Excellent resort for family vacation. Huge heated pool. Excellent food. Staff and level of service is top notch even by already high Dubai standards. There was a construction site next to the hotel but noise was infrequent and minimal and only heard sometimes outside by the pool, our 4 year old actually enjoyed watching the cranes working. Definitely want to come back. P.s.: the only recommendation is to speed up check out process. Let guests leave the keys and just go instead of standing in line and waiting for someone to check the minibar (if something is missing, you’ll charge the card on file anyway).

I have been in many Marriott hotels worldwide since I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty customer and unfortunately I have to say that my experience in this hotel has been quite disappointing and definitely not at the level I was expecting for a Marriott 5 Star hotel. I will start from the location, at the very end of Marina bay, could be a great location but unfortunately there is construction work happening 24h nearby so if you plan to spend time at their beach or in the pool just expect a lot of noise from the construction work. Staff is friendly but average in terms of eduction/training, so not very flexible in accommodating requests. Finally, I had a bad experience in regards of New Year’s Eve. I was on half board and the hotel staff communicated only the day before that for NYE dinner all the restaurants would remained closed with the exception of their Pub (other option was to be part of their gala dinner at the price of approx $450/person) and given we were with kids we had to accommodate a last minute solution that was not planned (we’d have appreciated an early communication at the time of reservation or even at the arrival). I think there is plenty of room for improvement so hope that this feedback will help their management.

The only advantages of staying here are that the rooms are clean, the room service is good, and the hotel is in a good location. Other than that, there’s nothing else to recommend it. The breakfast area is like a small cafeteria, definitely not suitable for the hotel’s capacity. As a result, you end up having breakfast in a small, crowded space filled with noise and chaos. You have to eat quickly and leave so that the people waiting in line can sit. Moreover, the breakfast menu is very poor, with the same items being served every day. If you’re lucky, you might find something to eat, and you’ll have to eat the same things throughout your stay. If you can’t find anything to eat on the first day, I’m sorry to say you won’t find anything on the other days either, because the food options do not change. This hotel is not worthy of Dubai. I hope the overwhelming cinnamon smell at the entrance is just for Christmas (although I don’t understand why you used it so excessively). We barely tolerated it for 8 days. I’m writing this from a different hotel now because we had made reservations at various hotels for our long stay in Dubai to experience some variety. We’re now even more pleased with our decision to switch after staying at this hotel.

Simple, but nice hotel. Spacious rooms with all you need, big and comfortable bed. The partial sea view is nice. The mini bar is closed with the key, so u can’t use the fridge, that was strange. You need to go to the reception, pay extras for the bar in advance, etc. These windows from the bathroom - also not what everyone will like. Location is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gentlemen at the pool area and the ladies at the restaurant were very nice

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of greeting us politely, they acted as if we were an inconvenience. They barely made eye contact and spoke to us in a condescending manner, making us feel unwelcome. When we asked simple questions about our booking and hotel amenities, they responded with impatience and an attitude that made us uncomfortable. We expected professional and courteous service, especially from a hotel of this standard, but instead, we felt disrespected. To make matters worse, check-in took much longer than necessary, and the receptionist showed no interest in resolving the delay efficiently. We were left standing there, feeling ignored while they seemed more focused on other tasks. This experience completely ruined our stay, and we regretted choosing this hotel. A hotel’s front desk is the first point of contact for guests, and such poor service reflects badly on the entire establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for their staff to provide respectful and professional service in the future.

Overall, a decent stay. The staff were attentive and kind. The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature, and the gym was well-equipped and tidy. However, the constant focus on asking about my experience felt overdone, especially when they called my room at noon, interrupting my sleep, just to ask. While I appreciate their commitment to guest satisfaction, it could have been more balanced.

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem. There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING. Hi my name is Rosie I am 10 years old and I visited the Rixos the palm hotel. The Rixos palm was the most outstanding experience I have ever had. From when I arrived to when I left all services were brilliant. Any problems were all sorted. From helping us get sunbeds to cleaning our room every day. We were lucky to get an upgrade, and the services were excellent 👌 every place was spotless. There was cleansers in every toilet, making sure every thing was tip top. The view from the hotel was clear and beautiful. 🤩 I was amazed by the quality and the amount of amazing staff creating such a wonderful hotel. The location was amazing except from it was at the end of the palm so when we had to go somewhere it was all around the palm. But the view made up for it. This was the best vacation I think I have ever had. Definitely recommend and thank you Rixos for this wonderful opportunity.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. Food wise, the steak restaurant was very nice for dinner and we really liked the buffet restaurant where we actually chose to eat most of the time. The weekly BBQ night was fab! All the staff were very friendly too, in every department. The Kids Club was great and our 5 year old loved it - so many activities on offer and they even have a weekly carnival on for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a family friendly holiday. We'll definitely be back again.

We had a great 9 days here with some family. The staff are very friendly & helpful, even the security staff & housekeeping staff. This hotel is well placed with just a 5 min walk to a shopping mall across the road & its own private beach. Any small issues we had were dealt with swiftly & efficiently. The choice of the food in the buffet restaurant was superb & the waiters/waitresses took time to talk & ask how we were enjoying our holiday. Our room was spotless & the kitchenette was useful. I wish we could remember names of staff to commend them for their welcoming attitude. We will certainly return.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was great. The hotel was very child-friendly, even though both the kids' pool and lazy river were under maintenance. Fortunately, the main pool was open, and the private beach was exclusive, which made up for it. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the free valet parking, which was a convenient bonus. The hospitality was outstanding—the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The only downside was the drainage in our room, as the water took a long time to clear after a shower.

I read a lot of 5 star reviews which is why I booked this location; however it seems there is a disconnect between what is being posted and my actual stay. The rooms were never cleaned, the staff was very unresponsive, the hot water did not work and the elevator system took a long time. I spent more time waiting for things at this location than enjoying it. It’s a nice place. However, it’s not a 5 start hotel by any means. It’s a great location and has potential. But I would not recommend staying here with the leadership team that exists today.

Amazing experience at the Palm . Rooms are spacious with sea view . Morning and night view is stunning . The staff and cleaning is very good and breakfast spread is amazing - including veg options . The highlight though is the water park entry ( free for guests staying at property). White beach is also picturesque- must go and take photos . Epitome of luxury with great amenities - they have kids caretaker and play areas as well . The check in experience could be improved but otherwise recommend staying once and for sure experience the aquarium and water park ( you can easily spend a day here)

We arrived at Atlantis with my kids, and our first day was full of fun. However, on our way back to the hotel, my daughter had a small incident in the restroom. I spoke with the manager, Giorgi, who was extremely professional and offered us the opportunity to come back the next day. I went to the Aqua venture Park of this palm. It was really amazing. Although I was late for the Park, but the time spend there was really amazing. We had so much fun during the rides. Specially the body rides at the top of the Towers were really really good. It's a must visit place, but make sure you reach as early as possible to enjoy the rides.

Extra ordinary service! Celebrated my anniversary here and the entire check in and check out were smooth sailing. The bell boy was prompt and even called the taxi for us when we are heading back to the airport. The hotel even prepared a wonderful anniversary box, filled with restaurant quality chocolates, a rose and chocolate coated strawberry as an anniversary wish. We got upgraded to the palm view, which, needless say, an amazing part of the stay. The free access to the Waterpark and Lost Chamber for each night stay was well worth. Highly recommended if you are heading to Dubai, especially with children!

I stayed in this hotel two nights by myself. As a women I want to ensure the hotel is safe and the service is respectful and I can highly recommend women traveling alone to stay in Sofitel. The service is excellent! Very kind, helpful and professional. Madina, who served my breakfast, responded to all my requests without delay and with a sincere smile on her face. Thanks to the wonderful people working in this hotel the stay was very comfortable. One thing to note is that the swimming pool is a bit small and old and the view is not the best. The rooms, on the contrary, are excellent.

My husband and I came for the Friday seafood night. The food was wonderful, especially the selection of salads, smoked fish, lobster, oysters, shrimps and sushi. Thank you Tariq for the lovely service. The grilled fish was super fresh and delicious. (the green sauce was quite salty) My main comments or recommendations is for the grill stations to take your table number and have the waiters bring it to your table, since some orders were lost or confused with others. Overall great experience! Highly recommended if you enjoy raw fish and seafood.

Quite disappointing, rooms are small, Location not as expected you have to walk to the beach and it is not a private one! The hotel itself is amongst 2 residential buildings and you need to walk a communal garden to reach the beach, and if you want to go out the hotel for a walk you have to use the car road, be careful with that !! lobby is mediocre at best, no wonder when you book online it is a non refundable and non amendable, I tried to shorten my stay to 1 night instead of three and they didn’t accept it. محبط ومايستاهل سعره.

I will start from my first day and see how my experience will be on check out day. I paid for sea view but I got more like a parking view, the operator said that’s because we are not a first line hotel, that should be clear before booking, and I didn’t know you have options with balconies and without, suggesting to pay more and take one with balcony. Service is very slow I am now writing and asked for a dental kit since almost 30mnts but nothing came so far after 2 calls. Let’s see how the coming 2 days will be. Oh and we wanted to take a nap after a long flight but woke up like crazy on a fire alarm we rushed out but no one was there but us. My second day update : Service is slow , they clean the room and see there is no tissue and dental kits are empty but they never replaces it unless we call. Anyways they always reply with that we are fully busy so losing one guest doesn’t really matter. I guess they are the worse in service across Palm hotels.

Currently at Andaz and loving the stay. We are a family with 2 kids and the hospitality has been brilliant. We were given a lovely room with all the kitchen amenities, this has really helped us so that we can wash and dry the clothes. Hafeez was really lovely to welcome us and offered sweats to welcome us and was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are really lovely. Special mention to Priya restaurant staff, Bilal who was serving at the chaat corner, Sajith the chef who was very friendly and ensured our stay has been comfortable and the Chef from UK sorry didn’t catch the name. Overall most at the restaurant were really nice and looked out for everyone. The room cleaning has been excellent as it’s kept spotless. The guys at the entrance always with a smile. The food has been flavourful. Less variety but there is always something we could find to eat. They are more into quality than quantity. The only negative if I have to pick something is that the pool is a bit far from our room and we have to go through the restaurant which isn’t ideal. It would be good to get an entrance to the rooms in the hotel through the outside. Overall would surely recommend.

The hotel was much better when I stayed there two years ago. I staid with Andaz last summer and one more time in January 2025, . It seems the management has changed since the quality of the service during the past two years significantly dropped down. . I was very excited to return to the hotel , but I ended up with mixed feelings about my stay. I'm not sure who the main manager is now, but the service no longer reflects the standards of a Category 5 hotel . Not sure I would pick this hotel in the future. Hyatt needs to select better managers for their 5-star properties. I'm sure they can do better.

Great stay with special mention to all the staff who truly made our stay amazing! Breakfast choice was great with the omelette being fantastic. We hired a car one day and the ability to valet park free of charge would make us stay again. Great sized pools and beach was great. Beach is on the smaller side so making ability to get a lounger a struggle at times. Towels being on the loungers at the beach was bad would prefer to get one handed to you as you go in, that way it’s clearer what loungers are available. There wasn’t enough staff on at the beach making it difficult to get a drink or food. The pool was great however extremely shaded so this limited how much time we wanted to spend at the pool as most beds were shaded by trees or structures. The room was fantastic and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Check in was extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to walk us through every useful detail. The staff at Breakfast were amazing, friendly and made sure we didn’t have to wait

Avoid! This is not a 5 star hotel. All you hear is club music all day from the surrounding venues. Goes late into the night. Constant weddings in the outdoor space each night. It's not a place to relax. They offer day passes to people so good luck finding a beach chair or chair by the pool if you aren't early enough. Ridiculous that there aren't enough chairs for paying guests. The breakfast gets old after 2 days. Nothing special and not diversified. Staff are nice but no where near 5 star service. We were so disappointed and not nearly ruined our holiday staying here. I wouldn't stay here again.

Really lovely hotel. Nice pool and beach area. Staff friendly and eager to help. Great choice at Flow restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Also ate at Little Miss India and Ba Asia - both excellent. Tina on Reception went out of her way to sort out a sea view room for us, and Alp and Omar on Reception were attentive and helped resolve a minor issue. We had booked half board with beverages - only minor niggle were the frequent supplements added for certain restaurants and drinks orders at certain times of the day - staff need to make the position clear at the point of seating guests at the table rather than when issuing the bill. Great location and amazing views across the Gulf. Supermarket across the road was great for drinks and snacks, and the nearby mall has a great range of shops and restaurants. Perfect venue for families. Hope to be back soon!

The hotel came recommended and we can see why. We had an incredible sea side escape at the Waldorf Palm. From start to finish the service from everyone was warm, friendly and attentive. I love the magic show they have at the bar. Klaus the magician is an amazing, friendly, professional class act. The magic tricks are mind blowing and each trick gets better than the last. Great value for money! The hotel was completed around 2019, so the building is in excellent shape, the rooms are very spacious and so are the balconies. The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option. This hotel is connected to 2 other JA properties and therefore you have many restaurant options. The gardens are nice and green and there is a splash park for kids.

However, they cannot give us a Complimentary room for a night using our Elite membership last December and this month we had a long weekend so I tried to contact them last January and begged to book us a night stay but still no consideration from your side. Please enlighten me how this high occupancy works that we cannot get a room from our membership while on your website there are still rooms available on the date I prefer.

Amazing hotel! Highly recommended! We are at the hotel right now and we can for sure recommend it to others! The rooms are very clean and modern- all of them with coffe machine, iron and balcony. The food is really great- everyone can find something to eat. Big plus for live cooking in the morning. Good opening hours.For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok. The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated. Great that there arent busy. Beautiful private beach. Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. I do not recommend this hotel for families with young children. The music is extremely loud until late at night, and even though we stayed on the 4th floor, we could still hear it booming. Furthermore, the playlist included songs with offensive language. All family connecting rooms have a sea view, which is great, but they are also located directly in front of an open party area. Despite providing feedback, the music remained very loud. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Location is middle of nowhere however hotel is amazing food is amazing but the food and drinks provided as this resort are very expensive. Staff are very good and hotel is clean. The biggest let down is their food policy you are not allowed to order deliveroo or careem which is a shame as hotel food is expensive and if you have kids they won't always like what's on offer so if you want outside food you need to go outside of resort to get and eat...management please take this advice and allow food from outside. This is the only reason which has prevented me from staying with you guys again due to this policy

One of the best experience ever, very nice option for annual/summer holidays. Staff is very copperative, you can reserve taxi before hand through a dedicated counter also dedicated bus services for three malls of Dubai (better reserved earlier). You have lot of options in food from Thai to Italian. Rooms are neat and clean. Keep the window closed else air Condition will automatically stop. Breakfast time is from 07 am.to 11 am. Mr. Muhammad at check-in counter guides you very well about the facilties and options you have at the resort.

The prices is really good and the whole experience is something else😍 We booked for 2 nights to relax Rooms were clean and the view was amazing to the pool and sea Note: be careful when choosing the room view because the first choice for us was the roof with air conditioners. Other than that, there are many activities for adults and kids as well including horses club, shooting area, zoo, pools, kids club, variety of restaurants, spa and many more. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is nowhere near a 5-star experience—I would generously rate it 2 stars at most. I booked two Premier Lagoon View rooms, expecting comfort and quality, but the reality was far from it. The bed sheets had a terrible odor, and the bathroom towels were old and worn out. We requested a bed for our 2-year-old son, but what they provided was completely unsuitable—hard as a rock, making it impossible for a baby to sleep comfortably. The entire experience felt more like a cheap motel than a luxury hotel. The walls were paper-thin; we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms as if it were in our own. At 2:30 AM, I called reception to report excessive noise from the room next door, but nothing was done. The disturbance continued until 5 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Being 8 months pregnant, this was especially exhausting. To make matters worse, I woke up with bites on my skin, adding to the discomfort. And the breakfast? An absolute disgrace. Nothing was fresh, the service was terrible, and the food was beyond disappointing. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

We have been to Dubai quite a few times but this was the first time with our 4 month old baby boy. We had an amazing time and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was great with an amazing sea view and the staff were fantastic. I really cannot understand other reviews which are asking for an adults only pool/area. This is quite clearly a family hotel and there are plenty of very nice adults only hotels in the area if this is your preference! We shall return next year!

I had one of the best experiences of my life staying at Le Royal Meridien. From the moment I arrived, everything was very organized. The staff were very welcoming and polite, always with a smile on their faces and ready to provide you with the best that Dubai has to offer. The room service was impeccable. Everything was very clean and smelled nice. The hotel has several renowned restaurants, including Michelin stars. The breakfast provided by the hotel is impeccable. There are several options for all tastes. One important detail is that they really care about people with allergies. I felt embraced by the entire staff. They even surprised my partner on his birthday. They left a beautiful note and a cake in our room. This surpassed all limits of excellence for me. The hotel has easy access to the beach, where you will have several kiosks to serve you. In short, everything was perfect. I have traveled to several important places, but my experience in Dubai at Le Royal Meridien definitely made everything better. I would like to thank Ms. Hina for your impeccable service, I will definitely return to Dubai, congratulations to the entire team at Le Royal Meridien, you are incredible.

I have visited Dubai numerous times and if you can afford it; I think it is, without a doubt, the BEST hotel in Dubai. There are 5 or 6 swimming pools, numerous restaurants, beach bars, sports facilities, gardens and it is located on the beach. The location is perfect and close to both the Marina’s and all the boat, jet ski, paragliding hire etc. The staff here are so in incredible. Not only are they highly professional but so supportive, helpful and kind. They are literally like a family to me when I visit for either work or a holiday. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful resort 🙏🙏🙏!

Wow- what a great experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Really everyone is always helpful and has a smile on their face. Food was so delicious and the rooms and facilities are luxurious. The beach and pools are excellent, the staff always arranged sunbeds for us- so enough sunbeds for everyone! Spa & fitness is also included and we really enjoyed using it. I really can‘t think of anything that could be done better during out stay. If we come to Dubai next time, we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

The staff were professional, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. However, one major drawback was the handling of the New Year’s Eve celebration. I was traveling solo and was seated alone at a table during the main event. This was a bit isolating, as many travelers, myself included, enjoy the opportunity to socialize on such a special night. It felt like an oversight that could have been easily avoided by offering a more social seating arrangement. I would highly recommend that the hotel consider this feedback for future events, as it could create a more inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for solo travelers. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities, but if you're traveling solo during a big event like New Year’s Eve, it might be worth inquiring about seating arrangements beforehand to avoid feeling left out. The best we could have asked for a family reunion. Very spacious 4 bed room villa with complete essentials made our stay more memorable. The life guards in the pool were very attentive and the kids pool and kids park was very much enjoyed by my grand daughter. The biggest compliment I can give is to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. All of us used the Spa which is one of the largest in the Middle East and the cleanliness and the decor of the Spa makes you feel the Ottoman era completely

This hotel is stunning, set in location with beautiful views, a great choice of restaurants, access to river taxis, and just a stones throw away from the beach. Every hotel guest gets free access to the wild wadi water park which was a nice add in. It’s difficult to find fault with this hotel - the only downside being the pillows in the hotel which I didn’t find to be very comfortable. The customer service and room service of all staff was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai and I have stayed in many so far such as Palace Downtown, Atlantis Royal and Fairmont Palm. The facilities were beautiful and it was lovely to be able to use the other neighbouring hotel pools too. The room was lovely and had an amazing view. It was mine and my friend’s birthdays during our stay and the guest relations team made sure we felt special by sending us both cake, a card and balloons. The breakfast was also beautiful, lovely food and lovely views out to the lagoon and sea. We also enjoyed feeding turtles the following morning at the Al Naseem hotel which was a perfect end to our stay. Anything we needed was also responded to over the WhatsApp number who were very responsive. It was also possible to check in online and provide ID and payment before the stay which made checking in extremely smooth. We were also able to check in early and check out late which made the stay much more comfortable. Thank you for everything, we will be back soon 😊

I did not stay here however we had lunch reservations at "Shimmers" on their property. As soon as we arrived the hotel lobby, we followed the signs for the restaurant. There was a security guard who did not allow us to go outside. He asked if we had reservations and at this point we were late due to him holding us behind. I replied yes at 1pm and provided my name. I felt humiliated and instead of him using his fancy radio/walkie talkie to verify our reservation either with the hotel or restaurant, he made us go back to the lobby to obtain proof and delaying even further our lunch celebration.

Large resort, 30 minutes from city centres Positives are very friendly staff and great pools. Unfortunately the food was very, very low quality. I have been to resorts all around the world and the food here is typically found at the 3 star resorts. Decent breakfast buffet but other than that very disappointing.

JA Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort with stunning natural scenery and lot of peacocks 🦚 . It offers a wide range of amenities and activities including the exciting Pirates and Mermaids Club for kids. 💫 The highlight of the resort is the water park area (Just Splash) designed for both kids (above 100 cm in height) and adults. The water park features three thrilling slides and a giant water bucket that tips every 4-5 minutes, adding to the fun-filled experience. Also, the villa and restaurant staff are very friendly and courteous. 🥰 💓 The beaches are quite long and clean with lot of beach beds. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises. The checkin and checkout process and service was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable and huge. Majority of the rooms have balcony overlooking the garden or/and beach 🏖️ . Breakfast was good and had wide range of varieties with many options for vegetarians. Buggy service was quick to travel across the property which is actually quite big and one of the largest in Dubai I believe. Recommended 👍🏻🤗

Terrible service—very slow and nothing like a five-star hotel. I had stayed here before and expected much better. My experience completely ruined my mood on Valentine’s Day. I had requested a room decoration in advance as a surprise, but it wasn’t done on time or even afterward. All they did was place two swans on the bed—no balloons, nothing to create a celebratory atmosphere. I also had to wait more then 40 minutes for ice, calling reception five times with no response. Extremely disappointing.

Even though I don’t celebrate Christmas, the decorations at Jumeirah Al Qasr are absolutely breathtaking! They truly go all out, and the festive vibe is something you can’t help but admire. We loved our stay at Rixos Premium JBR. It is in the perfect location and spotlessly clean. The downsides were that my partner didn’t receive a response to his questions in advance about organising something special for my birthday despite emailing a few times. As we arrived at around 8am on the day of our check in, we had to wait until 4pm for our room. We tried breakfast on our first day but as the vegan/plant based options were very limited, we’re pleased we hadn't committed to breakfast everyday. Other than those points, our stay was very enjoyable. Special thanks to the cleaning staff who left our room immaculate every day and the pool staff for being so attentive. Daytime by the pool at Azure was perfect . We didn’t try the restaurants as again, looking at the menu they lacked plant based options. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants in Dubai that have variety. We LOVED Lock, Stock and Barrel. More plant based options at the breakfast buffet and restaurants would make the stay even better.

I've stayed at this hotel three times - in 2021, again in 2022, and now in 2025. The cleanliness, modern design, and overall high standard have remained absolutely top-tier. It's impressive how well the hotel has maintained its quality over the years. Many places decline after a while, but not this one. The staff is exceptional - friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Service remains as flawless as ever. However, what has significantly changed is the type of guests. During my first visits, the clientele was refined, well-mannered, and suited to the hotel’s high standard. Now? Let’s just say the atmosphere has taken a hit. The place is overrun with uneducated Russians and misbehaving Turks who have no understanding of basic etiquette. Loud, disrespectful, and a stark contrast to the hotel’s otherwise impeccable experience. Additionally their kids are the same, screaming everywhere, running around like they own the place. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is still excellent. If they could somehow filter out the clientele, it would be perfect.

Overall, as a family with a baby, we really enjoyed our stay at Rixos. From the exceptional service to the beautiful ambiance, it was an amazing experience. The staff was always very helpful and attentive, fulfilling our every need. The buffet was mesmerizing, and we were impressed by the freshly cooked food and its delicious taste. The hotel room, pool, and beach area were always clean, and the staff was quick to tidy up and serve guests. All in all, we will certainly recommend Rixos and look forward to returning.

Don't know how this hotel is 5 Star. Their service was cheap and something you would expect at a motel. We found bed bugs in the bed and took videos. Their cheap form of service was compensation for 1 night (out of the 7) and finally after 6 hours moved our room to a room that only takes 20 minutes to get to the lobby. If I ever go back to Dubai I would not stay at this hotel.

One of the best places to catch the big football matches. Always guaranteed a great turnout and the venue sets as a really vibrant and good feel good factor in it. I would recommend this place. I've heard it's good as a night bar hangout as well and I'm not surprised why. They have happy hours during the evening which is really good value for all. We love their fries and Garden special fries and always make to sure to order them as a side. Their beef nachos is also a very good matchtime side to have.

Regularly head here for Arsenal games and I'm never disappointed with the partizan crowd. Atmosphere is always on point with several screens to lap up the games. Some of the portions could be bigger (I eat a lot) but in general there's a lot to choose from on the menu and pork options are available. All the servers I've encountered had great energy and actually behave like they want to be there. Special mention to Megmilan seeing as he served us twice in a row now ... great guy!
