Wonderful little hotel. Fantastic staff. Great golf course. Location suited us as we are 76 and 81 so not into nightlife. But younger people may not like having to taxi to entertainment but taxis are only about €3.

Let down by the food and hidden room deals used as an excuse that the brilliant room was let down by the view. Staff were superb. A bit more detail in the extra thingy I filled out in the review.

Second time visiting, definitely coming back again next year! Staff is fantastic, especially Aneta, who made our stay feel very special. Food is excellent, everyone is friendly, pool area its very spacious and clean, golf course is great fun! Leaving feeling rested and recuperated. Definitely recommend, 10/10!

Visited to play golf, ok course, nice scenery. Service in the hotel bar after playing golf was abysmal both times, 20 min wait to take order both times. Not good enough.

Pros - Beautiful rooms, great location, and service! Cons - The food isn't amazing flavor wise, though there is a large variety. Small, hole in the wall type places locally have had better tasting food. You can hear everything outside your room (cleaning carts and people). For the price to stay here, everything should be five star.

Lovely relaxing holiday, stayed here for two weeks for my birthday and the hotel kindly delivered a cake to our room, without being prompted. Only left the hotel once for a stroll into Corralejo which was a bit like going into Blackpool after the peace and quiet at the hotel. The food at the hotel was high quality, if a bit repetitive when staying for two weeks. I would return for the desserts alone as they were fantastic. There were ample sun beds around the pool. The main pool was freezing, however, the smaller one was bearable to cool off in with a quick swim. Waiter service round the pool was good. Nice that there was a book exchange at the towel station with lots of choice. The evening entertainment was not to my taste, a bit too jazzy and as there was only one bar open for after dinner drinks it was hard to avoid it! Rooms were sufficient, and kept spotless with a turn down service to replenish the towels etc. All the staff were helpful and very friendly and I had no complaints whatsoever. Good base if you just want to chill out by the pool and relax, not much going on to entertain during the day if that is your thing.

This was our fourth visit as we love the size of the rooms and the general quality of decor throughout the hotel! All the staff are well trained, very pleasant and extremely helpful. Amazing choice of food for breakfast. We go out for food during the evenings mostly into Corralejo but there are a few restaurants in the hotel as well as room service which are good. The hotel was full and extremely busy during this last visit (first week of November) but you were still able to get sun beds by the pool or on the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel possibly one of the nicest we have stayed in hence returning.

This is the second time for me at this wonderful hotel. The staff are always so friendly. The rooms are a home from home with comfortable chairs and for me a wonderful special handicap bathroom. Love the warm Spa and some lovely A la carte restaurants and the outside pool area is just beautiful. Adults only is a big plus for me too. If you wish to have a relaxing holiday I highly recommend this hotel. There is only one very small note for the management. I very much miss a small mirror in the bedroom by the desk-dressing table. I had noted someone else mentioning this, so I brought a small mirror myself. I would like to thank the staff and management for looking after me so very well.

We cannot fault the hotel the staff were cheerful helpful and very attentive. Everywhere was spotless Breakfast was amazing and so much choice. The times we had evening meals in the hotel they were amazing especially the Japanese. Pool side was very clean water perfect temperature. Although there was a 15 min rule re booking sun beds this wasn’t enforced but there were plenty to choose from although not always in full sun if that was what you wanted. We would highly recommend.

Such a breathtaking location. The sunrises in the morning are just stunning. Best scene from a room with a full ocean view. The food was divine, a huge selection that would keep the fussiest of eaters happy. Paying for a Star Prestige room is worth it, as this includes a room on the second or third level with a frontal ocean view, and also gives you access to private terrace areas and dining areas for a bit more privacy. Star Prestige terrace also includes drinks and snacks which you can help yourself to throughout the day, so no need to go all inclusive. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to do anything for you. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet and relaxation. Bliss

EDIT: I've marked them down a star because we had poor service one day when our minibar wasn't restocked. We phoned reception and they said they could nothing about it, so we were left with an empty fridge.. Small thing, but a 5 star hotel would have sorted this. Lovely hotel. Amazing location. Outstanding service. Food is incredible. This place is perfect for couples. One thing I love about it is that there's no music played around the pool, so you can really relax and chill out. I did have one gripe when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. We payed for a room with swim up access from the pool. But we were originally put in a room which had hardly any access to the pool. We spoke to the manager at reception and she immediately rectified it and got us into a much better room the next day. Her customer service was amazing. Other than that everything else has been perfect so far

One of the best hotels that we have been in. God location, nice long sand beach in front of the hotel, clean rooms, nice and friendly staff, they are trying to make every wish true. Animation for adults almost all the time starting at 10 mornings till late in the evening(art work shops, cocktail work shops, dart, music,...). Only few families with children. And the food was very very delicious. Worth to come back again. 😊

For the first time during my travels, I stayed in a hotel where I have no complaints. As someone who pays close attention to cleanliness and hygiene, I was particularly mindful of the hotel's cleanliness and the frequency of housekeeping. I was very pleasantly surprised, and truly, for the first time during all my travels, I have no criticisms. The meals were excellent – no flavor enhancers, no excess salt, and the desserts were not artificially sweetened. Many dishes were prepared on-site, and there was live cooking available. The alcohol and drinks were of high quality – branded and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also assisted me in organizing a romantic surprise for my girlfriend, for which I am very grateful. I will definitely visit Iberostar again.

Not a five star but a good four star. Staff are great, food is good and the hotel is well maintained with some good facilities. However it feels cramped and overcrowded rather than relaxing 5star environment. In particular the restaurant is crowded regularly running out of bowls and cups, long queues. Also the pool area is very busy and cramped, does not feel luxurious 5 star The rooms are well maintained and decorated but are small. If you get a ‘side sea view’ you can see it but majority is view of the road with associated noise and smells, I felt it was a misrepresentation of advertising. Also sold as Adults Only but it was not, school and pre school children staying.
