Rooms are very basic but spacious. We had an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child. Sofa bed in lounge/kitchen. Beds were comfy. Clean towels every day but wouldn’t like to say the cleaner done anything else but change the towels and make the beds. Floors didn’t look like they were ever swept/mopped. Entertainment team were brilliant. As there were only 3 of them I think they did pretty well to put on a show for Halloween and keep us amused throughout the day. Food was ok. Always something to eat but not the greatest of choice. Every day was a themed night. Oriental, Italian, Mexican etc. All meals included meat, salad, bread etc. The meat was actually cooked perfectly and worth having every night what ever it was. When busy the restaurant seemed very small for the amount of people. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely. Very friendly and not mean with their serving sizes. Lots of choice for spirits but not many cocktails. Would I recommend Yes and yes I would return.

We had a four night stay, it was wonderful. The buffet was really good and the bar service was fantastic. The live music was delightful as well. It was truly a pleasure to be there. The vibes were so calming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the place.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!. Please listen to the reviews. We came for New Year. First day in room I was looking at flights to go Home moths and flys everywhere curtains eaten away by them. Food not great at all. I am not a fussy eater but I struggled to eat. Staff worked hard but didn't interact with guests much My son daughter in law and their 2 kids who are 12 and 9 had asked for a family room they were given 2 apartment's which were nowhere near each other. They asked for another room and were told there was none available. Staff were not helpful in the least!! This resulted in the 4 of them in a 1 bed app while the other remained empty as other app was to far away. On departure my daughter in law asked for clean towels so they could get a shower and were told "NO YOU ARE LEAVING TODAY" I COULD GO ON AND ON.....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!! Not even worth 2 stars

Just returned from a week here and overall really good. Food is a bit hit and miss, but I think it’s what you get everywhere else for the price. Could be improved though. The rooms are really clean, we were lucky to have a newly refurbished room and it was lovely. New towels three times a week and bedding changed twice. All staff really friendly and you can see the manager who has only been there a year is desperately trying to make improvements. We only had one bad day where their permanent life guard was on his day off so they bought in a sub contract guard who was rude, intimidating to the women and stuck his fingers up at children. Safe to say the manager dealt with it and took time to go and speak to everyone around the pool to apologise. The guard was sacked! Pool area clean, plenty of beds, but the pool could do with hoovering out more than once a week. We will definitely return. It’s definitely a safe, quiet and pretty hotel.

The thing is with this place you have to factor in the cost. Yes the hotel is a bit tired and rooms could do with a refurb but they was very clean and comfortable and spacious although you can hear your neighbours as not much sound proofing. Also to note the rooms don't have air con and fans and irons come at a rental cost. The staff were lovely and do a great job. The food in parts is good but you don't get many options compared to a 4 or 5 star. The restaurant is small and tightly packed. Lunch is very similar and breakfast has small changes but it's what you expect for a 3 star hotel. The all inclusive beer is cruzcampo especial which was surprisingly good but the spirits are cheap but not awful. Only a few cocktail options which lets its down a bit. The location isn't amazing there's not much around but it's very close to the airport but the planes arent as loud as you expect them to be. The free bus only really takes you to a shopping centre with a beach behind it but you can take it to the nearest town if you get back on the return bus and get of near a hotel there. We had a really good time though and would recommend for a cheap getaway although I wouldn't want to stay much longer then a week personally.

As a couple, we stayed here in early January on a short 4 night getaway. We went half board as we had never been to the resort before and wanted to get out for a few drinks in the local bars. This worked out perfectly as most bars were no more than 15 mins away with many being far less, it also gave us a good insight into the resorts restaurants and shops as well. There was a longer but nicer walk along the seafront towards the harbour as well which we enjoyed. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent for us with plenty of choice and great service. We never used the pools but there were plenty of beds and as we were in the quieter side of the hotel, we used the beds out on the seafront side which were brilliant for getting the most out of the sunshine for the time of the year. The rooms were clean and had daily room service. If I were to be a little fussy I would say, based on ours, that they do need a freshen up as there were plenty of marks, chips or dents on the walls, doors, etc. Overall though, we thought we got excellent value for our money and would come back to this hotel.

We have been here for the last 3 years, yes it’s a bit outdated but location and friendly staff make up for it. Our son has the time of his life and it’s safe for him to wonder freely round the hotel. Day and evening entertainment are great for adults and children and the staff make you feel very welcome. We are going back again this year, are only down side is we can never get a sea view room. Don’t knock it till you have tried it

I start from the positives, so hotel location is brilliant, staff very nice and great especially Roberto from animation team absolutely fantastic, bar staff and dining room too, the negative is the cleaning 🙈. I knew we are coming to 3 star hotel, I didn't expect the luxury but doesn't matter how many stars hotel has, the room and bathroom must be clean. The housekeeping is not doing very good job, basically the only thing was done was our bed, no added toilet rolls, tea, coffee, floor and the walls absolutely dirty, skirting boards wasn't clean for a months. But I must say Christmas dinner was amazing, fantastic selection of food. Unfortunately we won't come back because of the room cleanliness 😢

About a 15 minute walk to town. We was happy with location. Chipmunks 🥜 🐿️ along the sea front, you can buy nuts to feed them from shop. Luggage room available to store suitcases. Swimming pool as good temperature for a swim. WiFi was 🆗. Large balcony. Staff are brilliant at reception and quick drinks service at meals in buffet. The Food and evening show entertainment was very average. Desserts were good, breakfast was decent. Always got seated okay at meals and in the evening show indoor area. Some good day time activities with evening certificates is good. A short Mini disco in evening for kids is good. 4 pool tables on site and some shops. Overall good value for the price. Large room and comfortable bed. Zoo bus stops right outside. A Snooker table at the pub attached was also a bonus. Also we always managed to get a sun bed / lounger by the pool. Overall we felt the hotel reflected the price we paid and enjoyed our visit. Some people I think just expect 5 star facilities for 3 star prices.

We stayed here mid December as a short 4 night break on a half board basis. We couldn't really fault anything except the apartment bathrooms need updating as standing in a bath to have a shower is quite awkward if you're tall. The floor tiles are not the best but I'm sure these will be changed on a refurb. The apartments are basic but clean and the balcony is a good size. I could imagine the sea view rooms are very nice. The staff were all fantastic and very friendly which helps with your holiday experience. Food was excellent with lots of choice and so much available we were pleased we weren't all inclusive or we may have put on a lot of weight. All in all a good hotel at a reasonable price booked through Jet2.

For what it is, this hotel was really good. The apartments are basic but perfectly suitable. The all inclusive offering is somewhat limited, but what's there is very good. The pool area is really nice, but the main pool is very deep. It is however a saltwater pool, so is very buoyant. There is a great view of the sea and pool from the balcony and the beds and sofa beds are surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms are also very nicely layed out. There's also a decent amount of free parking outside too. All in all a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay and I would certainly stay here again 😁👍

Currently sitting on our balcony for what is our last night of our family holiday at this hotel. We are a family of 5 , my partner , dad, and my two sons aged 9 and 12. We have had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff are incredible and work very hard. Food is good, hotel is clean and the facilities brilliant. The man running all the games and evening entertainment is fantastic and gets all involved playing football, table tennis, and water polo amoungst other things. Puerto del Rosario is within a 10/15 minutes bus ride away and is lovely. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. The staff at this hotel absolutely deserve praise, they work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean and the guests happy .

We had a great time here at Globales, Our holiday started by the staff informing us there was a problem with our room before check in and as compensation, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with air conditioning. We were offered the original room once the problem was resolved but also we had the option to remain in the deluxe room at no extra cost, which we took of course! It really put us in a good mood for the holiday, we thought the location was perfect as it was quiet enough to relax and close enough to some life if you wanted it. The walk to the next town/beach isn't far if you don't mind a 20 min walk, or its less than 5 Euro's in a taxi where you can get a nice meal if the All Inclusive isn't enough for you. We had no complaints about the food on offer, at the end of the day you can't like everything they offer but we certainly filled ourselves throughout the week and just having it there and ready was a convenience I certainly appreciated. The Hotel was very clean too, this must be said. We saw endless staff on site maintaining and cleaning throughout the day, considering how busy the hotel can get this was quite impressive. We will absolutely come here again, we'd aim for the same room that we we're upgraded to though, having the air conditioning was a nice surprise that I didn't know I needed until I got there! Quiet hotel with good pool clean rooms. Service was poor in restaurant and bars due to shortage of staff. Plastic glasses in bar in evening was a big turn off and hotel looks nothing like it is portrayed in company video

The food is of very poor quality, there is no choice, you have to wait for it to be replenished because it runs out quickly, the breakfast rolls are old and moldy. Some of the staff, especially in the kitchen, are very angry and unfriendly. There are no activities in the hotel and there is nothing for active people to do here. The hotel is more aimed at pensioners.

We enjoyed our stay until our last day we were unfortunately ROBBED. Were told it was “safe” to leave our luggage in storage area but on arrival home my daughter found her engagement ring was stolen from her case along with other jewellery items. We had heard of a lot of thefts but took a chance & were very careful. Items stolen were small enough to fit into pocket they didn’t take our tote bags etc. we were definitely being watched and was someone working at hotel. Book elsewhere we wish we did….☹️

A lovely hotel, plenty of food and drink. The only downside was that from our apartment to the restaurant, it was a good 5-minute walk, and if we were at the main pool area, it was an 8-minute walk. I was travelling with a 5-year-old and 14-year-old, so not fast walkers 🤦🏾‍♀️. Overall, we will definitely go back again. Our room had a view of most of Caletta De Fueste, so I loved it ❤️

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

Maintenance outside was amazing, but inside the rooms there wasn't any. There was a lot of mold in bathroom and probably in all of the rooms, just painted over it. It was bit hard with a baby who touches and eats everything. There was clearly water going to somewhere under the floor or inside the wall. Not good. Anyway, location was super and everything outside was kept very well. I wouldn't go again if they don't fix the rooms. I even had breathing problems, but what else can you expect from room like that.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The receptionist was very helpful with the upgrade request, which made our experience even better. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We stayed for a week from 26/01, and had a fantastic time. After the very friendly Sara welcomed us, the check-in process was easy. Some people have an issue with the new rules regarding registering your details. As a lot of other places do it, I really don't see the problem. All you have to do is fill in a form with your name, address, and contact details. The rooms are bright and spacious with a small (but not too small) balcony. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space in the large built-in wardrobe. If you are on the edge of the resort and a light sleeper, then I would keep the window closed so you don't get disturbed by road noise, although this is minimal. A safe is available for €2 per day, plus a €40 deposit, which is returned when you leave. The resort is very clean and tidy, and there are plenty of sunbeds around the two heated pools, which aren't at all freezing as other reviews have suggested. Even with temperatures of around 20c, it was perfectly comfortable to be in the pool. Be very careful when exiting the pool, though, as the tiles do get slippery. There is a little mini-mart, with very reasonably priced drinks, snacks, clothing, gifts, and beach towels, as well as a selection of toiletries. The restaurant was excellent, with a great choice at every mealtime, which appeared to be replenished often. Service at the Pool Bar is friendly and prompt, with a selection of spirits and cocktails on offer. Hot drinks, beer, wine, and soft drinks are available at the restaurant and Pool Bar, and are self-service. Many, many thanks to Aurora and Emma for your excellent service. One or two reviews have suggested that the beer is watered-down - I can assure you that it isn't! The plastic cups is a very simple system, whereby you hand over €1 and get a cup which you keep until you hand it back to redeem your deposit. They will happily swap a cup for a clean one. The entertainment was a bit hit-or-miss, but the true star was Mauri with his infectious energy throughout the day. All day, he would be going round the pools, either encouraging people to take part in activities or playing games. Overall, the Arena Beach provides excellent value for money, and we can't wait to go back (with more of the family this time) next April. Neil & Diane, Room 226.

Great value in all inclusive. Place is spotless, plenty of beds by the pool (although it's a quiet week). Staff are really friendly, beds are comfy. They gave me my requested apartment. The facilities are great. There are two pools as well as a gorgeous little one for kids. Location is also great. Entertainment guy is also super.

Just back from a week here and it was great! Food, staff and whole resort was perfect. We had a balcony room, air-con and cleaned daily. The pool, food and bar areas were all clean and tidy. Entertainment every night. We ate most days here except 1 night and had lunches out but food was plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again

Clean rooms and of good size, all located with a pool view and only 2 story high so no massive tower blocks. Pool area is clean with plenty of sun lounges and a pool bar. Food part is very dismal never seen so many various dishes for pork and chicken as there is here even the theme night is some form of pork or chicken and it literally all tastes the same and its lucky if it’s warm never mind hot. So the food side let’s this place down massively along with the drinks, half the restaurant doubles up as the entertainment venue that’s tiny for trying to get seats or even getting through for drinks is a challenge! The entertainment team and artists that have been on so far have been good, onsite shop is decent stocked up and a fair price not the usual hiked up prices, Most if the staff seem very nice (cleaners are very good) and help full unfortunately some are rude and a few others are down right arse holes drinking in the public areas when off duty

Recently stayed at Arena Beach Hotel and while it had some positive aspects, it ultimately didn’t meet our expectations for the price. The food was decent, though the Christmas meal was particularly disappointing. We were expecting something special, but it fell flat in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, the food quality was average, and the dining experience could have been better. The service was okay, though it could certainly be improved. The reception team was helpful, and we appreciated their assistance when needed. Aurora in the dining room stood out for her friendly and attentive service, which was a nice touch. However, the overall service felt a bit lacking at times. Entertainment was a big letdown. The hotel advertised activities for kids, but nothing really happened beyond a few songs in the evening. Mauri, the kids' entertainer, tried his best, but there was very little engagement for children beyond that. We were expecting more interactive entertainment based on the hotel’s advertising. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. It was a nice place to relax. The rooms were clean but not cleaned frequently enough. For the price we paid, we expected better housekeeping. A more consistent cleaning schedule would have gone a long way. No cleaning on Thursdays and Saturdays as far as I remember. While Arena Beach Hotel had some highlights like a helpful reception team and clean pool area, the disappointing food, lackluster entertainment, and occasional service lapses mean that we likely won’t be returning. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished experience.

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

It's ok, seems to be a tourist only location for brits. Pool closes at 6??? Most amenities available apart from the oven, iron or laundry. Could be a lot cleaner as well.

I don‘t drink alcohol but saw people enjoying it. Tasty coffee! The room looks good. Very happy here!

I went on family holiday for 4 nights only. Staff are really friendly, welcoming and nice but they struggle as they don't have enough workers which they should mention before the purchase. Most of people in the hotel got really ill and me and my family as well. I spent 2 days in the room with vomiting, diarrhea and fever. I never felt so sick in my life. Apparently there was a virus but it felt like food poison and even in that was a virus they should care more about higine if they knew so many people are infected. Since we arrived all cups, plaits and cutlery was really dirty. Even lady in reception could barely stand as being sick herself and had to still work, bless her. The room have been done only one time during the whole stay, but after all of us being so sick not even sheets has been changed, towels haven't been changed at all, floor and balcony not cleaned and my daughter got bitten by something over the night all over her body. No even kettle in the room!!! Drinks and food avability during the day outside restaurant hours are really low. I'm really disappointed and will never go back there. They made an effort of New Year's organisation and dinner but I couldn't even try eat or drink anything which is a shame. Well done to all staff from reception and waiters as they were working really hard and long hours and were still smiling! Quick update! So just came back from GP and they said it was a food poisoning and we are still not well.

Just arrived back after the most relaxing week spent at this little gem of an hotel. No complaints at all from my wife and I, lovely helpful staff , excellent food and great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a very quiet break with no roudy noise in a great little hotel. Well done to all staff.

An older hotel, and perhaps a little tired in places, but the staff work hard and always aim to please. Great pool for kids and beach (stony) just outside the grounds, there is also a nicer beach about 5 minutes walk along the shoreline. We did all inclusive and as I haven't done so before, I don't have a benchmark. However, there was never any shortages of food, nor variety over the week we were there. Drinks were a bit of a limited, but more than adequate for me. My only gripe was not being able to get bottled water/tap water after 11pm, so you need to stock up on a few bottles when you get there.

location is not far from shop and main town. rooms very old and would need upgrading. had some insects in the room which i dealt with but shouldn't have been the case. did not get fresh towels or toilet paper. i asked three times and still did not get it. forget any cleaning at all. the service was very rude and did not care about anything it wąs disgusting how we we're treated. avoid at all costs.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all the apartment s are disgusting the beds are falling to bits mattresses protecter s stained dirty blanket s ripped stained curtains and mold growing in wardrobes and walls not very nice at all!! Sofa bed not good either the lock on door was damaged looked like someone had tried to force it ?? We stayed a month and in the whole time never got a room clean asked for beds to changed they left sheets on sofa for me to do which I did 6 times in total 🙃 also bought my own cleaning product s and cleaned myself anyway it's a long way out off town 1.2 miles walk down is ok but definitely a taxi back the surrounding area is very run down and dirty rubbish all over the place 🙃 to sum it up not a good place to stay you definitely get what you paid for it's cheap for a reason and I definitely won't go back there even if it was free !!! Much nicer hotel s near town so think twice before booking

Our stay at Bungalows Castillo Beach Park was very disappointing. The bungalow was old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being self catering, we were given just one cup for three people, very little cutlery, and no knife for cutting – it was impossible to cook there. A hairdryer was also missing. On arrival, there were only two towels instead of three, and one duvet was missing for our child. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, and the location was good. However, even for a budget option, we’ve had far better experiences camping. Definitely not recommended.

Stayed here last Saturday for one night. It's about a 20 minute uphill walk from the bus station. The man on reception was really friendly and reassured me the apartment wasn't far away, which it wasn't, but felt like a Maze trying to find it with the map provided. The apartment was big in size and functional. For the price paid you cannot expect the ritz, but I was more than happy with it for the cost. The bedroom light and shower didn't work, so I had to have a bath but as I was only staying one night I just reported this on check out. I would come back if in the area as for the price its an absolute bargain. Be open minded and you will enjoy it too!

The pool area was lovely, everything else was less so.... If you're just after some very cheap and basic self catering and you're happy to be totally self sufficient then you're all good, but under no circumstances should you opt for the all inclusive option!!!! Also be aware that there are planes flying over every few minutes. We quite enjoyed this, but it may put some people off.

Not luxury by any stretch of the imagination but obviously the price reflects this. For what it is this is perfectly fine accommodation for a nice break in wonderful Corralejo. Clean, nice pool, nice and quiet (no annoying generic dance music). Other than check in we didn't really have much interaction with the staff but they seemed nice enough. Room cleaned twice during our week stay, guess one more clean would have been nice but not the end of the world. For the right price would def stay here again.

Stayed here for Christmas. The rooms are very clean, great size, tidy, decent size bathroom. However the bed is awful. You just sink. I couldn’t sleep. You can hear everything but this time of year it’s pretty quiet. Pool is lovely. Lots of sun-loungers. Great location. Everything is walking distance. About 35 mins from the airport.

The apartment complex has a nice pool, with plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were decent, but lacked air conditioning. We stayed her in November 2024, and the heat in the room was unbearable at times. We left the balcony doors open all day/ night to try and cool down. The problem then was the noise from the road outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and a lovely complex with some nice pools and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Please feed the cats at the cat cafe part - if you like cats. They are lovely and lots of people leave them dry food and some pouches. They are so friendly. The housekeeping days are not made clear at check-in and some of the families/guests seem to make a lot of noise at night/early in the morning so the hotel don’t enforce any kind of noise reduction policy. I would have expected to see some more recycling bins within the room(s) or within the complex given how important sustainability is. The mini golf course was fun, although I lost so went in a huff! The supermarket has everything you need and the buffet style dinners are really good. I liked BBQ night and we also tried Mexican night. I’m only saying 4/5, not 5, because of the lack of clarity around housekeeping and the lack of management of guest noise. This is a cracking hotel.

We stayed for a week and found the complex to be a really relaxed and perfect spot just to unwind . Rooms were spotless and contained everything we needed . Common areas were just as well maintained and lovely to spend time in. The complex was lovely and quiet , though we were there outside of school holidays. The downside however, 1. We had a room on the West side of the ground floor, and it was dark morning and early evening 2. Really poor outside lighting and signage, we spent 20mins looking for our room when we arrived at night, reception do give a map , but no numbers on anything,and as you are newly arrived you have no idea what the map relates to. A simple well lit board outside reception with arrows pointing to 2001- 2030 for example would really help. These were our only issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Special mention to the staff who are really helpful and friendly and they definitely make it a lovely place to stay in. The cleaning staff especially are warm and friendly. Private and secure car park attached is also a great addition. I would thoroughly recommend Las Marismas !!!

Just back from a week in Las MARISMAS, great hotel with three pools, one for children, plenty of very comfortable sunbeds. Beautiful grounds that are exceptionally clean and well tended. The accommodation is huge, two patio windows, one into the big bedroom, large beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, ceiling fan. Other patio doors into living space, extra sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette, ceiling fan. Large bathroom with powerful shower over bath and twin sinks. Pool towels provided. Everything very clean. We were ground floor 1109/1110 ( these rooms don’t get the sun so good for the hot months) patio table and three chairs and outside drying space. We were all inclusive, the food in the restaurant was excellent, different theme each night with lots of variety, breakfast was really good with a station cooking fresh eggs, bacon and waffles, we didn’t use the restaurant at lunchtime as we were out and about. Fantastic evening entertainment with a different singer/s each night. Hotel location is good, beach a 15 min stroll and town about the same. All staff very friendly and efficient, on arrival we were greeted by Denise on reception who was really great. Our only negative is the all inclusive drinks on offer, red, white & rosy wine ‘on tap’ was awful, also the cocktails for all inclusive very poor. If you paid for the cocktail it was a very different drink. In the restaurant we ended up purchasing wine only to find out that the same wine was in the all inclusive package in the bar! When paying my bill on leaving I did ask about the ‘wine situation’ only for the receptionist to show me the hotel brochure with which states ‘ local wine with evening meal’ for all inclusive. This didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday just didn’t make any sense.

Omg loved our stay here over Xmas and new year. Hotel is spotless. Rooms cleaned daily. Fresh towels provided and beds made. Pool towels are provided for first week but then chargeable for second week if not staying a/inc. Pool bar food was lovely.. did seem to have to get up early for beds in sun spots but hotel did remove towels on beds reserved but not used. Entertainment if u want it through day but not forced on you. Entertainment at night but can't really comment as didn't stay to watch it. Games room for kids. Great for families and couples. 20 minute walk to centre of strip so perfect location. Would definitely recommend this hotel genuinely couldn't find a fault.

As a previous review said lighten at night poor and we also got lost when we arrived at night. Other than that we will see you in November.😁

Felt safe despite half the complex easily accessible by walk up by the general public, if they made the effort to walk over. Good connection for walking around the area and shops. Be careful the speeding drivers when crossing roads.

In the middle of a weeks stay here. This is very basic accommodation. You pay extra for A/C, Safe, TV remote. Don’t use too much water or you will run out. Bathroom mouldy due to no ventilation. Bring your own washing up liquid & cloth as you don’t get any 😅 Cleaners keep the place clean & tidy. Pool area is clean. Bar is ok, it’s buy 1 get 1 free between 5 & 6. It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants & beach. It’s relatively quiet on night. If you’re looking for better accommodation, look at hotels on the beach front. For me, this is budget friendly accommodation.

None of the staff were very friendly. Everything seemed like it was a massive effort for them. Kitchen and bathroom constantly covered in little red "ants". Location to the shops is good. Perfect place for a quiet holiday apart from.being on the flight path! Restaurant was only open for breakfast at this time which was not clear when we booked. Could get snacks at the pool bar - only tried once and it was massively overcooked! Overall, a bit disappointed to be honest.

I rented an apartment in your hotel and while everything else was fine and the location was fantastic, very close to the beach, I had a serious issue. Under the roof of the solar terrace, I noticed several beehives. I am allergic and was extremely frightened. I reported this to a staff member, who took pictures and assured me that the problem would be addressed. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. I am attaching photos of the hives. Our apartment was located right next to a shopping center with bars and nightclubs, so it was a bit noisy in the evenings, but we didn’t mind at all—in fact, it was convenient to have places to go out nearby! Next to the apartment, there is a large plot of land with abandoned buildings. Apparently, a major construction project is set to start there soon, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice and definitely worth visiting.

Rooms are far too small for a family. Toilet is practically in your living room with nothing other than a thin glass sliding door. There is no eating area inside apartment and it’s so windy you can’t sit outside. Completely impractical for a self catering apartment. Not very clean in rooms or around the complex. I would never recommend this hotel. Likewise the resort. Resort is very very quiet with nothing to do. No cafes open before lunchtime. Literally only the Spar is open early morning. If it’s windy you can’t go to beach or sit outside either really disruptive. Great for windsurfing I guess, absolutely not the place to go on holiday though. AVOID.

We are stuck in a smelly dungeon, with a view of a wall facing the parking lot. NO WINDOWS!!!. No A/C so we opened the terrace door to the parking lot and were invaded by mosquitos. There is a very very tired couch that smells like vomit. The bathroom is good and beds are acceptable. I read that they have a problem with theft during the day, so you MUST pay to use the safe (not bad, about 2 euros per day), but you MUST keep your valuables in the safe. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for the frequent break ins. Read the complaints and the hotel replies. So basically, it looks like anyone can break into your room while you're not there and waltz around, no consequences.

This was the best holiday ever. Everything within walking distance. No need to drive anywhere else 🌟 Because of this holiday we Booked it with a ground floor apartment for 3 weeks, 9 months later as heated pool! All change! When arrived was told we had upstairs apartment! Told them not happy with this was given a choice a ground floor one that hadn't been cleaned. Because of my condition we had no choice but to take this ant infested apartment. Going to the pool next morning it was freezing ( not heated ) when questioned reception about this was told that they couldn't get the part needed. So, I had three weeks off no pool, no refund or discount offer, and no response from email's asking for refund for not supplying as advertised! Lovely place, badly managed! The privately managed properties are better value and they look after there customers better!

This was our third visit to Surfing Colours in Corralejo, and our first time staying in a 1-bedroom apartment with our son. As always, the hotel didn’t disappoint in terms of location and overall experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for our family. The lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue during this visit, given the cooler weather. However, the lack of AC would be the only downside for a summer stay, as it could get quite warm. Overall, another great stay, and we can’t wait to come back next January!

The receptionist was very polite and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel. She also escorted us to our room, which contributed to a very professional experience. The apartment was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. There are free fitness classes available during the week. I attended a yoga class one morning, and it was perfect. The swimming pool is heated, which is a nice bonus, especially during the winter months. There is also a small bar with very reasonable prices where you can get snacks as well. Definitely recommend. The best budget friendly place to stay in Corralejo

Absolutely LOVE Surfing Colors!!! started coming to the island back in 2017 for the surf, found this gem of a hotel in 2021 when I wanted somewhere to work remotely for a few weeks and relax, been going back ever since! Super friendly kind staff, really nice warm and inviting atmosphere, the rooms are lovely and in top condition, the breakfast is really nice, I will usually come and work remotely here for a week or two when I fancy a break from the cold back home and its the perfect spot for this. It's also in a really nice convenient part of town. Its a nice diverse group of guests who stay here which makes it feel like a super inclusive place to stay too where anyone feels welcome :) Thanks Surfing Colors!

Cheap and very cheerful contemporary style hotel. Nice pool area. Rooms fit for purpose and good showers. Excellent location The only downside is the breakfast buffet doesn’t open till 8am so there’s a massive queue across the lobby waiting for it to open, which then translates into a massive queue for one of the three coffee machines which,for some strange reason, aren’t all switched on. A lot of the clientele appear to here for outside activities and would prefer an early start so, why not start the breakfast buffet at 7am LIKE EVERY OTHER HOTEL IN THE WORLD ! In the evening it’s even worse. 25 people having a great time round the bar. Shutters Come down at 9:30😱 Not even a shout of last orders !!!

On night 5 of a really lovely stay Staff super friendly and helpful Pool area beautiful, very clean hotel Breakfast lovely Thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes and it was nice to have pool table and bike rental as well! It’s also in a quieter area which is nice! The only recommendation I would have for improvements is on the air conditioning. The fans in the rooms are not great so it was hard to sleep well in the heat.

For the money, this is a great value hotel. We only did bed and breakfast, so I can’t comment on the lunches and dinners but I can say that the buffet breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. Our room had a seating area with a sofa and fridge. Our balcony was huge! It was like having our own terrace. The room was a bit shabby in places, but clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are so friendly. Only too happy to answer any queries. The location of this hotel is amazing. A short wall to the beach and there are so many restaurants and bars close by. Anything you want to eat or drink, you’ll probably find it. I recommend Punjabi Masala if you like India food. It’s a short walk away. The supermarket and tourist shops are also very close. Would love to stay here again!

Another trip back to SMY Tahona and again a great holiday. The hotel itself is I believe in the process of refurbishment, but even the older rooms are completely fine - comfortable, clean and big enough. The staff are all brilliant, helpful and hard-working. A particular mention for Luis who always has a smile and can't do enough to help. The food is very tasty (we didn't need to add salt or pepper once) and very varied with plenty of choice. The dinner selection changes everyday. There is no chance of anyone going hungry here! The pool bar is the only bar that is open, which can make it a biy cold when the wind is up at night, but an extra layer sorts that out. Again service there is very good, the only issue we had was with the loud, opinionated and openly racist British people around the pool, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from any part of Caleta. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable (we had one of the refurbished rooms). The food was great, I was pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. It's a small hotel so there isn't the same amount of choice as some of the bigger all inclusives I've been to, but that's to be expected. But there was never the same evening meal twice, it was a different theme each day. I really don't understand some of the comments left by others about the food, especially for the price. It's a budget hotel and the food, service and room exceeded our expectations.

Our first night was interrupted by the music, and kept the twins awake until early morning. I wanted to leave there and then, but Lorena & team were so supportive and explained the music at that level was a one off event. We stayed, and I’m so pleased we did. The apartment was super clean, all the staff were very welcoming, the location was perfect, close to park, the town and beach. The gardens and pool were well maintained and it was absolutely great value for money! We want to say a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so perfect! ♥️

We stayed at Bristol Sunset Beach for just over five weeks. While these apartments are suitable for a short stay—they’re not ideal for a longer visit. The apartment had limited storage, with only 5 coat hangers for a space that sleeps 4 so we ended up buying extra hangers. There are no drawers or shelves which meant we lived out of our suitcases and used the ironing board to put things on. On the positive, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well-equipped but again not enough for a family of 4. However, our apartment had a very shaded, unappealing outlook so it didn’t encourage us to cook or enjoy evenings on the balcony. Although cleaning wasn’t included in our booking, fresh sheets, towels, and supplies were always available upon request. Unfortunately, our apartment (32H) was directly below the rooftop gym, and the noise from slamming medicine balls and pounding feet starting around 8 a.m. made it impossible to have a relaxing holiday lie-in - we thought the roof would cave in some mornings. The pool, while a nice addition, is small with only 16 sunbeds for the whole of the complex, so we resorted to striking a deal with a hotel close by which allowed us to pay to use their pool and facilities. That said, there were some positives: the laundrette was very convenient, Netflix was a nice touch, and the reception staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is great, just on the edge of the old town, with a lovely 10–15-minute coastal walk into the center. Would we stay here again? Unfortunately, no, but we do appreciate the efforts of the team and the fact it is a budget accommodation. In our opinion its only suitable for a few nights stay.

A lovely stay in Corralejo. Having normally stayed at establishments further out we decided to try a more inner town place and certainly weren't disappointed. Very warm welcome received on arrival with knowledgeable staff. Simple and easy directions to the room. Information pack received. Room functional and comfortable for a great stay. Clean pool area. Not the largest so get out early to get a lounger. Nice sun trap.

The hotel has such a great vibe and the staff is amazing. They have been so helpful during my stay when asking for directions and activities to do. The thing I mostly enjoyed is the rooftop breakfast and the open gym. They have a great selection of food and the view is stunning. Definitely recommend it!

First time staying in Fuerteventura, and wasn't sure what to expect. The room is spacious, despite being called 'studio' it has a bedroom and convertible sofa which we didn't use as a bed. I could see from other reviews though that it may be 'slightly uncomfortable' as a bed being made of a hard leather and wood construction. Shower is good, but as I use separate shampoo and conditioner on my hair, the water runs cold before finished, so best be quick! 😁. Dishwasher provided, but we ate out a lot of the time, so no need for us to use, but is a great addition for a holiday kitchen. Hob, microwave, toaster and kettle all working. Lovely Fridge freezer, another plus for those icecreams, desserts and cold drinks. Not enough crockery or cutlery to service 4 people, but as only 2, we survived. It was unfortunate that the staff checking us in, did not mention that you get clean towels, sheets, bin bags from reception, and sheets/towels only after 5 days on request. It didn't bother us, but would be nice to know that there 'isn't a knock at the door' with room service outside. This is on a leaflet that is handed to you with bits of info. We were in Block 1 in apartment 11B. There is lots of reviews about rowdy parties on the roof terrace bar, but perhaps sometimes it is just bad luck who is staying at the same time?? We went up to the roof bar and had a pleasant evening listening to a live duo. We are now on day 8 of our holiday, and would definitely come back here again. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and the location is good. Parking is easy and ample for car hire, but a bus stop is close by too, which we have also used.

Had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel. It is only small but very clean and the rooms were spotless. The House keeping lady was fantastic. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The only downside is the glass window separating the bathroom to the bedroom. Even though there is a blind you can still see the reflection though the glass. Even though my hubby and I have been together 32 years, I don't particularly want to see him on the loo!! Because the hotel is quite away from the town centre and restaurants we used to walk into town(about half an hour) and get a taxi back. Taxis were always available and only cost 6 euros. We did think the hotel would benefit from an evening meal service. However, we had a brilliant sea view from our balcony an the views were spectacular. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. We will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff too who were so helpful and pleasantly.

We have stayed at this lovely quiet hotel 5 times, and will keep going back! The location is about 1.6mile walk to the centre of Corralejo, and 1 mile to Campenario Shopping Centre! It's right on the beach front and has Beautiful views! The rooms are excellent light and airy, and the room maids work really hard! The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is a superb buffet style, with a good choice! The service staff are Excellent and graft all day long (especially Pepe, who is very caring and always busy). Infact we are so happy at Tao Caleta, we've booked again 3 times 2025! Work hard to enjoy life in Fuerteventura 🏖❤️

If you are after somewhere quieter with easy access to the beach this is the perfect location. It's also possible to walk into town, about 2.5km, or a taxi as there aren't any restaurants local to the hotel open in the evening. If you want more of a lively location near the centre would be better.

I have Spend 3 nights with my son in hotel Tao Garden La caleta , since the first night we have mentioned the internet in our room was not working , the wifi they have given us and my mobile data not receiving signal , they give us a router on the reception in the hand to ínstales ourselves , which was nothing as help at all , neither second day new wifi code , nothing . Service all in one nothing . I would never go back there as we had no good feeling at all from the installation, very cold and not welcoming

Had a lovely relaxing week in Caleta, the Hotel was ideally placed just off the Town and a 5 minute walk to the volcanic coastline and Sandy Beach. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always on hand, food choices varied, and plentiful, lots of sun beds, and good entertainment in the evening in the lively Bar. My only gripe is the WiFi generally doesn't reach the rooms however is ok in the communal areas. We went at the right time for a peaceful stay (December) however I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer, I would guess too many children may change my view. Try the rooftop for even more peace although the roof pools were not in use during our stay. 20 minutes from the airport is also a bonus.

Rooms are basic but clean, beds were comfy .It needs a kettle to make it better. There are 3 bars but only 1 in use at any one time which meant lots of queues especially by a door,so you couldn't get in or out. The food was good but often ran out and wasn't replaced,the soup was in the middle of a section which again you had to squeeze past people in a queue.Quite often the crockery and glasses ran out aswell. The sun beds were rigid in one position and there were no sunshades. .

Poor service in dining room never any plates or cutlery ready available waiting or chasing round for these. Drinks machines weren't being filled often enough soft and alcoholic drinks for all inclusive. Very understaffed. Only one toaster for the size of the dining room at breakfast and tea and coffee machines being turned off before breakfast time had finished. The roof top adult only drinks machines were never filled enough especially the water and soft drinks. However couldn't fault the room, bar service day and evening and reception staff very helpful.

The hotel is a little run down but nothing major. There is no goa cocktail bar as stated in their website, and no rooftop jacuzzi.. there is a rooftop dip pool. The food was not good. I had chips most of the time.. went out a few times for dinner. Hardly any desserts and the pool bar food was awful. I won't be returning

Wow, what can I say...what a lovely hotel! Your staff are your asset...all hard working...friendly. I am not sure what the other review means how they don't speak other languages..they did! When I tried speaking Spanish they spoke English! They all deserve appreciation by the manager as it is hard to find staff committed to their customers in this day and age. Ok..the food was a bit repetitive but it's a all inclusive and expect no more. Best daytime poolside entertainment I have ever experienced. ..these 2 young men get to know everyone on a personal level and made the sunbathing at the pool less of a boring experience! All pools opened on the Sunday and we arrived on the Saturday...always got a sunbed without a fight! Roof top lovely...beautiful views although could be a bit windy for sun bathing..staff could not do enough for you! Keep up the good work guys!

I went there with my boyfriend for 4 days. We had so much fun. The hotel is very nice, it might be one of the best in the neighborhood! However, we paid an extra for a view on the sea, which we had but nothing compared to the photos on booking ( see in the pictures), and there was nothing closer to the sea, so I Think this is the best view on the sea you can get…The food was good but a little bit the same every night, not so savory but it was okay for the price and for 4 days. Some shops and beaches are accessible by foot. Be careful if you don’t rent a car like us, on Sunday mornings there are no buses to get to the airport, so be prepared to pay 170€ to the airport as it is very very far (85km).. Finally, the hotel was nice, we had fun and the weather was great!

I will start with the good things, the hotel is in a nice location ( a bit far from the airport), very clean, room was nice, modern and close to shops and restaurants and the beach. The pool area and roof terrace were very nice👍🏻. So yeah, I liked this hotel. Bad points, other than the receptionist and the housekeepers who were friendly, no other member of staff spoke to us, said anything, or smiled for the first 4 days we were there. It didn't get much better. I thought It was very unusual for the catering staff to be so distant and unwelcoming. This includes the chefs who would barge buy with food. in my opinion This is not good practice🤨. Food was not too my liking, cold bland, and repetitive. If you like non English speaking entertainers trying to sing in English, then this is for you 😁

Overall a good hotel, but nothing special. We arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered different cold dishes. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, but there are so many people having breakfast at the same time that it is almost impossible to access the food. People's behavior is disappointing. The plates are crammed full of food, more than half of which he doesn't eat, and not because it's not good. Excessive food waste is outrageous. I've never understood why you have to put everything on your plate, as if you can't eat small portions slowly and if you can't take any more, there's nothing left on your plate. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, or is it... The wait staff lacks professionalism and decorum. Saying hello is not common. When you ask something or make a request, forget the friendly answer. At dinner, the food is almost cold. All in all, an acceptable hotel, but nothing special. It's a shame, but a good manager could fix this quickly.

Me and my family loved this hotel it was amazing. The entertainment staff were really nice and they always got involved with the families and they never failed to have a smile on their faces. They were perfect. The pool is super clean and the water is crystal clear. The pool activities were super enjoyable for the whole family.The food is delicious and there were many options for all guests. As for the rooms they get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are very friendly and always said hi when passing them. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty storage places for all your things. I loved it every minute that i was there.

Please please don't believe the negative reviews for this hotel we were apprehensive about booking our trip there in Jan 25 but honestly you shouldn't worry, yes rooms are a bit tired, but they are clean and beds are very comfortable all staff are friendly and helpful, pools in January are cold but the weather was so much warmer than UK with warm sunshine most days. It is a little chilly at night but a sweat shirt or cardigan will sort that out. there were many reviews regarding the temperature of the food at times I wouldn't disagree, however whilst we were there a microwave was provided at the end of the hot plate to make your food as hot as you would like. Breakfast is excellent fantastic choice of hot and cold food massive selection available with fresh breads, fruits yoghurts really well presented pretty much help yourself buffet style. lunch again was very good super selection of hot and cold food available. snacks from snack bar in the afternoon not so good small selection of sandwiches and fresh fruit, however Dinner always had a good selection. The wines and spirits in the all-inclusive are local and are OK but nothing beats the brands what we all know and love from home. Any minor issues with your room are quickly corrected, fixed or replaced. The hotel is really not too far from the shopping area and a short taxi ride around 5/6Euros will get you there quickly. we had a 1 bed family room with pool view which was nice fridge was a little tired but worked fine, all in all we had a lovely time and would be happy to go back, it was ideal to escape the cold wind rain sleet and snow of January in the UK.

Rooms are very nice and spacious but the cleaning could be improved. Food is very nice and varied no complaints there. Distance to the town is quite a good walk especially if not very mobile so a taxi would be needed. Local supermarket a 20 minute walk (slowly). Night entertainment the few nights we went to are not to everyone's liking and the room is very cold we needed a coat as one night it was also outside. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel it's not too bad. Next time we would prefer nearer to town and entertainment.

Really pleased with the week stay in January. We booked an apartment which is a little walk away from the main hotel, but the apartment was super and had its own pool area/loungers which we used every day. The pool was chilly but the loungers were quiet and could easily get a good spot. The main pool with the the flumes was heated and lovely to swim in. The meals were fantastic, so many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The evening entertainment was great, especially the acrobat trio. Really close to the town and beach to walk to.

This place is amazing. The rooms are clean and large. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is plenty of choice for food, the Italian restaurant is so good! Drinks are unlimited. Would highly recommend! The bed was also very comfortable and good power in the shower!

Overall,great experience. We were a bit worried , with all of the negative reviews at first. A great,budget stay, walkable distance from shops,couple of food places and the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cleaned every couple of days. Same for the pool area,it was cleaned every morning. Could the place do with some work,yes. But the rooms have everything you need and are kept clean, so no complaints. Food in the restaurants is great, it could get slightly repetative,but still delicious non the less. If you are on a budget and looking for a nice spot for your holiday,definitely worth it.

It used to be a hotel with serviced apartments but it is now a community of apartments and holiday apartments. Pools have been newly refurbished and apartments renovated since many are being sold. The location is great and it’s walking distance to the center, the beaches and the shopping centers. The bars and the restaurants are for the moment close but it has resulted in a much more quiet, restful and less crowded place. There is security 24 hours and the men in the reception are quite helpful and nice.

This location is no longer a hotel but is selling the apartments as part of a community. The pool has been refurbished and currently undergoing a lot of maintenance in the apartments and all around the facilities.

Do not be put off by other reviews!!! Yes this hotel is way past its heyday but it is clean and very usable for the price you pay. We stayed in block B for reference. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious with all the mod cons minus A/c. The hotel I imagine was once a big thriving hotel but now runs a pool bar during the day which serves for and drinks at a reasonable price. The pools are very clean and well serviced. The grounds are a little tired but once again for the price you pay and it only been a 3star it's acceptable. Me and my wife stayed this time, we usually stay 4 or 5 star when we travel with our children 12 and 6 bit we would definitely take our kids to this hotel. Overall for the price this hotel I more than meets a good standard.

Visited on my lads stag doo, great place, not sure about all the apartments boarded up we only seen 2 and that is fare back in the resort which is massive you cant see them unless you go looking, does have residents staying there also but the place was ideal for us, rooms clean, has everything you need for self catering, great location, one pool was shut but had 3 others which were a good size, no putting towels out for sunbeds there are hundreds, pool bar was open each day with very friendly staff, served breakfast and had a lunch menu, happy hour from 3pm, we would definitely visit again. don't be put off with some of the reviews.
