Let me start by saying that my family and I love this hotel and the pool but we were recently very disappointed that the service fell short of what we expected. We often go to the hotel to use the pool and have food and drink. We go very early. Last week at 9:50 we went to the pool bar to order the four smoothies we usually buy. A supervising manager called G*****t came over and told us that we could not have the smoothies because kids are not allowed in the area and that people complained. I pointed out that there were only 2 other people in the area and they were not complaining. The member of staff didn't seem to want to help and said only that he'll get in trouble if he lets us stay. This really disappointed my children who were hungry, thirsty and looking forward to their usual smoothies. The weekend before (and the weekend before that) there had been MANY families (with young kids) in this area in the morning, all buying smoothies etc. Right now the pool bar is empty. We would have been buying smoothies. Instead we will make alternative arrangements. Please resolve this issue. I understand that you may not want kids around during busy periods but you are losing custom when the area is empty and could have paying customers with empty stomachs in! Just a reminder that we do have money that we would be happy to spend. We also love this pool and hotel in general.

the worst hotel experience of my life!! The night manager gave us a very bad welcome, it took him more than an hour and a half to give us the room! He was very rude to us, I had young children with me. Room service is poor. The food is really very average for a 5 star. The worst experience I've had in my life. Never again this hotel.

I recently visited Al Habtoor Grand, and I must say, the area and the pool are absolutely stunning. The view is nothing short of breathtaking. The surroundings are well-kept and provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. One of the standout features of this place is how kid-friendly it is. There are plenty of activities and amenities catered to children, making it an ideal spot for families. My kids had an absolute blast, and it was clearly designed with families in mind. However, I did encounter one significant issue during our stay. Both of my daughters developed eye infections after spending time in the pool. I suspect this might be due to the water not being properly maintained. It's crucial for the management to address this, as it detracts from an otherwise wonderful experience.

First of all the rooms are nice and clean but the whole hotel feels old because it is old, it should be a 4 star hotel not 5 star. The breakfast is good but there is a limited selection of food and it does not change everyday. However they have a chief that makes any type of egg you want. The hotel is undergoing maintenance which was very disturbing and loud. when you open the window the view is also disturbed by the construction. The most disappointing thing in the whole hotel is the valet service, they are very rude not all of them only two or three of them, I forgot to take their names and report them. They were very ignorant and rude. They only wanted to take the car and go, when I ask them about something they ignore me and got inside the car and drove away.

If you are expecting a 5* hotel then you will be disappointed. This is more a 3* or 4* hotel. The rooms are ok, clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast is a canteen style experience. Lots of stressed staff running around, clanging plates and knives. We didn’t enjoy the restaurants/breakfasts. Staff are not trained to deliver 5* service. Restaurant staff were rude on our first day, and it was poorly managed when we raised it. We ended up avoiding the breakfast as much as possible. There is construction going on but weren’t warned if this, and in addition the adult pool was closed for maintenance. We were assured it would open before we left but that didn’t happen. Staff training and communication is probably the biggest issue with this hotel. I don’t recommend booking here. There are other hotels we stayed in with the same price and rating that were exceptional. I wouldn’t go to this hotel again.

The food glorious festival which takes place for about a month is perhaps the most crowded times at the beach and a huge number of people participate in the proceedings. The walk which is a famous walk down innumerable food stalls from French street foods to local delights is a must-visit place here. The park here also poses as a great tourist attraction where visitors can relax swimming or playing sports like Volleyball etc. One of the most popular beaches in Dubai, Jumeirah is heavily crowded because of its affinity to many malls and stores on the shore. It provides a perfect escape and surely is one of the delightful experiences you will have. Incredible service, wonderful rooms, marvellous food and beautiful atmosphere. It’s one of a kind, full luxury, has amazing views from the bedrooms, and the staff go above and beyond. I was highly impressed with this hotel. It’s beautiful, and you have access to so many restaurants in nearby jumeirah hotels like Al-Qasar and Mina salam. Food is delicious with a wide range of meals and cuisines. After a week here it was impossible to leave! Highly recommend.

Good hotel. We enjoyed the lounge especially. Good food, tasty, different every evening, good choice of drinks, good quality wine. Very very friendly and customer oriented service, we want to praise Joy and Kamal the administrators of the lounge. Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries). Also sauna and steam room.

This hotel was like a dream. The service was exceptional we were blown away. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the globe, we've never been blown away as much as we were by this resort. We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness. A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave. Something that has never happened before. The check in staff was warm and friendly and we literally had the best check in experience. We were treated with warmth and respect. If like to highlight Portia. She's an exceptional employee and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were delighted. We've had check in experiences that ruined our entire stay at other hotels. Portia was helpful through most our stay and her other colleagues were also friendly and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next stay in Dubai.

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem. There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING. The luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, gourmet restaurants, exemplary services, Arabic style villas, personalized butler service, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We absolutely loved everything about this place. From delicious dining options, super friendly & helpful staff to cozy, luxurious rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. The most luxurious amazing hotel I have ever and probably will ever go too. We will never go anywhere else, this was my second time coming to the jumeriah DAM and it will not be the last. We stayed in villa 15, the room was incredible, so much space, the beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Our butler was the loveliest lady, always going the extra mile to provide us with an amazing service, everyone is so nice from the buggy drivers to the staff who greet you in reception. We will never stay anywhere else in Dubai, Thankyou for providing us with the best holiday and the best memories x

A luxurious resort with mostly cozy villa type of accommodation which guarantees solemnity with traditional Arabian ambience for a well-deserved holiday amidst modern landscapes of Dubai. Special mention to Ronald, our spectacular butler who catered to most of our welcome tour and especially, a mini-surprise birthday entourage treat, as well as free-flowing drinks and snacks during their happy-hour between 5-7PM. This is highly recommended for your much desired solace in solitude or together with your special dear ones.

This is a completely and utterly beautiful resort. Full of friendly, helpful, kid friendly staff. The resort was safe, clean, quiet and beautiful. We arrived home last night back to England. And we are planning our next visit! Admittedly it is very hot in June with a 2 year old and 5 year old, but we all so very much enjoyed our time. We stayed in the Gulf suite in Villa 9, such a beautiful room and setting. We were taken care of by many members of staff. However Deneish, our room service was top notch, clean, so very tidy and my girls loved the towel animals. He was always friendly and smiley to us. Ida (one of the butlers) stood out also. She was always friendly, making sure we had meal plans sorted, buggies or abras booked, any issues (which we didn't have any!) were sorted. Apparently she has only been at Jumeirah for 1 month, wow keep it up you're amazing. But please, each and every member of staff were brilliant. From the check in staff who got us our villas early while my two year old was hot and tired. They even offered to help me with her. To the garden crew, Abra, buggy crew who always engaged with the kids. On check in the Buggy crew even stopped on the way to the villa so my daughter could look at a peacock! (See photo) Truly a place of luxury. You should all be so very proud of what you do and provide. My only frustration was listening to guests talk to your staff poorly. The staff provide such a great level of service and should be respected as such. If you have an issue raise it, they WILL help, just don't be rude about it. Bravo! We WILL be returning! Thank you for the memories.

Our room was well appointed and spacious, the dining options were fabulous and you are spoilt for choice and the location is spectacular. The private beach is immaculate and there is plenty of space for everyone and all the beach staff will help you set up your spot for the day making sure you have everything you need. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Throughout our entire stay, all the staff wherever you are in the hotel, are incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and make a genuine effort to anticipate all your needs. Fantastic service and the most friendly, welcoming staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Would not hesitate to return. We particularly enjoyed the service from the great staff at the breeze bar and the beach attendant who put our towels out everyday. We ate breakfast at Turquoise each morning. Excellent food quality and service experienced there also. We really enjoyed drinks, snacks and entertainment and service at Bar 1 on an evening, followed by great, friendly service from patisserie before bed. We had lunch at Bodrum on several occasions. Again, faultless food and service. Every single member of staff has been friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed at Rixos for three fantastic weeks. What can we say, room beautiful, staff amazing so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Food is the best all inclusive food we have ever had. We found our spot on day two around the Breeze Bar Pool. We were soon met by Wilson, what a lovely man. Since then not only Wilson but the other guys who work under him have gone above and beyond to look after us. From filling up our cool boxes regularly during the day and constantly asking can they get us any other drinks.. amazing, best ever. Will we want to come back, oh yes definitely, can’t wait, Rixos the Palm will be our go to resort now. The way the hotel is run is a credit to the management and the Rixos Group. We cannot think of anything we did not like whilst staying here.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. We left belongings at our first hotel and ‘Danish’ was our hero - he went above and beyond to help us….. an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The private beach had plenty of loungers and was stunning - water sports on offer. Luxurious and I’d definitely return. Our room had cooking facilities and a large fridge freezer !!

Thank you so much for your kindness and service. Food has been amazing, breakfast was stunning with a wide range. Linn and Aung have been so pleasant every single day with 5star customer service. Improvements would be bathroom layout. Taps were stuck to shower mode and the glass restricts reaching taps. I had to climb in and over the bath and fill the bath up with the shower head. Would not be ideal for older individuals. Khyber the Indian restaurant was STUNNING. Dukes bar cocktails on happy hour… delightful. Beach, pool and lazy river glorious Thank you for making the vacation wonderful we’d love to come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Every member of the team, from start to finish, made us feel like VIPs. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single department delivers outstanding service, but Dukes The Palm managed it effortlessly. They made our son’s birthday an experience we’ll never forget, and for that, we are forever grateful. If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets warmth and personalized care, Dukes The Palm is the place to be. We can’t wait to return for another stay!

The hotel was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the hotel had made it truly special. The rooms were very clean and always took care with our belongings when we had left our valuables out. The room service was fantastic with outstanding customer care and politeness. Breakfast in the morning and dinner at the khyber restaurant was fantastic. Everything was perfect with our stay, the staff on the doors, at the reception, the pools, beach, and all other staff were so kind and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel is the fact it was so busy, which if anything, shows just how good of a hotel it is.

I definitely have no complaints. The quality is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is at an incredible level everywhere. The view from the room of the palm tree is outstanding, and we were in the Imperial Club, which truly has everything you could need. It's also great because the dining experience is more serene; even though the selection may be slightly limited, there’s still plenty of options. The private beach with service is fantastic as well. The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. I cannot fault a single thing, the staff from the receptionist right down to the security were welcoming and hospitable. They really made you feel at home. Thank you for the best stay. The room definitely lives up to its expectations, the bath was huge, the bed was huge. We booked a king room and they gave a separate cot for our child. Look forward to visiting again.

I had the incredible experience of being part of an event held in the ballroom at Atlantis, The Palm, and it was nothing short of spectacular! It was my first time visiting the hotel, and I was blown away by the attention to detail. The ocean and aqua theme flows seamlessly through every part of the hotel, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and mesmerizing. The ballroom was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly set up for our event. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event or just enjoy a memorable stay. I visited twice on this visit. Once to a Gala and the other to brunch. Our group was approximately 450 people. The gala was very elegant, and there was a variety of food. I do wish the dance floor was bigger but I understand due to the size of our group. The brunch was a vibe! The other times I visited Dubai I skipped the brunch because I'm not a big drinker. However, it's more than just that. The atmosphere is electric! The only negative I have were the bathroom doors at the gala. The handle came off the door and left you stuck in the stall. Also, the outside door to the bathroom opened awkwardly. I had my hand smashed in the door.

I recently stayed at Hotel Atlantis in Dubai, it was absolutely incredible! The hotel is a masterpiece of architecture and design, easily the most beautiful I've ever seen. The level of service was exceptional. Room service was provided more than once a day, and the cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, served promptly, and offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could need. The only minor drawback was the shower. The water pressure was quite low, and it took a while to get warm. Overall, my stay at Hotel Atlantis was unforgettable. If you're looking for a luxurious and luxurious experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Jumeirah Beach, and it was an incredible experience! From the stunning views to the fantastic location, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Dinesh from housekeeping. He went above and beyond to ensure our room was comfortable and well-serviced, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The only minor issue was that the bathtub stopper wasn't working properly, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend Sofitel Jumeirah Beach for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. It truly deserves a solid 10/10!

Hi 👋 I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a nice place overall. The location is fantastic, and the facilities are quite good, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my experience. I arrived at 3 PM, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for an hour before I could check in, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found the bathroom to be a tad smaller than I expected, and it felt cramped, especially when it came to drying off after a shower. While the hotel has its strengths, including a great location and good amenities, I feel that the value for money could be improved given the inconveniences I faced. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I would recommend considering these factors when booking.

Hotel grounds are kept so beautiful. We had a ocean front room that had a phenomenal view. The staff allowed us to check in early at 11am and did not charge us extra. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. I can wait to come back to Dubai and visit this hotel again. The stay was perfect from the time we arrived until we left.

The Hotel truly cares about its guests , all the Staff are very friendly and always greet you with a Smile . The rooms are spic and span and they also have a wonderful turndown service, they even made my dad’s celebration special with a welcome cake and a beautiful towel decoration. I was highly privileged to stay here in The Andaz for a day and a night. Got upgraded to the Terrace Suite and it of course exceeded expectations. The view of the city was amazing and the balcony is big enough to play football ⚽ on. It comes with access to the spa and the pool lounge, which I did not get to use. Going down onto the private beach you really get a sense of how big the Palm Island is and it is incredible. I am very grateful to have stayed here and hopefully I get another chance to come back to Dubai.

The spacious rooms and our suite with a private pool were the best parts of our stay at the Lake View Hotel in JA Resorts Dubai. The cleaning staff did a great job and were really helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience wasn’t as good. Despite booking well in advance for our large family, the check-in was slow and frustrating. We picked this hotel because of the aqua park, but it’s actually far away, and you need to take a shuttle bus to get there. It’s better to stay at one of the other 2 hotels closer to the park. The “no food from outside” rule was a pain, especially since the room service food was pricey and not that tasty. Breakfast was also a letdown, with long lines to get into the buffet. While we liked the rooms, the rest of the experience wasn’t great, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Upon checking in, I noticed it was a bit busy, so I had to wait in line for a few minutes. While standing there, a gentleman who works at the hotel noticed me and initiated a friendly conversation. His approach was genuine, not just a distraction from the wait, which, by the way, was no longer than seven minutes. When it was my turn, the lady at the counter greeted me warmly, apologized for the brief delay, and to my pleasant surprise, upgraded our room to a sea view. We were initially a bit disappointed to learn that the breakfast area was under renovation, and we had to eat in a temporary location. However, on our first day, a duty manager unexpectedly visited our room to check if everything was satisfactory. We assured him everything was perfect but casually mentioned the breakfast situation, without intending to complain. Just ten minutes later, he called to apologize for the inconvenience and offered us breakfast in a lovely restaurant within the hotel, to enjoy a delightful set menu in a beautiful setting. Throughout our stay, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The room was amazing, and they cleaned it twice a day, ensuring everything was always in top condition. In my opinion, what truly defines excellent customer service in a hotel isn't the absence of issues, but how the hotel addresses and resolves them, turning potential problems into positive experiences. As an Accor Platinum member, I've always appreciated the late checkout benefit across the chain. However, my recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the hotel itself is good and well-located with friendly staff, I encountered an issue with the front desk. We always love staying at the hotel. The staff are always so helpful and happy. Our only complaint this time would be the restaurants in the evenings appear to be under staffed. Not something we’ve noticed before, but with small children a 3 hour dinner is just too long (The Beach House and Mekong). I think the main pool could also do with some maintenance. My children found quite a few loose pool tiles and the parasols are looking quite tired. All in all however, as always a really enjoyable stay with amazing food and overall good service. First the down side. It is too far to walk to the monorail so any trip out of the hotel is by taxi. But this is a small price at less than £20 each way. The positives far outweigh any negative points 1. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and have everything I needed. We stayed in a lagoon view room and although there was no direct access to the pool it was only downstairs. 2. The food is excellent in every restaurant. There is a massive choice in the buffet but there are many options to have your food cooked whilst you wait. Each of the other restaurants were easy to make a booking and served a wide range of good quality food on the half board package. 3. I’m not sure how you train so many staff to the same high standard. They were all really friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and good at what they did. Wow- what a great experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Really everyone is always helpful and has a smile on their face. Food was so delicious and the rooms and facilities are luxurious. The beach and pools are excellent, the staff always arranged sunbeds for us- so enough sunbeds for everyone! Spa & fitness is also included and we really enjoyed using it. Great great great it's really great and one of the best hotels I've visited, there is privacy in the swimming pools as they are divided and the rooms are clean, spacious and great and have a beautiful view. There is a family swimming pool for children with a depth of 40 cm covered with a guard. The reservation was with breakfast and the restaurant was great and the food satisfies all tastes. It is very great for recreation and honeymoon and even family and children and there is also a kids area until 9 pm and the swimming pool until 7 pm. But it is full of foreigners and the main language is English and there are very few Arabs or veiled women there

We had a reservation here for one night, we arrived at 3:45pm, when we checked in, we were told that our room was not ready and they had to call room service to see how long it's going to take. Then they offered us to pay more for an upgraded room which is ready. It seemed like a game as the hotel was trying to make more money by selling the upgrade to us. We refused, the manager came after half an hr of back an forth, she mentioned that they upgraded us to a better room at no charge. So the welcoming experience at a 5 star hotel felt like a 3 star. That being the said, the room itself is very dark, the lighting in the bathroom was just not right when you tried to get ready to go out.

We have been visiting W Palm regularly for pool days and staycations. One downside is that there is no sun after 4pm in the adult only pool which is a big miss in the design of the hotel. The service level and quality of the facilities are usually fantastic. Unfortunately, we have seen a decline in various areas lately and hope to see improvement during our next visit. The pool staff is amazing but clearly not enough resourced to properly manage the guests (especially in the weekend). 50 minutes wait time for a simple lunch is unacceptable. The Valet organization is a mess and leads to extreme long waits.

We booked a luxury palm view room which was absolutely stunning, the room was absolutely massive and the view of the palm was incredible day and night. The rooms were cleaned to high standards when needed. My only fault would be that the baby cot we requested was extremely dirty and we had to clean it multiple times with antibacterial wipes we had brought to ensure it was clean enough for the baby - this is perhaps something the hotel could work on for future guests as this was our only negative. A staff member in particular, Sachin at the pool bar stood out particularly as he was so attentive and polite. He ensured we were very well looked after while we relaxed around the pool. This hotel is a pure paradise. Staff welcomed us beautifully with a bouquet of flowers to help us celebrate the graduation exams. The hotel is stunning, all the restaurants are fantastic, concierge app is very helpful in organising the activities. The spa was fantastic and the beach area has many loungers and a top class service. The staff add a special touch to the stay, always ready to help and smile. Our room is looking out at the pool area with stunning views of Atlantis and the palm hotels. There is so much availability in the hotel, from henna hand painting, to shops, jewellery, cocktails, beach restaurant and many more. It is worth to go half board to try beautiful food in the restaurants. We love spending time at this hotel and will surely return in the future. It's easy to get taxis outside the hotel, there is also a cinema and a theatre available. If you come here you will be treated like royalty. Thank you to all staff for enhancing our stay. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the building itself is lovely. The location is a bit far from the main attractions in Dubai, which may or may not be an issue depending on your plans. I typically expect exceptional service from a Jumeirah hotel, as that is part of their reputation. Unfortunately, this visit at the end of October was disappointing. The hotel seemed to be overbooked. There was a 20-minute delay before check-in, and despite asking four different times for extra beds, they were not added until midnight. At one point, I was told that no beds were available. Breakfast had long queues, and there were no sunbeds available at the pool. It took a considerable amount of time to get a table at the poolside restaurants; we stood there for five minutes waiting for some to acknowledge or speak to us. We stopped a staff member to ask and was informed that we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a table. On another occasion at another restaurant in the hotel, it took around 40 minutes for our food to arrive, and they forgot to bring some items. Given this experience, I’m unsure if I would choose to return to this hotel.

Loved it. Stayed there during half term. Everything was fabulous. Good food. Good Rooms, Good Gym, Free Spa. Heated pool. Great views. And really great service. Not the best in Dubai but then again competition is fierce . Minor points. The hotel should get better coffee. Staff is overwhelmed at peak breakfast time. And pool staff need to be better at managing pool chairs. Maybe get a manager to oversee it.

We went to this resort just for a weekend getaway and the resort is just like a hill station. The beautiful peacocks roaming here and there in the resort adds more to its beauty. The rooms were so beautifully located and designed. We had 17 months kid and there were toys and all the baby accessories kept in the room. The welcome basket and chocolates were great to receive. The resort is widespread with Jebel Ali golf resort also to its access. The golf area was fun to visit. We played mini golf too. The buffet breakfast was nice and huge. In all a unique place far away in outskirts of Dubai.

I booked 3 rooms of premium garden Terrace junior suite at the JA palm tree Court on 21 June 2024. My experience was bad. I can say I give this resort three stars maximum. It is not definitely not five star hotel. Although staff are very helpful yet I faced so many disappointments during my stay for me and my family. Huge miscommunication from the lady at the time of booking to explain the resort facility so many rules and regulations were not clarified before booking. It was very misleading. The hotel lobby is in a separated building and rooms are in another, lobby was very hot and the AC was off in the lobby. Guests are not allowed to order food from outside and have to eat from hotel restaurants or the room service yet in-room service food tasted really bad either it was extra salty or not taste at all. The burger was weird to taste. The salad had no lemon or salt. The Indian food lacked taste. Kids club and splash is way too far from all rooms. You have to take the hotel buggy to reach and adults and nannies are not allowed to stay with the kids, this was shocking. I never leave my kids alone so didn’t use the kids club.. Also guest have to pay 150 per kid below 4 years to use the kids club facility. What is the point of booking in a hotel if you have to pay additional cost for the facilities. The African lady in the kids club was not helpful at all. You can’t order food at the pool you can only have beverages from the bar very inconvenient with kids. Room A/c was hot and not cooling the room and not user friendly can’t figure out how to switch on or off. Overall not a pleasant experience, not planing to book in this hotel again, not recommending the hotel to my family and friends.

A great family oriented hotel with superb facilities, the staff are just amazing and made sure my children had anything they requested. Hyegene and cleanliness is top of the list as the hotel is just immaculate at all times! 3 different pools and separate kids pool. The private beach is just stunning and very peaceful. I genuinely have zero complaints. These guys are top of their game, especially the valet parking guys. Will be staying here from now on

We just returned from a 10 night stay there and absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the service, the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, from start to finish everything was amazing. We were upgraded for free from a lagoon view to a sea view room which had beautiful views from our balcony. We had the half board dine around package and enjoyed dining at different Jumeirah restaurants, which kept us from getting bored of the same type and style of food. There was something for everyone and I especially loved the healthy breakfast options complete with metabolic boosting shots and antioxidant shots. The private beach and abras were so calming and the staff couldn't be more accomodating and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special and important. Our cleaner, Imran, did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless while we were there and he was always asking if we needed anything more and if we were satisfied with his work. The only thing that was not pleasant was the atittude of some of the guests. There are some guests who can spoil your mood with their rude and entitled attitude. For example, one lady hit my 8 year old son while going past him in the breakfast buffet and did not even stop to apologise or ask if he was OK- he was shaken up and crying as he wasn't used to someone behaving in this manner. We have trained our children to be respectful of others and they expect others to show basic courtesy and consideration. Other examples include guests pushing past us in the line while waiting for lifts and going ahead of us, and just lacking basic social graces and manners, such as saying thank you or excuse me. Another example- another woman was coming past me in the breakfast buffet with a drink and she spilled it- some of it splashed on my legs and the rest went on the floor directly behind me. She did not even stop to apologise to me or alert the waiter- she simply carried on to her table as if nothing had happened. It was only when the waiter saw me staring and realised what had happened that he noticed what was going on and began cleaning up. When you are staying at a hotel of this calibre and spending so much, you expect other guests to have a similar level of etiquette and manners and these types of incidents can really spoil your mood. This is the only thing that would put me off staying here again, and I would advise the hotel management to take this feedback on board somehow.

Resort is very nice and the benefit of being able to utilize amenities in all Madinat Jumeirah hotels is a major plus. The beach is very clean with unobstructed views, and is quite possibly the best in all of Dubai. However, with that being said, the hotel is quite old and outdated - could definitely use some refurbishment. This is especially important given they charge a nightly price that is much higher than other beach resorts in Dubai. Service was good, as expected at any 5-star hotel in Dubai - but one of my friends wanted to come to my room and they refused him entry because he didn’t have a physical ID with him (only digital); this was strange and caused some inconvenience so I hope mgt does something to make it clear to guests upon check-in. Also, they will not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel so bear that in mind. The food was great - only tried the beach club bites but there’s plenty of great restaurants on site. Overall, if I were to come back to Dubai I would likely choose a different resort and perhaps only visit the beach at their resort.

We stayed in July 2024, on a layover from Australia to the UK. We were so impressed by the colleagues and the service we received. From the moment of stepping out of the taxi, to the very early check-in, each of the restaurants, the colleagues manning the club car station, the beach & pool attendants, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiley, courteous, interested and engaged. The colleagues paid such kind attention to my daughter, making her feel so special, that she told me she wanted to move to Dubai and live in the hotel. I may need to work harder to make that a reality. Specific shout outs to the colleague that checked us in (so well-presented, very professional), the laundry team for working so hard and so quickly to remove the vomit (due to motion sickness) from our various clothes, bags and soft toys; the Malaysian manager at Zheng He’s restaurant for her warmth, care, humour, knowledge and guidance; the housekeeping colleagues for their energetic greetings and attentive cleaning of our room, and finally Tatyana the brilliant Kazakh guest relations employee who went above and beyond in her care and recognition of my daughter. In addition to the fantastic service, the room was beautifully decorated, brilliantly presented, and provided a cool and calm oasis for us. We slept so well, and sunrise coffee overlooking the beach and Burj Al Arab was a great way to start each day. The new pool down on the beach is brilliant, and the pool service was top class. We loved our stay, would highly recommend the hotel, and are excited about our return in the future. Thank you to everyone at Mina Al Salam for a special, memorable stay.

Our stay at the Rixos was truly amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suit on the 32 floor and the views were incredible, they spanned from the view of the palm to the Dubai eye. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The housekeeping was very attentive, his name was Hussain and he was so friendly and polite and if we needed anything he was all ways around on the floor. Great location easy access to the beach, and to pop out for a bite to eat. Fantastic valet parking staff always on hand to help. Wonderful stay for our family!

Excellent Service – Issue Resolved Successfully We have been loyal guests of Jumeirah Hotels for many years and have always enjoyed our stays in Dubai, most recently at Jumeirah Al Qasr in September. Unfortunately, this time we encountered an issue with a security deposit that was blocked on my credit card and not released as expected. After a few days and several emails, the issue was finally resolved thanks to the professional and swift assistance of Ms. Virginia Attina. Her friendly and efficient service really impressed us, and we are grateful that everything was handled to our satisfaction. The hotel itself remains one of the best in Dubai for us. The service is top-notch, the location unbeatable, and it’s also a fantastic place for business meetings. We are already looking forward to our next stay and will continue to visit Jumeirah Hotels every year. 10/10 – highly recommended!

I would like to thank the team of the hotel they work hard to make all things go well that guests feel nice and good! The hotel is located in a beautiful place surrounded huge amount plants and flowers and a wonderful, peaceful, and endless beach. Every morning I woke up with thought that I was in paradise looking from my balcony to magnificent and breathtaking view, birds singing in tune while I had a delicious, varied and healthy breakfast, then went to beach or pool using abra (boat) or buggy service. I have been here several times since 2007 it was always nice and excellent service provided by the hotel that makes me feel so good that I want to return here again and again. Even the some issues occurred the team of the hotel resolved them fast and smooth in professional way so I felt they care of me as a valuable guest. I adore this place and will come back as soon as I can!!!

Clearly - it's a huge fancy hotel with a big (freezing) pool but I was surprised at how dated a lot of the hotel was, things like the rooms and lifts that can't have been touched in 20 years. The breakfast is good but missing basic things like fruit other than melon. That's not the deal breaker though - the main issue is very rude staff members (even if only a minority) and the huge number of "professional" women at the beach. Re the staff, in 3 nights, we had around 3 separate instances of staff just being unashamedly rude at breakfast and at reception - an unpleasant and unusual experience to feel like second class citizens at any hotel. The working atmosphere seems unpleasant and this is reflected in the overall hotel experience. Re the beach, it's not private unfortunately despite being sold as private. We were surrounded by "professional" women who we now understand had been given day passes to be there. Unfortunately can't recommend this hotel.

Quite simply, a 10/10 hotel. If you’re familiar with Jumeirah chain hotels - they are a class apart from others - Hilton / Marriott don’t come close. This one met every high expectation I had and surpassed others too. What makes this so far ahead of the competition- aside from the film set like detail is the service you receive. I would recommend getting half board and club room. Worth every penny.

One of the best places to catch the big football matches. Always guaranteed a great turnout and the venue sets as a really vibrant and good feel good factor in it. I would recommend this place. I've heard it's good as a night bar hangout as well and I'm not surprised why. They have happy hours during the evening which is really good value for all. We love their fries and Garden special fries and always make to sure to order them as a side. Their beef nachos is also a very good matchtime side to have.

Generally, the hotel is good. Good service, good food, BUT! They have their Kayto bar, which is mainly visited by the guest who are not staying in the hotel. So, the restaurant polycy is to take care of those guests and not care about the hotel guests! The music is SO LOUD! AND LAST TILL MIDNIGHT! When I called the hotel manager at midnight to explain this issue, he's done nothing. If you're planning to have a vacation with kids! I strongly don't recommend this place!
