I've been going here for 5 years. It's still nice but starting to look slightly tired by not replacing things that are missing like sink plugs etc and the fuses were removed for the cooker and washing machine, we had to ask for these. Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07.30 and left mostly empty till after dinner. This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun .

Incredible hotel, staff, service and food. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Travelled with my partner and 2 year old son. First time staying with a ramada and everything was perfect. I'll definitely be returning. This hotel offers something for everyone. 3 separate pool areas , one which has a jacuzzi style area for over 16s. Plenty of activities throughout the day for people to get involved in. On site snacks during the day near the pool and an ice cream van which serves ice creams and hot waffles all day. Lots of little ride on games for children and air hockey in the pool snack bar area. Lobby bar and main pool bar open till 11pm. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and adored my son. Nothing is too much to ask of them. Take a trip into the main town centre and harbour . Lots of shops, bars and restaurants to chose from. You do get hassled to buy things, but it's very normal- just be polite if you don't want to enter their shop and walk away. NOTE: if you LOVE cats like we do , you need to come to this hotel !! Lots of beautiful kittens and cats running around and they do enjoy a sneaky fish or sausage from the restaurant. Very well looked after by the staff as well which makes it nice. I would highly recommend this hotel its simply wonderful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the overall quality of the rooms and services provided. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, one major issue we encountered was the beds. They were extremely firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which left us feeling uncomfortable. If the hotel could improve the comfort of the beds, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Excellent hotel, the place cannot be faulted. Staff are amazing and so are all the facilities. In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm. This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here. Trying to find some tomorrow and have been told it's bus or taxi to go to them. Other than shopping which isn't for everyone, definitely try this hotel as you will not be disappointed. It's great for kids and adults alike.

The hotel and staff are lovely. The food is another storey, cold, do not cater for any dietary requirements, entertainment is repetitive and drinks well they are ok if you like Turkish spirits. The white wine was the best.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, gorgeous views from every angle. The rooms are dated but clean and I'm not on holiday to spend the whole time in my room. The service is prompt and we are given fresh towels everyday but keep forgetting to put a pine cone (found on the bedside table and hence the name of the hotel) on the bed to indicate please change our bedding. The A/c is not working but that is fine as the mornings and evenings are quite cool till the sun comes up and then we open our sliding doors to let in fresh sea air. We have done a few of the allocated treks around the hotel but there is certainly enough steps and stairs to fill your quota just walking around the hotel. The beach is clean and plenty of loungers to choose from. The towels are free for all and there is no limit how many you can have as it is not peak season. My only moan is the food. The buffet is the same every night and as we are visiting off peak there is only two a-la-carte restaurants open out of a possible eight. Very disappointing, and not told before the holiday only once we arrived. I love my food and this has put a major downer on the holiday. Otherwise location, weather, quality family time and not having to do any housework.

What a lovely place. People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg. Which is quite big for a kid!) Food great, especially the a la cart places during the day and at night. Rooms a little dated, but worked perfectly for us.

Last few days remaining. Lovely location. Very tired resort needs a makeover. Would say more 3 star than a five. Majority of staff are friendly. Just had a meal at the Italian restaurant. Not recommended at all. Every single dish was stone cold. But overall being a good breaknin the warm. If you have children then enough here to keep them interested. Not much entertainment at night for Adults

Great holiday resort for families and kids. The children’s mini club really good for children as they have lots of different activities during the day to keep children occupied. The animation team are good at getting guests involved in activities as there a variety of activities to keep you busy during your holiday.

I have been in this hotel for about 4 days. We rented 2 rooms with my family and we are very pleased. There is food and drink everywhere. There is food and drink available 24 hours a day. Don't lie. There is no need. The employees are very helpful. When we checked in to the hotel, we saw that our fridge was empty. They filled the fridge within 5 minutes and added extra drinks and water. Türkiye is the most beautiful country in the world. That's why there were civilizations and countries that tried to own this country for centuries. You cannot experience four seasons in one day in any country in the world, except Turkey.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, but a bit far from the town center, about 10 minutes by taxi (7-10 usd). Food is fine but restaurant is overcrowded: in peak hour there are no free tables, also there is not enough utensils. Drinks and service in hotel bars are good. Reception and housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful, cannot say the same about restaurant. Room was clean but needs care and reparation: AC leaked, bathroom equipment has seen better days.

Rooms smelled like there's a dead rat. Sheets, towels are old. Toilet tiles have mildew. Toilets not cleaned, with hair from previous occupant. They have so many guests, maybe its the reason why they weren't able to clean the rooms well. I have a lot of complaints from my guests.

Highly not recommended. This place was supposed to be a five star hotel, but it’s actually worth less the two stars. The room we were given was dirty, with a balcony facing the hotel generators. The sink and the shower were covered in rust and it looked as they didn’t even clean the place before us checking in. Overall the room was old and with suspicious spots of dirt everywhere and the beds were smelling like mould. The food was not good enough and the restaurant was dirty too. The pool areas were dirty as well, with plates and cups left everywhere. The staff is very untrained for this job. They are some teenagers without any experience or will to work and with very poor knowledge of English. Overall I would highly not recommend this place, it’s not worth the money.

Room had none working air conditioner. The Hr of hotel would not switch rooms, even though we were willing to accept the upgrade fee. Location was decent. Food was terrible for locals and foreigners. Won't go again, save the money. Its not a 5 star hotel like advertised. I've been to 5 star hotels like Merit Royal. This doesnt even compare.

I’ve visited Adakule years and years ago, it was beautiful. I’ve decided to visit again, I wish I didn’t: Rooms are not clean enough, we had 5 beach towels - 4 of them were already dirty. To our surprise, we even saw a cockroach on one of the room doors. Food was awful, service was nearly as awful.
