade. There is so much beautiful art throughout the hotel, and plenty of places to lounge and rest. The folks working there, are friendly and have a dedication to quality. Samir for example makes the most fun towel animal sculptures for hotel guests, including a cute elephant and crane. The Museum has very cool musical performances including local music, dancers, gymnasts, and more. Great place to be!

“The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Do Not Stay Here!” If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the most horrendous hotel stay I have ever experienced. We came here hoping to relax after a year of hard work, but instead, we’ve been subjected to chaos, noise, and complete disrespect for paying guests. From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. We had to wait until 5 PM to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, ruining the start of our vacation. But that was just the beginning. For the past two days, we’ve been prisoners to an Indian wedding extravaganza that has taken over the entire hotel. • Non-stop noise: Loud music blaring all day and late into the night, even on the beach! It’s impossible to relax. We feel like we’re in a nightclub, not a hotel. • Cultural insensitivity: The buffet is entirely catered to the wedding party, with only Indian food available. No effort has been made to provide international options for other guests. Everything tastes the same, drenched in overpowering spices. • No respect for guests: The noise, the chaos, and the overall lack of consideration make it clear that the hotel prioritizes private events over the comfort of their other guests. It’s 9 PM, and the noise continues. We are exhausted and stressed, but the hotel does nothing to address the issue. This is not just poor service – it’s an outright insult to those of us who have paid for peace and relaxation. If you value your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their guests, and your vacation will be ruined. This is not a hotel – it’s a circus. You’ve been warned.

Had an incredible trip here. The service and staff were exceptional. Spa filled up quickly so we couldn’t get the booking we wanted, so book sooner rather than later. If I am very picky, I would say it would be nice to have an adults only pool, rather than a small section behind the pool however, it is a family friendly hotel, and in the future we would absolutely come back with the kids. Great value for money! The hotel was completed around 2019, so the building is in excellent shape, the rooms are very spacious and so are the balconies. The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option. This hotel is connected to 2 other JA properties and therefore you have many restaurant options. The gardens are nice and green and there is a splash park for kids.

The resort is huge. It can initially be quite overwhelming, and this is how we felt when we arrived. Unfortunately, our check-in and first day didn't get off to a great start. Firstly, We didn't get much information upon arrival. We walked into the lobby and were not welcomed by anyone. We had to work out where the check-in desk was, and there were many desks and lots of guests there it was quite confusing where we should turn.. we had spent a lot of money on this holiday and was expecting a lot more; The following would have been very helpful - a welcome drink with all the someone to walk us through check in process and provide all the info we need for our stay - A welcome pack for guests upon arrival would go a long way with info about what the resort had on offer - info about how we get around between the resorts - info of what was included in our AI plus package (restaurants, activities, excursions, etc) Second and bigger issue, we had booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and when we finally got into our room it was only suitable for 2. Not what we wanted after a 15-hour journey Our room didn't come with a sofabed for the kids. We had to make multiple calls to get it sorted, and it was only partially sorted by the evening by adding a single bed added to the room. By now, we were all exhausted after a very long day travelling, and we didn't have the energy to wait, so my son slept in the bed with us, and it was an extremely uncomfortable night But the way issues are handled says a lot. The next day, we spoke to Patrick, who made arrangements to correct any issues we had and made the time to turn things around. This was very much appreciated. He took time out, made himself available to us and made the remainder of the week much more personable experience There are many things you can do at the resort.. Few are listed below; - water club - situated at the end of the beach near the splash park. They offer free use of kayak, padel board, and snorkelling on the AI package during certain hours - we found this out on the last day, which was a big shame as our kids really enjoyed it. It is run by a very friendly family and was a lot of fun! Many other activities you can book... we just wish we knew about this earlier. The hotel really needs to advertise this upon checking in - shooting club - didn't try this, but would have if we had more time - sports - there are many sports on offer. Golf, tennis courts, padel tennis courts, beach football, volleyball courts, badminton, squash courts some of which were free to book a d use - Kids club, daughter tries this one day and had fun, although she did ask the staff to call us once she had enough - Excusrions can be arranged and a free shuttle bus service to popular attractions - into dubai, to dubai Parks, abu dhabi too Food/Drinks - lots of options to dine at, and most are included in the AI plus package. You do have to book a restaurant for dinner even when dining at the buffet. Service was always very good. Often they made something off the menu or alter a dish slightly to make it vegetarian for us. The food is expensive and it did add up quickly. If the all inclusive option is affordable i would recommend it. Housekeeping. Had a couple of minor issues as - day1 we did not have enough beds in the room for our family. It was sorted out the next day and they managed to fit extra beds in the room - we didnt always have enough towels in the room. Had to call a couple of times to remind we need 4 sets of towels Having said that the room was spotless everyday. They even made things with towels daily and our kids loved it. Staff are very good and friendly and make this place what it is. Can never do enough for you. Its impossible to list all the names but everyone is always smiling and helpful Overall a great place to chill, relax and unwind

The prices is really good and the whole experience is something else😍 We booked for 2 nights to relax Rooms were clean and the view was amazing to the pool and sea Note: be careful when choosing the room view because the first choice for us was the roof with air conditioners. This was horrible. So we changed it immediately to sea view and it was the best choice. Other than that, there are many activities for adults and kids as well including horses club, shooting area, zoo, pools, kids club, variety of restaurants, spa and many more. Is a good place to relax and disconnect from the whole world 🙏🏽

Staff is very copperative, you can reserve taxi before hand through a dedicated counter also dedicated bus services for three malls of Dubai (better reserved earlier). You have lot of options in food from Thai to Italian. Rooms are neat and clean. Keep the window closed else air Condition will automatically stop. Breakfast time is from 07 am.to 11 am. Mr. Muhammad at check-in counter guides you very well about the facilties and options you have at the resort.

I have visited Dubai numerous times and if you can afford it; I think it is, without a doubt, the BEST hotel in Dubai. There are 5 or 6 swimming pools, numerous restaurants, beach bars, sports facilities, gardens and it is located on the beach. The location is perfect and close to both the Marina’s and all the boat, jet ski, paragliding hire etc. The staff here are so in incredible. Not only are they highly professional but so supportive, helpful and kind. They are literally like a family to me when I visit for either work or a holiday. We have been to Dubai quite a few times but this was the first time with our 4 month old baby boy. We had an amazing time and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was great with an amazing sea view and the staff were fantastic. I really cannot understand other reviews which are asking for an adults only pool/area. This is quite clearly a family hotel and there are plenty of very nice adults only hotels in the area if this is your preference! We shall return next year!

Wow- what a great experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Really everyone is always helpful and has a smile on their face. Food was so delicious and the rooms and facilities are luxurious. The beach and pools are excellent, the staff always arranged sunbeds for us- so enough sunbeds for everyone! Spa & fitness is also included and we really enjoyed using it. I really can‘t think of anything that could be done better during out stay. If we come to Dubai next time, we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

The lagoon pool which runs across the entire resort is amazing. However what made our holiday was the service, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Considering the late hour and the fact that the injury didn’t seem severe at the time, we decided to wait until the next day to assess if medical attention was necessary. By 10:30 AM the next morning, my wife was experiencing severe knee pain and found it difficult to walk. We contacted the hotel’s customer service, explaining that we had slipped in the shower and sustained an injury. We requested a buggy to take us to the restaurant and asked if they could provide a walking cane. After about 15 minutes, the buggy arrived, but there was no walking cane provided. Since breakfast was ending at 11 AM, we had to prioritize eating first. At around 11:15 AM, after breakfast, no hotel staff had contacted us to check if we needed help or to provide the requested cane. I had to physically support my wife to the hotel reception, where I once again raised the issue with their supervisor, reiterating that the lack of anti-slip measures had caused my wife’s injury. The supervisor said they couldn’t make any decisions, so we requested the duty manager. We then had to explain the incident for a third time—once over the phone, then to the supervisor, and finally to the duty manager. By this time, it was already noon. During the 1.5 hours between 10:30 AM and noon, we received no feedback or follow-up, which was incredibly disappointing. With the help of the duty manager, my wife was taken in a wheelchair to the hotel clinic. The doctor there, after learning about the incident, recommended that we go to the hospital for further examination and treatment. Since it was already our checkout time, the duty manager agreed to extend it to 1:30 PM. We requested that a staff member accompany us to the hospital and assured them that my wife had insurance, so we wouldn’t require the hotel to cover any medical expenses. However, the duty manager refused this request. I believe the lack of anti-slip measures in the shower was the key factor in causing this accident. Throughout the entire ordeal, we never received an apology from the hotel. Every time we spoke to the duty manager, they emphasized that it was an accident and unrelated to the hotel’s responsibility. Imagine if it were your family member who slipped in the shower, and no one checked in to see if you needed help, with the duty manager’s first response being to deny responsibility. How would you feel? I plan to report this incident to the Dubai Department of Tourism and other relevant authorities. I hope they can assist this hotel in improving their service and ensuring safer bathroom environments for future guests.

The best we could have asked for a family reunion. Very spacious 4 bed room villa with complete essentials made our stay more memorable. The villa comes with its own Gym though we could not find time to use it due to availability of other facilities. The life guards in the pool were very attentive and the kids pool and kids park was very much enjoyed by my grand daughter. The biggest compliment I can give is to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. All of us used the Spa which is one of the largest in the Middle East and the cleanliness and the decor of the Spa makes you feel the Ottoman era completely

This hotel is a pure paradise. Staff welcomed us beautifully with a bouquet of flowers to help us celebrate the graduation exams. The hotel is stunning, all the restaurants are fantastic, concierge app is very helpful in organising the activities. The spa was fantastic and the beach area has many loungers and a top class service. The staff add a special touch to the stay, always ready to help and smile. Our room is looking out at the pool area with stunning views of Atlantis and the palm hotels. There is so much availability in the hotel, from henna hand painting, to shops, jewellery, cocktails, beach restaurant and many more. It is worth to go half board to try beautiful food in the restaurants. We love spending time at this hotel and will surely return in the future. It's easy to get taxis outside the hotel, there is also a cinema and a theatre available. If you come here you will be treated like royalty. Thank you to all staff for enhancing our stay. Amazing!!! This is my fifth time at this hotel and I still love everything about it. Since the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the night shift manager. He was very nice and attentive. The staff at the hotel made our stay very exquisite and unique. Said, the guy that serves tea and coffee at the lobby was always very polite and attentive. I have always enjoyed the old Arabian vibes from the hotel. It gave off such a unique experience. It was very different from all the other hotels and have given me such amazing experiences I will never forget. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it. JA Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort with stunning natural scenery and lot of peacocks 🦚 . It offers a wide range of amenities and activities including the exciting Pirates and Mermaids Club for kids. 💫 The highlight of the resort is the water park area (Just Splash) designed for both kids (above 100 cm in height) and adults. The water park features three thrilling slides and a giant water bucket that tips every 4-5 minutes, adding to the fun-filled experience. Also, the villa and restaurant staff are very friendly and courteous. 🥰 💓 The beaches are quite long and clean with lot of beach beds. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises. The checkin and checkout process and service was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable and huge. Majority of the rooms have balcony overlooking the garden or/and beach 🏖️ . Breakfast was good and had wide range of varieties with many options for vegetarians. Buggy service was quick to travel across the property which is actually quite big and one of the largest in Dubai I believe. Recommended 👍🏻🤗

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Court. We stayed in a Residence Suite which was immaculate and came with a dedicated butler, to help make our stay perfect. All the staff were amazing, Marilyn, at the Signature lounge was so helpful and Delleish was very attentive making sure our sunbeds were ready for us and drinks never empty. I can honestly say the customer service at JA is probably the best we have ever had on holiday. So much choice for dinner and lunch and it’s only 30 minutes by taxi if you want to go into Dubai. We will definitely return.

We went to this resort just for a weekend getaway and the resort is just like a hill station. The beautiful peacocks roaming here and there in the resort adds more to its beauty. The rooms were so beautifully located and designed. We had 17 months kid and there were toys and all the baby accessories kept in the room. The welcome basket and chocolates were great to receive. The resort is widespread with Jebel Ali golf resort also to its access. The golf area was fun to visit. We played mini golf too. The buffet breakfast was nice and huge. In all a unique place far away in outskirts of Dubai.

The hotel is amazing! The entire area of the connected hotels is just captivating! We used buggies and boat rides inside the resort all the time. The service of the hotel deserves 6 stars. All employees are extremely polite, child friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious beds are super comfortable! Extremely high hygiene standards. Complementary water on the beach, pools and in the room several times per day. We are family with two kids and used 2 hours per day of supervised kids club with no additional charges. Breakfast and dinner were simply beyond expectations. not to forget complimentary Nespresso coffee every day.

Resort is very nice and the benefit of being able to utilize amenities in all Madinat Jumeirah hotels is a major plus. The beach is very clean with unobstructed views, and is quite possibly the best in all of Dubai. However, with that being said, the hotel is quite old and outdated - could definitely use some refurbishment. This is especially important given they charge a nightly price that is much higher than other beach resorts in Dubai. Service was good, as expected at any 5-star hotel in Dubai - but one of my friends wanted to come to my room and they refused him entry because he didn’t have a physical ID with him (only digital); this was strange and caused some inconvenience so I hope mgt does something to make it clear to guests upon check-in. Also, they will not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel so bear that in mind. The food was great - only tried the beach club bites but there’s plenty of great restaurants on site. Overall, if I were to come back to Dubai I would likely choose a different resort and perhaps only visit the beach at their resort.

I just returned from staying at Jumeirah Al Qasr. To me, this place can be called "perfect". The entire staff is welcoming, helpful and personable. I hated to say goodbye to them. Our room was the perfect size, we had the largest bed I've ever seen, and our balcony view was absolutely beautiful. We had a lagoon view. We ate at the buffet most of the time b/c it's so convenient and the food is wonderful. It has a good variety and it's all delicious. We loved the buggie boats to get around and shop, etc. The pool is very nice but we spent our time at the beach. Their beach is one of the nicest I've been to. Nice lounge chairs. Ice cream, water, fruit, and fresh coconut is served automatically. If you want food and drinks, that's available too. I look very forward to visiting again.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place surrounded huge amount plants and flowers and a wonderful, peaceful, and endless beach. Every morning I woke up with thought that I was in paradise looking from my balcony to magnificent and breathtaking view, birds singing in tune while I had a delicious, varied and healthy breakfast, then went to beach or pool using abra (boat) or buggy service. I have been here several times since 2007 it was always nice and excellent service provided by the hotel that makes me feel so good that I want to return here again and again. Even the some issues occurred the team of the hotel resolved them fast and smooth in professional way so I felt they care of me as a valuable guest. I adore this place and will come back as soon as I can!!!

Jumeirah Al Qasr is a resort that initially gives the impression of grandeur. Upon arrival, the entrance is truly breathtaking—it feels like stepping into a luxurious villa. The design is captivating, creating an ambiance that makes you pause to take it all in. We visited the resort for a dinner reservation at one of its restaurants and arrived early, allowing us time to explore the lobby and enjoy some tea. The lobby is spacious with high ceilings that enhance the open feel, but this openness also compromises privacy, making it feel less intimate. We started outside, where the view was absolutely stunning, especially with the sunset approaching. However, the experience was marred by nearby smokers, making it unpleasant to stay outdoors. We moved inside, where the atmosphere was better, though the seating wasn’t ideal. The chairs are quite low, which can be uncomfortable, especially for someone wearing a dress or seeking more support. The tea itself was delightful—rich in flavor—but the pot was small, providing only about four cups, which left us wishing for a bit more. While the indoor view wasn’t as impressive as the outdoor one, it was still nice enough to pass the time before dinner. A highlight was walking through the hotel to get to the restaurant. The interior design and layout were impressive, offering a glimpse into the resort’s beauty. Would I return? Probably not, as the experience, while nice, wasn’t entirely comfortable. That said, the sunset, the resort’s architecture, and the ambiance make it worth visiting at least once, even if just for the visuals. If you decide to visit, I’d recommend timing your arrival around sunset for the best experience.

Clearly - it's a huge fancy hotel with a big (freezing) pool but I was surprised at how dated a lot of the hotel was, things like the rooms and lifts that can't have been touched in 20 years. The breakfast is good but missing basic things like fruit other than melon. That's not the deal breaker though - the main issue is very rude staff members (even if only a minority) and the huge number of "professional" women at the beach. Re the staff, in 3 nights, we had around 3 separate instances of staff just being unashamedly rude at breakfast and at reception - an unpleasant and unusual experience to feel like second class citizens at any hotel. The working atmosphere seems unpleasant and this is reflected in the overall hotel experience. Re the beach, it's not private unfortunately despite being sold as private. We were surrounded by "professional" women who we now understand had been given day passes to be there. Unfortunately can't recommend this hotel.

The location of the Rixos Hotel is truly excellent. Many highlights, such as Dubai Marina or Bluewater, are within easy reach. Watching the hustle and bustle on The Walk is also exciting and interesting. The service was good, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was more than extensive. The hotel is well attended and hosts many guests. So there is always a lot going on. What we didn't like so much was the situation at the pool and on the beach. Even early in the morning, all the loungers were reserved with towels. So you have to get up very early if you want to reserve a lounger. We took the situation with the necessary humour. Guests who want to book a beach holiday should be prepared for this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

One of the best places to catch the big football matches. Always guaranteed a great turnout and the venue sets as a really vibrant and good feel good factor in it. I would recommend this place. I've heard it's good as a night bar hangout as well and I'm not surprised why. They have happy hours during the evening which is really good value for all. We love their fries and Garden special fries and always make to sure to order them as a side. Their beef nachos is also a very good matchtime side to have.

We didn’t enjoy the buffet much—limited desserts and a less luxurious vibe, though outdoor seating was nice. However, we loved the food and desserts at Arboretum in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The manager kindly let us have breakfast there, even though it’s usually exclusive to Al Qasr guests. I had a great stay overall, but I was disappointed with how the hotel handled the payment process. Upon arrival, I had to leave a significant deposit, and after checking out, I was charged again as a separate transaction, confirmed by my bank. I hope the initial deposit will be unblocked soon, but the way this situation was managed from reception left me with an unpleasant experience.
