Amazing hotel, we loved everything! Very good breakfast with wide selection of food. We also tried dinner which was also really good. Spacious and clean room with every day house keeping. The staff is helpful and kind. We had an issue in the room and it got rectified very fast while we were away. The pools are all great, amazing vibe at the rooftop and so relaxing in the spa area. Everything is clean and well maintained. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Beautiful hotel but for the price I paid was totally not worth my money. Well designed room, comfy bed and loved the fact we had a pillow menu to choose a pillow more comfortable and suitable for you. Lovely bathroom and liked that there was a chair in there so I could sit and do my hair and makeup. A few unnecessary chairs in the room and not enough space for 2 people to open up suitcases so had to move chairs onto balcony. Good channels on tv. A/C sometimes didn’t work. Housekeeping was good but bottle of water and tea was not topped up everyday. There are 5 pools located all around the hotel with the rooftop pool area being the most beautiful as you can look over the beach. There are not enough free sun loungers as it gets full and taken up already in the early morning. There are Bali beds which you have to pay €35 for (not stated anywhere at all) which is extortionate, no wonder they are all empty. I’m sure if you lowered the price of them, you would make more money as people would actually be happy to pay for. I stayed here for 7 nights, the first 3 days I used the Bali beds (without paying as I didn’t know you even had to) and none of the staff said anything until my last day, that is when I found out I had to pay and was told to get off of it. The question is: why was your management not up to standards in keeping up with monitoring who has reserved the Bali beds and who hasn’t, the fact that I used them a few times without paying and then all of a sudden was told to pay? Breakfast was lovely with a variety of different options to choose from and my favourite was the drinks options with fresh smoothies and fruit infused water but lunch by the ground floor pool area was mediocre and pricey. Ordered an aubergine Parmesan thinking it’s similar to a moussaka but was really just scattered slices of aubergine on the plate with tomato sauce on top and cheese sprinkled all over for €12 and Caesar salad was NOT a Caesar salad and had to add my own dressing which was only balsamic vinegar. Beach is 2 min walk and many restaurants and bars located on that strip but is busy and full of German boys/men shouting up and down the street and as a female was quite uncomfortable, if I knew this I would have chosen a different location. Easy to get to Palma city, 20 min by bus and only €2. Overall, my favourite was the spa and could be there all day. Music in there is so relaxing and therapeutic.

HM Ayron Park, Mallorca My wife and i are enjoying a fantastic stay at HM Ayron Park in Mallorca, and we are extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we particularly want to highlight the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. ### The Area HM Ayron Park is located in an area popular with the younger generation, especially those traveling without their parents for the first time. Despite this, the hotel is so great that you don't need to leave the premises to have a good time. Everything you need is available on-site. ### Facilities and Amenities The hotel offers excellent facilities. We especially enjoyed the delicious drinks served at the skybar—they were well-mixed and refreshing. The hotel restaurant provided excellent food with a wide variety that satisfied all our tastes. The rooms were also fantastic: clean, modern, and very comfortable, allowing us to fully relax after a day of exploring or sunbathing. ### Summary HM Ayron Park in Mallorca is a fantastic hotel that we highly recommend. The outstanding service from the staff, the excellent facilities, and the comfortable atmosphere make this hotel an excellent choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing and beautiful property. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great, and the spa with the sauna and steam room is a wonderful amenity, we used both every night we stayed. There are plenty of restaurants around but the hotel food and drinks were very good. The air conditioning was very strong and there was a digital button you could use to indicate you wanted housekeeping or did not want to be disturbed. Would recommend staying here to anybody traveling to Mallorca!

While the hotel was pretty and a convenient location, our experience was marred by some details. Our room lacked hand soap throughout our three-night stay despite requests for a refill. Additionally, the hair dryer provided was broken, with metal pieces ejecting from it upon use. When attempting to use a replacement hair dryer in a different outlet, it caused a power outage. I had to wait for it to be fixed so I could dry my hair and leave to my appointment. On the fourth night, we had to relocate to a new room. After turning on the air conditioning and leaving, we later discovered the air filter needed replacing. This oversight was particularly problematic given my allergys, which I had specified during booking in hopes of avoiding such issues. I had an uncomfortable night of sleep due to this. All of these details can be very annoying, and not expected from a 5-star hotel. The very staff was nice and willing to help.

We had lunch here and then went to reception for help. The food was average and the staff could have been more attentive. They didn’t seem to really care. After spending a meaningful amount at the restaurant and at the bar, the reception was quite rude to my family. We asked for help to get a taxi and they refused. When I asked how I would get my family back to their destination, they said it was not their problem. I understand that the reception clerk may have been having a bad day as it was very busy but I was surprised by how flippant and aloof he was.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The location is central and the views are incredible. Nice features like pool food and drink service but they stop early (4pm). Lobby is outdated and a lot of the staff are less than enthused to help. We had the attico suite which was a nice size and layout but almost no view of the ocean in front of us because of the wall and no room to even have a lounge chair! The air conditioning could not keep up and would not go lower than 21. It was hot and we didn’t sleep at all the 1st night. The housekeepers always turned the AC off during cleaning. So it was always hot when going back to the room. It was frustrating and unfair. To top it all off, the 3 night stay ended with the last night having an awful and nauseating sewage smell that kept us up all night. Upon checkout at 7am, we weren’t offered ONE dollar. Embarrassing and not up to standards at all. Do NOT stay in room 815 🤢

Impecable service, beautiful property. Our room had ocean views and sounds, the best night sleep listening to the waves. Adult vibe which was nice of a couple’s trip. The hotel is only 15 minutes taxi ride from the historic downtown. The staff were the highlight of the stay.

Beautiful hotel which it totally deserve name "palace". High quality service. Testy breakfast and diner. Not deep pool with warm water. The sun loungers around the pool enough for all so don't need to get up at 7 am to occupy them :)

Hotel staff very nice. Spa is average no hot tub, sauna full of naked men and women, shower head in steam room broken. Rooms are okay inside, but some rooms share balcony with other rooms. (Lack of privacy) Food is very good. And good value for money. Drinks are very nice. Waiters and waitresses are very attentive. Outdoor pool Is nice. Feels more like a 4 start hotel.

A fine 5 star hotel with spa. The spa facility is restful and there are plenty of different things to try out- heated stone beds, sauna, steam room, water jets, jacuzzi etc. The hotel is spacious and well finished. The grounds are well kept and plenty of room around the pool. The food was delicious and an extensive choice. The service was discreet and polite. Very restful stay.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had to go in for a couple of times over a couple of years to get some assistance. Both the times the staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile by booking us a cab late night and making a booking at a different restaurant as there restaurant was closed. Overall very good experience; very notably thanks to the genuine friendliness of the staff and management (this deserves 5 stars). However, the hotel currently does not hold its promises as a 5 stars hotel and would need an update. We've noted: - Stressed out and drained staff, its a management/cost optimisation problem, not a staff problem. - The lack of facilitation to tip the staff. - The amenities are clearly not 5 stars and need refurbishing. - Some days, food variety was really missing. Everything has to be payed on top, roof pool, exterior beds, pillows. It feels like the corporate culture is based on a model from the 90s, draining the staff i.e. lowering costs and pushing on add-ons; this won't bring long-term value.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were welcoming with warm smiles. We arrived late at night, and they kindly offered us a light dinner. On a thoughtful note, it was my partner's birthday, and the staff somehow knew without us mentioning it. They surprised her with a thoughtful gesture, which we appreciated. The lobby had a pleasant scent. The breakfast was extensive. It's a quiet and relaxing place. We would definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and is in a good location for beach. Lots of reasons why I would not stay again. I found the food average and not catering much for English. Entertainment mediocre - went out for better. Tried to use a bike at the hotel and was told only pm? Had to hire elsewhere. Only coffee in the room no tea !!! Zero atmosphere not even soft music around the pool. I never received a complimentary drink on arrival?

So our experience was disappointing. The flight got cancelled and we had to ask the hotel last minute whether they could help us out since we had a 3 days delay and couldn’t cancel the booking anymore. They offered zero help, we asked them whether we could move some of the booked nights to a few days later but they were not supportive at all. Its a 5-star hotel, and you would expect a 5-star service trying to find a solution. I revisit hotels frequently and a customer friendly treatment is what I’m looking for, they simply didn’t want to help out and it became clear very fast that our money is gone. So in the end we came a few days late and could only spend 1 night at the hotel and didn’t get any refund or alternative solution to help us. Our experience there; The check-in took 40 minutes which was quite annoying. The room wasn’t really any good; - the shower was inside a bath which is always a bit dangerous, the ventilation barely worked so the bathroom was smelling the whole day. - The curtains didn’t fully close, so you wake up early due to sunlight. See photo - We had a balcony room, but since the room was in the corner the view was mostly overlooking another roof. - The beds were comfortable luckily and the safe was functioning. The beach is very nearby, that was nice. The village that the hotel was located in was very boring sadly. Next to the beach they are no terraces or shops, it’s just hotels. I would suggest staying in ‘Port de Soller’ if you want to swim and have a nice coastline filled with places to eat/drink. Breakfast was OK, we were getting rushed to finish our breakfast before breakfast-closure time though. Swimming pool is good, but most of the items on the menu at the pool for snacks were unavailable. The pool also closes after the afternoon while it’s still super hot and sunny outside. I have not tried the restaurant. I would not come back, due to the poor customer support. I’d suggest finding a hotel in Mallorca that exists of more than just hotels.

We arrived very late on the 12/07/24 as we walked into the hotel we could tell immediately that it was a very nice hotel, then we walked into our room Amazing with a massive balcony & walk in shower room, pool view. Pool & gardens are very well maintained & clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. We were bed & breakfast & on our second day we decided to upgrade to half board as in the travel agents it worked out at £900 each for the week instead of £600, but direct to the hotel it was 18 Euros each p/night. BUT my only thing with this is that the food is very similar each night so I have informed the reception that I will be going back to bed & breakfast. PLUS on the first night of our arrival we found a silver fish in the bathroom. We are still here as I'm wrighting this review & leave for England on 21/07/24 See how things go.

We’re here now with our 18 yr old son. It looked a great hotel from the description however in reality, there is no day time entertainment because the clients are so old none of them want to take part! It’s so quiet here it becomes a little boring. The evening entertainment is rather low key so not much excitement there either. If you’re looking for any sort of life or any real entertainment then this is not the hotel for you!! Another review described this as gods waiting room, and I might tend to agree. However the staff are lovely, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modernised and the shower and beds are second to none. So the facilities are great just no atmosphere!

We stayed 3 nights here somewhat "accidentally". We had booked a stay in another property in a nearby village but our apartment had a technical issue so that property proposed to transfer us to this hotel. We took the deal, which was sweetened by the inclusion of half board at no extra cost. After we checked in here, it turned out our room had an A/C problem so yet again we were moved but within the same hotel this time, and to the biggest suite in the place, no less 😁 The facilities, general setting and atmosphere are great. The hotel clearly targets a German audience (we were among the few non-Germans and the staff insisted in talking to me in German despite my decent effort at Spanish 😅) and the standards are high. Food at the dinner and breakfast buffets was excellent with great variety. Staff was very professional. The room, needless to say, was amazing.

A lovely hotel. My kids also enjoyed as there is so much to do for them, the pool, kids club and playground were great. The suite was spacious and clean and an added bonus having a large terrace with the jaccuzi. Very accommodating staff who brought food to our room when we arrived at night, also every breakfast and dinner they had a table set up for our family with the highchair and kids chair ready. Very thoughtful. We had a lovely stay and would reccomend.

My stay at Secrets Mallorca Villamil was one of the best experiences I've ever had! Everything was perfect. My room was spacious, super clean, and had an amazing sea view. The service was top-notch. Every staff member was so helpful and kind, always ready to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. It really made a difference. The food was varied and delicious, with several dining options: a Sea Grill restaurant, a tapas restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, and a buffet. I think I had the best paella I've ever tasted! The vibe of the hotel is immaculate – luxurious yet laid-back, and it is located right in front of a gorgeous white sand beach. I absolutely loved my time at Secrets Villamil Mallorca and can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot in Mallorca.

Visited Secrets Villamil Hotel and Spa in Paguera Mallorca with my family in the month of August 24. This is a quality experience from beginning to end. The staff are delighted to help on arrival and this attitude prevailed throughout our visit. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious…yes bring it on!! Meals are high quality, both buffet and a la carte. Lying by the pool sipping on cocktails overlooking the most stunning views of the bay! Yes, this is the stuff that relaxation holidays are made of. The hotel management and reception outdo themselves. In summary, a highly recommended resort and hotel. Not to be missed. Thank you Secrets Villamil ❤️

Pros: • Very kind staff (especially Jessica in piano bar) • Evening entertainment every night. • Amazing location (safe & secluded with easy beach access) not crowded at all. • Gorgeous sea views from our room and from most restaurants. • Good air conditioning. • Cocktails at Barefoot grill and Piano bar were delicious. Overall, bar service was great. Cons: • Outdated decor (overall condition of the property) • Room service/front desk don't answer the phone. • Only one small (plus preferred club members) pool. • Sun loungers are very dirty & stained. • Ordered breakfast and it wasn't delivered, & when they did eventually deliver breakfast, they forgot half of our order. • Breakfast and dinner buffet food was a bit disappointing, especially compared to the quality of other restaurants in the resort. Olio and Barefoot grill had much tastier food than buffet. • The front desk guy was angry and stressed, throwing his hands up and cursing in Spanish. He served us and all was well but his attitude made for a very uncomfortable interaction.

We stayed here 3 nights for our honeymoon and it was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. The fresh seafood at every meal was delicious and the best of any secrets resort we have been too. The beach is absolutely beautiful crystal clear. Our room had access to the spa hydrotherapy circuit which was fun and refreshing. Mineral waters delivered to our rooms daily with chocolate and the dessert platter for our honeymoon was such a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back one day!! 😊😍

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here! The staff is fantastic - we especially loved Toni, he helped us tremendously. If you stay here you MUST book a massage at the spa. It was the best massage I have ever had. Plus, with the treatment you have access to the wonderful baths, steam room, sauna, and cold showers. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the treadmill in the workout room was barely functional (screen broken). You would expect at a 5-star hotel that advertises a fitness room to have a working cardio machine.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We had a suite with huge rooms and lovely views. Breakfast was relaxed, seating in or outdoors with a mix of cold buffet and made to order hot dishes. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice escape from the busy town, but the pool/spa in the basement was best as we had that to ourselves! I can usually find something to complain about if I have to... but not this time, even the price was reasonable considering our rooms and hotel facilities. Definitely staying here again the next time we're in Soller.

My sister and I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the spa is amazing and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!! Sóller is beautiful and has many things to offer; we went hiking, to the beach, had great food and drinks, and lounged at the pool and spa! We loved it!!!

It's quite a nice hotel. I can't say too much more than that. I do feel the room was missing a little something, perhaps some cosmetic updating. The bed was great, air-conditioning worked and the shower pressure in the bathroom was decent. Service was good. We did have an issue with booking a taxi. Apparently booking a taxi early in the day doesn't guarantee it will arrive ( limited taxis in the town) so I'd have appreciated this advice at the time of the booking rather than later when we are 20mins waiting and 5 mins from the start of a wedding. If I had known, I'd have booked the taxi for earlier..... Anyway, they were apologetic and did provide us with a late check out to compensate which is an indication of good service. The breakfast was good too. Everything you'd want with eggs and pancakes cooked to order. A little bit of control could be applied to the 'towels on the loungers' booking system, but that's everywhere really. The only solution is to join in and do the same ! Lucky we are early risers. The gym is good for a hotel gym. The spa is a little under utilised. I did enjoy the sauna ( it fits 1 person max or 2, if you're a couple!!) but the steam room doesn't work!! (That should be looked into) The location can't be beaten and everyone was friendly. I'd stay at the hotel if I was to return to Soller.

Came for an afternoon drink in the front terrace area. Majority of the seating wasn't very comfortable, a few sofas in the corners which is nicer to relax. Decor inside is very dated and the terrace area needs some tidying too. Was nice and quiet away from the main square.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. I would like to mention Antonio first of all for the moment of arrival. Every morning we were impressed by the quality and diversity of the food available at the breakfast. Daniel was always extremely attentive. The cook who prepared the omelette every morning is a delight :) , always cheerful and attentive. We served dinner twice and were very pleased with the many varieties of meat & fish, for the service and the enthusiasm of the employees. Congratulations!

The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The dinner is amazing. The Breakfast is bad ! It’s start at 8 a clock, and at that time you get already cold dry pancakes. The cheese and the Ham looks not really fresh. But who ever put the kiwi at the buffet, should change his job , any passion chef would put it strait at the bin. Even at 9 a clock no one touched the kiwi.

Overall, hotel is new with very good facilities. Excellent staff, always happy to help. Food is great, with a lot of choices for everyone. Small negatives: hotel charges for coffee capsules in the room (three are complementary, the rest you have to purchase). For a 5 star hotel, this is a bit silly. Rooms are new, clean and spacious. However, in our shower the water was always leaking outside the shower door. Looks like the floor angle in the shower was not done properly- result is a large paddle in the bathroom. Hair conditioner is not provided as well - in my view, not acceptable for a 5 star property. Reception- everyone is extremely helpful and nice, except one person - Iryna. It was a first time that receptionist made me feel like a schoolchild. Apparently, it is not acceptable to ask for beach towels at the reception, even though we were told at the beginning that towels are available at the reception and the pool and it was fine for 4 days in a row. Very rude and unwelcoming.

All was perfect, food, rooms, pool area, location, reception staff, breakfasts… The only missing thing was some security system. During my stay by the pool I got attacked once by some drunk Germans but it took around 15 minutes for pool guard to come. And he couldn’t even solve the situation. But I understand that’s because this is very uncommon in the hotel. I just didn’t expect to feel not 100% safe there. But besides that everything was perfect and I would for sure come back again! It was my best vacation ever.

Service is ++++++++10000 stars. Bar staff on bottom floor could not do enough for you. Genuinely made our holiday! Spent ages trying to find a channel to show the Chelsea game for my partner after seeing him watch it on his phone which was really sweet. Our first night we arrived us at 1am and they left us a cold dinner selection in our room 🤍🤍🤍 Rooms are lovely and cleaned spotless everyday. Pool is perfect temperature. Food has a lovely meat and fish station which is cooked fresh infront of you. Pizza, chips and different pastas for my fussy eater boyfriend also. They have a chef special every night. The sweet potato mash and beef was my personal fave. Breakfast has loads. Fresh fried eggs, bacon, sausages, cured meats, beans scrambled, eggs, cheese, toasties, freshly made omelettes, bread, cereal, lots of fresh juices, fruit. Rooftop bar is lovely just a little bit expensive. Location is 5 mins from the beach but leads out to quite a Rowdy area full of Germans that are drunk- but all in very high spirits and lovely in general. being British this was quite intimidating at first especially after reading negative reviews but there is no need to be. We read plenty of reviews about how the area is dominated by Germans - and it is. This really put us off but don’t let it - they’re not rude or hostile at all they just want to have a good time so enjoy it. Restaurants nearby all spoke some sort of English so was easy to order. Beach was beautiful. Palma town is close by so we spent a day exploring there. Use Boleor to book a boat for the day from can Pastilla or Arenal - reasonably priced and very friendly and easy to book. Amazing holiday- one for the memories x

Myself and my husband recently returned from a wonderful holiday staying at the Tobago. Rooms are a little small and the toilet not very private, it did bother us but may bother some. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the maid came in every day.The hotel is lovely but would for a 5:star you should get free water which you don't it's 4.50 per small bottle. Great location only 50 m from the beach, food absolutely fantastic do much choice. All in all a great stay.

Easy check in, lovely room. Fabulous breakfast. Staff were without exception accommodating. Pool area was clean and quiet but not sufficient sun beds. The sun didn't hit the pool until after 12 unless you were a very early riser and bagged the only beds that were in the sun! We went on the beach instead, €19.50 for beds and parasol! That was our choice tho. Lovely surprise of a bottle of fizz and cake for my birthday too. We've not stayed in an adult only hotel before, it was a very quiet hotel with little going on...perhaps that's usual?

Lovely hotel...food was great lots of choice and different themed nights....we had a sea view room, which there was a lot of road noise and you could hear people coming back from clubs and people laughing and screaming on the beach, at all hours in the night. Our toilet broke whilst we were there so went about 6 hours without our toilet, but they did give us a meal and drink on the house and sent a bottle of wine to our room later on the night. We saw 2 cockroaches in the restaurant and I had one run across my arm whilst I was in bed....so running around my room trying to catch it wasn't fun...but eventually I got it and threw it over the balcony.....I didn't mention this to the hotel because it wasn't worth it and I sorted it myself...it's a lovely looking hotel and the place was lovely, but don't think I would stop in a room at the front again as was far too busy and noisy.

I spent a week at this exceptional hotel with my family and to say my experience was unforgettable would be an understatement. Located in the heart of Majorca, the hotel offers easy access to many areas on the island, including a 25 minute drive to Palma and several beautiful nearby beaches. But honestly, the central location hardly mattered because this hotel offers something truly unique. Every corner of this place radiates beauty and tranquility, from the stunning room aesthetics to the meticulously maintained gardens, serene surroundings, and exquisite restaurants. The pool is immaculate, and the pool bar serves amazing food, you absolutely must try the mushroom croquettes; they're unlike any we've had in Spain. The staff were all beyond welcoming. Their warm smiles and genuine care made each day special. I could easily spend a month here and still be captivated by its charm. This hotel has left a profound and lasting impression on me and my family. A truly unique and special place that stands apart from many others. I’m already looking forward to returning.

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a terrace with chairs and a bench seat. Opposite the room beyond the greenery, was a small old chapel which I guess, had been decommissioned. It was nicely kept. There were three pools, one adults only, one a beautiful adults pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and one for families. The site was lovely to walk around. There was a football pitch, tennis courts and a cross country track for runners. There was no-one on the track all week so we walked round it a couple of times. Best to do this early morning or later evening, if you are hitting a warm spell. The meals were nicely cooked but I would prefer the variety of eating out. However, they did three barbecues which were absolutely excellent. We would go back to this hotel, out of main season because it was such a lovely place

We were staying at Zoetry for my son's wedding. You couldn't ask for a more fairy tale setting. The weather was lovely and we had a wonderful day. The room was so spacious (we had paid for one of the best as it was a special occasion) and we had a view of the windmill and chapel through the trees from our huge balcony. A couple of down sides to our room were that there was no milk for the coffee/tea. We requested milk and were charged 8 euros for room service. Personally I think there should be milk provided as there is a fridge so a small carton of milk would be appreciated. However, it was a lesson learned and from then on we brought milk back to our room from breakfast in a glass and kept it in the fridge. The fridge was supposed to be filled up every day but we had to request this to be filled. There was no problem with that but it shouldn't have been necessary. The room was cleaned every day but the balcony wasn't and this got very dusty and full of bits falling off the trees which made it a little unsightly by the middle of the week. Breakfast was lovely, however for lunch and evening meal there seemed to be a shortage of staff, especially at lunch time. One staff member at lunch time was particularly rude to someone in our party and at one meal we were asked to confirm we were all inclusive which we were. If this has been an issue in the past then they should issue wrist bands! Lunch time food was delicious and plentiful, however the evening meal was strange. We Brits like to have salads/veg with our meal. The meals were more meat based which is very nice (particularly the beef and fish) but a generous serving of veg wouldn't go amiss. All in all we had a wonderful time, however, there are just a few little niggles that need to be sorted out, hence only three stars for service.

My family and I have been coming to Son Anthem on and off for the past 23 years and we have always loved the resort, the villas, the pools and the good service Marriott are so famous for but there are cracks appearing everywhere, and not just in terms of wear and tear but also in terms of service and quality. Three major drawdowns and the reason for the low rating are: 1) for some mysterious reason, Marriott thought it would be a good idea to separate the hotel and the resort and treat it as two separate accommodations. Not sure when that happened or why but it has taken away access to the best (main) pool and food experiences on the resort and left villa guests with one tiny main pool that is ridiculously small (was always known as the spa pool) and not at all appropriate for that many guests. 2) The villas are starting to look and feel a bit outdated which is expected after 25 years but at least get some up to date TV’s and streaming access. 3) Sorry but the food at the Terrace (only place left to eat) is below par. We had lunch there twice and it was overpriced and not at all great quality

The houses are not new, but very well maintained. The kitchens are equipped with good pots, crockery and tools... the knives are sharp, I appreciate that, so you can really cook something. If you don't feel like it, I recommend the finca... well done and excellent staff. The sauna area of the spa is also exceptional. Everything is cleaned well every day by a very professional crew.

Having this as my home resort but now living in the usa I was looking forward to returning as I had so many great memories. Well, I'm glad now I get use of my resort elsewhere.... Why. 1- Villa pools now gated ? Is this hse gone mad? And now timings on certain pools so the one nearest our villa ( asked for a villa next to pool for kids ) doesn't open until 1030am ( and padlocked to ensure we don't try and sneak in I suppose!!) and by then we are out exploring for the day. Oh amd what are those ugly looking silver fences around the paddling pool!!Yes you could say walk down to another but why? and defeats the object really. 2- Use of the hotel non existent. Used to enjoy the the main hotel pool and massive green area and space for the girls to play and evening music and food. We'll not anymore.... Shame. Villa nice of course but now a resort for sleeping in now rather than spending time.

My family and I had a wonderful week stay at Marriott’s Club Son Antem which is located 15 minutes from the airport. We are Marriott Vacation Club Owners and enjoyed staying in the spacious Son Antem townhomes (Room 642 - Calle Almendro). Everything you need to make a meal will probably be found in the equipped kitchen. Off of the lobby is a Marriott Marketplace that has a varied selection of grocery and baked products. An alternative is shopping at Aldi, Lidl, Hiper Centro Llucmajor or Carrefour. There is a washer and separate dryer as well. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and there are quite a few steps. The master bedroom bathroom has a shower in the large hot tub spa. A daily tidy is included which is wonderful and the housekeeping staff does a great job. We had a lovely patio to eat out on and were located right near one of the 15 pools on site. The major pool (outdoor and indoor) is at the clubhouse and gets very busy; the smaller pools between the townhomes are very private and quiet which is nice. Unfortunately, there are no outdoor hot tubs on site that I could find; they are located in the clubhouse by the inside pool. The pools all close at different times so ask for the closing schedule when checking in. There is a weekly activity calendar, golf, tennis, a spa and various restaurants on site which include La Terrassa Mediterranean Bar & Grill (did not eat here), La Finca Son Antem (very good meal and nice outdoor seating) and Es Camp Restaurant (did not eat there). There are also many wonderful restaurants on the lovely town square of Llucmajor - Bistro Mercat and Bella italia (which we ate at at were delicious). Palma is also close by and offers many choices - Bazzar Tapas Gastrobar (delicious tapas in a quiet square). The townhomes could use a bit of an update. We would definitely come back and stay at the resort again!

Exactly what you can expect from a 5* Hotel. service on point and all you need like pool, massage, fitness room etc. Food is extraordinary and varies well. Area around the pool is well designed with near and quite places if you prefer. Your way to the beach is not far and not too full. Supermarket is around the corner. Only if you prefer louder entertainment in the evening - there is not too much around. But you have a variety of restaurants and a few shops.

Absolute satisfaction. Top hotel with a great location directly at the beach. I don't remember if I have ever met such a great staff at any 5 star hotel. They do everything they can to help you with anything. We travelled with a 2-years old boy. Great taking care of kids as well (comfortable baby bed, specific kids food, potty on demand, program such as kids disco, small toys, etc.) We really liked our spacious room - perfect for travelling with kid. Breakfast - there is nothing you would miss there (local fruit from Mallorca is top). Thank you dear hotel staff!

Relaxing and high-end resort in a quiet and beautiful area of Mallorca. I especially like the fact that all the suites are quite detached so you have a lot of privacy. Good breakfast and attentive service. I enjoyed playing tennis but the court can be maintained better. Same with the rackets and balls for rent. The only thing I don't like is the restaurant for dinner. Too pricey for what it offers.

Loved our stay here. Impeccable service, food was delicious (half-board included a 3-course à la carte meal which was invariably delicious), pool and spa was excellent, quite well-equipped gym. Was nice and quiet and not overly busy while we were there. Food and drinks at the pool bar were very good too. The only two things I would suggest could do with improvement would be to improve signage to reception (as we spent 5-10min wandering between the golf resort and pula suites before finding it) and also allow people the option to wait for their cooked food at breakfast at the live cooking section as eggs were often a bit cold by the time the waiter brought them, however these were very minor things and did not significantly affect our stay at all.

We were given one each, and when I requested another (from their pillow menu), it seemed like it was the first time anyone ever had, and they had no spares. An excellent stay at Pula Suites! We arrived earlier than our reservation with the hopes of dropping our bags with reception. We were greeted warmly, told our room was available immediately, and brought into the bar area for a free welcome drink while they processed our passport information. After enjoying an aperol spritz, we were transported to our room along with our bags in a golf cart. There is ample parking and limited public transportation in the area so definitely plan to rent a car! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Good AC and mini bar. I liked that the tub and shower were separate. The shower drained really slowly which almost led to me flooding the bathroom our first night, but we weren't staying long enough to bother addressing it or switching rooms. The pool area was the highlight of the hotel for me. Very clean, no trouble getting a lounge chair, and the added convenience of a pool bar and grill. We liked the food that we got at the grill (sandwiches and snacks) but felt that the hotel's breakfast was very average. We never ate at S'Oronella. I also got a swedish massage at the hotel's spa that was very good! The hotel's location is excellent! It's away from major touristy areas so it's incredibly peaceful and relaxing but beaches, good restaurants, and activities are still very easily accessible. A perfect spot for couples looking to unwind for a long weekend!

We (a family of 5 members) have just returned from a wonderful 7 day holiday in this resort. The staff is really service minded and polite. Breakfast had everything we wanted and ingredients were really fresh. We had reserved two suites with jacuzzies next to each other and that worked perfectly for our family. Our terraces overlooked the beautiful gardens. The buildings are not brand new anymore but very clean and nice anyway. Pool area was big and clean. Big bonus for us was two clay tennis courts that were free for the hotel guests to use. It was also possible to arrange a tennis coach via the hotel. Some of us tested out the SPA treatments and gym as well. The location of the resort is such that a car is needed. However, when moving around with a car, there are plenty of nice little places to visit very close by (e.g. Capdepera, Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Porto Cristo...just to name a few). Hope to return here one day again for another holiday!

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff in particular Anna on reception…. she is super friendly and goes out of her way for every hotel guest… a true gem. The breakfast is really lovely with a nice mixture of buffet and cooked meals at your request. We had the eggs and the porridge made fresh for us, it was really gorgeous. My only complaint is the coffee machine needed cleaning so it didn’t work. The waiters will bring you a coffee but they are busy so you have to wait. The pool was not heated (in late October), it was disappointing that we could not swim as it was so cold and the pool remained completely empty. I would definitely recommend this arty, lovely hotel but a few adjustments would make it perfect.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. Room was incredible. We stayed in the Marcel Wonder. Good size and cleaned twice a day. Cleaners went above and beyond, even folded our nightwear. These little touches made our stay. Breakfast was also very good. Good selection of meats, egg dishes and pastries and very well presented. Breakfast staff were also amazing, even the waiter remembering our faces and room number made us feel special. Thank you for making our holiday a one to remember. All the best to all of the staff.

This hotel was amazing! I liked that the hotel was located on a cove style beach. I loved the modern decor of the room and the views were unreal. I got the partial ocean view room and felt like I had full ocean view. My room had a balcony as well and it was so nice to sit there and watch the boats and swimmers in the morning. The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. It was a little more expensive to get food and drink at the hotel than off site. The spa was also great because the amentiies were open to all guest. I would do the cold plunge & sauna everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It is our second time in this hotel as a family, although we usually don’t return to places twice. We have an 8 month old baby and this place is amazing for families with small children. It is located on a beautiful beach with shallow water. Has several pools and the hospitality and services are beyond professional: everyone is very welcoming, warm and trying to accommodate even special wishes (like us having a freshly prepared porridge for our baby every evening, just because the annoying mom (me) doesn’t want to use supermarket solutions). Specific gratitude goes to the beautiful and awesome Virginia serving the green bar during the day: sometimes we have the feeling she can read minds and is anticipating every guests need with a warm smile and perfectly mixed drinks. So all in all, a beautiful hotel, deserving the 5 stars and a paradise for parents with kids.

We are here now and had the most fantastic stay, we still have a couple days left, but the food and service and overall hotel is excellent. What really makes this place is the staff, they are absolutely wonderful, particularly Miguel and Pepe. They are the loveliest people and really make your stay feel special. The beach is incredible with super clear and shallow water and is just stunning. Our room is excellent also. The BBQ at lunchtime overlooking the beach is again stunning. If you are thinking of staying here, do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Our waiter Agustin and Andres were exceptional, very attentive and attention to detail. We were allowed to access the 4 star resort next door too (also Iberostar) but only for their kids splash pool free of charge but remember to bring your own beach towel as they only provide to their own guest, it would have been a better experience if they allow maybe 1 or 2 day for guest to visit next door along with drinks and snacks included, they only allowed us to visit the kids splash pool because we didnt have one at our resort.

Nice family hotel. Slightly overpriced for what you get but we’ve still been there twice. Main reason is the nice setting, good food and drink selection in combination with the great kids club. Pool and beach work well for families, you’ll always have a space (but need to pay as customary on beaches in Spain for a sunbed). You can go there and just spend a week without having to think about food quality or entertainment etc. it’s not a culinary enlightenment, but you’ll have a good selection of good quality food, and usually fresh grilled salmon etc every evening.

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon, I can’t recommend it enough!! Pure Salt Adriano was such a luxurious and welcoming stay, we can’t wait to plan our trip back. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles! The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. House keepers came every day and cleaned our room, as well as bought water to us. The pool and spa area is so beautiful and has so much to offer! We definitely recommend getting a massage, it was a wonderful experience. The food and drinks at the hotel were amazing as well. Everything we tried was so good and the breakfast buffet is incredible! The hotel is in a quieter part of Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing trip. There are several restaurants at the port that are all delicious, and the hotel offers shuttle service which was so nice. They will also call taxis for you, which was extremely helpful since we chose not to rent a car. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here at Pure Salt Port Adriano, and would recommend to anyone wanting a remarkable and memorable vacation. Thank you Pure Salt!!

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Pure Salt Port Adriano. Service was exceptional, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, comfy and spacious with all amenities needed, with good air conditioning. We made use of the spa and gym during our stay which were clean and not overly busy. Favorite meal of the day was breakfast which we had at Pure Salt and was excellent. Generally a relaxing break, a quiet resort and hotel which we preferred. A walk to the lovely port broke up the day, lots of nice yachts to view and a small, quiet stretch of beach to enjoy. Nice restaurants are at the Port also. One tip for future guests, don’t be afraid to ask staff for special requests. We made a day trip to Santa Ponsa beach as there was no sun bed hire on the Port Adriano beach. However wish we had stayed at the quieter Port Adriano beach. We later found out that the hotel would have provided sun bed and umbrellas to us if had requested. Let the staff know if there is anything you need, they are so friendly and helpful and will be able to accommodate any special requests. Hopefully we will return soon.

We booked for a spa day including breakfast and had the best day. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile at reception (Ricardo could not have been nicer or more professional). Breakfast was delicious and the service was first class. We then moved down to the spa and had the most incredible massage as well as using the different spa facilities. Also, the location is stunning, wonderful views of the marina, beach and sea!

Hotel is well maintained and clean. Pool is good enough and you’re still within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Food is terrible. They tried to be too creative and reinvent items that are worldwide made a certain way by adding items that don’t belong in those items hence ruining the taste. I literally couldn’t finish a single order. I kept trying to order more hoping something will be better but no, it was all terrible. Even the pizza was burned. Reception staff is extremely polite and so is housekeeping and room service. Pool staff is also very nice and so is the restaurent staff. I will be coming back. Mallorca is the best place I’ve visited and Spain is probably my favorite country nowadays. This hotel is a good spot to experience the island.

Me & my wife eloped in Mallorca and we chose to stay at Pure Salt Hotel for our wedding night / beginning of our honeymoon & we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!!! We had reached out to them prior to plan a special dinner at the hotel after we came back from our ceremony and it truly was so special. Johana, Irene & the restaurant staff set up a beautiful table for us and the food was delicious. They made our wedding night extra special and it was truly incredible!!! Besides that, the hotel itself is amazing. The location, the views, the service. Everything!! 5 stars is not enough. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!! We have just returned from our Honeymoon, the Hotel very much lives up to its rating in all respects. It's kept spotlessly clean, the staff in all areas can't do enough for you. We ate in all 5 restaurants and the food is magnificent as is the service. The breakfast buffet offers the widest choice and highest standard I've had the pleasure of enjoying. There are 5 pools including a separate one for children. We were fortunate enough to pick a suite with its own private pool which overlooked the golf course and also had views of the bay. Brilliant place to stay and we will certainly look forward to going back.

Beautiful large rooms, we overlooked the golf course and we were very happy with our room. Rooms were kept very clean and towels replaced daily. We found reception difficult to find, would be great if they had some signage but not a massive issue at all. Food was good, we were all inclusive so we tried all of the restaurants. All great and lots of choice to suit everyone. I have a food allergy and I found the dietary filter on the app to be inaccurate. I would recommend you talk to the staff/ restaurant manager if you have a serious allergy. Staff were friendly. Patchy service around the pools if you want to order drinks, that was the only negative. Drinks were usually quick once we placed an order. Lovely location, short walk to the beach but far enough away to be quiet.

Perfect family holiday. Stayed in a 1 bed suite with private pool. The site is well designed. Spread out but still everything within reach. lots of pools and lots of loungers so no silly idiots putting towels out at 6am. Pools were a bit cold tbh but this was end of May. Service friendly but sometimes went wonky but we really did enjoy the holiday and would thoroughly recommend it.

First day, they gave us a room with two beds although the reservation mentioned one bed. They said we’d need to mention it by email earlier if we wanted a bed. Secondly, they’re unable to order taxi for you and commend you to come downstairs because they can’t anticipate a taxi for you. They’d just hang in the phone on your face and not help you find a solution. If you want to eat at the pool restaurant, they stop serving at 3:30pm because the restaurant closes at 4pm. Last day, was the WORST, at the reception, they took our luggage and dropped our bag with 3 laptops inside without an apology from the reception who wrongly placed the bags. Moreover, we told them about the bad experience and when the reception told the head that the taxi wrongly believe we are going to the airport (although we are going to another hotel because we can’t stand the people of this place), the head of the reception “Ramon” said in Spanish “I don’t care what the taxi driver believes and takes them, just let them go”. Although, he didn’t know I spoke Spanish. When I told him in Spanish, his face became red and then said he can’t speak English. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, you have a lot of better options such as Belmond hotel that provides a much better service.

Absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. Views were just spectacular, location ideal and easy to get to from the airport (20 mins in a taxi). We tried each of the restaurants during our stay, each time impressed by the quality, presentation and flavour of each dish. The hotel itself was spotless, staff courteous and engaging, with facilities matching the expectations of a 5 star hotel. We managed to experience the onsite Clarins spa too, enjoying a full body massage and the full spa facilities afterwards, all of which were world class. Highly recommended for a visit, if luxury, relaxation and high quality service are your top priorities.

The staff there is absolutely terrible at their jobs. On multiple occasions we tried to get them to call a taxi for us which lead to 30 minute waits, after 2 missed reservations we learned the bar accords the street was better at getting us a taxi. The reception stated each time they couldn't tell us an estimate for the taxi whilst it was only a 5 minute wait at the bar. If your expecting a competent reception this is not the place.

Friendly and welcoming from the 1st minute you arrive. Comfy clean room with good size balcony. Good selection of food and drinks, with good staff waiting tables. Pool side entertainment is excellent, for children and adults. Jean and his team are excellent at water aerobics/dance. The girls have so much energy and the men have nice bums for the ladies to view. The animation team shows are excellent, the staff have so much energy, time for a chat and make you very welcome. Cannot say anything bad about our stay, lovely place.

It's a lovely hotel. Grounds are lovely, and everything is kept clean all the time. Good selection of drinks, and the food is probably the best ai food I've had. Staff are excellent too. The room was pretty cramped and dated. The shower is not a great experience as the shower curtain was too small and kept clinging around us, flooding the bathroom each time. The rooms are also not very sound proof, constant noise. As its peak season, I found the whole experience not very relaxing at all. Too many people for the facilities. The main dinner hall was more of a job to get through rather than a nice relaxing meal. Busy, noisy, stressful. The Italian restaurant doesn't have as much choice, but we found this to be much quieter and calming. Entertainment and kids' pools and big pools were excellent, but again, there were not enough beds for all the guests, so we couldn't always get to relax there. Most days there, we had to reserve a bed before breakfast (which I hate doing) or sit on an uncomfortable bench. All in all, the hotel is pretty great but overbooked in the summer months. I'd definitely come again, as is it beautiful, however would return either earlier or later in the year, as I'm not leaving very relaxed unfortunately.

A gem of a resort tucked away on a peninsular between two beautiful beaches. 3 great sized pools, serviced by staff who are constantly smiling. There are lots of options for food and drink, even for the fussiest person. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the renovated rooms are bright and modern. This is our second year of coming and our children love the pools and animation team who all work tirelessly. It's good to see some of the same staff members from last year too. Tomás always kept our drinks filled of an evening and remembered us from the year before. Thanks again

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in August, 2024. Even though it was quite full, the hotel is big enough to accommodate everyone; the facilities are amazing and they have a lot of activities for the kids. The food is great with several options. The rooms are comfortable. My only criticism would be that some of the receptionist are sometimes unfriendly and impolite. On our second day at the hotel, my son woke up in the morning with bites on his body resembling bed bug bites. I informed a lady receptionist about it and was shocked by her attitude. She was so nonchalant about it and spoke to me in an impolite manner. Ultimately the cleaning ladies (who by the way are the nicest of all the staffs) came and treated the mattresses, but we never got an apology from the receptionist or the hotel which showed a lack of concern for their guests. Moreover, there isn’t much outside the hotel to do. The beach is a short distance away - the hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the beach at regular interval - and the nearest tourist attractions are about 30 mins away. Nevertheless, we had a nice time overall.

Very hilly. A lot of steps. The rooms were basic. There was absolutely no privacy as there were glass doors on both the bathroom and toilet. Most of the staff were great. One girl serving in the bar by the main pool was very rude and unfriendly. The path down to one of the beaches is quite uneven. I would not visit this resort again.

This hotel is incredibly well ran and has the best views in all of Mallorca. Highly recommend staying here. Prices are steep but worth it. We stayed here in July and it was a highlight of the trip. This hotel has all the things to offer: store, multiple pools + restaurants, insane views, art gallery and a shuttle service to where ever you need to go. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

This is a beautiful hotel that makes you feel very special right from the welcome through to check out. The staff just cannot do enough for you. The setting is standing with a hotel being on a cliff top overlooking the beautiful bay of Port Soller and surrounding mountains. This was our second stay and we will certainly return as do many other guests whom we met.

This is a 5 star hotel where the kitchen cant get eggs right. Pray that it all goes well because they also do not respond to complaints. The level of service from the moment that we checked in was chaotic and disorganised. Check in was incorrect, room service wrong twice (2 hours waiting on it, sent to the wrong room, sent a poached egg instead of a boiled egg - twice), hours at breakfast waiting on eggs, they don’t have a functioning lost and found, staff at reception lost and confused. Most of all, the hotel kitchen threw our wedding cake in the bin without telling us. What was supposed to be a once in a lifetime stay was completely ruined by the service in this hotel. No response to individual complaints or acknowledgment of their faults of service.

I went to one of the restaurants at La Residencia for dinner while staying in Mallorca. After dinner my group of friends decided to take some pictures on the balcony. We started chatting with some of the other guests who were sitting on the balcony and ended up having a bunch of nice conversations with other restaurant guests (all of whom were also hotel guests). While we were chatting a restaurant or hotel manager came up to my group and told us to leave very rudely and said "the show is over ladies" and kicked us out of the restaurant terrace. This was after we had a meal at the restaurant and had spent over 700 euros there. I understand that this is a high end hotel, however all of us who had gone to dinner have stayed at hotels in this price range and have never been treated this way before. The hotel manager had no idea whether we were guests at the hotel or not and the fact that he broke up conversations that we were having with hotel guests was ridiculous. His comments and tone of voice were also incredibly disrespectful. We were not being loud and we were chatting with other guests of the hotel/restaurant. Additionally a few of the guests came up to our group and asked us to take pictures of them on the terrace. The hotel manager did not yell at them or kick them off the terrace.

The views from this hotel are spectacular. There was a guy playing a guitar in the background while we sat in this gorgeous terrace. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to have a nice drink outside and take in the scenery. The food here is supposed to be good too but I haven’t tried it… one for the list!

Stayed here for two nights and they were the best nights we had in Mallorca! The service was beyond amazing and the rooms were spotless. Loved every minute of my stay. Will def be back! The only thing I could comment on was that the night we ate at El Olivo the manager was a little snobby. Other than that everything was perfect.

It is a stunning hotel, very beautiful site, amazing beach, classy building with great service. When I was there the rooms where lovely but quit classical, At the moment I believe its closed for renovations. Although it’s great to explore Mallorca, this hotel feels more like a place to stay put and just enjoy that area, almost like a retreat. Having its own restaurants and pool there is no reason to go further than Pollença and Formentor because the drive is quite tricky.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break. As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately. The garden’s are so beautiful and it’s so relaxing to wander through them, the private beach is also a great space to relax and unwind. Finally, the spa is definitely worth visiting too. A beautiful hotel with so many perks, I wish we could have stayed here for an extra few days to make the most of it.

The hotel offers a private parking just at the entrance of their private beach for 20€ per day and 2 sunbeds for 80€. You think that with these prices you would get the best service. Well no...they are all rude and do nothing for you. If you are hungry or thirsty you help yourself, go to the bar, pay almost 30€ for a so and so sangria and take it back to your sunbed. Nobody moves a finger for customers. After spending the day at their private beach I see that my car had been opened and some thefts took away my suitcase and back-bag since I had my flight back home on the same day. I immediately looked for the person in charge of security who, with very rude manners, tells me that she is not responsible and that she is also alone for the safety of the entire establishment. The same person tells me that it is very common for the thefts to be in the area but of course they told me that when it was already too late. The lack of professionalism was indescribable without mentioning the lack of support and help given the circumstances. I have been trying to post this review on TripAdvisor but apparently they don’t let customers put this kind of bed reviews in their website.

beautiful hotel which i would expect for the price.exquisite rooms. gardens amazing. just be prepared to pay €55 per head to use the evening buffet and €40 to use a sunbed by the pool. both these are examples of ripping off people who have already paid for use of the hotel.

Nice space with great views, beautiful flowers all around and a private beach. Pool table and grand piano in the bar. Cocktails were very sweet as lots of fruit syrups used instead of fresh fruit.
