I stayed here for a conference in May and enjoyed it. It is a big resort on a private bay with calm water and lots of fish in the water, good for snorkeling. It was not yet the peak season so it was relatively quiet at the resort and not too many people on the beach. The beach is mostly pebbles and there are many rocks in the water so water shoes are useful. These rocks provide structure for fish, so again it's good for snorkeling. The main restaurant buffet was huge and food was pretty good. Food did become a bit repetitive after a few days, but with the huge selection, it takes a few days to try everything. Live music every night and they organized a very good dinner for our conference. The pools are very nice and large. Only downsides are that the beach is not sandy and the rooms are a bit old and could use renovation. I wouldn't call it 5 star, but a solid 4 star. I've seen that prices can be quite high, so I think your expectations may vary depending on if you can get a good deal for it.

Highly recommended...
The rooms are spacious, well kept and each room has it's own private balcony.
Great food served almost all day long, with several bars serving a wide variety of drinks.
Pine Bay's staff is absolutely it's outstanding strength.
You need to experience it!

I recently stayed at the Pine Resort near Ephesus, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The resort was extremely crowded, and the service was far below expectations. The quality of the food was especially poor, to the point of being almost inedible. While the rooms and the beach were decent, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of quality and attention to detail. I would not recommend this resort to others seeking a quality all-inclusive experience. Hopefully, the management can take feedback to improve the experience for future guests.

The resort is really good.
I was given a room on the bungalows part which was far uphill, but I kindly asked on the reception to change us for a down closer one, since my wife is pregnant and would be risky to walk uphill that high and far. They immediately provided a closer down option which was a really good one.
Rooms are clean and spacious, 2 bathrooms & two roms with a balcony seaview, which is really good for a family with 2 kids.
They organize activities all the time, also shows in the evening.
The beach is nice and clean and also the aquapark.
The food is great with a lot of variety, and you get kinds of snacky foods all the day, of course drinks also.
Only I am not giving 5 starts because of the below reasons:
- WiFi in the evenings every night having issues, must call the reception every night for it.
- Entertainment & Aquapark - my kids are 9 and 10.5, they can swim very well, both having swimming at school as grading subject. One day at waterpolo, my son 10.5yo was allowed to play, next day not allowed.
On the aquapark one of the slides was required 50kg or 12yo, but the swimming ring to slide with is for 2 persons. It is allowed to go 2 persons 50kg each, but not 2 persons one 80kg and the other 40 or 30kg which makes more than two persons 50kg each, this is ridiculous.
- Thereare no mosquitoes exactly, but some very anoying flies that all the time ticking very sharp which you cannot rest from, in some areas not very present but at some near the greens, a lot.

Not a 5☆ hotel, that's for sure....(3☆max)
Room service is very poor-stayed a week, and bed sheets weren't changed even once!!! Had to ask numerous times to change the towels.
Food is ok,but the verity would be appreciated, almost the same on every second day.
The resort is fabulous and has a lot to do.
