Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!. Please listen to the reviews. We came for New Year. First day in room I was looking at flights to go Home moths and flys everywhere curtains eaten away by them. Food not great at all. I am not a fussy eater but I struggled to eat. Staff worked hard but didn't interact with guests much My son daughter in law and their 2 kids who are 12 and 9 had asked for a family room they were given 2 apartment's which were nowhere near each other. They asked for another room and were told there was none available. Staff were not helpful in the least!! This resulted in the 4 of them in a 1 bed app while the other remained empty as other app was to far away. On departure my daughter in law asked for clean towels so they could get a shower and were told "NO YOU ARE LEAVING TODAY" I COULD GO ON AND ON.....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!! Not even worth 2 stars

Just returned from a week here and overall really good. Food is a bit hit and miss, but I think it’s what you get everywhere else for the price. Could be improved though. The rooms are really clean, we were lucky to have a newly refurbished room and it was lovely. New towels three times a week and bedding changed twice. All staff really friendly and you can see the manager who has only been there a year is desperately trying to make improvements. We only had one bad day where their permanent life guard was on his day off so they bought in a sub contract guard who was rude, intimidating to the women and stuck his fingers up at children. Safe to say the manager dealt with it and took time to go and speak to everyone around the pool to apologise. The guard was sacked! Pool area clean, plenty of beds, but the pool could do with hoovering out more than once a week. We will definitely return. It’s definitely a safe, quiet and pretty hotel.

Rooms are very basic but spacious. We had an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child. Sofa bed in lounge/kitchen. Beds were comfy. Clean towels every day but wouldn’t like to say the cleaner done anything else but change the towels and make the beds. Floors didn’t look like they were ever swept/mopped. Entertainment team were brilliant. As there were only 3 of them I think they did pretty well to put on a show for Halloween and keep us amused throughout the day. Food was ok. Always something to eat but not the greatest of choice. Every day was a themed night. Oriental, Italian, Mexican etc. All meals included meat, salad, bread etc. The meat was actually cooked perfectly and worth having every night what ever it was. When busy the restaurant seemed very small for the amount of people. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely. Very friendly and not mean with their serving sizes. Lots of choice for spirits but not many cocktails. Would I recommend Yes and yes I would return.

Lovely hotel and such friendly staff, especially the Animation Team (Good Morning!) Would have given 5 star but we had to request extra towels as only enough for 2 people and also had to request loo roll on one occasion. Rooms are basic, which was what I expected and very clean. Restaurant had a good variety of food, something for everyone, even fussy eaters. Hotel is a little isolated but for €4 each way, you can get a taxi in to the town. Would have been nice to have been able to have a late check out but due to the hotel being full on departure day not able, however we were able to use all facilities and have a shower at the on site gym.

For what it is, this hotel was really good. The apartments are basic but perfectly suitable. The all inclusive offering is somewhat limited, but what's there is very good. The pool area is really nice, but the main pool is very deep. It is however a saltwater pool, so is very buoyant. There is a great view of the sea and pool from the balcony and the beds and sofa beds are surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms are also very nicely layed out. There's also a decent amount of free parking outside too. All in all a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay and I would certainly stay here again 😁👍

We had a great time here at Globales, Our holiday started by the staff informing us there was a problem with our room before check in and as compensation, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with air conditioning. We were offered the original room once the problem was resolved but also we had the option to remain in the deluxe room at no extra cost, which we took of course! It really put us in a good mood for the holiday, we thought the location was perfect as it was quiet enough to relax and close enough to some life if you wanted it. The walk to the next town/beach isn't far if you don't mind a 20 min walk, or its less than 5 Euro's in a taxi where you can get a nice meal if the All Inclusive isn't enough for you. We had no complaints about the food on offer, at the end of the day you can't like everything they offer but we certainly filled ourselves throughout the week and just having it there and ready was a convenience I certainly appreciated. The Hotel was very clean too, this must be said. We saw endless staff on site maintaining and cleaning throughout the day, considering how busy the hotel can get this was quite impressive. We will absolutely come here again, we'd aim for the same room that we we're upgraded to though, having the air conditioning was a nice surprise that I didn't know I needed until I got there! Hotel is lovely. Rooms are clean. Pool is great. Food is absolutely awful massive let down to the holiday, had chicken in bread crumbs and the chicken was pink when spoke to staff the staff just laughed and said not our problem. Paid for all inclusive and ended up eating out every day. I’ve stayed on better 2 star hotels than this 3 star. The food here has ruined our holiday not much selection at all.

Loved it, we were guests for a month, Staff in reception were great, very helpful and friendly. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful with my coeliac requirements, and the older fella in the bar was excellent, smiled always and was helpful and friendly. There was a member of staff who was 'tip' motivated All the time but many other staff were fantastic and got my tips just for being themselves. Jorgy, the 'animation' dude was great, always something to do, games, table tennis, karaoke etc, he was fabulous. One bad point was that wasn't a packed lunch available as we've had at other hotels, this would have been great, however the reception staff explained why which was fair enough as they cannot guarantee the quality when eaten off site. We would definitely return if the price was right 👍

Great location but I wasn't happy with the rooms, hot water was off always cold couldnt even have a proper shower. Also there was one staff I found very rude, i went for breakfast in the morning with a vest top on no one said anything to me as I went for lunch one of the staff was so rude me and escorted me out to show me a sign and on top of that pointing at my chest saying my clothes are inappropriate. Definitely wouldn't be coming again with that kind of staff

I start from the positives, so hotel location is brilliant, staff very nice and great especially Roberto from animation team absolutely fantastic, bar staff and dining room too, the negative is the cleaning 🙈. I knew we are coming to 3 star hotel, I didn't expect the luxury but doesn't matter how many stars hotel has, the room and bathroom must be clean. The housekeeping is not doing very good job, basically the only thing was done was our bed, no added toilet rolls, tea, coffee, floor and the walls absolutely dirty, skirting boards wasn't clean for a months. But I must say Christmas dinner was amazing, fantastic selection of food. Unfortunately we won't come back because of the room cleanliness 😢

We stayed here mid December as a short 4 night break on a half board basis. We couldn't really fault anything except the apartment bathrooms need updating as standing in a bath to have a shower is quite awkward if you're tall. The floor tiles are not the best but I'm sure these will be changed on a refurb. The apartments are basic but clean and the balcony is a good size. I could imagine the sea view rooms are very nice. The staff were all fantastic and very friendly which helps with your holiday experience. Food was excellent with lots of choice and so much available we were pleased we weren't all inclusive or we may have put on a lot of weight. All in all a good hotel at a reasonable price booked through Jet2.

Fantastic 3 night stay for New Year. We upgraded for a sea view room and were not disappointed. room was a little tired but had everything we needed and very clean. we were all inclusive and food was amazing. staff worked all incredibly hard and are a credit to the hotel. Location, close to all amenities.

Had the most amazing 5 nights here with my daughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and housekeeping came every day. Rooms were equipped with everything needed for a holiday ,and a mini supermarket on site . Location was perfect and only 10 minute stroll to a lovely sandy beach (plus you get to see chipmunks on the rocks) Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money .

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

Never had our bedding changed ( room c17) 20-27 december. Rooms wasnt cleaned properly, floor still dirty after the clean. Plates in the restaurant dirty , same as cups and mugs. Food wasnt too bad for the price. Nice restaurant and reception staff, helpful . But id rather pay more next time and go better hotel.

We are in A19 and so far so good. The staff are very polite and friendly. They even cater for ceoliacs ie sin gluten or gluten free as I am. So food is ok too so far and the Christmas dinner was beautiful. Bungalows so no stairs to climb. The only thing so far to let us down it's not as warm as it usually is.

We arrived here on Tuesday evening the little bungalows are basic and cleanish.The floor is filthy. Needs a good mop with CLEAN hot water. Had to plug kettle in on the floor as no plug socket, get sachets of coffee from canteen as none in room.Breakfast is OK but dinner is not so good. Only 1 meat choice, 1 fish choice, plenty of veg and salad and bread. Entertainment not our cup of tea. The quiz was so hard everyone was using their phones for the answers . Would we come again? No. If you have walking issues you may have problems as its quite hilly. On the plus side the pool area is nice and the sun is shining, it's nice and warm

location is not far from shop and main town. rooms very old and would need upgrading. had some insects in the room which i dealt with but shouldn't have been the case. did not get fresh towels or toilet paper. i asked three times and still did not get it. forget any cleaning at all. the service was very rude and did not care about anything it wąs disgusting how we we're treated. avoid at all costs.

Our stay at Bungalows Castillo Beach Park was very disappointing. The bungalow was old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being self catering, we were given just one cup for three people, very little cutlery, and no knife for cutting – it was impossible to cook there. A hairdryer was also missing. On arrival, there were only two towels instead of three, and one duvet was missing for our child. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, and the location was good. However, even for a budget option, we’ve had far better experiences camping. Definitely not recommended.

Been here few times. This time a bit disappointing but bear in mind 2 star. Shower came off wall few times and went everywhere! Toilet leaked, though we reported wasn't fixed during week stay and leaked everytime we flushed. Bed was horrific so husband and I slept on settee and pull out bed. We were self catering so can't comment on food. Pool area clean. Quiet location, we were room 17. No cleaners in the week so had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Absolutely doesn't ruin holiday but bear you are booking a 2 star.

You get what you pay for. We arrived to check-in soon after our flight at 12 and only on arrival were told check-in didn't start until 3pm so we had to wait for 3 hours and once check in started it took another hour and a half to get our key. Food wasn't great but most of it was completely fine. The Room/Bungalows are spacious enough and decently comfortable, the kitchen space didn't really come with enough to cook anything and the freezer shelf was broken in the fridge. For the beds in the room we got 2 singles instead of the double we chose when booking but pushing the beds together worked fine. The pool was at moments the worst part, on the first day we arrived someone had thrown up in the pool but it wasn't cleaned until the evening of the second day and generally didn't seem clean duringour stay. Definitely could recommend as a cheap place to stay at and save on some days and go out others but it was just too inconsistent to be the central part as other all inclusive stays could be

Firstly I am not one to complain and write a bad review, but this really was misleading from the photos and the minute we got there. Firstly we was all inclusive and I’m not even exaggerating, the food was disgusting, reheated and the choice of food was appalling. We had to eat out for breakfast and dinners most nights as the food really wasn’t acceptable. We spent around 520 Euros on food whilst being there. I have an 11 month old son who was living off cold chips which was not acceptable. Second of all the waitress at the all inclusive bar was very rude. The bar closes at 10pm and she was refusing to make any drinks from 9:30pm. She was rolling her eyes and tutting at me and being disgustingly rude to me and other people that were around the bar. We didn’t have our room cleaned once since being there. My partner asked for clean towel and we didn’t get any. We also had ants in our kitchen area which we had to spray many of times. We had a problem with the pool. It had from what I can only explain as sick around inside of the pool. We told the staff there and it wasn’t dealt with for hours, we had to tell people to get out as it was so unhygienic. This has to be one of the worst places I have been. The photos on the website are dated and misleading.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The receptionist was very helpful with the upgrade request, which made our experience even better. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will be recommending this place to everyone!

Great value in all inclusive. Place is spotless, plenty of beds by the pool (although it's a quiet week). Staff are really friendly, beds are comfy. They gave me my requested apartment. The facilities are great. There are two pools as well as a gorgeous little one for kids. Location is also great. Entertainment guy is also super.

Recently stayed at Arena Beach Hotel and while it had some positive aspects, it ultimately didn’t meet our expectations for the price. The food was decent, though the Christmas meal was particularly disappointing. We were expecting something special, but it fell flat in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, the food quality was average, and the dining experience could have been better. The service was okay, though it could certainly be improved. The reception team was helpful, and we appreciated their assistance when needed. Aurora in the dining room stood out for her friendly and attentive service, which was a nice touch. However, the overall service felt a bit lacking at times. Entertainment was a big letdown. The hotel advertised activities for kids, but nothing really happened beyond a few songs in the evening. Mauri, the kids' entertainer, tried his best, but there was very little engagement for children beyond that. We were expecting more interactive entertainment based on the hotel’s advertising. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. It was a nice place to relax. The rooms were clean but not cleaned frequently enough. For the price we paid, we expected better housekeeping. A more consistent cleaning schedule would have gone a long way. No cleaning on Thursdays and Saturdays as far as I remember. While Arena Beach Hotel had some highlights like a helpful reception team and clean pool area, the disappointing food, lackluster entertainment, and occasional service lapses mean that we likely won’t be returning. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished experience.

Just back from a week here and it was great! Food, staff and whole resort was perfect. We had a balcony room, air-con and cleaned daily. The pool, food and bar areas were all clean and tidy. Entertainment every night. We ate most days here except 1 night and had lunches out but food was plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again

Wonderful clean hotel. Just back from a weeks stay with my family. Amazing staff including the gardeners, caretakers, waiters, cleaners, reception staff, entertainment staff etc. All so helpful and kind. Location is great. So close to a local park with climbing walls, gymnastic bars etc. Food was always fresh and cooked well. Not many vegan options on the themed nights but that's standard for all inclusive menu. Highly recommend.

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

We stayed in a private owed VV, so I can't comment on the hotel ones. But we enjoyed our stay and the pool is fantastic. Lots of amenities close. Easy to walk down to caleta and taxi back up.

I went on family holiday for 4 nights only. Staff are really friendly, welcoming and nice but they struggle as they don't have enough workers which they should mention before the purchase. Most of people in the hotel got really ill and me and my family as well. I spent 2 days in the room with vomiting, diarrhea and fever. I never felt so sick in my life. Apparently there was a virus but it felt like food poison and even in that was a virus they should care more about higine if they knew so many people are infected. Since we arrived all cups, plaits and cutlery was really dirty. Even lady in reception could barely stand as being sick herself and had to still work, bless her. The room have been done only one time during the whole stay, but after all of us being so sick not even sheets has been changed, towels haven't been changed at all, floor and balcony not cleaned and my daughter got bitten by something over the night all over her body. No even kettle in the room!!! Drinks and food avability during the day outside restaurant hours are really low. I'm really disappointed and will never go back there. They made an effort of New Year's organisation and dinner but I couldn't even try eat or drink anything which is a shame. Well done to all staff from reception and waiters as they were working really hard and long hours and were still smiling! Quick update! So just came back from GP and they said it was a food poisoning and we are still not well.

A very nice hotel for its money! Very friendly staff, tasty Mediterranean cuisine, lots of fresh vegs, all sorts of meat and fish, nice pool, no queues, not too full, nice atmosphere, all inclusive. I don‘t drink alcohol but saw people enjoying it. Tasty coffee! The room looks good. Very happy here!

Just arrived back after the most relaxing week spent at this little gem of an hotel. No complaints at all from my wife and I, lovely helpful staff , excellent food and great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a very quiet break with no roudy noise in a great little hotel. Well done to all staff.

An older hotel, and perhaps a little tired in places, but the staff work hard and always aim to please. Great pool for kids and beach (stony) just outside the grounds, there is also a nicer beach about 5 minutes walk along the shoreline. We did all inclusive and as I haven't done so before, I don't have a benchmark. However, there was never any shortages of food, nor variety over the week we were there. Drinks were a bit of a limited, but more than adequate for me. My only gripe was not being able to get bottled water/tap water after 11pm, so you need to stock up on a few bottles when you get there.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the main strip and the beach/marina. Rooms a bit dated but clean and spacious. Food and drinks were lovely. Staff were great, only downside is because it's a TUI France hotel all the entertainment was in French so we didn't really know what was happening but some of the entertainment team did make an effort to chat with us. I would go back.

I recently visited Oasis village. Do not be misled by the photos, the pool is nice but the complex (not village) is grim. On arrival we were put in the worst possible room imaginable. It smelt of sewerage and was in a dark corner. I immediately asked to be moved, which they agreed the room not much better but round the pool. There are live wires hanging out of walls, the kettle blew up. Not once did the cleaner visit the room, we had to ask for clean towels which are very old and toilet rolls. The food on some days was fine although not very warm. The breakfast always cold and had to put in microwave. Overall I would not revisit this hotel, it is very dated. The entertainment is all French although this hotel is advertised on UK sites. Worst hotel ever stayed and stayed in hundreds. Very Poor. Staff miserable and unhelpful.

LIVE REVIEW, WILL BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT OUR STAY Easily the worst hotel I have stayed at. 31/08/22 We arrived today around mid day and had to wait till our room was available. The beer here is lovely for an all inclusive hotel, the food so far is awful, with only a couple of choices and chips. I was surprised to find a whole clove of raw garlic in the garlic mayo. The rooms are boiling and have no air conditioning not even a fan, this can be rented for €40. There is no free WiFi you have to pay to rent a pool towels. All entertainment is made for French and no English speaking so have to miss that. 2/9/22 Found out the hotel has gone bankrupt so will close down at the end of the season, I don't think It will be missed. The food is still awful, the pool has gone green and the sides are thick with mould. The fan you can rent for 40 euro is a desk fan.

We stayed 3 people in a room/studio. Basically it had all we needed: shower, 2 beds + 1 sofa bed, towels, coffee machine etc. Expect no toiletries, no aircon and paid TV, but none of these were really an issue. Wi-Fi was okay. Meals were great. Staff was friendly and welcoming

We receive warnings for disturbing the night silence when we weren't even at the hotel, and when we returned, we immediately went to sleep. The travel agency is calling us about this issue when no one from the hotel informed us. The cleaning service is very sloppy, and they close the windows when it's breezy, and there's no air conditioning. The receptionist was very unpleasant and seemed to have a grudge against us, probably due to our young age.

This is a brilliant hotel!!!!People, don't look any further.I stayed with 2 kids 6 and 9 years old and we loved it. Rooms are big and comfortable. No air conditioner.But we didn't bother.Just put a matress on the balcony and slept whole night without any issues. So nice and quiet;))) and had nice cold fresh air whole night;) Food was absolutely delicious.Everyday there was something nice and different for dinner. Breakfast was good as well. Swimming pool is very good-plenty of space,not overcrowded, different depth for kids and adults. A few things to notice that didn't bother me at all, but for some people may be an issue: no shampoo or soap, no kettle or microwave, no airconditioner.Did it bother me -NOOOO.Absolutely. I moved to Alamida hotel just 100m away and that hotel is a complete disaster.The noise is unbereable, heat is killing, ...While both hotels are 2 stars, but PALM GARDENS is soo soo good!!!!And the other one is just cr....p. So in conclussion:Highly recommended hotel with brilliant staff,good food, perfect location, very reasonable price.I had 6 lovely days with kids there. If I come back to Fuerteventura in a future-I would definitely stay for the whole duration of my stay with Palm Gardens.

I was forced to stay here once after all the more typical hotels were sold out. It was a bittersweet experience.I loved that I was in a city for a change. All of the hotels I stayed in before were secluded in the middle of no where. To be honest I didn't really enjoy this though. I just ended up doing what I did in the other hotels at night watching TV in my room. There was a bar right bellow the rooms. I believe I didn't hear the music in my room though. There wasn't any food, but luckily there is a supermarket located right next to the hotel filled with wonderful food of all kind. The view was relatively good. We tried to get a room in a higher floor, but the front desk people insisted they had no rooms so we had to stay on the third floor. The hotel is placed in a mountain and I have to say the facilities were scary. There was a large black window in the hall, which I never figured out. Overall though, fine stay if that's what you're into.

If you are a POC don’t bother, Me and my white partner were made to feel very uncomfortable by the staff in the kitchen as well as the kitchen manager!! Who singled me out every morning to ‘check’ to see if we were able to eat free breakfast, when our ticket said we had paid for free breakfast whilst we were staying here, this man then proceeded to stare at me whilst eating, and almost waiting for us to finish, it was very uncomfortable and my partner as a white man felt sick that this was happening right in front of his face.

Stayed here for Christmas. The rooms are very clean, great size, tidy, decent size bathroom. However the bed is awful. You just sink. I couldn’t sleep. You can hear everything but this time of year it’s pretty quiet. Pool is lovely. Lots of sun-loungers. Great location. Everything is walking distance. About 35 mins from the airport.

The apartment complex has a nice pool, with plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were decent, but lacked air conditioning. We stayed her in November 2024, and the heat in the room was unbearable at times. We left the balcony doors open all day/ night to try and cool down. The problem then was the noise from the road outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

If you are looking for a basic 3 star apartment then this is it. Very basic rooms. Our balcony faced other buildings and a busy road. Pool area was small and you are not allowed anything in the pool like inflatables, no food or drink round the pool, there is no music, very quiet and boring. No life at all. It is about a 20 minute walk into the main town, which in our opinion has gone down hill since our last visit. Will not be returning to this apartment complex or the island again. A very disappointing holiday. Reception staff were polite on our arrival but not much else to say about the complex.

In the middle of a weeks stay here. This is very basic accommodation. You pay extra for A/C, Safe, TV remote. Don’t use too much water or you will run out. Bathroom mouldy due to no ventilation. Bring your own washing up liquid & cloth as you don’t get any 😅 Cleaners keep the place clean & tidy. Pool area is clean. Bar is ok, it’s buy 1 get 1 free between 5 & 6. It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants & beach. It’s relatively quiet on night. If you’re looking for better accommodation, look at hotels on the beach front. For me, this is budget friendly accommodation.

None of the staff were very friendly. Everything seemed like it was a massive effort for them. Kitchen and bathroom constantly covered in little red "ants". Location to the shops is good. Perfect place for a quiet holiday apart from.being on the flight path! Restaurant was only open for breakfast at this time which was not clear when we booked. Could get snacks at the pool bar - only tried once and it was massively overcooked! Overall, a bit disappointed to be honest.

Very nice destination, close to the beach, clean, super nice stuff, changing bed sheets and towels few times per week is a huge plus. On top of that beach towels are available. The only downsize would be non heated pool and everything is a little dated. Last point - plastic cups and straws during happy hours .

Lovely accommodation, cleaned daily, except Thursday & Sundays. Staff friendly and helpful, animation guy is friendly, but no variance in activities so a bit repetitive which is a shame, its ok if you like darts/water polo/bowls & crazy golf & water aerobics (which is great,) but a few different games would be good too. Pool bar and food all good. We would definitely stay here again.

Omg loved our stay here over Xmas and new year. Hotel is spotless. Rooms cleaned daily. Fresh towels provided and beds made. Pool towels are provided for first week but then chargeable for second week if not staying a/inc. Pool bar food was lovely.. did seem to have to get up early for beds in sun spots but hotel did remove towels on beds reserved but not used. Entertainment if u want it through day but not forced on you. Entertainment at night but can't really comment as didn't stay to watch it. Games room for kids. Great for families and couples. 20 minute walk to centre of strip so perfect location. Would definitely recommend this hotel genuinely couldn't find a fault.

The rooms were very spacious, kept to a high standard of cleanliness & provided enough within the kitchen area to go self catering. The staff were always very helpful & polite across the various services within the complex. The location was ideal as its a 5-6 minute walk to the start of the main strip containing various stores, bars & restaurants. The only drawback we found going all inclusive was the limited choice of food & it's lack of variety. We did find ourselves eating out a lot more than usual.

Stayed here for a week. Had the best time. The rooms are lovely and spacious especially the balcony. Clean and well maintained. The complex is spotless and cleaned everyday. The food In the pool bar was nice. Although service was very slow on a few days. People actually walked out and maybe have another member of staff on to help in the bar. As cocktails were ordered and that always slows things down . Great supermarket on site with fresh baked bread every morning. Definitely be back. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and he got a card and a complimentary bottle of wine. That was a very nice gesture..

We arrived here for a family holiday with our two little girls age 5yrs and 7yr old. We enjoyed our stay. We requested a room on a higher floor. We got put at the back of the hotel. Our view was overlooking a very open derelict space. Extremely untidy and not pleasant view whilst relaxing on your balcony. Our room was filled with lots of mini ants. They did no harm but got into all of our belongings. We mentioned it to staff and they acted and cleaned the room promptly the cleaners did their best. We had a self catering room but found it was impossible to cook and have food stored in the cupboards. The pools were lovely well spaced great for all ages and plenty of beds to choose from. The entertainment was not great at all. We went walking too busy ourselves in the evenings. The hotel offers that they have a kids club in place. There was one staff member on and she never once tried to interact or encourage the girls to join in activities. It was a very relaxing place to stay even with all of the issues. Staff were pleasant for the most part. I would hope that during summer times the kids club entertainment would be better and more to do. As it is off season it is understandable that it wouldn't be as busy. Very affordable for families to travel and get the sun and fun.

Brilliant place. Best 3 star I've ever experienced. AI food was unexpectedly good, we ate out less than planned due to the food being so good. No sun bed wars due to reserved beds being unreserved by staff which is great to see. The location is slightly far from the centre of town for little legs but taxis are plentiful and cheap. The kids loved the mini club and have demanded we return. They likely won't get much resistance from us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. People were concerned about nearby construction work but this cannot be heard from the kids pool area where our room was located. I only ever heard it when standing on the reception balcony and actually watching the cranes work and even this cannot be described as loud, it makes no impact to relaxation around the pools.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surfing Colors. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing it lacked were teas and coffees, even though the kettle and cups and coffee machine are provided. Plenty of activities throughout the week, including free yoga 🧘‍♀️ The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning 🥰

Pool well maintained. Roof top absolutely brilliant,for some reason underused. Food available during time although a little disappointing around 3.45 to 16.15,believe a change around of staff,but it is what it is,although feel venue missing out on a great earning opportunity in feeding guests. Me my husband and two children (8) & (10) have just returned home from a week at surfing colours. WOW what a beautiful place. When we first arrived and after such a good price for the hotel, I was skeptical about the quality, I didn’t have anything to worry about. It was extremely clean, lovely staff, great food and an amazing vibe. Very chilled out and relaxing. The water fountain was a great extra feature and saved us so much money buying bottles upon bottles of water. We also used Google maps which was great, it gave us the walking routes to the local super market which was so close and then to music square which again was only a 5 minute walk away. We walked to the water park which took us approx 30mins and got a taxi back (5 euro) We could have explored a lot more but spent our time soaking up the vibes from the hotel and fully relaxed 😎 the ceiling fans are good but noisy making it difficult to sleep, the only one thing that would make this place even better would be having air con. will recommend to everyone. Amazing place. Thanks.

The most friendly and welcoming place I've ever stayed at. The free water is a great idea and so convenient. Pool area is wonderful and well maintained with many places to relax. The roof terrace was my favourite part of the hotel. Yoga classes and bar food and drink are great too. The only slight thing was the patchy Wi-fi when in my room but overall highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Corralejo.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable (we had one of the refurbished rooms). The food was great, I was pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. It's a small hotel so there isn't the same amount of choice as some of the bigger all inclusives I've been to, but that's to be expected. But there was never the same evening meal twice, it was a different theme each day. I really don't understand some of the comments left by others about the food, especially for the price. It's a budget hotel and the food, service and room exceeded our expectations.

Room not good needs an overhaul. Pool freezing even the heated one and around the pool cleaned once in 10 days. Staff pretty good, always helpful and cheerful considering the hours they were working. Breakfast great , the other meals not so , but places to eat within a 10 minute stroll. We won't return.

Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Rules a strict for not reserving sun beds, if you do then the security will remove your belongings if left unattended, whilst I understand this rule I wonder how it works if you're a single traveler as they look for unattended belongings which obviously there would be if you went to the bar, loo or popped to reception. We popped towels down then decided to just pop to reception quickly to ask a question we were gone for no longer than 10minutes and came back to find security had scooped up our belongings and removed them from the pool side. Food here is not great, we are all inclusive and have popped into the restaurant each day to check out the offerings, it's very basic and canteen style food and just wasn't for us so we opted to go out for food instead as there are so many reasonably priced places around. In my opinion the canteen here is good for a back up and would suffice but it's nothing special so to speak. It is what it is I guess. Location is great, a short walk from everything you need lovely beach just 10mins walk lots of bars and restaurants on the way, a supermarket a few minutes walk away too. Rooms are basic but clean, tidy and spacious. No air con but fan provided. No hair dryer in room but you can hire for a 20euro deposit at reception.

We've just stayed here for a week & found the rooms to be extremely uncomfortable with a lot of issues. The pool area is nice, but the beds are so hard that we barely slept all week. Lack of air con also made it very hot & humid. They just need to update the rooms, improve the quality of the food (much of it was undercooked) and it would be much better.

Today, 21.12.2024, I checked into the Smy Tahona Fuertoventura hotel. I paid for a standard suite with a view of the pool, and as a result I got a terrible room, in a terrible condition, with peeling walls with mold and large stains on the floor, no bed linen. I am just disappointed... For the money I paid, I could have ordered much better. I travel often, but this is the first time I have had such an experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, I'm not a picky person, but this is a horror.

Rooms are far too small for a family. Toilet is practically in your living room with nothing other than a thin glass sliding door. There is no eating area inside apartment and it’s so windy you can’t sit outside. Completely impractical for a self catering apartment. Not very clean in rooms or around the complex. I would never recommend this hotel. Likewise the resort. Resort is very very quiet with nothing to do. No cafes open before lunchtime. Literally only the Spar is open early morning. If it’s windy you can’t go to beach or sit outside either really disruptive. Great for windsurfing I guess, absolutely not the place to go on holiday though. AVOID.

We are stuck in a smelly dungeon, with a view of a wall facing the parking lot. NO WINDOWS!!!. No A/C so we opened the terrace door to the parking lot and were invaded by mosquitos. There is a very very tired couch that smells like vomit. The bathroom is good and beds are acceptable. I read that they have a problem with theft during the day, so you MUST pay to use the safe (not bad, about 2 euros per day), but you MUST keep your valuables in the safe. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for the frequent break ins. Read the complaints and the hotel replies. So basically, it looks like anyone can break into your room while you're not there and waltz around, no consequences.

Bright, modern apartments with a view through the palm trees to the sea. Clean and nicely furnished, but lacking air conditioning. Quick check-in and friendly service. The apartment complex is spread over a large area, so we had to cross two roads to reach the central pool area, where we missed some atmosphere and a pool bar. In the apartment, the kitchen/living room and bathroom are not separated by a regular door but by a thin glass door, causing some obvious inconvenience. We were three adults in the apartment, which is certainly not recommended. Our apartment was right next to a center with shops and bars, contributing to some music noise late into the night. This is our fourth stay on Fuerteventura, and we would gladly return to the island, but not to Bahia Calma Beach.

The hotel has such a great vibe and the staff is amazing. They have been so helpful during my stay when asking for directions and activities to do. The thing I mostly enjoyed is the rooftop breakfast and the open gym. They have a great selection of food and the view is stunning. Definitely recommend it!

A lovely stay in Corralejo. Having normally stayed at establishments further out we decided to try a more inner town place and certainly weren't disappointed. Very warm welcome received on arrival with knowledgeable staff. Simple and easy directions to the room. Information pack received. Room functional and comfortable for a great stay. Clean pool area. Not the largest so get out early to get a lounger. Nice sun trap.

Staff are great, v helpful and friendly, location pretty good for main town & bus stop, free breakfast is lovely, roof bar vibey and pretty decor (though cushions need a clean as are visibly dirty) but rooms need some work to make it a comfortable stay. We had the upgraded room from the basic apartment. The overall apartment was spacious and had everything needed but in the bedroom there’s no actual curtains, only thin mesh (see photo) so a very bright wake up soon as suns up. View from our room was pretty dire, (block 4 facing outwards to the road) which I guess can’t be helped but try to avoid as it was quite a depressing daily view. Bins right outside which on Monday was an early noisy wake up. (See photo) Pillows rock hard- need replacing, unacceptable for any hotel. Actually hurt my head & neck. Bedroom & living room ‘show cushions’ smelt so bad- please please remove the covers and wash these! Inexcusable to smell greasy hair on unwashed hotel cushions. Shower power great for 1 min but it literally goes off and on again continuously and also runs out of hot water after maybe 2/3 mins every day. Not enjoyable. No soap in bathroom or kitchen only shower, asked for dispenser to be filled at bathroom sink on day 1 but it never was. Pool area nice enough but in the shade half of the day sadly. Overall, I’m not picky for the sake of it nor expect 5 star facilities for 3 star price but some of these issues are easy fixes and just not acceptable no matter the price. We had a nice time and just dealt with the problems but wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is okay. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is well located. The rooms feel a bit outdated, but the thing that kills this for me is the dance parties on the terrace on a Friday and Saturday night. I am writing this at 12:40am, when I am being kept awake by people talking loudly and playing dance music outside my room. The dance party on the terrace seemed to stop at 12pm, but people are loitering and keeping the party going playing their own music. I have no problem with parties if this is what you want, but this is absolutely not what I wanted, or what was advertised. I just want to sleep.

Great apartment, shame about the view. We were in 11H. The bedroom faced a wall, no sun at all so it was very dark in the apartment. Pool area was very small for so many apartments, that also didn't seem to get much sun. Be mindful of the rooftop bar, if you go to bed early or have young children -music loud until midnight. We have stayed at this lovely quiet hotel 5 times, and will keep going back! The location is about 1.6mile walk to the centre of Corralejo, and 1 mile to Campenario Shopping Centre! It's right on the beach front and has Beautiful views! The rooms are excellent light and airy, and the room maids work really hard! The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is a superb buffet style, with a good choice! The service staff are Excellent and graft all day long (especially Pepe, who is very caring and always busy). Infact we are so happy at Tao Caleta, we've booked again 3 times 2025! Work hard to enjoy life in Fuerteventura 🏖❤️

If you are after somewhere quieter with easy access to the beach this is the perfect location. It's also possible to walk into town, about 2.5km, or a taxi as there aren't any restaurants local to the hotel open in the evening. If you want more of a lively location near the centre would be better.

We visited their cafe / bar which is open to non residents. Lovely light and airy space with air conditioning. Selling drinks cocktails, wine beer, also freshly made sandwiches, cake, and a huge selection of icecream flavours to temp you. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely relaxing week in Caleta, the Hotel was ideally placed just off the Town and a 5 minute walk to the volcanic coastline and Sandy Beach. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always on hand, food choices varied, and plentiful, lots of sun beds, and good entertainment in the evening in the lively Bar. My only gripe is the WiFi generally doesn't reach the rooms however is ok in the communal areas. We went at the right time for a peaceful stay (December) however I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer, I would guess too many children may change my view. Try the rooftop for even more peace although the roof pools were not in use during our stay. 20 minutes from the airport is also a bonus.

Poor service in dining room never any plates or cutlery ready available waiting or chasing round for these. Drinks machines weren't being filled often enough soft and alcoholic drinks for all inclusive. Very understaffed. Only one toaster for the size of the dining room at breakfast and tea and coffee machines being turned off before breakfast time had finished. The roof top adult only drinks machines were never filled enough especially the water and soft drinks. However couldn't fault the room, bar service day and evening and reception staff very helpful.

Let's split things up into what was good what could be improved. As there is no such thing as bad. Great location. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Food was better than I anticipated but just to clarify that is because I am a big seafood/fish fan so was very happy with my meals. Breakfast was amazing! Loved it. Big pool fully functioning including 2 roof top pools Drinks available all day including hot drinks that were very nice. Service was good. Everyone qas very friendly. Entertained team was very involved with guests and made us feel very welcome. Plenty of sun beds and all get sun pretty much all day. Now the things to Improve When we arrived our room's AC was not working at all. It only started working after 2 nights. The 2nd pool was being renovated. I feel that they should have tried to sort it before busy holiday period as there were too many in the one pool available. The entertainers were trying their best but it could improve as it lacked creativity.

Rooms are basic but clean, beds were comfy .It needs a kettle to make it better. There are 3 bars but only 1 in use at any one time which meant lots of queues especially by a door,so you couldn't get in or out. The food was good but often ran out and wasn't replaced,the soup was in the middle of a section which again you had to squeeze past people in a queue.Quite often the crockery and glasses ran out aswell. The sun beds were rigid in one position and there were no sunshades. .

Wow, what can I say...what a lovely hotel! Your staff are your asset...all hard working...friendly. I am not sure what the other review means how they don't speak other languages..they did! When I tried speaking Spanish they spoke English! They all deserve appreciation by the manager as it is hard to find staff committed to their customers in this day and age. Ok..the food was a bit repetitive but it's a all inclusive and expect no more. Best daytime poolside entertainment I have ever experienced. ..these 2 young men get to know everyone on a personal level and made the sunbathing at the pool less of a boring experience! All pools opened on the Sunday and we arrived on the Saturday...always got a sunbed without a fight! Roof top lovely...beautiful views although could be a bit windy for sun bathing..staff could not do enough for you! Keep up the good work guys!

We came away for a New Years treat and have loved it. Plenty of choice for food, one bed apartments are spacious, pools are clean, boys have enjoyed the football and volleyball area. Staff have been very friendly and entertainment has been really good every night.

Fantastic location, we enjoyed the walk into town centre, but plenty of taxis reasonably priced. Receptions view across natural park is stunning with great views of the sunset. Food was lovely, great veggie options but always had meat and fish also. Lots of pasta etc for fussy kids or adults. The rooms were a little tired but we're very clean and spacious.

Had a great 5 night stay in November. I would definitely recommend and revisit. The complex and apartment was a little tired in places but it was very clean. Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. TV had some English channels. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Food was plentiful, with an adequate selection. The complex is in a quiet location, a little out of the way from the main centre. A good 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first time was in march when our room was OK, this time our room was much better with a massive balcony and small pool and bar right outside which we didn't know existed on our first visit. The pool areas are really nice, slides and small playground for the kids. Entertainment in march was poor but much better on our visit this time. Improvements are obviously trying to be made. Food is OK, typical A/I with a small kids section. Plenty of cheeses, fresh fruit and salad always on offer. Bar area is small and does get busy. Staff were all really nice and helpful, from reception staff, kids Entertainment, restaurant staff and our lovely cleaner, always so cheerful! Location is around 15 minutes walk to town street, which we didn't mind at all, around €5 in a taxi which are really easy to get too. All in all for the money we paid for the holiday we couldn't complain at all! It's clean, the foods OK, the drinks are good and the staff are all nice.

Overall,great experience. We were a bit worried , with all of the negative reviews at first. A great,budget stay, walkable distance from shops,couple of food places and the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cleaned every couple of days. Same for the pool area,it was cleaned every morning. Could the place do with some work,yes. But the rooms have everything you need and are kept clean, so no complaints. Food in the restaurants is great, it could get slightly repetative,but still delicious non the less. If you are on a budget and looking for a nice spot for your holiday,definitely worth it.

Me and my family loved this hotel it was amazing. The entertainment staff were really nice and they always got involved with the families and they never failed to have a smile on their faces. They were perfect. The pool is super clean and the water is crystal clear. The pool activities were super enjoyable for the whole family.The food is delicious and there were many options for all guests. As for the rooms they get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are very friendly and always said hi when passing them. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty storage places for all your things. I loved it every minute that i was there.

Overall a good hotel, but nothing special. We arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered different cold dishes. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, but there are so many people having breakfast at the same time that it is almost impossible to access the food. People's behavior is disappointing. The plates are crammed full of food, more than half of which he doesn't eat, and not because it's not good. Excessive food waste is outrageous. I've never understood why you have to put everything on your plate, as if you can't eat small portions slowly and if you can't take any more, there's nothing left on your plate. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, or is it... The wait staff lacks professionalism and decorum. Saying hello is not common. When you ask something or make a request, forget the friendly answer. At dinner, the food is almost cold. All in all, an acceptable hotel, but nothing special. It's a shame, but a good manager could fix this quickly.

Ignorant,rude staff, miserable receptionist, not child friendly. My child was told not to splash in the pool, food & activities was aimed at adults. I paid £3000 for this holiday and left 4 days early at my own cost. I would never visit here with a child again. Upon arrival I was greeted without a smile. Not the warmest welcome. I was then told you are restricted to set times for all inclusive meal times. I was rushing constantly to adhere to this, you gave to prove your room number & show staff this. I felt like I was in jail not on holiday. The pool lifeguard pointed and waved his finger at my child & told him not to splash. A lot of the clientele do not want kids around. My child is extremely well behaved but i was constantly on edge incase he splashed water on someone. In the large pool which is full of adults who are only using it to cool off. Not to swim or have fun. The kids pool is shallow and tiny. More for aesthetic purposes. The entertainment is aimed at adults so nothing to do of an evening but sit around or go to your room. The food hall doesn't cater for children. The icecream machine was out of order so couldn't be used the whole time. The whole food hall reeks of baked fish and is overwhelming. Everything you eat smells of the aroma of fish. servers are miserable and dont speak to you, smile and look like they hate being there. Children's food options are nuggets chips or pizza. Yet nuggets were only served once. I spoke to reception regarding something and a blonde haired older women was the most rude, vile arrogant person I have ever spoken to. She was deliberately being rude. She did not want to help and I was left feeling that I had done something wrong. How dare I ask a question. I truly believe the majority of staff have an aversion to English people. I approached the pool bar unsure how it worked and was shouted at infront of a line of people about tokens that I needed to exchange for a plastic cup. No-one explained I needed to do this. She scowled at me and rolled her eyes and humiliated me infront of everyone. A youngish very darker haired girl. I spent the next 2 days avoiding the bar if she was working and avoiding reception. If you try to go into the pool snack area your told off as your supposed to pre- book. I wasn't told I had to do this. I called reception from my hotel room to ask about a taxi and was told 'no we don't do this' no suggestions or alternatives. I am actually still supposed to be on holiday enjoying my time with my son. Yet I am at home 4 days early and happy to be home as I would never step foot in this miserable place again. You should not be advertising for children as this hotel isn't fun. At the cost of over £3000 to attend for a week I was disgusted that your staff have the audacity to belittle people and think it is ok to do so. Thus hotel is large and clean. The nicest people I actually did speak to were the cleaners. The of the hotel replied to me on here earlier and said sorry etc etc. I dont believe you are sorry. Your staff need to understand how to talk to people with respect and understand that we are in holiday. A time to make special, happy memories. This hotel ruined our holiday. I recommend if you have children do not waste your time, effort & money going to this hotel.

This is not a true all-inclusive, but only the 3 meals of the day and a few drinks from the lobby bar and pool bar are included. Dishes at the pool bar are not free. For example, when I left breakfast, I wanted to take an apple with me to eat a few minutes/hours later, but one of the staff wouldn't let me. I asked him if it was all inclusive or not. He replied that it wasn't. So please don't put on your website that this is an all-inclusive hotel, because it's a lie. Fortunately the rooms are quite spacious and the buffet varied. The swimming pool and solarium are pleasant.

We stayed here for nine nights as a couple. The location of this duplex apartment is excellent. The furnishings are okay, although the cupboards and doors (bathroom) on the bedroom floor need renovation. The lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff are friendly. However, we had a major problem with the jacuzzi. From day 2 we reported that the jacuzzi was not functioning A technician has been by every day since day 4, but we were not able to use the jacuzzi during our stay. Submitted a written complaint upon returning home, but no response. Recalled after 5 weeks, still no response. Very disappointing, considering the price range of the apartment (we paid 190 euros per night). That is why this accommodation scores a very poor score.

What a lovely place to stay. Comfortable apartment with fantastic ocean views and a nice jacuzzi. A small cleaning crew comes almost every day. We stayed in the 4-person apartment which is perfect for 2 as well for 4 people. Please note that there's only A/C in the bedroom upstairs, not downstairs where the other bed is. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Well located lodge with free parking outside and public pool available for the guest of the complex. The apartanent Is organized in two floors and has almost everything you could need for your time in Fuerteventura, including a private Jacuzzi in the little front garden for each flat. Great place for couples, families or simply for people looking to have their own indipendence with style.

Such a cool place to spent your time in Fuerteventura. The apartment is big, and it’s built up in two levels. It has a big living room with a bathroom and a small kitchen and, at the first floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. There are also a Jacuzzi and a small yard/garden for each apartment. The structure has also a big pool and a public parking in the street. I would be happy to choose again this structure for my next trip in Fuerteventura.

The work environment wasn’t good, they treat the employees with not good behaviour while they could just be polite, I left without to inform them because I was feeling a bit uncomfortable to discuss it and they didn’t proceed to the last salary of some days.

It used to be a hotel with serviced apartments but it is now a community of apartments and holiday apartments. Pools have been newly refurbished and apartments renovated since many are being sold. The location is great and it’s walking distance to the center, the beaches and the shopping centers. The bars and the restaurants are for the moment close but it has resulted in a much more quiet, restful and less crowded place. There is security 24 hours and the men in the reception are quite helpful and nice.

Visited on my lads stag doo, great place, not sure about all the apartments boarded up we only seen 2 and that is fare back in the resort which is massive you cant see them unless you go looking, does have residents staying there also but the place was ideal for us, rooms clean, has everything you need for self catering, great location, one pool was shut but had 3 others which were a good size, no putting towels out for sunbeds there are hundreds, pool bar was open each day with very friendly staff, served breakfast and had a lunch menu, happy hour from 3pm, we would definitely visit again. don't be put off with some of the reviews.

Do not be put off by other reviews!!! Yes this hotel is way past its heyday but it is clean and very usable for the price you pay. We stayed in block B for reference. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious with all the mod cons minus A/c. The hotel I imagine was once a big thriving hotel but now runs a pool bar during the day which serves for and drinks at a reasonable price. The pools are very clean and well serviced. The grounds are a little tired but once again for the price you pay and it only been a 3star it's acceptable. Me and my wife stayed this time, we usually stay 4 or 5 star when we travel with our children 12 and 6 bit we would definitely take our kids to this hotel. Overall for the price this hotel I more than meets a good standard.

Stayed Christmas 2024 family of 4. The location is absolutely amazing beautiful sea views overlooking lobos and corralejo. Complex was clean With small pool very pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was perfect for our requirements it was clean all be it a little dated, but the views and scenery certainly out weighed any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again and will do so soon. A big thank you to viktor and Letizia for making our stay enjoyable.

The location is fantastic as you're in the heart of Corralejo and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed both in the beach front apartment and the villa for our Christmas vacation. For the 2-bedroom apartment the best part is the beach front deck, but it was a bit tight for our group of 5. The villa had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lot more space and private pool and back yard. This was a lot more comfortable although you give up the beach front aspect. The resort also has a small pool in the common area. This property is no frills and didn't come with amenities like shampoo or paper towels. However, for the affordable price and top location, I'd recommend for a week long stay to make this your beach vacation home with your family.

Beautiful place. The villa is right on the beach and it’s got everything you need. The pool is small but for us 4 it was great. You can walk back from town at night across the beach which is a very nice end to a night out. The pool man came about 4 times and was very discreet. Maid service was spot on. We will definitely be going back and we have never been back to the same place ever!! Loved it loved it loved it!!

Stayed there four nights. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent with sea view. However there is a bar just below with live music, which might bother some. The apartment itself is quite big, not exactly luxury, but good enough for me! In all I recommend it.

Villas are perfect. We stayed with our 3 children and fantastic location ..right on the beach. Steps from main street for food....hosts were great Mitiam and Gabien so relaxed and helpful and there for any questions. Villas had everything we needed ..washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, air con in every room, irons, comfy beds, pool, towels, cleaning service, and plenty of chill and sand ..loved it ..great place to stay and we will be back!
