such an amazing hotel, staff are incredibly friendly especially the animation (giulia). the food was nice and the rooms were clean. lots of activities around and in the pool and complex each day such a foam party’s, inflatable activities and so much more. town centre is only 5 minute drive away and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus there and back. lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance from hotel. would definitely recommend for family holiday and would definitely visit again

Not really sure how to start this. It had some good points but mostly bad. I've added a video of our room so you make what you will. For me and my wife it was awful. The rooms are old, alot of things broken and out of date. Major rip out and start again needed. Furniture is not fit for purpose, kitchen area appalling with not enough accessories if you was self catering. Pan handles ready to come off, microwave is in a sorry state, light switch surrounds failing off the wall, bath needed to be replaced, lights not working, battered work tops. The showers run out of cold water at rush hour in the evenings, you can be standing having a underpowered shower then all of a sudden be getting burnt as the cold water has run out!!! Very dangerous especially for kids. We went all inclusive so I'll start with the food. It was absolutely appalling!!!!! Labeling is poor at best, mystery meat burgers and stews, the veg that doesn't get used up pops up in another meal covered in a sauce in the evening. Around the hotel you have nothing so if you have to stay hire a car. They cram you into a restaurant area above reception that you have to wait for tables, if you are lucky they will open the 3rd floor but you will have to keep coming down stairs for food and drinks plus the 3rd floor is dirty and dusty with emergency lighting hanging out of the ceilings and damp marks all over the roof. They do have a massive hall out the back near the sports area that is equipped for a food hall but it doesn't get used. The pool area is a joke!!! 169 rooms with only 89 sunbeds!!!!! You can imagine what it's like from 7:30 until they unchained the beds at 9 / 9:30. It's ridiculous!!!!! The island has much better hotels than this one. Good points are the staff are nice, beer is fantastic and for kids who don't know better it's fun.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Admissions team was fun and helpful. Only issue I have is the free shuttle bus service was not working. This was a selling point for us with two active boys we were hoping to go to the beach daily. We had to book a taxi at our own expense which was 10 euro per day. This added to the expense of the holiday.

I booked this holiday after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures and I must say who ever took the advertisement pictures deserves some appreciation for making something so run down look appealing, the rooms have no air conditioning and if you want to hire a fan it’s like finding gold dust within the hotel. My room wasn’t cleaned properly at all and the bathroom had cracked tiles along with dirt even after they had “cleaned”.The food isn’t anything to write home about either and not much choice. There is a little parade of shops and bars within a small walk but if you want to get around I’d recommend a car hire. I can definitely say I would never stay here again.

Such a great experience for our family of 6. I gave the room 4 stars due to the fact that there was no AC but with windows and balcony doors left open, it was tolerable and we could have rented fans. The service was great; food, entertainments etc all the staff were really professional and supportive. A lot of respect to Gianni and the rest of the entertainment team - they were great!

Best hotel, came back for the second time this year and it’s just so good. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. The entertainment is amazing and the games during the day are so fun, great for something to do during the day. Would definitely recommend, entertainment staff are very good at making guests feel special and they always make sure to learn your name. Laura is the sweetest had made our stay so special. Wish I could return soon. Snack bar food is delicious and the hotel is always up to a high standard, very clean and tidy

We spent 2 weeks here and well, we booked again for next year so that should tell you we enjoyed it! Yes there are bits that are slightly outdated but everywhere was kept clean daily and if anything was broken or dirty it was fixed or cleaned almost immediately. The staff and animation team were all excellent and so helpful and polite without being too in your face. The food was really good with a different theme each day- we went with 2 fussy eaters (children) and they managed to find something to eat each day. The room was clean and tidy and the view was breathtaking. There are a few little shops on site including a small supermarket and an amazing English pub- The dog and duck. I would highly recommend going to the local harbour and beach (5-10 minute walk away) as it is beautiful with some lovely shops, bars and restaurants; a place to feed the fish, harbour cats, chipmunks and even swim with sea lions!

We are on our last day staying at this hotel... rooms were a good size and cleaned everyday.. the set back with the room there is no air conditioning.. (you can hire a fan for €10 and €10 deposit). Food was great with lots of choice.. Can be very noisey at night with the entertainment , then again it is a family orientated hotel... staff were great and always helpful..

We've just came back from our two week holiday and we are impressed how much it has to offer for a three star hotel! The rooms are spacious with great cleaning service. The location worked very well for us. There is a little walk to the beach ( it is quicker when you go through town, rather than promenade), but the beach itself is very clean with easy access, with no cliffs to go up and down and very safe to stay with small children. The buffet option was just right for us, with very good choice. We've read in some reviews that it was repetitive, but we didn't feel that at all and we really liked the fact that you could have healthy meals with different types of fish and vegetable options. The greatest asset of the hotel are definitely members off staff. Everyone we've dealt with with was welcoming and friendly, and we could tell they do their best to give visitors the great experience. We've especially appreciated children's animation staff. Our children didn't miss any of the shows and are already talking about coming back. Hopefully we will be able to do so next year.

I have just come back from 12 days at the Elba Castillo san jorge hotel. I went with my boyfriend and I had been to the area before so I was aware of the hotel. Overall I know the hotel gets mixed reviews. But I really enjoyed my stay. There was only a few negatives but the positives do out weigh the negatives. Overall the staff were so kind and friendly from reception, to bar staff, to the restaurant. I cant say for the entertainment as we didn't take part in the activities. The room Overall is what I expected from a Spanish hotel. It was clean, spacious and slightly rustic where tiles have wear and tear, bed was huge and so comfy and the balcony was nice and we could see the sea from our balcony. The hotel is massive and the 2 sides, 1 with the entertainment and main pool and 1 with a quieter pool. We stayed on the quieter pool side and found that nicer as we couldn't hear the entertainment if we weren't watching it. We found when we spilled a drink and needed new sheets in the evening, someone came with half an hour with new ones, when the toilet flush broke, we had it repaired within an hour of us reporting it. We were so impressed by the service from everyone. The food was repetitive but we were there 12 days so it was expected and not a fault of the hotel as we were there for 2 rotations of lunch and dinners, but even though I am very fussy there was always food I would eat and I would always have a plate full. It was hot and delicious everytime. The theme nights were fun and nice to try different cultures food. We did eat out at some local restaurants for lunch and dinners for a change and the food is so delicious and cheap we found to eat out. The bar by the pool for daytime and evening normally did have some queues as 1 person would be serving. However the queues were never that long and the bar staff were so quick serving it never felt long. The pool area was clean and tidy and beautiful with the flowers. The negatives of the stay The soft fizzy drinks in the bar area by the pool and for the evening were rarely fizzy. The only place we found fizzy soft drinks were the restaurant. No sure why they weren't- we only had 2 days it was fizzy in the pool area. However this was not enough to complain about or ruin our holiday. There was not enough sunbeds. There never is on a holiday but for such a big hotel there was very little sunbeds and the main pool was packed like sardines. The quieter pool was more spacious but could fit more sunbeds in. People were reserving beds at 7am which is crazy and people would reserve beds and never be on them. Maybe a sunbed system would be best. Book the night before and get a numbered sunbed for the day or every room has a designated sunbeds. However we went out for walks most mornings and only a few days by the afternoon didn't have a sunbed. Just would be lovely to go away and not fight over sunbeds. However this isn't a fault of the hotel necessarily to moan about its the same in every hotel and definitely didn't ruin our stay. The no air con - lots of people moaned about this and if I had realised when booking we may of not come to this hotel but at night we were on the 1st floor had the balcony door open and it kept us cool. We kept the curtain shut during the day and it was cool inside. Only 1 plug socket worked in the room but again this didn't ruin the holiday. The hotel is set back from the beach hotels which meant it was quieter and relaxing. Beautiful views of the sea and the rocks, 15 minute walk to the marina and beach along the sea walk and 5 minutes to the town walking past the barcelo. Would I return to this hotel- yes. We had a lovely stay and the perfect location for a stay in the area and only half hour from the airports. Don't listen to negative reviews I'm fussy and loved it and any negatives in this post would no way ruin the holiday or make me complain or moan. We didn't want to come home and already wanting to plan the next trip.

I absolutely loved my holiday here. All of the staff are polite and accommodating. We felt instantly welcomed and at ease during our time in Globales Costa Tropical. The location is very nice and ideal - only a 7 min drive from the airport and a short drive or 20 min walk from town. The pool is massive and the hotel is clean and very modern. Literally nothing bad to say about our stay - food was diverse and very tasty. Good chefs, great customer service. The entertainer was good - very kind and bubbly.

The rooms and general areas were unhygienic and in need of refurbishments. The facilities are questionable at best. An example of this is the shower that goes cold after 1 minute of use. Some of the staff (mainly night staff) were quite rude. We had an incident where some random people used a different key to get into our room while sleeping, they were giggling and as soon as we spoke up and questioned them they left laughing. We told the night staff and he did nothing. The pool is not at all heated and pretty much unusable. The food is disgusting, mainly canned and microwaved food that is inedible with mystery meats to top it off that will make you sick. There’s also a VERY limited selection of food. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are outdated and clearly not cleaned properly. Also people can and have been running over the balconies to get to other rooms. Also the night manager left the computer open and the desk unattended for anyone who wished for o look at everyone’s information on the computer. Overall it’s not a safe or welcoming environment, it’s also dirty and outdated. Wouldn’t stay again. We paid £500 for 4 nights and it is really not worth it.

This place was okay for a cheap get away. My fiancée and I just wanted to get away for a week and sit in the sun which this hotel was good for. Pool is a good size but could do with a bit of a paint job in some areas as could the pool bar. The pool is cold at first but fine once you get in and is not a problem at all. The main women behind the pool bar was very nice and very quick with serving you drinks however the women who replaces her on her days off not so much. The rooms were okay but sofa had definitely seen better days. The food was alright at best and not much choice, my fiancée and I were a bit fed up of the food by the end. It was very quiet there as well just other people who wanted to relax like ourselves and plenty of sun beds for everyone. The hotel is also very close to the airport so you haven’t got a long drive to get to your hotel as soon as you arrive which was nice. Overall it was fine for a cheap getaway it’s a 3 star all inclusive and is what you’d expect.

Lovley Hotel Very little to do as a family and no reps or help to do excursions. We have been here and a few days now and just wanted to add staff are amazing and friendly. Food awesome. Could still benefit for more help with things to do around the island and how to book them maybe more pamphlets in reception would be good.

my husband and I just got home yesterday from a fabulous week at Globales Costa Tropical. Please do not believe the bad reviews, those have probably been written by people who would pick faults in brand new 5* hotels, our personal experience and everyone we spoke to was one of very good value for a 3* hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, maids around cleaning every day, our room was a bit tired but the hotel are in the process of upgrading. The food was lovely and always a good selection, we ate there all the time and didn't feel the need to go elsewhere. Pool and gardens were well maintained, pathways and sunbeds washed every morning, yes the pool is cold but once you are in it is lovely. The staff are all friendly and even though they all work very hard they always have a smile, even though they may be working more than 1 job in the hotel! Susie on the pool bar was a real gem. Entertainment was fine, quiz nights and Karaoke. It is a family friendly hotel and we will certainly return here, we cant wait till our next visit!

The place is lovely and clean the staff are friendly. The beds are quite hard. Our only issue really was they don't allow late checkout and with travelling with two Autistic children this wasn't ideal. Our flights had been changed to a later one so we had to spend six hours in the reception area.

Rooms are clean with Air Conditioning. Beds and Sofa Bed are rock hard, didn't manage to sleep well all holiday. The food was nice, not always the freshest but plenty to choose from. 3 different pools but the kids slides were a disappointment. The Staff are friendly and helpful, with the exception of Reception who flat out lied to us when there was a simple solution to our problem. Would have been a 4 star apart from your Reception Staff.

We stayed as a family in Caleta Dorada in August. The room was immaculate however the position of our room wasn't the best as was next to the hotel skips and a road, we were told we could pay €15 extra a night to upgrade to be higher up the hill however we did choose to pass. The entertainment staff are brilliant, hosting a daily children's disco, darts, water polo and many other things. Bar staff were slightly rude at times and very inattentive. Location is certainly what you pay for, not the Barcelo at all. A long walk up a hill from the town center so not great for those with impaired mobility. Food was mediocre, often found myself queuing for ages to get a pancake as they were made very slowly. Food did cause the occasional stomach upset. Which is most likely due to cross contamination. Overall a good experience.

Had another great holiday here. This is our third time here as the place is excellent value for money and a stones throw from the beach. The rooms had been refurbished since our last visit in 2020 and were comfortable and clean. Food was again great as was the all inclusive drinks at the pool bar. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. Would think twice about staying again.

Came here for a week with 2 young children, I didn't realise how spaced apart the hotel was, but we were placed in block B which was close to the heated pool and restaurant, so a 5 or so minute uphill/stairs walk to the other pools and evening entertainment. Both pool areas had bars that had both food & drink, food was not self service in the bars, you needed to ask. The restaurant was well laid out and clean, the food was presented well and you could see how hard the staff worked to ensure plates were cleared and food was always topped up. The room looked nice, the bedroom window rattled, the doors/floor were uneven making them tough to shut & the shower was very slow, but the room itself looked nice, did the job and the outdoor area with table and chairs was lovely, as was the size of the drying rack for clothing. Room clean was every other day, this was a very basic towel change, sweep and emptying of small bin. Wouldn't recommend leaving any food out, we noticed quite a few ant looking bugs and a couple cockroaches in the room, not the hotels fault at all, as it was all very clean, but just a warning not to leave food around. The hotel is a 10 minute downhill walk to a lovely beach, if you want to make the day longer I'd highly recommend going through the streets to visit some shops and parks, we visited roughly 4 or 5 different parks in just one day walking down to the beach, there's also a lovely walk that takes you to views out to sea where there's chipmunks, it leads to the harbour and then on to the beach. You can feed the fish for €1, swim with sea lions for €49, do an inflatable obstacle course for €12, and also a glass boat, pedalo's and pedalo's with slides at the harbour, but I can't remember how much they were. There is also a mini golf just off from the beach. Children's disco started at roughly 8.45pm and went on for about 30 mins which was a big hit for the children (6 & 2) then the evening entertainment started around 9.30pm, we didn't stay for this so can't comment on what it was like. The guy behind the bar was very polite and worked quickly to get everyone their orders, there is a drinks list at the bar which states which are all inclusive and which you have to pay for. There's a supermarket and a British shop just a 5 minute walk up hill (can be seen from reception) There's a market on Tuesday and Saturday, just down hill from the hotel, lots of fake designer bits and souvenirs. All in all, I would happily stay here again!

Stayed here twice. Great central location, Fantastic staff, only downside is that it is a little dated and fridges need to be charged. Cleaning done every day and towels and bedding changed regularly. Will stay again.

Wonderful clean hotel. Just back from a weeks stay with my family. Amazing staff including the gardeners, caretakers, waiters, cleaners, reception staff, entertainment staff etc. All so helpful and kind. Location is great. So close to a local park with climbing walls, gymnastic bars etc. Food was always fresh and cooked well. Not many vegan options on the themed nights but that's standard for all inclusive menu. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel, not very big, lovely pool and it's great having a room right next to the pool. I found the food was lovely, always plenty of seating in the restaurant & the staff clean up quickly after you, however, there's not many smiles on the staffs faces. There was quite a few 🪳 cockroaches about off an evening (outside pathways) but that can't be helped I guess, never had any in our room though. There's a nice little shop on site and another smaller pool too. Over all I would go back but not in the summer holidays, the pool was a little crowded and lots of balls being thrown around... children are only enjoying themselves but I prefer it a little calmer. I always fed the collared doves 🕊 and loved them visiting the terrace. Entertainment wasn't brilliant but it was nice being able to sit on our terrace in the evening and just chill and had a drink. Overall, a very relaxing holiday, food was nice, beds & pillows wer very comfy but sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on, but we sat outside most of the time anyway.

After reading the reviews online about this place I was very apprehensive about staying here. However after having just come back I think it was absolutely amazing. We travelled as a family of 5 and had an interconnected room, this provided more than enough space for everyone between the 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. The staff were all so friendly, it didn't matter who we were talking to they always made the effort to make sure everything was resolved for us. And then the food, there's plenty of reviews I read that spoke poorly on the quality and selection of food. I felt like nothing could be further from the truth, I honestly never had anything that I didn't like, breakfast, lunch and dinner I had an empty plate every meal. Everything about this place I found to be fantastic and couldn't recommend it enough

Avoid. There are quite a number of raving reviews about this place, so I had to really think hard about posting this; and the resort pictures do look lovely - but from my own lived experience I cannot recommend this place. The pictures look jazzy, but if you look a little closer when you get here, you just see a small and grubby resort that has really past its best. It really looks like it needs an injection of cash to look clean and neat. I'm sure it was great 20 years ago. Rooms Small and came with some free insects. The shower had good pressure, but all of the equipment is old and yellowing. Staff Very friendly and professional in the main, note: I didn't see a lifeguard during my stay. Entertainment You're jammed into a small covered outdoor area, generally poor. There is a really small and grim "entertainment room" which is really only their to tick boxes for some of the package holiday providers, but no one used this and most of the equipment did not work or was unplugged. I was pleased I rented a car, as I simply could not face staying here other than to get my head down each night. What is worse, my whole family contracted D&V from this resort towards the end of our stay, so I ended up juggling vomit bags on the plane, not pleasant. Spend your money elsewhere.

I'm here for a week holiday and so far so good. Even though the rooms are kind of small, they have everything you would normally have at a normal house. Outside there are many spots to acsess, including pools a football pitch and more. There are many choices of food to choose in the restaurant by the main pool, and dessert is absolutely scrumptious. There is nothing that concerns me here a good place to stay if your looking somewhere in Spain but not the mainland

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

Booked by love holidays, great location, standard 3 stars villa. New swimming pool. Place have own security guard. Safe for family, quiet. Recommend for family or couples . Villa need a bit of refurbishing but worth of price as we spend most of time travelling and visiting places around Fuerteventura. Shops and restaurants around corner.

I honestly read some reviews and thought omg what have I booked , but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised the staff are really friendly it’s more of a holiday village than hotel spread over a large area , ok so the hotel and rooms are dated and tired , I must state I paid circa £350 for a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of four for 7 nights in the Easter school holidays and tbh I thought it was great value the apartment was huge and defo worth the money I paid if I had paid double that it would be worth it but you get what you pay for in life and overall the hotel , staff and rooms were worth everything I paid ,the bar is really good value and friendly plays all the live football games at once and there’s a large balcony and plenty of space also a good pool table indoors, there’s are 2 good sized pools well kept and clean and salt water, the pool bar was run by a nice English couple and was great value there’s local supermarkets next to the hotel and a complex next door with English pubs and restaurants (Indian and Chinese as well) all very friendly and cheap as chips…….overall it was worth every penny of a budget holiday. One little warning nothing to do with the hotel but there are Moroccan thieves wandering around we caught one trying to steal a child’s bag one night but this is just the world nowadays and not just in this area, I would definitely go again if I was on a budget

An older hotel, and perhaps a little tired in places, but the staff work hard and always aim to please. Great pool for kids and beach (stony) just outside the grounds, there is also a nicer beach about 5 minutes walk along the shoreline. We did all inclusive and as I haven't done so before, I don't have a benchmark. However, there was never any shortages of food, nor variety over the week we were there. Drinks were a bit of a limited, but more than adequate for me. My only gripe was not being able to get bottled water/tap water after 11pm, so you need to stock up on a few bottles when you get there.

We had a sea view room which was really clean and nice but the walk to get to it was a few hundred metres. We went to breakfast and back and I had done 1700 steps hahah. The pool and gardens were clean and well looked after. The only 'complaint' really was the musty smell in reception and surrounding areas.

1, The reception was professional ,quick and friendly . We arrived late ,.... a special snack was put aside for the three of us....me ,my wife and five year old son . 2. The room was good ( a little dated ) but clean. The opposite hotel has a noisy generator that kept us awake.....The next day the hotel moved us to an " up graded sea view room " Much appreciated . 3. Food. Cannot fault it at all . Lots of choice VERY TASTY . Shame some guests did not respect the dress code . 4. Nice pool area and ten minute walk to a long sandy beach . 5 . The entertainment at night was good .The Animation team were there if you wanted them but did not bother you if you wanted a quiet restful stay. This hotel is a good four star hotel and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay here .

Firstly I am not one to complain and write a bad review, but this really was misleading from the photos and the minute we got there. Firstly we was all inclusive and I’m not even exaggerating, the food was disgusting, reheated and the choice of food was appalling. We had to eat out for breakfast and dinners most nights as the food really wasn’t acceptable. We spent around 520 Euros on food whilst being there. I have an 11 month old son who was living off cold chips which was not acceptable. Second of all the waitress at the all inclusive bar was very rude. The bar closes at 10pm and she was refusing to make any drinks from 9:30pm. She was rolling her eyes and tutting at me and being disgustingly rude to me and other people that were around the bar. We didn’t have our room cleaned once since being there. My partner asked for clean towel and we didn’t get any. We also had ants in our kitchen area which we had to spray many of times. We had a problem with the pool. It had from what I can only explain as sick around inside of the pool. We told the staff there and it wasn’t dealt with for hours, we had to tell people to get out as it was so unhygienic. This has to be one of the worst places I have been. The photos on the website are dated and misleading.

Rooms are a bit dated. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but overall a fantastic place to stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms can be cleaned on a daily basis. Cleaning staff are awesome. The pool is very nice. There was some work being done there when I visited but didn't interfere with anything I done. Security through the night. Perfect location, close to beach,bars and restaurants. Would definitely go again.

We enjoyed a great week at Bungalows Castillo Beach. The Hotel is advertised as 2 star and we were a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. However for the money we paid (you get what you pay for), we were more than happy with the accommodation. We stayed in the superior bungalows which I believe are slightly larger than the standard. The bungalows are fitted with ceiling fans that proved to be extremely effective for ensuring a cool nights sleep. The place was reasonably clean and tidy on arrival. It is basic accommodation but we found there to be enough essentials to keep us comfortable for the duration of our stay. We did not opt for the all inclusive option so can't comment on the restaurant. The pool was nice and well maintained. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and if we needed anything for the room, towels, sheets etc, the maids were very helpful. The main town and beach is approximately a short 15-20 minute walk and boasts a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and a great Market that visits town on two days of the week. The Beach was amazing, Sunbeds available, public conveniences & showers were spotless, Beach bar and outdoors workout facilities. Boat hire and trips available to enjoy. We would recommend Caletta de fuste as a great holiday destination.

At the hotel the staff at the reception are not very friendly and the place was not as it shows on the website. The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress is like a baby cot mattress. Place is very dated you have a kitchen but Kitchen didn’t have everything you need to make anything, whole week they didn’t clean they didn’t provide us with clean towels or anything and I don’t know why would you call holiday accommodation The food was disgusting. You couldn’t eat. It was only designed for drunk people when you drunk everything taste nice that type of food the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful people.. The location is excellent. You can get easily everywhere within 15 to 20 minutes walk you had two supermarkets very close many bars and places to eat with in 20 minutes. Walk away there’s a big shopping centre and there is like bowling , Cinema and other activities for the whole family to do.

Granted it was a cheap and cheerful holiday, I knew I wasn't expecting 5 star service, however arrival to the room saw our ceiling fan just about to fall off the ceiling, bugs in the cutlery drawer bugs scurrying from under cabinets. We asked for towels on 3 separate occasions just to be told room service would bring some round, however so called roomservice/housekeeping never showed face once in the whole time I was there. The worst part was the fact my room got robbed, while asleep someone would have come in and they took our camera and my girlfriends really expensive earrings from the table just inside the living room. Avoid at all costs

Me my husband and two children (8) & (10) have just returned home from a week at surfing colours. WOW what a beautiful place. When we first arrived and after such a good price for the hotel, I was skeptical about the quality, I didn’t have anything to worry about. It was extremely clean, lovely staff, great food and an amazing vibe. Very chilled out and relaxing. The water fountain was a great extra feature and saved us so much money buying bottles upon bottles of water. We also used Google maps which was great, it gave us the walking routes to the local super market which was so close and then to music square which again was only a 5 minute walk away. We walked to the water park which took us approx 30mins and got a taxi back (5 euro) We could have explored a lot more but spent our time soaking up the vibes from the hotel and fully relaxed 😎 the ceiling fans are good but noisy making it difficult to sleep, the only one thing that would make this place even better would be having air con. will recommend to everyone. Amazing place. Thanks.

The idea of supplying free water saved us about €130 in two weeks. They also have a breakfast buffet, a pool / billards table and even a park! However the lift is very unstable; it broke down twice in 5 days. Overall, the service, mindfulness and impression left a good memory for us to enjoy. I'd probably come back👍

Great hotel, had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool although I didn't use it myself. Apartment spotlessly clean. Local restaurants/cafes right in the doorstep basically. Within walking distance to the harbour for ferries and main centre of Corralejo town. Reception staff very friendly, as were the housekeeping staff. Beds were comfortable. Balcony with table and chairs and a pull out drying rack for washing. If hiring a car there is parking outside, bit hit and miss grabbing a space depending what time of day etc, but can easily find a space on one of the side streets. All in all, a nice hotel.. have already booked again for Febuary 2025..

If you are looking for a basic 3 star apartment then this is it. Very basic rooms. Our balcony faced other buildings and a busy road. Pool area was small and you are not allowed anything in the pool like inflatables, no food or drink round the pool, there is no music, very quiet and boring. No life at all. It is about a 20 minute walk into the main town, which in our opinion has gone down hill since our last visit. Will not be returning to this apartment complex or the island again. A very disappointing holiday. Reception staff were polite on our arrival but not much else to say about the complex.

Rooms are OK clean and has all we needed. Very noisy tho as a main road below us, so we didn't make use of the balcony. They say the will remove towels from loungers if people put them on before pool opens also if left unattended for 20 minutes, but almost every morning there were quite a few with towels on. I did notice that on almost every day we were there 2 towels were put on loungers every morning and when we came back at lunch time or later in the day the same 2 towels were there and we never saw anyone actually use them??!!

Brilliant place. Best 3 star I've ever experienced. AI food was unexpectedly good, we ate out less than planned due to the food being so good. No sun bed wars due to reserved beds being unreserved by staff which is great to see. The location is slightly far from the centre of town for little legs but taxis are plentiful and cheap. The kids loved the mini club and have demanded we return. They likely won't get much resistance from us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. People were concerned about nearby construction work but this cannot be heard from the kids pool area where our room was located. I only ever heard it when standing on the reception balcony and actually watching the cranes work and even this cannot be described as loud, it makes no impact to relaxation around the pools.

Just back from a lovely relaxing holiday in Las Marismas. The hotel is rated as a 3 star but I think it should be a higher rating. Travelled with children aged 9 and 13 and we went all inclusive. Overall food was good breakfasts especially nice. Children had a great time, fabulous pools and outdoor areas. Town very close so we could pop up and down on a daily basis. Hotel rooms were very clean and bright. Regularly cleaned as well! The majority of the staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. In particular Lucas and Diego. Always remembering us, saying hi and knowing what we were drinking! It was a lovely touch and made us feel special. The staff work very hard, and the complex/hotel was very well maintained. I will definitely be returning.

Very beautiful hotel with a nice reception and comfortable rooms. The arrangement of the foot (special evening events as well as the breakfast) is also very good. Some employees seem to be quite often very stressed and not very friendly (service-1). The location is also perfect if you want to make a trip to the other surroundings - there's a bus station nearby and it's about 15 min to the centre if you walk

It's 3 star rating is fairly accurate, rooms have a reasonable kitchen with enough gear to make basic meals , I've been to other 3 star places with far less. Generally tidy and clean and everything worked OK. Typical buffet style restaurant with all the usual food types. Biggest criticism is the pool bar well under staffed and at peak times you can easily wait 30 /40 mins for service.

The rooms are basic but clean . They could do with a renovation but they were cleaned nearly every day and and the beds were comfy. The air con was very good in the main room but did take 24 hours to kick in. The bedrooms didn't benefit from the air con but were not too warm. The pool is a decent size but the Sunbed situation is a mess. Beds are locked up until 10am so you can't get up early and enjoy an early morning swim and quiet time by the pool. Queues start for the beds around 9am so that's a bit of a pain but you can work it into your routine. The bar is excellent with really nice snacks food and great cocktails. Some of the staff are excellent and really friendly, a couple struggle to raise a smile and can be a bit grumpy 😂. the location is superb it's so close to the centre of the city it's brilliant. So many restaurants and bars to choose from on your doorstep. The beach is a 5 min walk away . All in all a decent budget hotel 👍

Location is great, a very short walk to the beach or restaurants and bars. Rooms basic but clean and cleaners came daily except Sunday and Thursday to clean clean rooms and mop floors. The air con is only in the living room so just a loan and extra card to keep it on all day and at 6 euro deposit it's a must. Food at the bar is great and reasonable prices, drinks are great and cocktails especially. 2 4 1 between 12 noon and 1pm and 5 pm to 6pm on cocktails and beers so it's always good to take advantage of the cheap drinks. Sunbed situation around the pool is a joke, we love to get up at 8 am and have a swim before the kids and inflatables get in but the pool doesn't open until 10 am and you can't get sunbeds until 10 am either as they are all locked away. The queues start about 9am for the sunbeds so that's an hour standing around waiting to get beds, which is very annoying but at least the 3am towel hoggers don't get all the sunbeds that they don't use for most of the day but for us we lost a few hours of our day waiting around to go to pool and then waiting for them to open the sunbeds up. We never had an issue getting 4 beds every day but always got there by 9.20 to queue up. All in all a great holiday, lovely food, drinks and company.

Excellent value for money. A great stay. You can see why there are so many return visitors. The only downside for us was the pool is 1.35m deep everywhere. So not great for a 4yr old learning to swim. There was no shallow end at all. But overall, an excellent place and I am sure we will return.

Stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Location is fantastic, central for everything yet quiet enough that you're not disturbed. Rooms are basic but a decent size and fairly comfortable, each with a terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. There is AC in the bedrooms which makes the rooms far more comfortable, you just need to pay a refundable deposit for the remote. Reception were friendly and helpful. We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis, and we're massively overcharged by the tour operator for this as can pay for breakfast directly for less than half the cost that Jet2 charged us. Food was OK, not amazing - and the eggs often raw or undercooked, but you can ask for them to be cooked longer. The restaurant only serves breakfast and seems to be a bit of an afterthought to the hotel in that during our stay one drinks machine was never replenished, the other mixed the wrong quantity of water with the juice which wasn't rectified for 2 days, they ran out of tomato sauce for 6 days, and were very slow ro replenish anything as it ran out. The pool area.was disappointing, the only chance of getting a sunbed was to wait, holding on to them in a chained pile until they were unlocked at 10.00, but even then there would be no where to put them as other guests mark out their spaces on the floor. We didn't fancy waiting an hour each morning for a fight over loungers but as a result was only ever once able to get a couple by the pool from around 4pm. There is room for the hotel to provide more if they were to arrange them, or tackle the number that are left for hours on end with no.one sat on them, or those used by non guests who just walk in the gate by the pool. Yes there are loungers by each room.on the terraces, but would prefer to be sat around the pool. The hotel also seemed to struggle to keep the pool clean as it was very cloudy and couldn't really see the bottom. This seems to have been treated, with little effect, by huge volumes of chemical which stang the eyes. The lounger situation was really off putting and which drove us to beach more which was OK as the beach really is fabulous. We had a really enjoyable stay but hope the hotel deals with the few issues I've mentioned above which would make it into a great hotel.

Having a cracking holiday despite the Caybeach and its staff, not because of them! Cracking location, but the cons far outweigh the pros! The rooms are a good size and tidy enough, although the cleaners only visited our room three times in 10 days. We had ants in the cupboards, when I mentioned it to the receptionist she looked at me like I had a tele on my head and gave me a huge can of bug spray! The aircon never worked, guys came to look at it eventually and told me it was fine. I gave up asking for it to be fixed and left all the windows open, fortunately it's windy and I had plenty of mosquito spray! The staff, apart from a couple of fellas they were a right miserable rude bunch of *****! I got sick of being made to feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking for drinks/food/service! Takes a lot to wind me up but the staff managed it! The sunbed situation is just bizarre! Pool is open and sunbeds unchained, (yes unchained!) at 10am, half the morning is gone before you can get on a bed! The beds are unchained at 10am, if the lifeguard can be arsed to turn up on time or has the keys! One morning nobody turned up which led to mob rule, at 10:30 we ripped the beds out from the chains as we were fed up of waiting! I certainly won't be back here, had a great holiday in spite of Caybeach but for what we paid I expect more than bugs in my room, broken aircon, miserable staff and queuing for a sunbed for 1hr every morning!

Bright, modern apartments with a view through the palm trees to the sea. Clean and nicely furnished, but lacking air conditioning. Quick check-in and friendly service. The apartment complex is spread over a large area, so we had to cross two roads to reach the central pool area, where we missed some atmosphere and a pool bar. In the apartment, the kitchen/living room and bathroom are not separated by a regular door but by a thin glass door, causing some obvious inconvenience. We were three adults in the apartment, which is certainly not recommended. Our apartment was right next to a center with shops and bars, contributing to some music noise late into the night. This is our fourth stay on Fuerteventura, and we would gladly return to the island, but not to Bahia Calma Beach.

Everything was great and exactly as expected. As described before we booked; we knew what we were getting and in a very convenient place within Costa calma so very close to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. The room itself was great, clean and with enough amenities to stay comfortably and even cook a meal. Depending on what room you get you might feel a bit hot but all you need to do is go to the reception and they will give you a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay! I wanted to review this hotel because I couldn’t find many up to date ones this year . We stayed here last week and we had a fantastic stay . The location for us was perfect.we walked to the best beaches on the island and covered approximately 8/9 km per day of glorious beaches . The hotel is very quiet which we guessed , but we wanted a quiet one . There’s no atmosphere, no buzz , no vibe , but just lovely accommodation- cleaned daily , modern and breakfast thrown in which was ok . We had room 201 which had the biggest balcony overlooking the road and dunes view bit also the sea and dunes view . The road isn’t overly busy or noisy so wasn’t a problem. We had the sun all day , loungers and table and chairs - perfect for us sunworshippers . Obviously the near beaches are naturist beaches too , each to their own , we avoided the ashtrays which seemed to attract it … A taxi into the town / harbour was 6 euros but you can walk there - 25 mins along the coast which was a good walk and makes u appreciate the beaches nearer the hotel .. would definitely recommend the hotel for a quiet escape where no hassle, no children ( not catered for as in clubs etc ) just lots of sunshine n sand 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just come back from a 10 night stay at this hotel with my daughter and 2 teenage grandchildren. We had looked at some reviews before we left and were a little nervous about what we would find. There really wasn't anything to worry about! The rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean, towels changed every 2 days, bedding every four, so your room is cleaned every 2 days. The food was lovely with lots of choice, I would suggest if you couldn't find anything to eat, you either holiday at home or go to Benidorm to just eat British food. Entertainment in the evening could have been a little better, but the Entertainment Team are lovely and work very hard. All of the staff are helpful, friendly, funny and a little cheeky. We loved our time here, would definitely recommend.

The food was fine, it wasn't the most varied choices we've had in comparison to other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at, but again, it might be because we stayed out of season. Nice clean hotel. Was very busy with children and as we didn’t have children with us we upgraded to the adult area. This was very reasonable at a cost of 12 euros a night. This included an hours visit to the spa on two occasions which would cost 15 euros each hour. The only issue with the all adult area was you had to go down stairs to the bar. It did look like one was being built if this is the case then happy days. The good was nice and the choices were very good catering for all ages. Wasn’t a fan of drinking from the plastic cups but once we upgraded we had glasses for our wine etc. it does state in the blurb that there is a gym. This is a shed with an exercise bike a bench with one weigh. Very disappointed with that. Over all the staff was lovely especially Gabrielle in the restaurant. And the hotel was value for money.

The slides in the pool are really good. Excellent staff. Very hard working and nice. Everywhere super clean. The tropical juice is epic. The beds are a little but hard. The Italian is amazing. Rooms were very clean and cleaners came every other day. Location of the hotel was good only about a 20 min walk to main strip. Me and my family loved this hotel it was amazing. The entertainment staff were really nice and they always got involved with the families and they never failed to have a smile on their faces. They were perfect. The pool is super clean and the water is crystal clear. The pool activities were super enjoyable for the whole family.The food is delicious and there were many options for all guests. As for the rooms they get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are very friendly and always said hi when passing them. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty storage places for all your things. I loved it every minute that i was there.

This is not a true all-inclusive, but only the 3 meals of the day and a few drinks from the lobby bar and pool bar are included. Dishes at the pool bar are not free. For example, when I left breakfast, I wanted to take an apple with me to eat a few minutes/hours later, but one of the staff wouldn't let me. I asked him if it was all inclusive or not. He replied that it wasn't. So please don't put on your website that this is an all-inclusive hotel, because it's a lie. Fortunately the rooms are quite spacious and the buffet varied. The swimming pool and solarium are pleasant.

Second time staying at Sol Jandia and this time was better than the last. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. The pool room is worth the extra cost being located at the pool and for night time entertainment whilst kids slept in room (this is a game changer for us). Restaurant had amazing choices, where if you don’t overload every night with different variety would see you choose something different each night. Pool bar is the best we’ve had, great variety and all fresh. This time we had to get used to plastic reusable cups which is brilliant as everywhere is immaculate. Entertainment now has changed, more child focussed as well as adult and so much more on offer!

The hotel is great, but 50€ went missing from my wallet that I left in the room, as well my belongings were moved during lunch. According to the reception, the only person who was in there during the lunch period was the staff person who refilled the mini bar. It's very suspicious as he was refilling the just 1 hr after we got into our rooms and left for lunch, and the staff is not investing furthere citing that they trust the employee. I'm contacting the civil guard to follow up. This has personally soured my experience at the hotel and my trust in the service. I guess thats why they have lock boxes, but I expect better.

I would not stay here again. Firstly the hotel is lovely, rooms are very spacious and modern. Most of the staff don’t understand English which can be quite frustrating at times, I understand we are in the Canary Islands but you would have thought they would understand it a little. They can come across very rude due to the language barrier. Unless you like fish then the food isn’t for you. Everything that is served is fish, there’s no variety at all. I wish I knew this before booking this hotel as I’m all inclusive, i don’t like fish. The pool bar snacks are really good; different things at breakfast, lunch and late afternoon snacks. They’ve always got pastries, muffins/ cakes on offer all day. You can have toasties, hamburgers, chicken burgers, chips, pizza at lunch. Overall it’s good here but unfortunately the staff and food let it down.

Wow, what can I say...what a lovely hotel! Your staff are your asset...all hard working...friendly. I am not sure what the other review means how they don't speak other languages..they did! When I tried speaking Spanish they spoke English! They all deserve appreciation by the manager as it is hard to find staff committed to their customers in this day and age. Ok..the food was a bit repetitive but it's a all inclusive and expect no more. Best daytime poolside entertainment I have ever experienced. ..these 2 young men get to know everyone on a personal level and made the sunbathing at the pool less of a boring experience! All pools opened on the Sunday and we arrived on the Saturday...always got a sunbed without a fight! Roof top lovely...beautiful views although could be a bit windy for sun bathing..staff could not do enough for you! Keep up the good work guys!

Unfortunately, the hotel left mixed impressions. The morning starts with construction work from the balcony and noisy shouts of the service staff, which makes itself known by shouts and screams from a separate corridor. Food, except for seafood, is not suitable for consumption, because of the peculiarity of the location of the island products here are all several times re-frozen. Meat is not edible and raises a lot of questions about the origin. Cockroaches are periodic guests in the hotel. Benches are inadequately expensive on the beach. Doors in the rooms rotted, and smoking neighbors in the room from the top as if all at once decided to trade life for cigarettes. The light fixtures in the rooms have sharp corners, because of which not a single T-shirt was torn. If you are not embarrassed by the above, then welcome!

Not a bad hotel at all, especially for what we paid. All inclusive, food was decent enough although a bit repetitive at times, but that's all inclusive for you. Bonus was that they don't stop you from using all inclusive on your last day like most hotels, which is great when you're not flying home till 9pm at night. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools could do with some refurbishment as the paint is all peeling, although it's not a big deal. Overall, we would definitely come back again.

Let's split things up into what was good what could be improved. As there is no such thing as bad. Great location. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Food was better than I anticipated but just to clarify that is because I am a big seafood/fish fan so was very happy with my meals. Breakfast was amazing! Loved it. Big pool fully functioning including 2 roof top pools Drinks available all day including hot drinks that were very nice. Service was good. Everyone qas very friendly. Entertained team was very involved with guests and made us feel very welcome. Plenty of sun beds and all get sun pretty much all day. Now the things to Improve When we arrived our room's AC was not working at all. It only started working after 2 nights. The 2nd pool was being renovated. I feel that they should have tried to sort it before busy holiday period as there were too many in the one pool available. The entertainers were trying their best but it could improve as it lacked creativity.

I spent a week with my wife at the Costa Caleta residence in Caleta de Fuste. The location is perfect not far from the large Caleta beach and from all the restaurants and shops. The service is good, the bar has the good things for a nice breakfast and lunch. The swimming pool is well maintained but not large enough for all the guests of the residence. There are many plants, cacti, palm trees and well-kept flowerbeds. Unfortunately I have to complain about the room which needed a total renovation. The shower tray was cracked and repaired as best as possible with the risk of causing some infections to the feet. In the small kitchenette there was the bare minimum but no kettle, you had to rent that at the reception as well as the safe. On the other hand, cleaning was done every two days and the beds were very comfortable. If you rent the apartment with a pool view, be aware that at 7.30/8.00 am they turn on the filter to clean it, causing an annoying noise for those who would like to stay sleeping late.

We stayed here for nine nights as a couple. The location of this duplex apartment is excellent. The furnishings are okay, although the cupboards and doors (bathroom) on the bedroom floor need renovation. The lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff are friendly. However, we had a major problem with the jacuzzi. From day 2 we reported that the jacuzzi was not functioning A technician has been by every day since day 4, but we were not able to use the jacuzzi during our stay. Submitted a written complaint upon returning home, but no response. Recalled after 5 weeks, still no response. Very disappointing, considering the price range of the apartment (we paid 190 euros per night). That is why this accommodation scores a very poor score.

What a lovely place to stay. Comfortable apartment with fantastic ocean views and a nice jacuzzi. A small cleaning crew comes almost every day. We stayed in the 4-person apartment which is perfect for 2 as well for 4 people. Please note that there's only A/C in the bedroom upstairs, not downstairs where the other bed is. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in May 2022 for 1 week in the Non seafront property (1 row behind seafront). 2 Adults on our first fancy foreign holiday together! Pros - Amazing View (If you get lucky and your balcony and garden are in the right spot a great view of the ocean) - Location (very close to ocean, grocery store and town centre with amazing restaurants a short walk away) - Spacious (especially when occupied by just 2 people) - AC in bedroom (Cannot imagine sleeping without it) - Nice Staff (Helpful with confused tourists who didn't read check-in instructions or simple signs) - Water proof wrist band keys (along with normal key card to allow you to go swimming without worrying about the keys) - Good TV with Amazon Firestick (gives plenty of options for entertainment especially if you have a laptop) - JACUZZI! (God damn a private jacuzzi is a real must for a "treat-yo-self" holiday after experiencing this) Cons - Limited wi-fi coverage (virtually non existant in upstairs bedroom) - Jacuzzi cleanliness (there were visible lines of grime on the jacuzzi which clearly hadn't had a good clean in a while) - No proper oven (The kitchen is ok but the stove top is just that, a stove, no oven below - not optimal for pizza) - No AC in living room (If 3 or 4 staying this area is the extra bedroom, could be unbearably hot at times to sleep and uncomfortable in the day) - Cleaners turned AC off in bedroom (we left the AC running in bedroom to give us a cool place to, you know.... And it got a bit sweaty when this got turned off when cleaner came in) - 2 Single beds instead of proper double/king size (This can lead to interesting positions if one falls down during.....) - Minor wear and tear (Such as upstairs toilet door looking a bit shabby and not closing properly) Overall for the money a great location and made many happy memories. Would recommend a visit especially in the off season where you can get a good price and not being to over crowded at the beach.

Well located lodge with free parking outside and public pool available for the guest of the complex. The apartanent Is organized in two floors and has almost everything you could need for your time in Fuerteventura, including a private Jacuzzi in the little front garden for each flat. Great place for couples, families or simply for people looking to have their own indipendence with style.

Such a cool place to spent your time in Fuerteventura. The apartment is big, and it’s built up in two levels. It has a big living room with a bathroom and a small kitchen and, at the first floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. There are also a Jacuzzi and a small yard/garden for each apartment. The structure has also a big pool and a public parking in the street. I would be happy to choose again this structure for my next trip in Fuerteventura.

it's great value for money ,it's within 15 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach,30 minutes from nearest town and market,you can rental electric scooters near hotel ,they save time and leg work but are quite expensive ,cheaper to hire a taxi ,approx 6 euros to town ,don't expect alot of entertain ment in the evenings,,food is great ,lots of selection,pizzas to roast to Chinese,cheeses great deserts ,fish ,salads,coffee at breakfast,wine and soft drink machines,,breads ,Italian spaghetti 🍝 excellent area

Do not be put off by other reviews!!! Yes this hotel is way past its heyday but it is clean and very usable for the price you pay. We stayed in block B for reference. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious with all the mod cons minus A/c. The hotel I imagine was once a big thriving hotel but now runs a pool bar during the day which serves for and drinks at a reasonable price. The pools are very clean and well serviced. The grounds are a little tired but once again for the price you pay and it only been a 3star it's acceptable. Me and my wife stayed this time, we usually stay 4 or 5 star when we travel with our children 12 and 6 bit we would definitely take our kids to this hotel. Overall for the price this hotel I more than meets a good standard.

A Generous 2 stars from me, I'm not saying I wouldn't come here again BUT I would find it extremely hard to choose to stay here as I just don't think it is value for money. in comparison to other places I have stayed. The location is great with just a 10 / 15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main strip and 5 minutes to the convenience store. The resort could really benefit from a rear access gate as it is really big and would really benefit all the guests on that side of the resort. Even guests returning from the beach etc. as it would save a considerable amount of walking. The resort had three large pools and plenty of sunbeds, which seems to prevent the usual 7AM race to need to reserve one which is always a bonus for me. The pools were a good size but they really could do with a little TLC and there was quite a bit of scum in the corner of one that was there over a few days. Accommodation was basic, but clean and relatively modern . I didnt find the beds particularly comfortable and you only had to sit on them or nudge them for them to slide accross the floor as they were so lightweight. The kitchenette was again basic but perfectly adequate for cooking a basic meal. The showers were pretty impressive with good pressure and a good temperature, and the rest of the bathroom was clean and tidy. The towels however are pathetic and so small, it doesnt even fit around the waist, another thing that made it feel a bit cheap. The biggest complaint with the rooms however was how the walls seem to be made of cardboard with no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear peoples conversations in the adjoining apartments, this is even more of an issue when you have around 8 people partying until 4AM in the one next to you every night. This is where I do have to give reception credit, after speaking to them we were moved to another room with much quieter neighbours and no pests. We did have some cockroaches visit on the first day however after informing reception, the room was fumigated and we didn't see another one afterwards. WiFi was not included in the price, its available in reception for a couple of hours in a morning but apart from that you have to pay and I felt it rather expensive. Whilst the above may paint the resort in a negative light the thing is that the actual rooms are OK they're just on par with much cheaper places in the same area. For the price we paid for this, there are so many other resorts that have better facilities, free WiFi, free safe, better beds, normal size towels and rooms where I haven't been able to hear a thing from my neighbours. Its for that reason alone I cant find myself recommending the place based on the price we paid and what we got. If however this resort showed up again considerably cheaper then i would likely consider it if i were looking for a cheap budget holiday, but there's just too many other places offering a better experience for the price we paid, that aren't trying to upsell things like WiFi and safes.

Visited on my lads stag doo, great place, not sure about all the apartments boarded up we only seen 2 and that is fare back in the resort which is massive you cant see them unless you go looking, does have residents staying there also but the place was ideal for us, rooms clean, has everything you need for self catering, great location, one pool was shut but had 3 others which were a good size, no putting towels out for sunbeds there are hundreds, pool bar was open each day with very friendly staff, served breakfast and had a lunch menu, happy hour from 3pm, we would definitely visit again. don't be put off with some of the reviews.

I recently visited Oasis village. Do not be misled by the photos, the pool is nice but the complex (not village) is grim. On arrival we were put in the worst possible room imaginable. It smelt of sewerage and was in a dark corner. I immediately asked to be moved, which they agreed the room not much better but round the pool. There are live wires hanging out of walls, the kettle blew up. Not once did the cleaner visit the room, we had to ask for clean towels which are very old and toilet rolls. The food on some days was fine although not very warm. The breakfast always cold and had to put in microwave. Overall I would not revisit this hotel, it is very dated. The entertainment is all French although this hotel is advertised on UK sites. Worst hotel ever stayed and stayed in hundreds. Very Poor. Staff miserable and unhelpful.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the main strip and the beach/marina. Rooms a bit dated but clean and spacious. Food and drinks were lovely. Staff were great, only downside is because it's a TUI France hotel all the entertainment was in French so we didn't really know what was happening but some of the entertainment team did make an effort to chat with us. I would go back.

LIVE REVIEW, WILL BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT OUR STAY Easily the worst hotel I have stayed at. 31/08/22 We arrived today around mid day and had to wait till our room was available. The beer here is lovely for an all inclusive hotel, the food so far is awful, with only a couple of choices and chips. I was surprised to find a whole clove of raw garlic in the garlic mayo. The rooms are boiling and have no air conditioning not even a fan, this can be rented for €40. There is no free WiFi you have to pay to rent a pool towels. All entertainment is made for French and no English speaking so have to miss that. 2/9/22 Found out the hotel has gone bankrupt so will close down at the end of the season, I don't think It will be missed. The food is still awful, the pool has gone green and the sides are thick with mould. The fan you can rent for 40 euro is a desk fan.

No ideal to go if you're not understanding French language. All activities more for the adults, not a lot for the kids. Food is good, but drinks is more less likely to taste like a without alcohol. Weather at the moment is not the best, very windy and not too much of sun, basically jumper or jacket is my recommendation. Swimming pools as been described are wormed, it's nothing like that, watter is very salted and cold. People working in the is nice. I happy with my holidays, but would not want to be back.

Great place to have a relaxing and calm holiday. The rooms are very comfortable and with everything you need. The staff is really nice and helpful. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and other leisure places nearby the hotel. Also, the docks are very close which is great to do trips and excursions into other islands or just to spend a few hours in the sea. All in all, I would recommend 100% and would come back.

We went as a family of four with a 14yr old girl and a 11yr old girl. Hotel is ideally situated for all restaurants and bars and supermarkets minutes walk away. We stayed in block 2 below the sunset roof bar and as other have said about noise this didn't affect our stay. I read kids are not allowed on the rooftop bar but they were. The hotel was clean and modern with no complaints about it at all. In our weeks stay the room and linen was changed once. If you are considering taking a family there I would possibly look elsewhere as in the complex there was nothing for kids to do and the pool was always full of sunbathing adults so felt the kids would not be welcome making noise or having fun. Not the Hotels fault at all more Jet2 for advertising as a family resort. As a couples hotel I would highly rate it but sadly wouldn't return with the family and would choose elsewhere.

Nice place staying in double xl apartment. Grounds nice and clean.its a quiet complex A rooftop bar is convenient . The only downside is that Xxl rooms are roadside. traffic noise can be an issue. No air-conditioning either if you require that

Location absolutely amazing. Walking distance from so many places and was very safe walking at night. However, we found on our last few nights cockroaches in the room. Although google said it was normal in the area the fact that cleaning services are not automatically applied to all rooms is very disappointing. if you know cockroaches are likely to come why not provide a service to help. The pool was also extremely cold and although wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that the whole area was taken up by older people not even using the pool but using the limited chairs to sunbathe. We were also offered a free drink on the rooftop bar but was treated with rude service after being told the voucher could only be used on certain days and we were not notified of this. Lastly, the breakfast although very nice was in my opinion not much and had very limited options.

The location is excellent, offering parking and allowing exploration of many places by car or on foot, including the city, its beaches, and surrounding spots easily. I should mention that we only spent one night in the original room; the other three nights were upgraded at an additional cost. The studio apartment didn't meet our expectations; the cold white light upon arrival and the lack of a practical layout for the suitcase were disappointing for me. From my point of view the shower was cramped, and many areas looked worn, like the shelf near the mirror. It felt quite noisy for me, with sounds from the corridors and neighbors easily audible. After friendly service on the second day, we upgraded to a Junior Suite for an extra €25 per night. Unfortunately, it was directly under the bar, leading to early morning disturbances from chair moving and cleaning. Despite being nicer, I was bothered by the absence of hand soap at the sink (in any room, according to my inquiry) and annoying for me the inconvenient toilet paper setup. I'm disappointed that the accommodation fell short of the comfort I had hoped for. Lastly, from my view the breakfast experience was disorganized, with long waits and a repetitive, sometimes poorly coordinated routine, leaving us waiting for drinks even after finishing the meal. Overall, for me the exterior gives a better impression than the interior, and it didn't nearly meet my expectations for a relaxing hotel stay.

The location is fantastic as you're in the heart of Corralejo and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed both in the beach front apartment and the villa for our Christmas vacation. For the 2-bedroom apartment the best part is the beach front deck, but it was a bit tight for our group of 5. The villa had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lot more space and private pool and back yard. This was a lot more comfortable although you give up the beach front aspect. The resort also has a small pool in the common area. This property is no frills and didn't come with amenities like shampoo or paper towels. However, for the affordable price and top location, I'd recommend for a week long stay to make this your beach vacation home with your family.

Beautiful place. The villa is right on the beach and it’s got everything you need. The pool is small but for us 4 it was great. You can walk back from town at night across the beach which is a very nice end to a night out. The pool man came about 4 times and was very discreet. Maid service was spot on. We will definitely be going back and we have never been back to the same place ever!! Loved it loved it loved it!!

Stayed there four nights. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent with sea view. However there is a bar just below with live music, which might bother some. The apartment itself is quite big, not exactly luxury, but good enough for me! In all I recommend it.

Villas are perfect. We stayed with our 3 children and fantastic location ..right on the beach. Steps from main street for food....hosts were great Mitiam and Gabien so relaxed and helpful and there for any questions. Villas had everything we needed ..washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, air con in every room, irons, comfy beds, pool, towels, cleaning service, and plenty of chill and sand ..loved it ..great place to stay and we will be back!

I have to give this place poor rating because of their poor treatment of clients. The on site staff are good but our holiday there had 2 major issues. 1st being we only had 2 days of acceptable showers the rest had extremely low pressure and on one evening no shower at all and we had to shower with the cold water shower at the pool side. We made several requests to have this rectified but it seemed they were unable to resolve perhaps they should have got a specialist in but this now seems this may have been an on going issue. The second was cockroaches we accepted maybe 1 or 2 but we had 7 or 8 visit us during our stay we were told it's just one of those things yes true 1 or 2 but not 7 or more. Our apartment was next to the kitchens to their beach bar which made us wonder on their cleanliness so luckily we had not eaten there and then also avoided. As a side the bar is probably the most expensive along the beach. We did send an e mail direct to them stating our concerns and requesting some kind of gesture from them but they have decided to ignore us. Therefore trying to avoid us loosing faith in them as a business but it seems they just do not care so I feel people need to be made aware of their trading style. I would now not recommend this establishment to anybody and there are plenty of nice alternative accommodation available.
