What an incredible place! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are very well kept, and the room was lovely. The smaller relaxation pools still had the heating on so very warm for October. I can't fault anything. The food was excellent. Only thing I'd say is that if you are a fan of snorkeling, you'll need to hire a boat to get out of the alcove as it's very silty and visibility underwater is poor. That's not a fault of the hotel, that's just geography. Really keen to return another year. Thank you for such a lovely time!

Absolutely independent review from a client who is still in the resort.
This is a seven star hotel, if such a thing would existed.
The most important thing I would like to mention is the new resort built only two years ago, which does not happen often in Corfu.
Paradise territory, where food never ends in different restaurants and cafeterias located on the private territory of the resort.
The food is delicious everywhere!
You can walk in a circle from restaurant to restaurant all day.
This all inclusive is reality, and not a semblance, where the owner wants to save money. Ideal location close to the old town, to the airport, and is located in a small bay of Gouvia.
Room service, waiters, reception work exceptionally well and everyone smiles at you.
You feel special here.
You understand WHAT you are paying money for, and if you compare it to the fact that you can take cheap accommodation, but a couple of times a day you need to find a place to eat and pay for it as well, then what you pay in Dreams completely pays for your vacation and even saves your finances.
Families with small children, or couples are equally good here.
Yes, who knows firsthand how in other countries the owners of all-inclusive play with alcohol, then here no one dilutes your drinks with water, be careful not to drink over your limit.

Had a lovely 5 day stay here recently. Lovely hotel and location. Really well set out, staff were friendly, food was yummy in all restaurants and it had a very laid back chilled vibe. Rooms were clean, loved the aqua aerobics daily and beach area was lovely - not long for walks but very calm to cool off. The only negative was the mosquitoes but guess this is out of their control! Other than that, great place for a chilled break with delicious food

Strange but true.
We are here now at this lovely Hotel but their are some big BUTS. Firstly we booked a family bungalow to which we payed quite a bit extra for as there are two adults and two teenage girls 12,15, we were told their was a partitioning across the room so it would be good for the kids, BUT their isn’t so it becomes a bit awkward.
I asked reservations if we could upgrade but was told to come back later, we did, then got told told to wait over their, we did, nothing. We went back after lunch and was flatly refused an upgrade even though we was willing to pay a lot for it, also told by another member of staff that the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. A room for four and one tiny wardrobe, brilliant. So now i have to book slots in my own room so as to give the girls some privacy.
The safe doesn’t work so i phoned reception who told me to call back later as their is only one person who can fix it in the hotel, unbelievable!!!! Roll on carrying everything around with me.
The hotel is a beautiful place with really lovely rooms so I’m not complaining about things like that, and most of the staff are absolutely fantastic, but the staff at front desk just do not give a damn about anything.
Such a shame.
Yes i would recommend coming here as it’s beautiful but just a lot of teething problems that need to be addressed before it slides away from being perfect. We have done the Ikos resorts and all those places and this place could easily become just as good, but unfortunately customer services let it down .
A massive thanks to Constantine in the main pool, your a top man and thanks for looking after my kids with the mock tails and us for the real cocktails, your a big asset to the company and should be rewarded.
Thanks again my friend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I recently stayed at the Dreams Corfu Resort and Spa and had a wonderful experience overall. The buffet food options were impressive, with a great variety of choices to suit all tastes. The air conditioning in our room was excellent, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff at the pool near the sea were fantastic, attentive and friendly, making sure our every need was met. The ocean seafood restaurant was also a highlight, serving delicious dishes in a beautiful setting. The preferred club lounge was worth the extra money, offering a quieter and more exclusive experience. However, there were a few drawbacks - the top pool area required a 30-minute queue to get a sunbed, and the waiters at the top pool seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving guests. Additionally, we experienced a leak in our bathroom every time the room above had a shower, which was frustrating and still not resolved by the time we left after multiple calls to reception over four days. Despite these issues, we would still recommend the Dreams Corfu Resort and Spa due to its many positives. It's a very child friendly hotel.
