We were very happy with our 5 days spent at Divani Corfu (two adults and one child). The bedroom probably needed a little updating (3rd floor) but it was very clean and comfortable. Pool is amazing, we were happy to spend the day there! Breakfast was very good. We ate lunch/dinner at the hotel as it was easily the best food compared to the other local restaurants we tried. The chef needs an award. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the main hotel area is first class (marble and cool 60's lines). This hotel easily exceeded my expectations. Would have been more than happy to spend the entire 5 days there without exploring the rest of Corfu! I've rated 4 for the room as I think the bathroom in the room could do with an update at some point, and 4 for the location as it the outside street/houses appeared a bit run-down (apologies to the locals). Generally though, this is 5 out of 5.

I rate the entire stay very positively, but it must be admitted that the hotel is a little bit below the 4-stars expectations.
Pros: Price, Cleanliness, Friendliness of the staff, Distance from the airport, Variety of breakfasts, Swimming pool.
Cons: Old equipment, Noise (from the airport and other rooms), Non-functional some electrical sockets and dryer, Nearby attractions.

It’s an amazing hotel the buffet included for breakfast has been one of the best ones I have had, they have so many options from bakery to eggs to local foods.
The rooms were nice and the pool had really nice temperature.
It is a nice location however you are far away from beaches I recommend renting a car and from downtown you are far away by walking but you can hop into line 2A right in front of the hotel (it costs 2€), but anything above that it’s a really good hotel.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my stay at Divani Corfu Palace. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service did not match the expectations of a four-star hotel. Despite struggling up a steep hill with our luggage in the scorching 40-degree heat, the staff at reception didn’t even bother to help us. They saw us struggling but didn’t raise an eyebrow to assist or even offer a glass of water or a towel to freshen up while we checked in.
Once we reached our room, it was clear that this hotel is far from a four-star experience. The hallways and rooms are outdated, and the so-called “upgraded” room had a view mostly obscured by fake grass. To make matters worse, the hotel is perched on top of a cliff, meaning that every time you want to leave or return, it’s a hard task, especially since it’s not close to the center or any restaurants. The closest dining options are at least a 30-minute walk away, making it nearly impossible to enjoy your stay without a car.
What’s most frustrating is the constant noise. We could hear every footstep, every slammed door, and even the planes landing at the nearby airport, despite the hotel’s claims of soundproof windows. The paper-thin walls and doors meant we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including a crying child next door, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Even the toilet in our room made a lot of noise.
I had already paid over 2,200€ for my stay, and yet when we complained, the only solution they offered was to pay an additional 300€ or 100€/night for a better room. No refund was offered, just options that aren’t really options. Imagine paying over 3,300€ to stay in a hotel that isn’t even centrally located and doesn’t prioritize guest comfort or satisfaction.
The breakfast was another disappointment. While there are many options, the quality is far from what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. There’s no fresh juice or good coffee available, just generic, low-quality options. I would have preferred fewer choices but of better quality.
Greek hospitality is renowned, but this hotel failed to deliver even the basics—no welcoming gesture like a chocolate or fruit upon arrival, just warm water in the room. I’ve informed my followers about this disappointing experience so that they don’t fall into the same trap.
On the positive side were the bed and pool area.

Stayed for a week in Sept. Pool area is beautiful and the staff delightful. Lovely location and the bus stops right outside so you can be in the Centre for €2 or it’s a 25 minute walk. Rooms are a little “tired” though and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom or anywhere in the hotel. So, you must pay an incredible €5.5 for a coffee at the pool. Even a small bottle of beer (no draught) is €5.5 which is outrageous. Breakfast is so so and don’t even think about dining here at night. The dining room is soulless and the food is outrageously expensive for what it is. If they spent some money on the in-house food and beverage “experience”, I think guests would be more inclined to stay there at night and not leave en masse for the town. No complimentary water in the rooms either. Nice, but plenty of room for improvement.
