Absolutely beautiful and luxurious resort with wonderfully attentive, genuine staff. Felt like royalty the whole time we were there. We were on our delayed honeymoon and were given some bubbly to celebrate which was a lovely touch. Fantastic choice of restaurants serving gorgeous food - saving the best until the last night at Himitsu Japanese restaurant. We had never tried this cuisine and the waiter took care and time to explain the dishes to us. We were blown away with how delicious everything was. All in all it was just a perfect place and I did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to this resort and cannot wait to try out the other Secrets Resorts.

Beautiful hotel, very clean plus lovely staff, in a very quite location which is what we like. I would say there was a shortage of sunbeds though, I think that it was the way they were set out plus a few towels were laid on them to reserve early in the morning, which surprised me being a 5 star but the beach was very quite so we went to the beach which was fab as had a bar on if you needed a drink plus plenty of beds which was 5 minutes away.
Entertainment wise, there was a couple of good nights but think this needs looking into as a couple of singers to be honest were not good, but didn't bother us much as the lounge area were the bar was had plenty of seats, plus bar staff were brilliant, pleasant and would do anything for you.
Plenty of restaurants to chose from also, which I couldn't fault, plus room spotless and cleaned every day, also beds turned down every night whith chocolate's left by the pillow which was a lovely touch if you were in a deluxe room. Would definitely return here and recommend for a quite holiday, me and my Husband loved it.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a junior suite with a pool view which had a large balcony. It was spacious and clean with great facilities. The spa is great, and the pool lovely to swim in, especially when the outdoor pool is a bit chilly. We also made use of the saunas and steam rooms.
My only negatives are; the drink service is sometimes a little slow, especially around the pool during the day; the evening entertainment was always music and it wasn’t always engaging, some of the hot food wasn’t always that hot, our flight back was quite late on the day - we could have kept our room for the afternoon at a cost of €50 which I thought was expensive, but we were able to use the spa right up until we left. Great location in terms of beach and distance to town. Overall a great stay and would revisit.

Visited for 10 days on all inclusive. Fantastic resort for adults (above 16). Superb spa facilities, swimming pools and beach access (20 yards). Restaurants open on rotation (2 per night) with the market cafe open every night as well as for breakfast. The poolside lunch restaurant was really excellent. Our favourite was the Japanese restaurant, but they all served great food with great service.
The service staff were superb. Andreas being a favourite, always smiling and going the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.
The reception staff could not be more helpful. Any request was met with a smile and dealt with efficiently. They can arrange all the excursions (boat trips, whale watching, volcano trips). The local town is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi.
We had a fantastic 10 days and would highyly recommend the resort.

Lovely hotel. I thought maybe a little quiet for us. Outstanding food the seaside grill is probably the best daytime a la carte I have ever been to. Pool very quiet & evening entertainment geared a bit towards people older than us. Drinks decent. Rooms are nice but due to numerous issues we stayed in 3 different rooms but the incidents we had were death with very professionally.
