Lovely laid back hotel right on the beach. The building is an older building so it's not modern. Very clean and everything works. Aurcon,hairdryer, kettle and fridge in bedroom.
Staff are fantastic. .so friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel late and only booked a standard room,it was a great surprise to find our room had a balcony with table and chairs...thank you for the kind surprise!. My birthday fell during our stay and the reception staff clearly made a note of it at check in as ,unprompted, a bottle of cava was delivered to our room on my birthday....thank you so much!

The hotel was clean, and the room was nice. But no tea coffee sugar or milk,but they did supply a kettle 2 x cups and tea spoons.
Reception staff had the most miserable faces.
A small fridge with 2 small bottles of water that never got replaced.
Breakfast was not the best luke warm most days, and you had to go to another hotel(across the road) to eat it.
All in all, we would not go back there.
But beautiful views and 20mtrs from the beach.

Pros: large bedrooms, decent breakfast, great location, nice staff
Cons: does not live up to a four star quality. Bugs in the bedrooms, open tiles, leaking bidet, balcony light and main light in bedroom non functional. While breakfast offered a wide range of food, the quality of the food was not high.
Would consider this a three star hotel, with a more old fashioned aesthetic.

We stayed at this hotel quite recently. There were six on our part, three couples. The hotel itself is spotless and in a great location. The cleaning staff are excellent. It was our second time staying at this hotel so our first experience was lovely. However this time we found tbe staff very unhelpful both at the reception and the restaurant. We had an inident at the pool when one of our sunbeds was taken while we were having lunch at tbe pool restaurant. The person who took the sunbed was extremely rude to us and when we brought this to the attention of the receptionist he literally did not want to know and more or less said if you leave your sunbed at anytime maybe even to visit the bathroom your sunbed is classed as vacant even if your property is on it. Now I know all hotels have rules about reserving sunbeds but this was a bit ridiculous and the attitude of the receptionist was appalling. We will not be returning to this hotel purely because of the attitude and unhelpfulness of the staff.

Fantastic Location, Disappointing Restaurant Experience
We chose this hotel for its fantastic location, conveniently right next to the beach. Unfortunately, our experience with the on-site restaurant left much to be desired.
Despite only visiting for a meal, the service was so poor that we felt compelled to leave. It was baffling to see the staff rushing around, seemingly busy, yet unable to manage even the most basic aspects of service. This isn't the only place we've encountered this issue, but it’s clear that a better understanding of zonal service could greatly improve their efficiency and guest satisfaction.
It's a shame because the location is excellent, but the restaurant’s service really detracted from our overall experience.
