We checked in to this hotel the first night it was reopened after renovation by Hyatt, so it was quiet and the service was quite attentive, though I’m sure that will continue as it becomes busier. The rooms are very nice as is the pool area and the public beach just outside has warm fairly shallow water (visited in July). Included buffet breakfast is great. There are 2 electric vehicle chargers but they are slow and in general I would not recommend renting an EV in Mallorca. Note that it is driving distance into town, not quite walkable. Overall, this is a very worthwhile redemption value if booking with Hyatt points as we did.

Hotel canceled our rooms just two weeks before trip and I still have not been formally made aware (a friend in the group got an email about her booking). Hyatt has been extremely apathetic about the effect this has had on our travels, even at the corporate level.

We stayed here for one week in September 2024 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is perfect, direct beach access from the hotel and entrance to the natural preserve for bike tours just across the road. Food is great, no need to look for restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff is very friendly and professional. A little problem in our room was dealt with swiftly and resolved to our full satisfaction

Positives: While the hotel feels dated, tired and in no way deserving of its 5* rating, I found the rooms of a good size and clean, the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty and extremely well run with helpful and friendly staff, the reception staff were also helpful if not overly warm. Negatives: The near constant bad smell from the bathroom in our room, which ranged from bad to feeling like we had an open and direct pipe to the islands main sewage system. I am not lying when I say we were woken in the early hours of the morning on two occasions due to how bad the smell was. We ended up leaving the extractor fan on and door closed every night but it didn't help much. We reported it to reception multiple times, and they sent maintenance to do something which offered a few hours of reprieve but beyond that did nothing else.

I recently stayed at Mallorca Palace and had very mixed feelings about my experience. I booked Mallorca Palace only because they confirmed that late-night check-in was possible. I contacted them through their website before booking, and they clearly told me that I could arrive late as long as I mentioned it in the booking. I followed their instructions and wrote in German that I would arrive during the night of July 2nd. When I arrived, exhausted and alone, they looked at me like I didn’t belong there. My room was not ready, and they said they thought I was coming the next night. Their only “solution” was to offer me the presidential suite for over 300 euros—just for a few hours of sleep. No refund, no help, no responsibility, no backup accommodation. I was left without a proper place to sleep, in a 5-star hotel that I had booked in good faith based on their own confirmation. I asked if I could sleep on a pool lounger, just to get some rest, and they said it wouldn’t look good for other guests. In the end, I was allowed to sleep on a sofa. They gave me a bottle of water and told me I could shower in the spa. At 7:00 am they woke me up so I could eat breakfast, and I didn’t get my actual room until after 9:00 am. My first day of vacation was ruined, all I wanted to do was sleep. Later I rented an e-bike from the hotel. The first one was in terrible condition—old and unreliable. I asked them to change it, and thankfully they did – the second one was much better. The rest of the stay was fine: the food was good, the room clean, the staff friendly—but none of that changes how terrible the first impression was. I booked this hotel only because they said late-night check-in was possible. Instead, I was treated like a burden and left to sleep on a sofa. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel.

Absolutely fantastic resort, little bit smaller than the ones around the area but that makes it so much nicer. More german speaking tourists but that makes for a more quite atmosphere. Great adults only and no screaming children. The service was great and the food was also amazing. Always willing to help with booking excursions as well. The aircon could have been a bit cooler in the rooms but overall clean and tidy and smelt amazing. Always activities and events on! About 5min walk from the beach but the pool complex was fantastic with a little bar attached

The Mallorca Palace is a first class hotel. We found the staff to be friendly, polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is amazing and especially the desserts! The hotel is smaller than others nearby and with that comes a more relaxed vibe and a more personal approach to your comfort and enjoyment. Will definitely want to return

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were welcoming with warm smiles. We arrived late at night, and they kindly offered us a light dinner. On a thoughtful note, it was my partner's birthday, and the staff somehow knew without us mentioning it. They surprised her with a thoughtful gesture, which we appreciated. The lobby had a pleasant scent. The breakfast was extensive. It's a quiet and relaxing place. We would definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

Class hotel, very chilled, place is Immaculate and the staff are soo good. The restaurant is gorgeous with and outdoor option (see photo) and the freshness and variety of food is impressive. I would have liked another few days but I will be back. Location to beach is great for walks etc. Really enjoyed my stay couldn't fault it in any way. Well done all at the Palace

This hotel is not a perfect 5 star but it does MANY things very well. Great staff, clean all through, absolutely wonderful food - i looked forward to dinner each night, clean and comfy sun loungers. Loved the rooftop area - nice and chill. I felt like a valued customer. What I can't rate so highly was the aircon in the room which was adequate but could have been more powerful. Also, the vicinity of the hotel could improve by providing more litter bins and places for men to urinate. It felt a little seedy for this reason. I discovered it is the party place for Germans.

Extremely Disappointed with Service We stayed at Hotel HM Ayron Park for one week in June and were very disappointed with several aspects of the service. We expected something entirely different from a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that standard. Compared to other hotels in the area, HM Ayron Park is priced at the higher end, but the service does not reflect this at all. What we received was far from what you would expect in this price range. The waitress at the restaurant treated us rudely just because we brought drinks from the hotel’s own vending machine instead of ordering from the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable – the drinks come from the same hotel, and this attitude was petty and unprofessional. Restaurant staff were blatantly disrespectful – they removed our plates without asking, even while we were still eating. This happened repeatedly and showed a complete lack of basic manners and proper training. As paying guests, we expected at least a minimum level of hospitality, which was absolutely not delivered. The pool was supposed to be open until 19:00, but signs were already up at 18:00 saying it was closed. This is misleading and unfair, and it seemed like an intentional way to restrict guest access without explanation. Hotel staff kept closing the sun umbrellas without asking nor considering that guests are still lying there and enjoying the sun. This happened multiple times and created a sense of urgency which led us to believe they wanted to close up early. We would highly advise management to address above points as fast as possible as they pose a significant deficiency in quality, service and hospitality.

This hotel was perfect in every single aspect! Every member of staff that we came across was a delight to talk to, they helped us with everything we needed and couldn’t do enough for us. We were checked in by Martha which was an extremely easy experience, we also left our bags with reception for the morning as we turned up early! Our room had everything we needed from shower products to body lotion and even toothbrushes for us. It was clean and modern, we upgraded to the Jacuzzi room and it was incredible. (our only issue is the temperature was set and we couldn’t adjust it so it was a tad lower than we would have liked!) The bar area was lovely and they had live music on the two nights that we did stay in and the cocktails are to die for! We had the buffet for dinner here one evening and the food was spectacular, there was a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and hot. We spent a lot of time at the pool on the roof and the view was to die for, unfortunately we went in February so the pool was like an ice bath but that’s to be expected! Every area of the hotel was clean and well looked after, we can’t fault anything! We also hired out the E bikes for two of the days we were there and they were a great little touch as it made it easy to get around.

Awful service in a establishment that claims to be a 5 star! I will not go into detail with my complaint during my stay, but the duty manager and a receptionist who attended to my issue was dismissive and was disrespectful. I have never ever experienced a manager disappearing whilst dealing with a complaint. However Alia at the front desk was the only member of staff who was very helpful and courteous during my stay. I only stayed for 3 nights but after day 1 I already wanted to leave.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The variety of room options is great, we had a small apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which we really enjoyed. We’ve stayed in other hotels of this chain before, and they all have a very similar style and amenities, so I find it surprising that this one is rated 5 stars when it feels more like a very good 4-stars hotel. However, the worst part for us was the location. While Playa de Palma has a nice beach, this specific area (close to El Arenal) is quite run-down, with deteriorated buildings, not really a good gastronomic offer, and a type of tourism that doesn’t create the best atmosphere. If location is important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere maybe between Can Pastilla and the location of this hotel in the same Playa de Palma where you can find other HM hotels.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had to go in for a couple of times over a couple of years to get some assistance. Both the times the staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile by booking us a cab late night and making a booking at a different restaurant as there restaurant was closed. Will definitely stay at the hotel in future.

Overall very good experience; very notably thanks to the genuine friendliness of the staff and management (this deserves 5 stars). However, the hotel currently does not hold its promises as a 5 stars hotel and would need an update. We've noted: - Stressed out and drained staff, its a management/cost optimisation problem, not a staff problem. - The lack of facilitation to tip the staff. - The amenities are clearly not 5 stars and need refurbishing. - Some days, food variety was really missing. Everything has to be payed on top, roof pool, exterior beds, pillows. It feels like the corporate culture is based on a model from the 90s, draining the staff i.e. lowering costs and pushing on add-ons; this won't bring long-term value.

The quality of food was very good but they almost force you to wear formal dress code in the restaurant, I find it difficult being on a vacation. We arrived late at night in the hotel they had spared some food for us. If you have long neck like giraffe you can have a glimpse of sea through your sea view rooms. Our stay at Gran Hotel Sóller had a bit of a bumpy start, but thankfully it turned into a really enjoyable experience.When we first arrived, the hotel looked beautiful, full of character and charm, and we were excited to check in. Unfortunately, our room had two single beds instead of the double we had booked. The twin beds were rock-hard, closer in comfort to a mortician's slab than anything fit for sleep. The beds were not only hard, but on wheels, sliding around unpredictably with every movement; turning sleep into an uncomfortable roller disco. To the hotel’s credit on addressing this things improved quickly. The manager had the beds changed to a double the next day with mattress toppers, which made a world of difference. After that, we could relax and start enjoying the hotel properly. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and served in a peaceful space that made mornings feel like a treat. The English breakfast was more of a Spanglish breakfast, though they have many alternatives including a great range of omelette's. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop pool. It’s a beautiful, quiet area to unwind, take in the views of the mountains, and cool off after a day of exploring. It added a really special touch to our stay. Currently staying here and feeling relaxed and well taken care of, we would definitely consider coming back.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The staff at Gran Hotel Soller were absolutely exceptional. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The facilities are great: two pools, a gym, a sauna, a steamroom, and two parking lots. A highlight was the included morning breakfast, which had an incredible selection of pastries, fresh fruit, meats, and made to order eggs, crepes, and pancakes. I would definitely return to the hotel again.

Incredibly charming 5 star hotel in the heart of Soller! Every staff member we met was lovely and helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing, the spa was wonderful, and the daily breakfast was delicious! An amazing value and stay- will absolutely come back when we return to Mallorca!

Rooms are clean and spacious although a little tired. Service at the club Terrace restaurant was very slow (over 30 mins to take our order). The club has two golf courses and when busy you are asked to share tee times, the West course is not too bad however the East course was having extensive maintenance and resembled a typical corporation course. Green fees were very expensive given the courses.

This is not a 5 star hotel! Even 4 start would be overrated. 2 out of the 3 nights I was not able to have hot water, even after complaining for 2 days at reception, nothing was done. I believe the hotel cannot provide enough hot water for all rooms so you are luck if you get hot water. Our room also smelled like sewage every time we got back from a day out (116). Would not recommend this place, it’s a rip off using a name and a history. The staff at the restaurant is great. Staff at reception and management is useless, they have done nothing to fix our issue.

My sister an I stayed here june 13-18th, last minute booking. It was extremely expensive, but we did upgrade to a preferred suite. The room was clean, on arrival but was really one large unsuite room, as the 2 chairs were in the bedroom. Lights went out automatically on the balcony at 11pm, so we had to sit in the dark some nights. The cleaners often forgot to empty certain bins, nor did they stock the minimum bar daily ( as advertised). It took a complaint to reception to rectify. Food was very good during the day in all the facilities and 99% of staff were very friendly and polite. One or 2 were just rude, we were in the world dining room, and one female waitress cleared away all spoons for desserts so no one could have any ( there were some diners left eating after the 9.30pm deadline) she gave me the dirtiest of looks and reluctantly passed me a dirty server out of a bucket! ( she had shaved hair on one side and a bad attitude). We booked 1 evening meal at the sea grill, ( included) we sat at 8.30pm and at 10pm we walked out, in that time we had a starter at 9.15pm and fed on bread, no meal and the waiter who said he " was just doing drinks" failed to serve drinks, we were told by reception we were not the only ones who walked out. Room service never got the order correct even when ordered in Spanish. No snacks as advertised only found them as we waited for our taxi to leave. Poor service at times, only held together by some fabulous staff who try, the demographic was mostly German retirees aged about 65. We went out most evenings to escape. If you are booking we recomend just get a regular room or SC apartment as the extra you pay, there is no difference between that and preffered, its an excuse to charge extra. Location cannot be faulted.

I have to update my review to 1 star (leaving previous comments below) I am giving this hotel a 1 star because they haven’t registered themselves as a Hyatt hotel so when they charge you for the stay, you don’t get any bonus points when using your Hyatt credit card with chase. They use a third party vendor to process their payments which is probably why this happens. Both World of Hyatt and Chase are absolutely useless in resolving this issue, but at the end of the day it’s the hotel’s fault because they are the ones who caused this issue and are refusing to resolve it. (Old comments) Excellent hotel! Even better if you have World of Hyatt status, but still a great choice if you don’t. Laura at the front desk was very nice and every other member of staff we encountered was rather pleasant. It is a bit more expensive than some others nearby, but you absolutely cannot beat the value, especially during the shoulder season. For parking, you can find some free public parking between a 5-15 minute walk away rather than paying for parking here (which I think is 40€ per day)

Had an amazing stay here. Staff are so friendly and willing to help with any and everything. Great location, right next to the beach with lots to do in the surrounding area. Room always clean, however I did find them to be a bit small. Food was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Pool areas were nice and the drinks at the bar were lovely.

The hotel's location is simply excellent! It is located on an amazing beach and right in the center of youth entertainment. The dining room is nice, there is a variety of food. Most of the rooms have a view of the bay, an amazing view. The rooms themselves are very small. The toilet and shower are connected to the room, including the sink, the toilet and shower doors are glass and not sealed... Smell and noise come from there while using... unpleasant.

Booked a last minute get away for the wife's Birthday. Staff were all great. They surprised us with a lovely gift for my wife on her Birthday. I hadn't mentioned anything to them, so it shows great attention to detail. The location is great, close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 mins away. The rooftop bar is great, but book in advance if you can.

During our recent two-day stay at FERGUS Style Tobago, we had the pleasure of meeting Lara at the hotel rooftop pool bar and it became one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we began ordering drinks, she made us feel welcomed like old friends. Friendly, genuine, and full of great conversation, Lara went above and beyond what you’d expect from a hotel bartender. What started as a few casual drinks turned into a great connection and the discovery of my new favorite cocktail, thanks to Lara. Not only did she make the perfect drink, but also took the time to explain the ingredients and how to make it myself back home. I seriously would have never known about the Hugo otherwise. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a short hotel stay feel like home, but Lara did that. We left feeling like we’d made a new friend. If you’re staying at FERGUS Style Tobago, do yourself a favor and pull up a seat at the bar. You will not regret it. Cheers to you, Lara, we’ll be back!

We were staying at El Castillo Hotel Son Vida, we heard good things about this hotel from a friend from Palma. We decided to have a look and a drink for potential future visits. We walked in the reception area and a bit of the gardens in front we barely saw any clients and couldn't find a bar or café. Beautiful building and surroundings. We decided to go have a look at the terrace next to the car parking, to which there were also no clients only a couple of staff. One of these staff members "Raul" look at what seemed lost people "us" and approached one of us. We expected some nice service and suggestions but no quite the opposite. Extremely rude and cold, telling us we do not have the right to be there if we are not guests and that it is a private property. (ok, but normally outside guests can consume other hotels restaurants and bars) even still if no outside guests were allowed we could have said it in a nice and proper way. Anyways if this is the kind of staff and service we should expected we will not be staying here for sure. We also left quite after this as we did not feel welcomed or respected. For those looking for a peace and quite similar to this "5* star hotel" I suggest you look at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. You will see what true 5* service and staff it is.

A very beautiful hotel with kind and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the most important thing in a hotel is to be able to sleep well at night. At 1:00 a.m., 1:15 a.m., and 1:30 a.m., kitchen staff were putting away food trolleys into a storage room, making huge noise on the paved floor. It felt like a train was passing through my room — a complete lack of common sense. For €300 a night, I didn’t expect to be woken up like that. What do we want from a 5 star hotel for relaxing all inclusive holiday great food, amazing service lovely surroundings and great atmosphere well that’s not zoetry. As you walk through the enterance you feel like you are walking onto a film set well that’s probably as good as it gets. The restaurant lacks atmosphere, service is as bad and unappealing as the food the only thing worse than the normal menu is the theme nights. The management although obviously aware of the issues seem to hide in the shadows and excuse themselves from the problems. The bar is served by young man whose main skill is being rude. Please don’t be fooled by the entrance plus points the rooms are ok, the pool is quiet and the spa area is nice, but the hotel doesn’t meet expectations

I went with my son to have dinner at the buffet restaurant of this wonderful five-star hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. There was an impressive variety of food — it was an international night with dishes from different countries. The service was impeccable; the waiter came to our table several times to attend to us with great kindness. Dinner was originally scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m., but a waiter went to each table to let everyone know it would be extended by 15 more minutes, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and you can also see the sea from there. It was a very pleasant experience — I totally recommend it.

A very lovely hotel and good place to chill for our vacation. The pool, the sky, the staff, the restaurant are awesome. We randomly stopped at the Sweet Corner around the pool and met the very good chef Fawas, who made us very delicious crepes. He is so friendly and passionate about his position and making crepe. Love the conversation and the best experience in our trip.

The hotel is great, they really make you feel at home. There are many options to choose from when you are there. From the 5 restaurants to the 5 or 6 pools. There are options for private pools with the different rooms. The concierge Pedro had great suggestions for activities and offered some truly unique experiences. He also showed us two incredible beaches that you won’t find on any guide. My only issue was that the sound proofing wasn’t on par with the rest of the experience. We could hear everything happening outside of the room and some of the notices from the neighbours.

Loved this hotel, service was excellent, helpful and friendly smart staff. The hotel was beautifully kept and all the food was fresh, plentiful and tasty, we had no need or desire to eat anywhere else. We had a lovely junior suite plus pool which was just perfect for us and we really enjoyed the privacy.

An exceptional hotel with amazing views. We booked the ocean side suite and from arrival our expectations were surpassed. It is truly a beautiful property and has staff that make every effort to make you feel welcome. The morning breakfast was AMAZING. Coming from America where the hotels are overpacked and super sized, staying at this hotel that seemed untouched by time was refreshing. The history of the hotel is also interesting and reminds you that things remain excellent if cared for properly. 10/10 will be staying again.

I stayed one night, booked through Amex Travel for £800. While the hotel is beautiful and well-located, the experience didn’t live up to the premium price tag. The reception and management team, especially Nora, were kind and welcoming — which I appreciated. However, the overall service fell short of what I would expect from a property in this category. I checked in around 8pm and wasn’t offered any complimentary services — no breakfast, no free parking — which is often standard at this level, especially when booking through a premium travel program. The most disappointing part came at checkout. I was rushed out right at 12pm, with no courtesy late checkout — not even a 30-minute extension. When I called to politely request just a short delay, the front desk staff responded rudely, stating they were fully booked and I “had to come out immediately.” For a supposed luxury hotel, this kind of rigidity and tone is surprising. A 12:30 checkout is a small gesture that many similar hotels offer without question. When I brought up my concern at checkout, I asked the management team whether a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast or parking, could be offered given how short and pressured the experience was. While they were polite, nothing was done. The words were nice — but unfortunately, words feel empty when there’s no action behind them. I was genuinely planning to return with friends in the future, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. This hotel has potential, but the service culture and flexibility need to rise to the level of the price tag it commands.

We had our week-long honeymoon here in May 2025. As such it was an expensive (for us) treat. Overall, a mixed bag, so I'll start with what was FABULOUS: This is a very stylish, very upmarket hotel, but didn't feel stuffy or too formal. It's quiet and peaceful; the location and outlook is to die for. The staff are extremely helpful and delightful, particularly the housekeeping staff who can't do enough to help. We had complimentary Prosecco and chocolates on arrival which was a lovely touch. We don't regret our choice - it was lovely to be pampered and it felt special as was the occasion. What wasn't so great: This hotel is seriously expensive eg £15 for one Bloody Mary, poolside. If that isn't a problem for you, then fine, but it sent us looking for somewhere else to spend our days, which was a real shame. We expected it to be higher prices than other lesser hotels, but this felt like being ripped off. Oh, and 5.5EURO for some ice in the room! There are very clever wooden slats on each side of every room's balcony/terrace. These give you total privacy from other rooms on either side. However, what they also do is totally limit one's view of the sparkling Med and have a prison-like feel. Lastly, the bathroom was beautiful - the best bath I've ever laid in and a fantastic shower. The WC (and bidet) is in a separate room although it felt more like a cupboard. It had a proper door between it and the bathroom, but only a sliding door between it and the main room. So if you're a couple who don't mind hearing literally every single ablution your other half makes/emits then this won't be a problem for you! We're not! I've stayed at a lot of 5* hotels over the years and this is lovely, but I did come away thinking overall it is overpriced and the bathroom issue was one which will see me never return!

This place is absolutely fantastic, great for families. There is so much fun and plenty of activities for the kids. There's also a quiet infinity pool for the adults. There are 2 beautiful beaches within 7 minutes walk. There's a bus every 20 minutes most of the day to one of the beaches. There's a great selection of food to cater for all. I would highly recommend 👌

Great hotel – I can't say anything bad about it. It's located very close to a beautiful beach, which is directly accessible from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and in good condition. There was always plenty of choice at the buffet. What a fantastic animation team – our daughter had a great time at the Maxi Club! A big thank you and applause to everyone working at the club.

Service at reception amazing 5/5 Drinks at all inclusive. 1 type of beer and cold red wine from the machine. Cocktails are from machine so not nice too sugary 2/5 Rooms had a fantastic view of the sea we got the junior view. Room can be updated, old curtains and toilet is near the bed. The sink design is not great so the water goes everywhere. Balcony chairs and table was cheap. Bed not bad. TV was very old! 3/5 Pool was nice, clean and always a lifeguard there for people. Sea not far. Food was nice but not great. Nice selection of food but disappointed that there was only 1 restaurant. The Italian place was shut the whole time and only opened when we left so never got to go. Overall was nice but wouldn't go back. But thank you to the amazing customer service at reception.

We stayed at Blau Punta Reina in April 2022, and I still smile every time I think back to that holiday. It was our very first trip abroad as just the three of us—my daughters and I—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel made my birthday incredibly special with a lovely surprise card and a bottle of champagne delivered to my room. Such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anna Polish lady, the manager, and Ricardo (I hope I remembered his name correctly), who helped me immensely when I lost my wallet on the bus from Porto Cristo the day before we were meant to fly home. I was in a panic, but they acted quickly and with so much kindness and care—I'll never forget their support. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by beaches and perfect for scenic walks. The rooms were clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. There was plenty to keep my daughters entertained—from the kids’ club during the day to fun evening activities. One of our favourite moments was karaoke night, when my daughter Ola got up and sang Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles”—she felt like a star! While the girls were busy having fun, I treated myself to a relaxing massage at the spa, which was just what I needed. I would absolutely love to return, especially since I hear the place has been recently renovated. This hotel holds such special memories for us, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable holiday.

We have had a wonderful week here at Blau Punta Reina. The absolute highlight of the hotel, other than the stunning views, has been the animation team - they have been such a positive asset to the hotel. Welcoming, understanding with our children, encouraging them to join in and make friends, speaking so many languages to include all families. We loved the hotel songs/dances, makes the whole place have a family feel. In particular, Rachel & Sandra have been fantastic. The area is gorgeous - so clean. The resort has a Spanish village vibe to it. The food and drink is nice, different theme each night for some food in the main restaurant and you can all find something nice to eat. I’d give the food 7.5/10. The ‘fruit juice’ is made from a machine which is a bit disappointing if you don’t like the chemical taste in your drinks. This is also how the cocktails are made. But we have had a wonderful holiday, made lovely memories and would definitely recommend to families
