Overall it’s a good hotel choice for can Picafort, reception staff although very hard to get a hold of, are very nice and helpful! Views are absolutely stunning and although the pool is shallow it is actually very pleasant it’s the perfect child free pool to cool off in, great for those who can’t swim potentially.. only faults is value for money, the rooms boast amazing views (we were upgraded free of choice- thank you) but even so doors where hanging of frames black mold in bathroom shower leaks and room lacks many basic amenities. With this aside; the bed was huge and comfy! Same with pillows. Overall great hotel but definetly needs some TLC most of it is run down and staff are almost non existent , with This comes a positive of non crowdidrd areas so is relaxing. I put 4 stars and not 3 due to how amazing our Holliday was - thank you Llaut. I hope this feedback finds you well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The area is great. The rooms are nice i got a balcony and one double and a single for three people. Staff are lovely and willing. One thing was weird was no kettle or iron in the room it's shared to everyone. The pool is so strange only 0.7m deep I can't dip my full body it so shallow they also only have 4 daybeds and that's it. I went In September and it's very quiet, there was no one at the bars, best to go out , breakfast isn't great. But overall not bad , rooms cleaned every morning, fresh towels. The hotel closes very early.

We arrived very late and everything was setup for us to be able to access the hotel and our room despite there being no receptionist at that time. We had a double deluxe room with the hottub and sunbed on our balcony and it did not dissapoint. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast while not vast was tasty and allowed us a great start to the day. The location was absolutely perfect too, just a 5-7 walk from the beach and the main strip. We will definitely be staying again.

Rooms were clean enough, although they have weird bathroom shower windows, and some of them don't have doors or ventilation, so the smell fills the entire room. There's a nice central courtyard that is only accessible to a couple of the rooms. The pool looks much bigger on the photos. In actuality, it's more of a large bathtub than a pool, max depth 70cm. There's no real place to chill at night, but the location makes up for that. TL;DR The basics are good The luxury elements are for the photos

Great hotel, good location opposite the Marina close enough yet far enough away from the hustle of the main strip. Rooms are modern clean and well maintained. Lost a point for the shower door leaking (provided extra towels to stop the water, poor design of the cubicle is the problem) Staff are helpful and friendly, sorted my rental car. Breakfast is very nice fresh and tasty. Served in the restaurant adjacent. Plenty of good places to eat near by. Great views across the marina and bay, Pool area is pretty cool as well.

Apartments were a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool areas were very nice and clean, the adult only pool was our favourite and not too overcrowded. The free shuttle bus to and from the beach was fantastic and so convenient, running very regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way so expect a 15/20 minute walk down to the main strip but it is a flat walk. We only had breakfast during our stay which was nice enough and offered a good selection of food, but the actual dining area was very chaotic. Entertainment is good, there seemed to be a lot of activities on offer for children during the day and nighttime entertainment went on to around 11-11:30pm. Drinks very reasonabley priced from the bar. On site shop also very reasonably priced and has a great variety of products on offer.

The rooms are large with a big balcony to sit on. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. As part of being all inclusive you can get table service for your drinks, this was handy however they wouldn't allow you to go to the bar to order during busier times. Most of the cocktails were straight out of a tap, very sweet and not the greatest. You also have to wait until 7pm to be served these, although you can get them during the day at the adults only pool across the road. For the fancier cocktails you need to pay for these. The main thing letting this hotel down was the food. No flavour whatsoever and not very many options. Not good for kids as there are barely any kid-friendly options. However the snack bar had more options for kids food. We went out on our last night for dinner because we couldn't stand to eat the food any longer. If this improved I would have given the hotel 5 stars but it was a huge let down food wise.

We recently stayed and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that need improvement. **Pros:** - The pool was fantastic for kids, providing a great space for them to enjoy. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, we noticed that our children kept getting cuts on their feet while playing in the pool, which was concerning. - There was a lack of kids' entertainment around the pool during the day. Unless you bring your own floats, there isn't much for the children to do. - The arcade, which was advertised, was quite disappointing and misleading in terms of what was available. - The food options for children were limited. While adults and less picky eaters might find something to enjoy, we often had to order food from outside the hotel, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan. We also found ourselves frequently visiting the on-site shop for snacks and drinks. - Bar food was only available through table service, and we had to skip lunch at the restaurant due to the limited options. - Our room, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, did not include a kettle or coffee/tea facilities, which was a letdown as many other hotels provide this amenity. **Evening Entertainment:** The nighttime entertainment left much to be desired. The kids' disco played the same five songs in a repetitive order, and while bingo was fun, it felt like other hotels offered much more engaging entertainment options. While we appreciated the cost-saving aspect of this holiday, we likely won't be returning . If you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent for the evenings as well. Overall, I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its offerings for families

We recently stayed at Lagotel in Playa de Muro and had an overall enjoyable experience. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were consistently lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and came with a generously sized balcony, though we did experience some issues with mosquitos in the room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. While the hotel has good facilities, it wasn’t always easy to navigate. For example, we only discovered the separate adult pool on our last day. Clearer signage or a welcome guide would have been helpful. The food selection was great and varied, which I really enjoyed. However, having labels on the dishes would make it easier to know what was being served, and a few more drink options at mealtimes would be nice — currently it’s mainly wine or beer. The lunch bar by the pool was a lovely touch, though again, drink options were quite limited. I was a bit disappointed to learn that cocktails were only available after 7 p.m., as that’s usually my preferred choice over wine. Entertainment was lively and the bingo was a fun highlight of the evenings. That said, our room faced the stage area, and the loud music and noise made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. There’s a lovely beach nearby which is great for a relaxing day out, but aside from that, there isn’t too much to see or do in the immediate area unless you rent a car or take a taxi elsewhere. Overall, Lagotel offers a good experience, but a few small changes — like clearer information, improved air conditioning, and more flexible drink options — could really enhance the stay.

We have 0 free (!) Power Sockets, not even next to the bed. So we are not able to charge anything. After asking for support they offered a cheap multi socket, but I need to pay deposit. This is not what I call service. I know other rooms are better equipped, but our’s is like described And it is not really properly cleaned. Overall food (HP) is quite good, pools are fine; kids club and evening program is also fine. Animation team is really nice

Just got back from an amazing stay at Hotel Triton beach. Myself and my partner could not fault the place and definitely will be returning! Our room was small but efficient and clean with clothes hangers and a mini fridge. Food amazing too, we only had breakfast included as we like to go out in the evening but we did buy lunch there twice and it was just as good as the breakfast! All different varieties and the kitchen staff very nice. The pool was a nice size and very reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Staff are so lovely here and shoutout to Sebastian and Fran for being so friendly and making us feel very welcome, thank you!🥰 Location just perfect, so many bars, restaurants and shops near by and not to mention the beach is absolutely beautiful ❤️ Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic and we’ll definitely see you again next year!

I had a wonderful stay at Triton Beach Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect – from the cleanliness to the restaurant to the reception team. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful beyond words. It truly felt like I was surrounded by the best hotel team I’ve ever encountered. Special thanks to Farn at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food was also fantastic, with a great variety that kept every meal interesting and satisfying. Thank you Triton Beach for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

RAW CHICKEN SERVED TO US!! AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT AT ALL LIKE THEY ADVERTISED! This hotel was a horror. On the first night we arrived at 5am so tired we was put in a box room with hardly anywhere to move, the aircon fully broken and overheating. The man at reception was so rude to us and didn’t even let us change rooms he just said “nothing I can do you will have to speak to someone in the afternoon” Online stated “buffet style restaurant” instead we was served a set menu all week with barely any choices on the menu. All we could eat was fries most dinners and evening. I was then served RAW CHICKEN! Luckily I did not bite into this and cut it open to check first (a lot of people just bit straight into chicken) Thank god someone was watching me over me that day as I could of been seriously hospitalised or died from eating this. The hotel manager spoke to us and was very kind about this situation and did offer us the best room they had but this came at a price unfortunately we got handed a hand typed contract that she went and typed up while we sat and waited basically telling us we have no rights to post anything online, no negative reviews ect, we was basically bribed into signing this but what they didn’t know is that my uncle is a high up lawyer and confirmed the contract would not hold up in court and therefore would be a void contract. After the raw chicken incident the staff there turned cold and sour towards us. We was told our room was too messy even though we hadn’t even unpacked our suitcases in the room they upgraded us too and they left a letter saying about this. They then completly left our room alone and didn’t bother to ever come in and clean and left us having to go to reception everyday to get clean towels. The restaurant staff wasn’t as pleasant as they were before the chicken incident and the reception staff were just so rude from the beginning and utterly unhelpful with anything we asked them. The cocktails were served from a vending machine and tasted of washing up liquid, the drinks were watered down as they didn’t even taste of any alcohol whatsoever to the point I actually went to the shop to have my own bottle to pour into drinks. The rooms were average and barely luxury, there were signs of wear and tear all around the hotel. The boss of the hotel is also the rudest man I’ve ever come across in all my life, utterly cold and miserable and did not give an actual toss about our concerns. Not once did he even apologise or come up to us regarding being served raw chicken. No offer of a refund or partial refund off this hotel. There response will be just as bad as they were in person unfortunately and they will spin the narrative. Believe me when I say this, please avoid this hotel, do not come here. I promise you it looks so much nicer online but bear in mind we lived this nightmare. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. This hotel is based on deceit and lies. They would rather try to silence us with a contract than have anything negative put up online about them. The photos speak for themself and the video online has gained over 4 million views and news outlets and journalists wanting a story from us. That’s how bad this hotel is!

The hotel has rooms of very differrent sizes. After we were checked in a 'pocket' the reception kindly agreed on a room change and we enjoyed our stay in a spaciuos room with a big balcony and a great view. Special thanks to the reception and in general to all smiling, pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is very well located virtually next to the promenade and in some 300 m from the closest beach.

I saw a post about a guy getting served raw chicken in the hotel which reminded me that I too had this happen to me without ever leaving a review here. A year ago I booked a room for a week all inclusive, we we're promised a diverse buffet and air conditioning in our room. Once we arrived we found out that we had no working airco in our room, we asked to be moved to another room but this wasnt possible unless we wanted to pay another couple hundred euros. We bought a two fans that day and kept them spinning all day so we could sleep at night. The first and only time we ate at the hotel we also got served raw chicken after i've already took a couple of bites. I told an employee but he didnt care and said I should eat something else if I didnt like it. From that point onwards they didnt clean our room anymore and they completely ignored us when asking a question. DO NOT GO HERE, the owner and employees should take some lessons of customer service as they are one of the worst i've ever seen. If you've already booked cancel it and go to another hotel, every hotel is better than this.

We were 3 40+ females. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading some reviews. Location was perfect, just off strip. Hotel was clean and all staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were good - we were all inclusive in a room for 3. Already decided to book again next year. Pools/sunbeds are really nice. Mainly a younger crowd but also a mixture of ages. Would recommend 100%.

Stayed here 4/11 April '25 No complaints about the hotel itself. Rooms very clean and a great balcony. As for the food....I ended up eating cold meat, cheese and bread rolls for breakfast and dinner. (We were half board) food was mostly cold, even when it was brought straight from the kitchen. Change the food and more people will enjoy your lovely hotel.

Stayed here for the second time and it was lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious, hair dryers in bathroom but sadly no kettle. Food was lovely too. Pool area clean and spacious. Close to all other local amenities. Would definitely recommend although wouldn't take children.

Hotel HM Martinique in Magaluf is a cracking choice for anyone ready to embrace the party scene, and I’m baffled by the negative reviews—some folks must have delusions of grandeur expecting a 5-star resort in stag-and-hen central! This is a very nice hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: a lively, fun base for a proper Magaluf holiday, complete with super duper comfy pillows that made crashing after a night out pure bliss. Our 20-man stag do had an absolute blast here. The hotel’s vibe is spot-on for party-goers, with a location just a short stumble from The Local Pub (shoutout to Raul for keeping our nights buzzing!). The cleaning could use a touch more attention to detail—found a few hairs above the bathroom mirror (7ft up, not my problem!) and one in a corner—but in a hotel handling constant stag and hen chaos, it’s barely worth mentioning. Managing that madness must be tough, and they nail it. The staff’s patience was a standout. Our travel agency messed up our booking, forcing us to pay upfront again, but the hotel was incredibly accommodating, handling the mix-up with professionalism that earned them these 4 stars. If you’re here to party and don’t take the piss, HM Martinique won’t disappoint. Book it, enjoy it, and leave the snooty expectations at home!

This is a lovely very well kept hotel throughout. Staff are very tentative. Food was good, plenty of choice and rooms were bright and airy. The only thing I can say in a negative way, is how you are pestered when you arrive. 2 guys in reception are there straight at you trying to sell tickets for boat trips, gringo bingo etc(one named Max or Matt) in fact it's peer pressure, and very very off putting. They follow you around until something is booked. I'm really suprised the hotel allows this. If people including myself wish to book something up, I'm sure they will go out and have a look at what's available, and compare prices too for best value. Overall a very pleasant stay, but HM Martinique please sort these guys out x

We stayed for a week at this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing holiday at our stay here. The reception area of the hotel is beautiful and modern. The pool and restaurant and bar are located on the same floor. Great pool facilities with numerous sun beds and a bar by the pool, there were also lifeguards on deck constantly for safety and there were enthusiastic staff who conducted morning pool activities which were great fun. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view of the mountains and sea. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, amazing selection and really something for everyone.The restaurant had a buffet style of fry ups, cereal, fruits, fresh meats and cheeses, pastries and chefs making up fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes the entire morning. We would also like to thank the cleaning staff for their wonderful service, rooms were made up every day even if we left the room later than the morning. We had a great stay, staff and facilities were excellent. Location could not have been better, 2 minutes to the bus stop- 3/4 minutes to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the strip. Would really recommend this hotel.

PLEASE read before booking!!! Sol Guadalupe offers a convenient location and generally pleasant facilities, and I found the staff, particularly Alfredo the supervisor, to be exceptionally nice and professional in their efforts to assist guests. However, my recent stay(8 nights)was significantly marred by the disruptive behavior of some young British tourists. Unfortunately, a noticeable contingent of these guests displayed a distinct lack of consideration for others, often being excessively loud and rude,all night long, every day and night... The prevalence of public intoxication, including instances of vomiting, created an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere, in the common areas. While the hotel staff did their best to manage these situations, it appeared that the sheer volume of such incidents overwhelmed their efforts, suggesting a potential loss of control by management over this specific issue. It's truly a shame, as the hotel itself has much to offer. Ultimately, the enjoyment of a shared space like a hotel relies heavily on the education, responsibility, and respect of its guests – qualities that were unfortunately absent in the behavior of many of the younger British individuals I encountered. This place will most likely become a place just for this kind of tourist, as I doubt that someone will ever want to return, after a such experience, or will recommend to friends and family. We had the holiday together with 3 more families, 5 rooms in total, on different floors and every single floor experience this problems with those youngsters. Is not an isolated issue.

We booked double rooms at Sol Guadalupe for a friends’ trip and had an amazing experience. The rooms were always clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. What we loved the most was the location – it’s just a short walk from the beach and close to the lively streets of Magaluf. The hotel also has a great outdoor area with a large pool, perfect for kids and relaxing during the day. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. Highly recommended!

SO impressed with this hotel! The location is ideal, close enough to everything without being in the overly noisy and crazy areas. The staff are absolutely amazing and work so hard keeping the place spotless and well serviced. The breakfast buffet is like nothing I’ve ever seen, so much choice! Not that we used it but was great to see how well it caters to disabled people too. Plenty of activities to participate in round the pool and great night entertainment. Would definitely come back here again.

The family room was nice and big with 2 balconies which is great. The hotel is clean, good staff, pool and evening entertainment. Enjoyed the stay. Couple of nights, there were noisy guests which can be improved. The breakfast is repetitive and very few choices especially hot food counter. Baked beans were watery and can be easily improved. The dinner also very basic and lack choices. There should be some bread/Naan in dinner which was missing. Also the pork and beef was repeating whereas Chicken, Vegetarian options were few. Always queue for breakfast and dinner as everyone was trying to get hot freshly made food. Food need to improve massively. Overall I like to hotel, location and cleanliness. Food need to be improved massively and water options should be provided in restaurants and rooms.

The hotel is decent enough but the rooms show signs of obvious wear and tear. Cleanliness is good but we had to specifically ask in reception for them to vaccum the floor which is a little silly since it is a hotel situated almost on the beach. By day four, the floor was quite sandy. Fridge and AC in the room are a big plus. We were upgraded to a seaside room with a small balcony for 30 euros for the duration of our stay as we arrived just outside of the main season. It has a decent view of the beach and the sea. Staff are nice and friendly. They have beach towels free of charge in reception. The biggest drawback of this hotel are the clientele. They are mostly British people aged 18-25 who are very loud. Combine this with the thin walls and doors of the hotel and you can hear everything from their obnoxious drunken screaming to their slamming of doors and running down the hallway. Earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper. They're really only active between 1600-0400, lounging by the pool during the daylight hours. You'll see some of them at breakfast but the hotel is mostly quiet between 0800-1500.

Fab modern hotel, was impressed by the standard of rooms. Was able to check in a couple hours early for 2/3 of our rooms which was great. No key card you get a wristband with a tag on it which is handy for personal use but not great if you’re needing to nip up to friends/family room on their behalf or to check on them

If I could give 0 stars I would. From start to finish what a horrible experience for the price paid. Arrive there shower isn’t working 5 days we waited for it to be fixed , no kettle two TINY single beds that slide about the room with any weight on them what so ever. So next we have money and a watch stolen out the room by cleaners after leaving a do not disturb sign on door then caught her in room pretending didn’t no what we were saying. Coincidentally once we told the staff what had went on we wake up r 4am with security chapping our room saying we have been smoking in the room wrc when it was on the balcony which is perfectly aloud I would assume? So after the complaint at door at went to sleep wake up with 6 police rattling our room door threatening us for apparently smoking in the rooms when we never did was so odd and apparently an alarm was going off in the reception but not in the actual room was insane the full situation. The cleaners also just walk in the room Willy nilly if have do not disturb on doors on several occasions. It is also 11 euros for a drink that tastes like it’s been made by a 4 year old with their first slushy maker. All over a horrible experience and do not book this. Also the breakfast ending at half 10 in magaluf come on it needs to be later.

I visit the island every year! It is a big island with lovely places full of restaurants and coffee! The beaches are lovely and you can still find beaches that don't charge the umbrella and the sunbeds on top of your order! Pythagoreio, Marathokabos, Kokkari, and psili Ammos are a few of the places you can visit!

While being over in Turkey we done the day visit to the Greek island Samos. We had a really nice day over on the island and would recommend going if you've got the chance. It's absolutely beautiful! The only thing I would say is make sure you know what you want to do before going and possibly think about hiring a motorbike or car for the day as some of the main attractions are more inland of the island. We visited a lovely little pizza restaurant just along down from the main square of the marina which I would also highly recommend, really reasonable priced and amazing food!

We have been coming to this hotel for three years, staying for two weeks between June and July. It’s a lovely hotel with a unique touch that we really enjoy. The strong points are definitely the spacious rooms, the common areas, and the quality of the food. The Kids Club entertainers are wonderful, always kind and engaging. Our room cleaner is fantastic too; when she’s not there, you can really feel the difference. We also want to give a big compliment to the staff: one day, our daughter’s Labubu doll went missing from the room. We asked reception if they could help us look for it, and they kindly searched the entire hotel, eventually finding it at the Kids Club where our daughter had probably left it. Points for improvement: better control at the buffet, as some guests don’t respect hygiene rules. I also think it’s a pity that water and other drinks aren’t provided through dispensers and instead must be paid for. Another point I didn’t appreciate this year is the centralized air conditioning; not being able to adjust it, I would have preferred it much cooler at night.

Excellent stay, family of 4 with an 8 & 12 year old, loft room was perfect!! Breakfast was great, kids club great for our 8 year old, location good, 5 min drive to old town and marina!! Must check out as most local restaurants/shops won't meet expectations. Parking on street free and easy to park Couldn't fault our stay! Not sure if pool/sea view is worth the additional cost due to limited view and some unpleasant looking apartments nearby!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at INNSiDE Alcudia! The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming – truly outstanding service. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with an impressive variety of options: hot and cold dishes, fresh bread (including gluten-free), fruits, pastries, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts – something for everyone. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and for those who enjoy staying active, there’s a well-equipped gym on site or bikes for rent. The hotel also features great restaurants in a stylish setting. We didn’t have any problems in finding a parking spot near the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel – a perfect place to relax and enjoy a high-standard holiday!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The loft suite we had was spacious and had everything from a full size fridge, microwave, good comfortable beds and more. (The only downside was the television reception was poor but to be honest it was a relief not to listen to the news for a few days.) We were on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was excellent, everything was available, well presented and cooked. The hotel itself is wonderful and has been beautifully decorated with loads of quirky items and pictures everywhere. The staff are really helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The pool facilities are excellent as is the onsite gym. The housekeeping is first class. This is without doubt the premier hotel in Alcudia and deserves a higher rating than 4 star. Credit to everyone at the Innside hotel alcudia for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The eating and seating areas have been so well designed with a great range of seats benches and lounging areas all surrounded by gorgeous planting, lighting , and quirky animals dotted around. Rooms were so clean and very nicely presented. Lovely pool area , close to great shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great food with a wide selection available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fresh fish and meat grilled right in front of you. The beach bar is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Sunbeds are available for an extra charge, but there was plenty of space to lay down a towel on the beach. Very comfortable beds. Nice, modern rooms with spacious bathrooms and showers. There’s a fridge in the room. It was quiet everywhere by 11 PM. What I didn’t like: Wi-Fi wasn’t consistent throughout the hotel – it kept disconnecting by the pool. There was a daily "battle" for sunbeds; by 9 AM they were all taken. The pool is quite small, more for cooling off than swimming. There were lots of mosquitoes, as the hotel is near a lake – bring repellent. The coffee wasn’t good. Thin walls in the rooms. Overall we would definitely come back here again.

Very successful stay, nice and clean hotel. evening shows every day and during the day there are also activities. rooms are nice, clean, towels are changed every day, we liked it very much. Good location, about 100m to the beach. Only comments: the pool is a bit small for over 500 rooms, which means a lot of guests. Unfortunately, one very small place designated for smoking. Regarding the bar belonging to the hotel, located on the street (main entrance), which is not for All inclusive, we sat there just to smoke and the young gentleman from the service asked us out, it was not nice. I do not understand all inclusive hotels, and when you are here, many things on the menu are not all in.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very good overall experience - good size rooms with everything you may need, the food is basic but varies every day which is nice. However, the pool area is limited which means it’s impossible to get a sun lounger between 9-3pm & the all inc drinks are very poor. The beach bar is a great idea but the execution doesn’t match it 100%. It’s great that there are toilets, all inc drinks served but- far away from the hotel, limited area to sit down & drinks are served in cups that almost fall apart after a few minutes. However! The hotel has a cafe/bar just outside the hotel which serves incredible cocktails (not inc in the all inc but very well priced). Generally a great value for money and staff and lovely.

Very good hotel. We have been here for the second time and want to return soon. Staff: is very nice, attentive and hard working Food: Very good and enough variety. Improvement could be that it could be warmer, it is sometimes not really warm. Only some heating light above the good was not enough. Rooms: Small but good. Clean and fresh rooms. Point of improvement could be that it is very, very noisy. They could do something about this, perhaps apply insulation. WiFi is not very good. Location of hotel: Great and plenty to do in the area. All in all a nice hotel with very nice helpful people on staff. Keep up the good work!

UPDATE: We received a call from the management during our stay. Following the conversation, we were provided with a toilet brush, and the fridge in our room was replaced. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a voucher for two complimentary cocktails to make up for the inconvenience. It was also agreed that from that point onward, housekeeping would properly clean the room, and that a dirty cup — which had previously been placed back as if it were clean — would be replaced. Unfortunately, despite this agreement, the toilet, shower, and sink were never cleaned once during our entire 8-day stay. The dirty cup also remained in the room until the very last day. Very disappointing. In general, the hotel’s cleanliness left much to be desired: elevators were visibly dirty, and tables in the pool area were often sticky and unclean. Moreover, the in-room telephone did not work at any point during our stay. This is extremely concerning, especially in the context of potential emergencies such as a fire — from a safety perspective, this is simply unacceptable. In the pool area, guests are only allowed to receive one towel per person, and the towel is far too short to fully cover the sunbed. Lying directly on the hot surface with bare skin was very uncomfortable. We pointed this out, but were told that hotel policy allows only one towel per guest. It’s a real shame, because the hotel itself and the view are truly beautiful. However, the overall experience is heavily overshadowed by the lack of — or in many cases, completely absent — service. — To the Management – our stay continues for 4 more days: Please take this feedback seriously and make noticeable improvements. We are open to revising our review if things improve. Pros: • Beautiful view from the hotel. Cons: Pool Area: • No visible service staff. • No guidance on where to find available sunbeds – guests have to figure it out themselves. • Sometimes all sunbeds are taken. • Unreliable towel service: often no staff present, and you’re sent to the reception to collect towels. • Many sunbeds lack umbrellas – guests have to find and carry them on their own while staff watch without offering help. • No service at the Sky Pool: no towels, no instructions on where to return them after use. • No drinks menu or QR code at the sunbeds – this should be standard in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: • No bottled still water included – disappointing considering the room price. Room Service: • Our room was not cleaned – we had to go to reception again because the phone hasn’t worked for days. Even after reminding staff, the floor and the toilet were not cleaned. • The water in the minibar is not replenished The fridge doesn’t cool properly – drinks stay lukewarm. • Poor room layout – very noisy, no privacy, no toilet brush in the bathroom. Underground Parking: • €18 per day is very expensive. • Despite booking for the entire stay, a note was left on our car asking for payment – another trip to reception. • You have to get out of the car to scan your key card at the gate – inconvenient and poorly designed. Room Key Card: • The key card stops working after contact with mobile phones, which already forced us to go back to the reception multiple times just to access our room again. Very frustrating. Conclusion: A 4-star hotel should make the stay easier, not harder. Unfortunately, we’re experiencing the opposite. We’ve had to go to reception multiple times because things aren’t working or are simply missing – cleaning, towels, or technical issues. Everything has to be organized by the guest – there is practically no service. This does not meet the standard we are used to from similar hotels. We truly hope that you take this feedback seriously and use the remaining days of our stay to make meaningful improvements. In that case, we would be willing to reconsider our review.

Fabulous hotel - staff on reception and around the hotel could not be more polite and helpful - to top it off I had a sports massage in the Thalasso Spa brilliant Flori was exceptional and professional - I could not recommend higher! Also we thought prices here are very reasonable and our room and the hotel restaurants and pool areas are kept spotless. All around very chilled out place everyone else here seems very happy! The hotel rooms were spacious and clean on arrival. Daily room cleaning was spotty as was service at reception... it depended on the agent who was on. While the hotel was right on the beach, it was not a beach resort. The beach was not part of the hotel and you had to pay for chaises etc. Also, there were not nearly enough chairs by the pool to accommodate the size of the hotel. But it was very convenient to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is one of the best choices on the island! Location right on the beach, pool with a view and great room. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space in the room. The service was great as always, very friendly staff that has been there for many years and are helpful and in great energy. This hotel is also a great spot for cyclist, there is a cycling cellar where you can safely store your bikes.

Superb hotel, staff are excellent, so friendly & polite! We had a junior suite, spotlessly clean, lounge area, bedroom with super walk in shower, 2 balcony's over looking 1 of the excellent pools. Great choice of food, spotlessly clean facilities throughout & 2 lovely pools, great location. Easy walk into Porto Colom & lots of choice for lovely restaurant's, especially S'Arenal Portocolom. Cala Marcal beach which is just beautiful is a 15 minute walk. Thank you to all the staff you were fabulous!

Just had a fantastic break here. Very quiet and safe location with lovely views, friendly staff and modern rooms with excellent bathrooms and comfy beds. Be aware this hotel isn’t strictly “adults only”, there were some well behaved children but the hotel isn’t geared towards kids and is more suitable for couples (it would be even better if it was adults only). Good buffet restaurant and bars but the all inclusive cocktails are from a machine (slightly disappointing), also no bar at the front pool. Easy walking distance to Cala Marçal beach and very smart restaurants. The hotel was very clean throughout and the manager appeared to make daily inspections of all areas. There were some good bands on some evenings and nice activities team. Would love to return.

The room was nice and clean, the Buffet for breakfast and Dinner was really good, fresh and the Dinner Buffet had good variation. The staff ist very friendly and well trained. The outside Pools are Clean and there ist enough space to chill out with a bar directly at the Pool. There ist live music some evenings until about 11 PM. There ist alot to see and do in or near portocolom. Can recommend it 👍🏻🍹🏝️

Hello, I'd like to share my experience from staying at Vistamar Portocolom :) I will be honest. I am sitting now on my terrace - I wanted to sleep, but it is not possible. The problem is noise from elevator. I stay at room 708, next to elevator and please try to sleep there for one night to understand what me and other guests try to say. Around 10 - 12pm when people come back to rooms and elevators are yet more busy, it is just crazy. Nobody can turn here after this experience - please try it, to understand. The company needs to invest into much more quiet elevators, seriously. Also room doors have the same problem - they close so roughly, please insert thin gums to prevent this noise ... This hotel has very good potencial to be beautiful place for relaxing holidays. It is located very close to a cosy port. I would love to have chance to spend afternoon on the sea - with a local guide, really. Then go to the pool, btw this hotel has two pools, one for swimmers and one for chillers - both great. The restaurant is cool, but in my own opinion, it would be great, if the offer here would be in just healthy way - more salads, fresh sandwiches, healthy way and all day. For the real lunch or dinner, I'd personally prefer to visit some local restaurant, let's be honest - nobody wants to be fixed in one place all day long really, so it is. Restaurant in Vistamar to me feels like place to have some good healthy light snack, all day ... Vistamar Portocolom in my experience is good place to go, but the company should see the things which are important to carry on, this place has good potential ... Petra ... In the end I would like to thank you for beautiful six days spent in Mallorca, hope to come back again 🩷☀️☘️

On arrival the hotel looks lovely and in a great spot. When entering the room wasn't overly happy as it wasn't clean the shower flooded and patio doors didn't lock. The only niggle regarding the pool was a duck that pooed everywhere in and out of pool and a cracked egg broke into pieces in the pool yes it was scooped out but remains are still in pool 3 days on. I really thought it might have been hoovered out with a pool hoover. The reaction from staff was it wasn't really their problem. But overall happy with holiday

Special shout out to the Christel for entertaining us with trivia nights + poolside activities each day, even if there were some integrity concerns about the winner of the quizzes!

This hotel has everything you could want in a holiday. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The food is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. Entertainment is the usual hotel style. The drinks are very good and served in glasses to suit the drink…..bonus. The hotel is close to the promenade and the sea. All in all this hotel is just perfect. But……..don’t tell everyone lol.

It's a two minute walk from the beach; close to bars and restaurants and they have the best breakfast choice I have ever experienced as you can have an array of healthy smoothies every day. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are also very comfortable. The animation team are great especially during aqua fit. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and would definitely return.

Rooms are lovely. Cleaned everyday. The showers are unreal. Never had a shower like it. You get blown away and nice and hot if you wanted. They called my room and asked if everything was okay, which I've never had and it's amazing they check up. Food is lovely if all inclusive. Everything is hot and plenty of choice. Estrella beer which is a bonus. Cant fault this place and will be coming back again next year.

This is our second stay at the Zafiro Rey Don Jaime, it didn't disappoint the staff were welcoming amd friendly, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable so we had no problems sleeping. There is a variety of food each night served buffet style which my husband and I enjoyed and and the bar make great cocktails. The hotel is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We are looking forward to our holiday next year at the Zafiro Rey Don Jaime.

I have never been here before but I will be back ! The Staff were very friendly and helpful . My room was fantastic and cleaned every day and fresh towels every day ! The food/drinks were great each restaraunt was beautiful and lovely to dine in . The bar was great and I did not wait long to be served .The pool area was great and the activities (aqua aerobics) was fun . Hotel and food are excellent . The rooms Are tidied every day . The food is one of the best I have had in a four star. We used the gym which is also good for a Spanish gym. My Only Negatives would be having to Que for a soft Drink And they have a token system which I find quite annoying . Would be nice to be able to help myself to water if needed . The reception staff could do with being a bit more approachable and happy but, apart from that it’s well worth the money and we have had a lovely stay.

my boyfriend and i have just arrived home from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel and we have absolutely no complaints. it was a beautiful hotel, with a great atmosphere. the room was good, just what we needed - along with a balcony with a gorgeous view. the pool area was lovely, there’s always plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day so no need to worry. the pool bar was great, there was plenty of food and drinks available all day! the restaurant was lovely too. the entertainment team were fantastic, especially Lucas who we got to know very well. he’s a credit to the hotel and you can tell that he loves his job! he looked after us all week and got us involved in many different activities and having fun, then wished us a safe journey home at the end of the week with a massive cuddle. i hope he’ll still be there when we visit again next year! really do recommend this lovely hotel, just want we wanted from this holiday.

A 9 night holiday started with the air-conditioning not working in the whole of the hotel and took 3 days to fix. The toilets outside for pool use, were out of order all of our holiday. The toilets inside had one cubicle out of order all holiday. Speaks volumes about the maintenance team. Three tiny lifts 450kg weight limit Or 6 persons. Six kids more like. You could not get 6 small adults in. When coming down from top floors, expect to stop at nearly every floor due to lift capacity and speed at which they operate. Cost of living affects everything including hotels. But this place puts profit before anything else. The food consisted of all the cheap cuts of meat. That being, pork, chicken and some kind of fish, turned into all kinds of made up dishes. Pork paella, who new. Also the equipment provided to the entertainment staff is poor quality and in some cases dangerous. So much so some activities like archery don't happen anymore. On the plus side, no rush for beds. Pool is not open until 10am, but you can get out and reserve your favourite spot before that. Plenty of beds to go around and they are all brand new, and so are the umbrellas. Staff are friendly enough and helpful. If you eat food from outside buffet, beware of dive bombing seagulls that will take your burger in a flash, just like they do back home. 3 Star hotel at best.

Lovely clean hotel never saw any mess. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, helpful happy staff. Nice pool area. The breakfast was great lots of choice. The lunch and dinner was very limited for vegetarians with it being pizza, pasta and chips. The drinks menu was also limited for cocktails only having about 5 different ones. I would recommend the brandy,or rum with coke. With that being said I enjoyed my stay here and for the cost would stay again. The hotel looks like it's at the back of the resort but it's only a few minutes walk to bars and beach. One main negative are the lifts having only 3 which take max of 4- 5 people to serve 8 floors it can be a long wait to get one so most of the time it's a jog up and down the stairs lucky I was on the 4th floor.

Party of 4 adults 5 nights lovely hotel can't really complain about anything only minor details. The lifts are crap but we was on the second floor so didn't really matter to us, queuing at the bar could be helped by turning one of the machines around and letting ppl get their own drink. And maybe play a bit more music around the pool. But in all honesty that's just me nit picking we had a wonderful time the food is exactly what you would expect from any all inclusive as are the drinks. We are coming back next year for longer. I am surprised no one has mentioned the seagulls nicking food 😂 this is a daily thing but everyone thought is was funny and took it in good humour.

The hotel was exceptional, from the moment we walked in we were treated with such welcoming kindness by Eva at the reception desk, we arrived early but could leave our bags with reception and go enjoy the pool in the meantime. The food was open buffet plan, great choice of everything you want, and something for everyone. The location was the best, the beach access from the hotel is amazing if you're not into sand like us, and the pool was great! It feels very safe, you can leave your bags while going walking around or swimming. The location is great and close to the city center, amazing restaurants and close to bus transfers, an hour from the airport by car. The travel guide Paula was really helpful as well in helping us plan boat trips and city planning. Will definitely come back and can’t wait!

Just returned from a few days away at Barceló Ponent Beach. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was travelling as a solo traveler and felt totally comfortable in the hotel. The staff were super friendly and very happy to help with all sort of questions. You can hire beach towels from reception for 10 euros deposit, which is great when i was had a small carry on suitcase. I choose the H/B option, and can honestly say the food options we some of the best, a lot of choice and great to try some new food. My room number was 442, i had a fab view of the beach and pool, was lovely to sit outside on the balcony to read of an afternoon. A really lovely stay, and would happily return, but will also look at using Barceló for other trips away.

Had such an amazing all-inclusive trip here where my partner & I were really able switch off together. Room was stunning (and we had the most basic one) and the housekeeping team always ensured it remained that way. The staff were incredibly friendly and worked very hard. Yadih (to name but one) was incredibly helpful during our first dinner and throughout the rest of the trip, and we were always greeted so warmly at the restaurant. The bar team were very efficient and in high spirits despite the very long hours and the entertainment team sure put in their all. We left the hotel on just 2 occasions during a week because the location was so great with space to sun bathe, swim in the sea, or use the facilities like a spa. Food was also really great, always a huge range of good quality staples to choose from whilst offering some really high quality different dishes-always left very satisfied. Thank you so much!

Lovely hotel in perfect spot to explore Calador. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, lots of choice. Pool area over looking over the sea is fabulous and pool bar good. Make sure you get a sea view room the view is stunning! Cannot fault the hotel staff, all the waiters and team were lovely. We had an issue with our toilet with was rectified within minutes. Shout out to Cathy who sorted our room for us when there was a slight issue at check in. Entertainment in the evening was a bit of fun! Would definitely recommend and hoping to come back in the future.

Spent 7 nights here and really enjoyed it! We went for half board and could pick and choose whether we wanted lunch or dinner. Nice to have that option with loads of lovely food places in town (15 min walk). The buffet was generally pretty good and lots of options. Hotel was clean. Lovely view of the sea and easy access. Pools were a little small but not difficult to find a sunbed. Biggest let down were the lifts that weren’t really working/very slow. Nice and clean rooms. Staff were lovely. Entertainment team by the pool in the afternoons were a bit loud if you wanted to relax but there was a large variety of activities (+free sangria/mojitos). Perfect hotels for couples and families. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel nice, staff friendly, rooms clean, loved the terrace with little pool, enjoyed interaction with staff, aqua aerobics and archery. Unfortunately the food was almost inedible. I lived off salad nearly all week and that wasn't that nice either. Not much choice on mains. Chicken possibly undercooked, I didn't eat it. Breakfast - Scrambled egg watery and tasteless, bacon and sausages just weird tasting, a lot of garlic in mushrooms. Desserts were nice though. Not impressed with 48 euro charge for safe in room, rather excessive I thought.

If you think going here, DON'T, Let's start with location is amazing 4/5. Staff is bit rude. Restaurant is pretty small. If you start early on time you may find seats. Lady in resturant is really rude jaimin. She berates. There is only allowed 3 tokens at time to get a cup in bar. You take tokens to get a drink in cup. Nothing was mentioned in package. Food, is OK. You don't choices. If you love non veg there is few good options but in veg or vegan it's similar to none. No options at all. I eat veg and non veg. Desserts the same everyday. No options. Staff in restaurant is amazing except jaimin who interacted w us so far rudely. Staff in reception is good. Bar is good. But to take drink you will need token. Swimming pool area bit small and crowded. Location is pretty good. Beach is like 10 mins walk. Less probably. Market in taxi is 10 mins. Rooms Are worst. No kettle to boil water, No water bottle for free to drink in room. You either have to fill it up in drinks section or buy. No minibar, minifridge. Shower had no shampoo, hand wash till our second day. We called 3 times and the staff asks do you know how to use it? Rooms bed are shakey alot. Design is too old and bad. A wall painting almost felt like falling down. In total hotel experience was terrible. People aka staff made it worse. I have been to many hotel worst, but staff were good that make me think go again. Think twice before booking here. Waited 3 mins to post, wifi is terrible. Own opinion and own review. Just come back after a week here hotel is clean enough staff friendly and helpful good central location however how it's got a four star rating I don't know if you want a safe it's 5euro a day no kettle in rooms no tea coffee ect no complimentary water kettles are available to hire only on a weekly basis 16euro plus 10 deposit so 26 euro the same for an iron only available for a week at 26 euro food not great very repetitive we ate out a few times because of this a really annoying thing is the maids start cleaning very early in the morning talking and singing very loudly indeed no need or respect for guest you only get your beds n towels cleaned if you put a card on the bed only left one bath towel for 2 of us constantly having to ask for an extra towel would we stay again no it's worth paying a bit extra to stay in globales st Lucia much better hotel the hotel only has one bar far to small for amount of guests always big ques swimming pool again to small for amount of guests extremely poor Internet can not stress enough this should not be a four star rating hotel

Just back from a 10 night stay. Reception area probably the nicest part of this hotel. Rooms are OK however do not waste your money asking to upgrade to a sea view as all balconies are concrete so sitting down you cannot see anything you need to stand up. All inclusive is only for local drink only, if you want a pina colada for example they make this with malibu rum therefore you have to pay, I don't understand why this cannot be made with their local white rum. The young barman (didn't catch his name) is miserable, unhelpful and has a can't be bothered attitude. Dolores very friendly and Bruno in the restaurant polite. From Thursday to Sunday/Monday lots of stag/hen parties round the pool, very rowdy, noisy and not relaxing at all. The sun loungers round the pool are so close together it's like sardines in a tin, spent most of the time at the beach which is lovely. Breakfast and lunch ok however evening meals not great, very repetitive, food not hot. They have a couple of microwaves however this just makes the food soggy so we did a few nights eating out which is much better. Tables at the pool bar outside do not get cleaned regularly and some are disgusting. Had a couple of power cuts whilst there which is not good especially for elderly guests on the high floors or disabled guests. The power was off quite a few hours and again the next morning. I will definitely be back to Palma Nova however will definitely not stay at Globales Panama and would not recommend it.

Night time food was very much the worst I have experienced EVER on holiday, even with being first in line the pasta was already cold...not even warm!! Breakfast was much better. Christina on reception was so warm & welcoming. Also unfortunately did not catch the lady's name who provided the entertainment, such a beautiful smile made everyone's night (hard-working lady) The hotel was very peaceful at night & very clean. A good experience if you don't have an evening meal. Don't stay for the magic show...sorry but it was just awful, all the other singers were brilliant 😀

Great hotel, large rooms, staff are helpful. The location is close to the beach/shops/public transport. The food is good, lots of choice. I would recommend all inclusive as drinks can add up to quite a lot if you pay separate (even coffee and fizzy drinks). Only thing I didn’t like is some of the guests can be really noisy but that is not the hotel’s fault of course.

This was not a bad hotel at all. I’d read some negative reviews but was happy with what we found. The only negative was we asked for 2 rooms together. When we arrived the man on reception said they didn’t have that and put one couple on the second floor and us on the ground floor, he said we’d get moved the next morning. We said it was ok, but he insisted it would happen because our room was close to the entrance it’s noisy and that the manager knew. He was right,it was noisy. it was also a disabled room. So next day we went to reception and they said they had no other rooms and no one was leaving. We couldn’t be bothered to argue, so we just said we’d stay and put up with the noise. However you could pay to upgrade your room, so there were rooms available and we later saw people leaving. Despite this, the hotel is clean, with friendly staff. Good pool, plenty of sun beds. Use of a courtesy room if needed. May get busy in the main season. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. A few bars, pool tables. A five minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Let me speak on behalf of the whole hotel. Not for the lads that treated the hotel like a party hotel. This hotel is adults only for the old or couples to get away from shouting and screaming. Having grown men with loud speakers on wasn’t very nice for the older generation. Even one of the management staff had to come to tell them to “shut up” as a Brit would say. The hotel is disabled friendly with ramps, a wheelchair lift and first floor disabled rooms. Which I’ll give them credit for. But only issue is these need electricity to work. We went without electricity for over 4 hours and no water for 4 hours. No toilet nothing. Having to go to a local bar to got to the toilet... Lights coming on, coming off. Lifts oh the lifts not working most of the time. Disabled people, older folk walking up 5 flights of stairs to get to their rooms. Then having to turn on the shower for the water to be cold! Like freezing cold. And I went to reception to be told someone will come have a look… I’m not one to moan but to see people spending crazy money to have to put up this stuff like this isn’t good enough. The food is crap (nothing like the photos!). Feels like the same thing day in day out. I previously stayed in a hotel next to this and that was amazing (Globales Mimosa)! So for a Globales hotel this is below rubbish. I hope they can turn this hotel around because it is a nice place. The room is alright nothing special. It’s got a decent amount of room.

Quality and diversity of buffets food was exceptional 5 stars. Maybe one of the best buffets I had, definitely the best paella I had in a hotel. My son enjoyed the kids sessions and the entertainment was good quality. The hotel is located 5 mins from the beach, therefore a walking distance and very close to shops. Room cleanliness was OK. The hotel has 3 pools including the kids slides which keeps the entertained. They also offer outdoor food service during the day which is ideal for children. Outdoor maintenance could be improved especially cleanliness, more attention to details would be recommended. It is indeed a very good family hotel and the atmosphere is very chilled we will come back in future.

What a brilliant hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations. The entertainment team (Sally, Andreas and Anton) were absolutely incredible. All the activities were suitable for children and adults, they were always involved and positive. Completely made our stay. The rooms were extremely clean, cleaners were all very friendly couldn’t fault them at all. If you’re coming to stay as an all inclusive guest and like to drink, it’s worth reading up! We were very fortune that we read reviews and knew what to expect. Due to the new laws, you are allowed 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner ( wine or beer ). Otherwise, all drinks need to be paid for. As an all inclusive guest, drinks are discounted by about €1-€2 euros. However this did not change our stay at all. The bar staff all dealt with it brilliantly. They were always up for a joke and a positive evening.

I recently stayed at AluaSun and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a balcony that allowed us to fully relax. It was also in a prime location allowing us easy access to the beach. One of the standout features of our stay was the entertainment team, they were incredibly talented and engaging - they can definitely host a good quiz. I found that the German entertainer in particular added a lively atmosphere to the hotel, making our evenings enjoyable and memorable. He made an effort to come round and talk to us and other guests whenever he was available. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Hotel is very good can't complain food yes, entertainment so so, lots for the kids to do, the room was very good the only Down side was my bed!! I may as well gone to sleep inside a piano!!!! Bed was awful!!! Sorry. But If you're bad on your legs or need a wheel chair this hotel is not for you, because you won't make the hill back from the beach, so you'll need a taxi every time you go the beach. The staff are brilliant by the way plenty of sun beds, will give it 9/10 but that's my opinion....

We had a nice 20 days stay at Mar Hotels Playa Mar & Spa! The entire hotel is spotless – everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast and lunch buffet were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated the quality and freshness of the food, with something new to try each day. This hotel is truly perfect for families with children – from the kid-friendly pools and play areas to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, everything is designed with families in mind. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the beds could have been more comfortable – a bit firmer or newer mattresses would make a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Just spent a week here with my small family of 3. I cannot say enough about the service! The employees were kind and always willing to help with a smile. Great people at the restaurant and at the bars. The animation team for the kiddos were honestly the best! Always had something fun for the kiddos and were so sweet with our 6 year old. He loved every second with them. Honestly some of the nicest people there. The food was delicious. While the variety wasn’t too grand, everything tasted very good and well cooked. Now for the few things we didn't find 5 star worthy- the entertainment was lacking. While we are here during “off season” the nighttime entertainment was a little dull. The rooms were seriously lacking some amenities. No tissues and no extra shampoo and conditioner. Just a 2 in 1 option. No AC in the rooms as it won’t be turned on in the facilities until may, Which for a pregnant women was pretty important but we just opened the windows. The beds are quite stiff and the wheels on the bottom don’t lock. If you move, the bed is coming with you. The pools were well taken care of but be warned the outside ones are not heated. Location is a bit away from the city of Pollensa but if you’re looking to have it a little quieter, that’s definitely a possibility plus. Lastly, while this is a holiday, it’s advertised as a family resort and alcohol should be controlled when someone gets out of hand. We saw a dad drop multiple glass cups (one into the kids pool) and was just a drunken mess. Would have been cut off anywhere else but I guess they didn’t see the need to.

When looking to book a holiday, the first thing we as a family have to take into account is booking somewhere that caters well for allergies. Three of the family have to adhere to a strict gluten-free diet. We informed the hotel before we arrived, and we were so well catered to for the entire holiday. On the first day of the holiday, they brought out 3 separate breakfasts consisting of different Schar items, including 2 slices of toast, cereal, muffins, and biscuits. We could have cried; we'd read that the hotel catered well for coeliacs but never expected to be catered to so well. There was a two-sided gluten-free menu, where after finishing our breakfast, we'd order our lunchtime meal, and then once finishing lunch, we'd order our evening meal. The menu had a great amount of choice, including pastas, pizzas, cuts of meat and fish with sides, and puddings. The buffet food was also well labeled with allergens; however, there's more of a risk of cross-contamination. The food was excellent, and we can't thank the chefs and all the staff enough; we didn't have to worry once about food at any point of the holiday. We'd especially like to thank the chefs for preparing such fantastic food. And a huge thanks also to Fredy, Angie, Matel and Nathalie for making us feel so welcome at each mealtime; you really made the holiday for the children and us. The rooms were kept immaculate each day, so a big thanks to Lina. The rooms were spacious even for 3 kids and ourselves. We stayed in a ground-floor, pool-facing suite. Our only slight downside would be noise due to being in close proximity to the park. Children would sometimes play until after midnight and then run up and down corridors, which would wake our children. There was always something to do for the children, our kids loved the slides, and when they'd had enough of being in the water, there were always options to do something else. From playing in the park, joining in with the activities put on by the brilliant animation team, or going to play football in the small stadium behind the hotel for a few hours, they were always busy. Another massive shout-out to Andreea from the animation team, who came and joined in football with me and my son, who stayed and played for hours. After that, she would always make a fuss over and joke with the kids and genuinely made our holiday better; she'd often come and sit with us as a family and have a laugh. The animation team has so much energy; I genuinely don't know how they do it for all those hours and weeks on end. Fair play to them, again, a huge thank you and a final shout-out to the whole animation team! The location was also perfect for us, situated on the end of the strip, it was only a 15-minute walk to cafes and bars, which forced us to get some steps in to work off the huge meals we'd been having. To conclude, this was our first visit, and it definitely won't be the last we've already started looking for next year.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Jet2 holiday. For a cycling holiday, on an all inclusive basis. The hotel is very popular with cyclists and they are well catered for. The rooms are spacious and 2 bike boxes and bikes are not in the way! We didn't use the bike garage but there were wash facilities and bike pumps near reception. There are water machines on each floor for filling up bottles and a fridge and kettle in the room. The food was plentiful and varied, we enjoyed the freshly made omlettes in the mornings. The bar has a great range of drinks and some snaks (sandwiches, crisps, icecream) and a popular place to sit for a post ride coffee and debrief. Each the resturant evening had a different cuisine theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful :) we hope to return!

Third stay for us at Playa Mar and Spa and as always the food, staff and general quality were first class. One of the few hotels to offer large spacious rooms as standard. First time at the spa and a wonderful massage given by Monica. The pine walk is a must as is the Mallorca themed food night. Aimed at younger families, our eldest is starting to outgrow the kids entertainment but we will always have fond memories of our time here!

On our last night of our week stay here. We’ve generally had a really lovely experience. Food is pretty decent, good drink options, brilliant entertainment throughout the day and at night. Our rooms were cleaned effectively daily, and only saw one cockroach in the lobby but that didn’t bother us. Fantastic location, beach and lovely restaurants within walking distance, and we got a short bus ride to a water park. We had to wake up early to secure a sun bed but that’s to be expected. We came as a couple, but it was definitely very family orientated and lots of children/children’s entertainment. Only negatives would be that the rooms didn’t have actual double beds, just 2 singles put together and the AC in the room was quite noisy and not that strong. Really enjoyed our stay overall and would happily come back!

We spent a week all inclusive. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean can't fault it. Room was specious with a Pool view. Plenty of choice with food, it's not amazing and can be repetitive but h there is something for everyone and snacks available throughout the day. The entertainment team were brilliant very approachable and friendly. The area surrounding the hotel is very nice to walk around, lots of shops, restaurants and bars and most importantly it felt a safe place to walk Slight negative is the pool sun lounges, unfortunately people get up in the early hours to put towels on the beds, but if you want a pool day be down at the pool around 7-8 and there stacks of lounges to put where you like. So the later you leave it the more you will struggle. But we will return to this hotel again.

I had a lovely holiday staying for 7 nights in the Sol Palmanova II hotel. Our room was always cleaned super efficiently by the cleaning staff who were also very welcoming lovely to talk to. We were on the second floor and the two ladies who normally handled our room were so nice and accommodating, and even complimented my Spanish speaking! The entertainers around the site and the activities organized were also great and super fun. Alejandro in particular was super nice and also praised my attempts to speak Spanish hahahaha. The receptionists and the desk were also all very kind and welcoming, also very helpful when it came to answering questions and helping us call taxis etc… The food was also good, great selection of mains and desert, I often ate too much as I wanted to try and taste everything hahaha. The staff working in the cafeteria/ restaurant area were also all fantastic in making our experience very nice, regularly clearing our table with a smile etc… The bartenders are also deserving of praise as were very accommodating to our average level of Spanish and always delivered with a smile. The only thing that I might have wanted for next time is an ironing board in the room. Overall my experience here was very good, thank you to all the staff for making my holiday a great experience.

location of hotel is ideal, 5 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants and shops just a small walk away. If you have an early flight bare in mind you can’t check in while 3, as when we arrived we had to wait 4 hours until it was ready which wasn’t ideal, they did give us a free room upgrade due to this as we wasn’t happy. The room was lovely and clean apart from the odd stain on the bed sheets. the only thing that let them down was the food, not much choice. It seems to be the same every night. We ate out near enough every night. The snack bar seems to be the same every day. Overall it’s a lovely hotel. Staff are very good and hotel is lovely

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Their kindness and attentiveness immediately made us feel at home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. While everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, we especially want to recognize the staff at the Calma Restaurant. We noticed some of them working from early in the morning until late at night across several days, always prioritizing guests with genuine smiles and outstanding service. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was enjoyable. We stayed in a Star Room, which I highly recommend—it includes access to the Star Prestige area of the hotel. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a different room located in the standard section of the hotel. It had a large balcony with a bubble bath and a fantastic view. However, the room itself was situated at the back of the suite, behind the living room and bathroom. For that reason, we requested to switch back to our original Star Room with a smaller balcony but with the bathroom facing the sea. This original room turned out to be perfect. The Star Prestige pool area was another highlight—very clean and incredibly peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The reception staff also gave us great recommendations and even helped us book a rental car for two days. Another nice touch was the water dispensers located in all the hallways. They allowed us to conveniently refill the reusable bottle provided in our room, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides. One significant issue was the reservation of sunbeds with towels before 7:00 AM, both in the regular and Star Prestige areas. Unfortunately, many guests didn’t show up until the afternoon, and staff didn’t remove the unattended towels, which was disappointing. Additionally, although it was lovely that someone came by daily to ask if we needed fresh towels, they often came between 6:00 and 7:00 PM—right when we were usually showering—making it a bit inconvenient to answer the door. Conclusion: Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy their holiday to the fullest!

This was our second stay at this hotel—and we actually chose it for our honeymoon, that’s how much we love it! Everything about it is just perfect: the amazing service, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful surroundings, and the pool. Personally, I love that the ocean is just steps away—it’s perfect for a quick swim whenever you feel like it. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—they even remembered us from our stay two years ago, which was such a nice surprise!

Absolutely fantastic!! If you are looking for a great get away vacation this is the spot. Everyone at this hotel is amazing. Shout out to Oscar, the host at the buffet who went above and beyond. The rooms in this hotel are also great, with a beautiful view of the sea and super clean. The location could not get any better. It’s right in front of the Mediterranean Sea with a beautiful, well kept, really warm pool. If you are thinking of staying here, this is the best spot in Mallorca.

I’m lucky enough to be staying here for three weeks as a solo traveller, and one week in, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I booked a Star Prestige room, which I’d definitely recommend. The exclusive pool area and bar offer a wonderfully peaceful spot to relax throughout the day or evening—though if you prefer a livelier atmosphere, the main bar is always an option. There are plenty of sunbeds, with padded ones available in the Prestige section, and fresh towels are provided as often as you need. The room includes a complimentary minibar, and the balcony views are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the themed dinners in the restaurant have been consistently excellent. Most of all, it’s the staff who make the experience truly special—they’re always friendly, smiling, and genuinely keen to help, going out of their way to ensure your holiday is memorable. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so special!

This is a wonderful Hotel but beware of your check in. We were offered an upgrade for £210 but of course there is a discount so it was dropped to 147. Now to be honest I played along with this as there was no mention this for 1 day or 1 week so I played along until they wanted over a grand and I said you didn’t mention this was per day so I obviously assumed this was for the week. Also make sure you are aware of the difference for the upgrade as to me it wouldn’t have been worth. Fantastic hotel though and the staff are superb especially the guys at the bar. Highly recommended for family holidays! We had a fantastic experience—perfect for families. The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the room cleaning was top-notch. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back again.

The overall location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of activities and events nearby. The pool areas are lovely and the room itself was clean and up to living standards, which we appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed potential of the hotel. However, several issues during our stay left us extremely disappointed. First, the air conditioning in our room did not work, and with temperatures over 30°C, this was a serious problem. We heard other people complaining to the staff, which we felt like those guests, were very rude to the staff. To make life easier for the staff we didn’t even ask for a repair, just a fan to help us cope. We started speaking with Georgia, who was super lovely, and requested this a second time. It took three requests before one was brought to us, and we were told by a male member of staff, who was butting into the conversation, “it’s not guaranteed.” We paid for a room with A/C, so this was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the hostile behavior from this male reception staff member. When my partner voiced his frustration politely about the fan, the male (Filipe) threatened to call the police, which was shocking and completely disproportionate. We later asked for a second fan and this request was declined, and then pushed back saying “it’ll be requested.” We didn’t ask again, as the above situation felt like we were walking on eggshells. To make matters worse, my partners expensive shoes were stolen from the premises, and when we asked for help or guidance on what to do, the same male staff member laughed in our faces.. absolutely no sympathy or support. He just pulled out a box in reception and showed us the box.. without saying anything. One morning, the hallway outside our room flooded. We had to step through water to get out, no warning, no cleanup crew, and no apology from the hotel. It just added to the overall sense of mismanagement and neglect. We also asked about a potential upgrade on arrival. One staff member said the hotel was fully booked, but when we checked online, rooms were still showing as available. We didn’t mention this. When we asked again a few hours later, with a different staff member initially agreed to upgrade us, but then someone else told her in Spanish not to go through with it, apparently assuming we wouldn’t understand.. very disappointing and unprofessional. We didn’t book all-inclusive so we can’t speak on that, but the location is definitely worth staying for, and the surrounding area has so much to offer. However, unless the hotel addresses its customer service and management issues, we would hesitate to return or recommend it fully.

Great location, excellent staff and excellent value for money. Rooms are large and plentiful - they are to meet basic needs rather than pile on the luxury but there are 3 pools and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating which even when really busy there was still somewhere for everyone. An option today for drinks if you aren’t all inclusive and always met with a smile. Cocktails were amazing! We had a 1 bed apartment and the rooms were comfortable, spotless and stacked with all the basics and storage, including a full kitchenette and a proper under the counter style fridge. Supermarket literally round the corner behind 2 STUNNING restaurants (Nevada is perfection). Food here is great! Our check out was 11am and our flight was only at 11pm, they let us pay to keep our luggage in a secure locker so we could enjoy our last day. We recently stayed at Club Marthas and overall had a poor experience. The rooms were out dated, a kettle was not available and the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. Our initial room was that bad we had to ask to be moved, by bad meaning disgusting toilet, bathroom and kitchen looking as though it had barely been cleaned. Making matters worse we were asked what was wrong and had to point out specific dirty areas to be taken seriously. The unsatisfactory cleanliness continued, the room floor was not cleaned in 10 days, I had to make sure my toddler had ‘room socks’ on every time she walked to avoid her feet becoming dirty. These socks were black by the end of the holiday. Communal areas, including pools and pool side/beds were not cleaned and I had to kick rubbish away from the beds left from previous days. During our stay there were other holidaymakers who were complaining at the desk due to unsatisfactory cleanliness of rooms and issues with rooms. Sadly like us, they were not always met with the most helpful and friendliest of staff - including Managers. This is a shame as there were some staff who were lovely and wanted to help. For the price we paid for this holiday, we were very disappointed and felt let down. We would not revisit.

Overall, the hotel is functional but very basic. It has more of a sanatorium feel than that of a true 4-star hotel, and it looks much better in photos than it does in reality. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but the breakfast does not live up to a 4-star standard: the coffee is instant, I noticed staff handling food with bare hands, and while the selection isn’t terrible, it’s quite limited. The restaurant is located on the basement level (-1), which gives it the atmosphere of an underground subway station rather than a pleasant dining area. The rooms are clean but quite dated. On the positive side, the hotel is just one street away from the beach, so access to the sea is convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Keep in mind that the hotel appears more upscale in photos than it actually is — the pictures are very well done, but don’t expect the same level of luxury in person.

Absolutely beautiful and super clean hotel. All staff were really friendly. Food was average for an all inclusive buffet. Only negative would be communication on what you get will all inclusive. Another guest told us we could hire beach towel which would have been handy to know at the start of the holiday. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but you do get a fridge. A few cocktails on the all inclusive menu too which was nice. Overall a great hotel and location.

Really great experience, I didn’t want to leave the hotel for nothing. They had everything I was expecting, location is great! On the staff there was some really special people as Joana! Always making a great environment on the restaurant, very respectful and smiling all the time. They also sent as a gift a pro-seco to my room on my birthday. I fully recommend this place. Only one small remark, from reception to the end of the stay you need to ask for all information, they do not explain in general. Example: the restaurant timings, spa, bar and etc.

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the food and amenities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We also had a very nice surprise on my husband’s birthday when a member of staff delivered a bottle of wine to our room as a birthday gift from the hotel. We’ve been going to Majorca every year on my husband’s birthday but this was the first time that a hotel did a nice gesture for my husband. We were really touched by this. Our room was very nice and comfortable and cleaned daily. Definitely recommend this hotel 100% and will stay here again if we’re in Cala Millor. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops and lively atmosphere. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

This a lovely hotel with a first class impression on arrival. We upgraded to all inclusive . Very little information was given on check in. The room was as lovely with a side view of the sea. The pool area as really nice but the pool was so cold it was like an ice bath. The indoor pool by contrast which I only found on the last day was by contrast too hot! Free drinks stop at 11pm. We only found this out when we tried to order a drink at 11.05pm . Every little petty thing had to be paid for . Deposits for pool towels and €1 euro if you wanted a clean one. Paid for lockers for left luggage ( we only wanted to leave our cases for 20 mins and would have had to pay for 4 hours). . Deposits for plastic cups by the pool. Limited drinks on the all inclusive . Had to pay for safe in room ( only found out when we couldn’t get it to work and went to reception. The petty charges were annoying and probably made little profit for the hotel and if they had been in the room rate we may hardly of noticed . I feel the charges are disingenuous and frankly mean I am unlikely to go back as especially with all inclusive I don’t want to carry a purse around with me. There was Also a really loud bar down the street which went in until past 11pm and as we were there to relax was unwelcome

The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the room cleaning was top-notch. The overall location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of activities and events nearby. The pool areas are lovely and the room itself was clean and up to living standards, which we appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed potential of the hotel. However, several issues during our stay left us extremely disappointed. First, the air conditioning in our room did not work, and with temperatures over 30°C, this was a serious problem. We heard other people complaining to the staff, which we felt like those guests, were very rude to the staff. To make life easier for the staff we didn’t even ask for a repair, just a fan to help us cope. We started speaking with Georgia, who was super lovely, and requested this a second time. It took three requests before one was brought to us, and we were told by a male member of staff, who was butting into the conversation, “it’s not guaranteed.” We paid for a room with A/C, so this was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the hostile behavior from this male reception staff member. When my partner voiced his frustration politely about the fan, the male (Filipe) threatened to call the police, which was shocking and completely disproportionate. We later asked for a second fan and this request was declined, and then pushed back saying “it’ll be requested.” We didn’t ask again, as the above situation felt like we were walking on eggshells. To make matters worse, my partners expensive shoes were stolen from the premises, and when we asked for help or guidance on what to do, the same male staff member laughed in our faces.. absolutely no sympathy or support. He just pulled out a box in reception and showed us the box.. without saying anything. One morning, the hallway outside our room flooded. We had to step through water to get out, no warning, no cleanup crew, and no apology from the hotel. It just added to the overall sense of mismanagement and neglect. We also asked about a potential upgrade on arrival. One staff member said the hotel was fully booked, but when we checked online, rooms were still showing as available. We didn’t mention this. When we asked again a few hours later, with a different staff member initially agreed to upgrade us, but then someone else told her in Spanish not to go through with it, apparently assuming we wouldn’t understand.. very disappointing and unprofessional. We didn’t book all-inclusive so we can’t speak on that, but the location is definitely worth staying for, and the surrounding area has so much to offer. However, unless the hotel addresses its customer service and management issues, we would hesitate to return or recommend it fully.

Great location, excellent staff and excellent value for money. Rooms are large and plentiful - they are to meet basic needs rather than pile on the luxury but there are 3 pools and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating which even when really busy there was still somewhere for everyone. An option today for drinks if you aren’t all inclusive and always met with a smile. Cocktails were amazing! We had a 1 bed apartment and the rooms were comfortable, spotless and stacked with all the basics and storage, including a full kitchenette and a proper under the counter style fridge. Supermarket literally round the corner behind 2 STUNNING restaurants (Nevada is perfection). Food here is great! Our check out was 11am and our flight was only at 11pm, they let us pay to keep our luggage in a secure locker so we could enjoy our last day. After arriving we got this room, walls full of mold, towels full of mold, moldy lights, the shower and bathroom full of insects. After reporting to the reception we got a new room with exactly the same scenes. After waiting 4 hours we went to another hotel. We did not get the money back for this night. Do not waste your money on this!

Stayed here for 4 nights while on my honeymoon. The place is fantastic, very clean although the rooms need a bit of a touch up but they were clean and tidy. The food was a very good standard, plenty of seating and friendly cooks. The pools were great, the bar staff were great, plenty of variety of alcohol and gave VERY generous alcohol portions (not complaining, could get pissed in 3-4 drinks). The entertainment had a good variety and was a good standard. Complaints - Wish the bar was open earlier and shut later but that’s more a personal preference as I turn into an alcoholic Phil Mitchell when on holiday. Bit mind baffling how their is a separate pizza restaurant and bar in the hotel that you have too pay for, baffles me as it is an all inclusive but didn’t really affect me at all to be fair, more of an observation than a complaint. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I am sure you will not be disappointed with your stay.

The pools were all great, nice to have a choice between busier pools with entertainment and quieter pools. Stayed here for a week, our first all inclusive. Rooms very spacious and lots of room to spread out. Lovely balcony’s to watch over the pool which came with table, chairs and sun-loungers. Food was really nice, however vegetarian options were limited and found there was a lot of repeats. There is a snack bar open 2x in the day so not 24hr but we found ourselves fine with the 3 meals. Wide variety of drinks but cocktails not included, you ‘make your own’. Staff all super lovely and work really hard, entertainment was also super fun and enjoyed the variety of what they had on in the evenings. 2 young girls and felt super safe in the resort in general, just the right size. Lovely beaches nearby, perfect for swimming, diving and boat trips!

Really nice apartment, lovely view. Friendly staff on reception and on room service and in the bar. It’s a very authentic Spanish resort. Prices in the bar were slightly higher than other nearby bars, other than that a very nice place to stay. When the weather wasn’t so good there was uk tv in the room (BBC1,BBC 2,BBC 3 + other news channels). The only thing it lacked was maybe an outdoor seating area in the sun(other than sun loungers)

The service and reception are very nice and helpful, if you need help or something you get it quickly, really great location you can literally see the port and Marina, in addition a great view and the rooms are super nice small but cozy but the fact that there is a working TV after check-in my older brother and I watched TV literally at 2 or 3 in the morning but there is also a great balcony large cozy also has deckchairs nothing to add nothing to subtract ;) in addition the rooms themselves mega great but the beds sorry but a bit hard but more like neutral but you can bear it :3

I spent 4 nights at Globales Costa de la Calma in May 2025. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The hotel has a great location - just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. The animators - Diana and Jan, were always smiling, active and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. I was particularly impressed by Diana - she was kind, full of energy, and truly dedicated to children and all guests. With her warmth and smile she could brighten the entire day and her positive attitude made my stay even more special. Thank you for the beautiful days!

We loved our time staying here, everything was very clean and all the staff were very friendly - special mentions to the lifeguard, he was great with our kids who were learning to swim but also Jan and Diana in the animation team. Our 5 year old didn't want to go in the pool as much and loved his time with them! The snack bar food was reasonably priced and good quality and drinks were sensible prices (under 4 euro for a pint). We are already looking to book to come back next year!

Great place to stay for families. The room was clean, had everything we could need. They provided a travel cot with bedding. Staff were lovely. Food from the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Only recommendations would be to have more staff on the front desk at busy times, as it is too much for 1 person to manage, and also the price of hiring the safe in the room is ridiculous. Other than that, we loved our stay and will be looking to revisit next year 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at the Globales Hotel. The room was spotless, and the reception staff was amazing. The food at the pool bar was delicious and at a very reasonable price. The pool staff was lovely and helpful. The room got cleaned every second day with clean towels and toilet paper. The location is great as the shop with everything you need is about a 5-minute walk and the beach is about 15 mins away. There were kids' activities during the day, great playground, and that swimming pool was a big hit with our 3,5, and a 10 year old. I would highly recommend !

Had a lovely holiday just got back today 26th June 25. Staff were brilliant very helpful and always service with a smile. Very clean hotel and the area is beautiful with lots of different beaches which either walking distance even more of them in a car. Food was excellent tho was never really hot just warm. And one thing I do have to say this is NOT a four star it's a three and it should be changed to a three. very basic old rooms. In the old days may have been a four but definitely not now. But saying that I had a very enjoyable holiday with my husband with our daughter and her husband and son in another apartment.

HM Mar Blau is a decent hotel. The rooms are dated, food average and pricy and the studio rooms not well equipped. Despite this the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and spa facilities are absolutely wonderful and parts of this hotel would not be out of place in a 5 star resort. The location of the hotel is good, right in the middle of two fantastic resorts and an easy walk to both. Unfortunately due to the rooms being slightly basic and dated I have to review it three stars.

Based on our personal experience end of may 2025 , not sure if things change with high/ low season. . We arrived at close to midnight on a Friday night, Family of 4 (kids 7 and 9) with two vegetarians in our group. First impression was great, welcoming clean place. Water fountain and toilets in lobby area lots of seating and smelt lovely. Check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful , We were told that we had missed evening meal time (suspected) but there was some things out still in restaurant if we were hungry and the ber was still open too. We were given our all inclusive wristbands, paid our tourist tax (€33 2 adults, 5 night) We explored on the way to the restaurant and bar everything was well sign posted, there's a little shop (really reasonable pricing considering it was on site) as well as a ping pong table, dart board and pool table. Near indoor pool stairs (also down to the gym sauna etc) opening times on the wall along with entertainment info for the next few nights. We found pool areas to be nice and clean and set out well especially for us keeping an eye on the kids, Sunbeds get filled up fast! We were told the pools were open from 10am to 6pm but I believe this is when the life guard is on duty as many people stayed in the pool til around 7/8pm that we saw. Our room was lovely, just what we needed for our stay (one bed apartment) 4 bottles of water waiting in the fridge, very welcome surprise. We had a fridge , two ring job, kettle, hairdryer and plenty of towels and bedding.sofa beds were set up and the windows and balcony door easy to navigate. Plenty of plug sockets, a dressing table and stool in the bedroom and shower gel/shampoo and hand soap all full in the bathroom , a shaving mirror and socket in the bathroom . Lots of storage with a large wardrobe found in the bedroom and one in the living area . Our room didn't have air conditioning because we couldn't get it to work and by the third day we definitely noticed it !!! That was a shame, we got on okay with the windows and balcony door open but the later it got in the week and the evenings were a struggle with the heat.., double liner black out curtains,Dining table 4 chairs along with tv in the living area. Information sheets relating the room and hotel itself, information sheet with excursions /Things to do on the island and prices etc. Hotel WiFi connected quickly , worked fine. For the resteraunt buffet things are replenished throughout but a few things were mislabeled or clearly had meat in but didn't reflect this on the label .. for the most part there was things for all ages / preferences and fussiness. There was mainly the same things for each meal with a few changes each day / themes such as sushi , Italian, thai, bit of variety! During our stay there were a few things on such as a tribute act, bingo, karaoke from about 9-10.30 in the evenings as well and a few disco songs before and after which was enjoyed by us and many of the other guests of all ages and languages. . There was a mini disco on for little ones at 8-9pm... tht all inclusive bar is 10am til 11pm .. At the end of our stay, We checked out of our room , needed to be out by 11am but our flight wasn't until much later in the evening so they let us stay for our brekkie lunch and tea with our wrist bands as well as access to the bar for drinks and of course the pool if we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to leave the premesis they said as long as we left our room by 11 we were free to hang around. Suitcase storage room in lobby, Staff were all kind and friendly with smiles on their faces and more than happy to help. The only thing I will say is that foods in the buffet would be great if were labelled a lot clearer, my husband on a few occasions got things labelled like simply white rice or wok fried noodles or potatoe crochetts or vegetables only to find shrimp or chicken inside. . . So definitely more clear labelling on the foods Beautiful beach was within 10 mins walking distance with lots of bars/shops/things to see and do close by!

I am a bit torn. I had a pleasant stay with my friends and it's location is good, a short walk to the beach and the main strip but far enough away that you avoid the noise and bustle. The rooms, as others have said, look very tired and dated. There were three of us staying in one room and it felt a little on the small side- certainly narrow but having a nice balcony was a god send and it had a pleasant side view of the pool and surrounding gardens. My friends beds were fine but the springs in mine had given up the ghost and I was sinking quite far into it when I lay on it. Definitely needs replacing! Our bath, while clean, looked a bit shabby too due to it's age and the shower only gave out a trickle. We did inform the reception of this but nobody came up. Fortunately my friend was able to fix it by removing a small filter in the head, which my guess is used to limit the water flow. That being said, everything was so clean, in the room and out! Outside the room everything around the hotel truly looks delightful! We even saw Hoopoe birds flitting between the many trees the hotel boasts near the pool. I liked that there are both indoor and outdoor pools as well as steam room and sauna all free to use. The general hotel and gardens are very well presented and even quite beautiful and staff are generally friendly. We did not have breakfast included but one day we decided to try the all inclusive deal for food and drinks, which amounted to around €55 per person. This is quite a good deal as it includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and unlimited drinks. I thought the food selection was excellent in terms of variety but in terms of quality it was a mixed bag. I found it satisfactory but a couple of my friends found it only serviceable, perhaps a bit too basic and unseasoned. Maybe fewer options but higher quality produce/meats would be preferable. Plus the all inclusive pre-mixed cocktails were a bit too artificial tasting for us to be tempted to go for the deal again. If they were closer to the standard of their regular cocktails then it would have been a no brainer, but as it stands we found a cocktail bar on the main strip where every cocktail was $6 and they were on par with the $9/€10 cocktails at the hotel! I feel like the hotel should be competitive and lower the cocktail prices by a couple of euros. However the beer is good so if you are more of a beer drinker then definitely consider all-inclusive. The hotel is very well facilitated overall including a reasonably priced shop that stays open well into the night. There is also..."entertainment" which I personally am never a fan of. I usually prefer my hotels to leave guests to their own devices. We had a Freddie Mercury tribute act and some disco for the kids which is probably fine for families who want that kind of thing but I just wanted to converse and play card games with my friends in peace and quiet. It is a matter of taste but I do appreciate the hotel making the effort to accommodate different guests' tastes. I think the cost for accommodation would be very fair if the room had some redecoration. As it is I feel like I would only recommend it if you just need somewhere to lay your head, you aren't too fussy and can get it off-peak season for a good price. Besides room redecoration and some furnishing replacements, some restaurant and bar menu improvements would go a long way. Maybe tempt future guests by including breakfast in the price? Overall the hotel has some potential, it was absolutely fine for our needs, I had a good stay, it just does not do enough to warrant a return.

HM Mar Blau overall for the price we had a good stay. We stayed in a family room in 4117 first floor. It was very large with a large balcony. Only a hob facilities no oven or microwave but you could hire extras from reception a toaster was 10 euros and towels where a deposit of 10 euros each. Safe was a deposit of 3 euros per day and 25 euros but you get the 25 euros back. Everything required a deposit... The supermarket and snack bar was a bit pricey but not to bad. Table tennis is free, darts unable to play as they didn't have any darts, Gym was closed. I would not say this hotel is a 4 star more like a 3 star. Our balcony was not sweep all week, the pictures in the family room we found are inappropriate we have children and they are naked women, we had a notice to say no towels on sunbeds before 10am but we seen people at 8am putting towels down. There is a sign if you want to pay to keep the room if you have a later flight till 3 it was 30 euros and till 6 was 50 euros we asked twice if we could pay to keep the room longer and both times where a no even tho we seen no one in them at this time seems like something they should but don't actually offer. The entertainers are very good but extremely loud shouting banana, this wasn't needed as people could hear her. Location brilliant 15 mins to sa coma and 10 mins to cala millor if you didn't want to walk it costs 6 euros into sa coma and same again for calla millor. Overall we had a nice stay, but there needs be more attention to details to make this a 4 star hotel.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile. We will be coming back soon.

The THB Gran Playa Hotel is excellently located, in the center of the Can Picafort and very close to the beach and within easy reach of the most important points of interest, by walking. Very good accommodation, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, extremely professional, kind and friendly staff, from reception, restaurant, bar to maids, without exception. Food was excellent cooked, fresh, tasty, many choices for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is very well organized, they pay attention to all details! My room no 147 was a bit small from my point of view...always bumped into the desk being positioned so close to the bed. I would maybe have liked the closets to be a bit more extensive....the space inside is a bit insufficient for 2 people. The Jacuzzi on the 4th floor unfortunately is not efficient at all as it is no longer working at full capacity, it only has 4 working jets left that makes it inefficient. Nice pool place, well maintained, very clean water in the pool. I didn't exactly feel comfortable on the metal sunbeds by the pool as they are extremely stiff and you are always bumping into them but also narrow for some of the more plump people. All in all, it was a very nice vacation here, I will definitely come back. Thank you for making my vacation a success! I highly recommend this hotel.

OK, a few minor issues , then it's all good. Rooms , small , 2 single beds pushed together .mattress on both are I think new ? They were as hard as the floor , some people may like this , we didn't. Other than that , room was fine . Hotel has a small pool ( inside spa and pool available, steam room etc ) with ( in September ) ample sun beds . Clean and tidy with bar staff wandering around taking orders for drinks and food .( cash or charge to room, no cards taken) Drinks and food were exactly the same prices as the bars in the area, so no massive mark up . Staff were great , speaking more languages than the average English man knew existed . The hotel is a few streets away from the main bar and beach area , absolutely perfect placement , it's surrounded by residential buildings so the evening entertainment stops at 10 pm weekdays . If you like German football ...this is the place for you , it's on the bar TV all the time 😀

Our trip away was the first holiday we had together since pre pandemic. Firstly, staff are unkind, unwelcoming and rude. They are not service orientated at all. We were charged at an £100 when we checked in and were given no explanation for this and still fighting this now. The receptionist when we checked in was incredibly rude and refused to answer our question when we asked why we’re being charged an extra £100 on arrival. Quite frankly disgusting. Throughout the stay I tried speaking to get to the bottom of this and nothing was being answered, simply ignored. The worst possible hotel/staff experience we have ever had. Still awaiting a refund. I have held off on writing this review as everything was so awful. Please consider carefully before staying here.

Absolutely loved it here, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and spacious (we were self catering), the dark wood in the rooms make the look a little dated but that's the only downside. The hotel has a larger pool and kids play pool and we found there to be more than enough sunbeds. We had an issue with lost luggage and the night porter went above and beyond to help us out. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants and the beach is about 10 mins away. Would definitely return.

Our second year staying at this hotel, majority of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bar staff are a credit to the hotel and make your stay. Rooms need urgently updated as furniture is old and marked, damaged. You can get a free safe which I have never been offered so my advice is to ask. You can get free pool towels which I was never offered until I was told by a fellow traveller,I have many concerns and I have tried to contact the hotel but as yet no response.

1bedroom apartment was fairly comfortable and spacious and comfortable. Location is ok. A bit of a walk from beach and not many good, non-touristy restaurants in area. Front desk and housekeeping are friendly.That is about all I can say positive. Maybe you have very small children it would be good. For adults, absolutely not. Breakfast is just ok quality food in a room with hundreds of crying toddlers. Pool is a zoo. Entertainment at pool is blaring and sound goes into the rooms until after 10:00pm and is all kid theatre based. Gym doesn’t open until 8:00 so there is no chance for a workout escape before breakfast rush starts which is ridiculous, and way undersized and crowded when it does open. If you are looking for a theme park hotel type experience where your small children can frolic this might be your place. Adults or couple with older kids, look elsewhere.

A lovely adult only hotel directly next to the sea. We stayed in a poolside room. It turned out to be a great room and quiet at nighttime. Some rooms overlook the road where there are nightly acts that preform which are very loud. If you want to stay here book a pool view or sea view to eliminate the noise at night. The choice of food is plentiful and changed daily. The staff are all helpful.

Loads of positives very clean hotel, the views for outside dining are amazing. Negatives not really hotels fault but the building work opposite on city view mixed with British bar meaning no peace at anytime from 7am till 12 midnight in rooms, majority of the time your not there so manageable. If you like to go out morning for walk etc then sunbathe in the afternoon you might struggle as the time we went beinging of may only 10% of sun loungers in sun from 2 to 5pm. The dining area is too small gets very crowded especially if you can't go outs ide due to weather. I my opinion it's a 3 star hotel compared with others but staff are great very clean and not too expensive

We stayed at the hotel as a family (2 adults, 2 children) and we provided our own meals. Our room was in the main building, above the main road, but also with a sea view and we could listen to the music nights from the Ilusion hotel across the road :). The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, cleaning was done daily. The hotel staff were friendly and nice, the cleaners cutely arranged the children's stuffed animals on the beds. It's a family hotel, so sometimes you could hear the surrounding children through the wall, but it wasn't too bad. Sound from outside was also not audible when the windows were closed. The blackout curtains were great, really opaque. The wifi worked well and was free, the air conditioning also worked without any problems. Our kids loved all 3 pools, the indoor one is a really big plus. There is plenty of parking around the hotel so that was no problem either. Thank you for the stay and would recommend to others!

Spent 12 days with All inclusive. There is not much hospitality in the hotel. Half of the staff is friendly, the other half is poker face. We had a room that looks like 1 bedroom apartment with an equipped kitchen, very good. Comfortable bed, good noise isolation. 5-7 min walk to the sea. You can rent a bike or use a train. The location is ok. There is some show and the disco for children everyday. The animator team provides some activities for kids, simple but children are happy. The Animation team is the most positive team here. The food is great, you can find both meat and vegan stuff. I do not like that you can’t get coffee neither for lunch nor for dinner. You can but you should go to a shitty bar. The bar is shitty because in most cases you can’t take anything directly in the bar. You have to ask waiters to bring what you want despite of the bar men’s directly in a bar. The waiters are always busy, tired and often poker face. It is the worst part of the hotel. When there is a show you can wait a glass of water for a baby till the show ends. The elevator is the slowest one I ever seen. I had a good vacation. Will I pay 300€ per day again for this place. Do not know.

Our first family holiday. All the staff are amazing and friendly. From the reception team, the pool bar staff and of course a big shout out to the animation team! All staff are helpful and are such a credit to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, fantastic location. Everything you need is in a 5-10minute walk. Very clean and maids were great. Prices for drinks and food on site is great, spar is a little pricey but it's convenient. Aldi is a 5 minute walk also. The pool area is lovey, surrounded by trees. There were always plenty of beds and umbrellas even going to the pool around 1pm. Big shout out to Maisie who was fantastic and had great energy with the children and also the adults. We will definitely be back next year!

Good stay overall. Staff were friendly and provided 5 star service. Sarah and David specifically who our kids got close to and also the head chef. One thing odd was they do not serve water during dinner and have to buy and not included in your half or full board package. Food selection is generally good but if you are vegetarian, you have limited options for main other than pasta and spaghetti. Also the room seems to be not sound proof so you might find the noise coming through depending on where your room is. Our one was near the pool and above the dining room so we used to hear quite a lot of noise from the table moving in the dining room. Free parking in the hotel and on the road. Location very close to the beach and I highly recommend going to the alcudia beach that is not far. On site supermarket and also Aldi opposite hotel that is quite handy.

Currently staying in Picafort Palace. I have to say, if you still have any doubts about where to stay, 100% choose Picafort Palace, and you won't regret it. 1) Price is super good and u can upgrade the stay if u wish. 2) location- perfect. The sea, shops, restaurants, and the town are literally at the doorstep. 3) Staff- 12 out of 10. Everyone is smiling, kind, joking, supportive, and they will take an extra step to help if needed. And big thank u for that. 4) Rooms are big and comfortable, everything is clean, and the kitchen is fully fitted. 5) food in the restaurant- can't comment, we don't have this included, but thinking of upgrading. 6) 2 outdoor swimming pools and one inside with new comfortable sunbathing chairs, not the usual blue ones. 7) Gym- easy to access and has a variety of tools and machines to exercise. If u want to add the taste to ur holidays and not worry about anything, choose Picafort Palace. Regards Inga

Important for families with autistic children – proceed with caution I have an autistic child, and for three nights it was impossible for him to sleep properly due to excessive noise. The hotel has very poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear guests from adjacent rooms and those above us. Overall Review: Cons: The Mini Club never followed the posted schedule or activities. We always had to wait for someone to arrive, and they often ended the session earlier than stated. Food: Breakfast was decent, but lunch and dinner were disappointing — food was often cold or undercooked, repetitive, and lacked flavor. The air conditioning failed several times during our stay. Smoking: Despite advertising as a smoke-free hotel, people were constantly smoking in prohibited areas — even right in front of "no smoking" signs, without any enforcement by staff. Noise levels: The walls are paper-thin. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and footsteps from the floor above. It made for three very difficult nights. Pros: Polite and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Water slides very nice.

This stay has been nice. The hotel is pretty well located even if it takes a little while to go to Palma and other locations. But luckily the bus stop is close by! The staff members are very nice and professionals and I’d like to give a special thanks to Paola from the reception and the chefs! I also want to congratulate one of them (I forgot his name I’m very sorry) who could speak French English Spanish etc and always had a big smile on his face, and has been welcoming every guests with passion and kindness! You deserve the best ! The hotel itself is pretty basic, the rooms and balconies are all the same so if you’re looking for a very unique and charming room where no one can see you sunbathe it might not be the best option but it’s ok overall! The buffet has some options but some choices are missing like fruits, drinks for breakfast or veggies! Overall our stay has been pretty good!

Read reviews about the buffet (we went all inclusive) being mediocre but we found the food very nice and great variety, with chefs making omelettes, eggs, stir frys, etc to order! The pool is large and kids loved the slides. Will definitely return. Hotel is only 15 mins from airport and 10 min drive to lovely beach in S’Arenal. Only con is Family room could be a lil bigger.

My 3rd visit here, same time each year. Efficient checking process, with bag drop and access to restaurant & all inclusive benefits even if the room is not ready. Rooms are clean, functional & well maintained, not much time spent in them. Plenty of options at each mealtime, very impressive stir fry guy, waiting staff attentive, friendly & remember faces. Animation team put in an incredible effort every day, kudos to Camile in particular for dragging me out my comfort zone at activity times. Bar staff are always friendly, helpful & also remember orders, great service when it's particularly busy. So many multilingual employees doing good jobs, they appear to take hospitality as a vocational rather than a job. Some minor sign of aging in the building, but they are fixing/maintaining each year, visible changes and maintenance personnel onsite with minimal disruption or fuss.

I personally think this hotel is worth the price we paid. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and it was cleaned every single day. The shower wasn’t sealed right and water spilt everywhere but over then that the room was good. Drinks at dinner had to be paid for, they were expensive and weren’t even tasty. The dining service was mostly bad, they didn’t understand a single thing in English and half the time the food wasn’t cooked properly. The staff didn’t bring us utensils or make the table for guests. There was no beach near the hotel, so it’s best to have a car. Overall the stay was okay.

Great selection at breakfast with omelette station and the staff were all lovely. The rooftop pool and bar was a real treat! The hotel was clean, tidy and well-presented with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was included in the cost of our stay (we booked through Air BnB). Quiet little rooftop bar and a small swimming pool were the perfect place to relax during the sunny afternoons.

First impressions of the Hotel are good, the lady on reception was so helpful and lovely. The room was new and clean. WiFi in room was not good but excellent in the lobby. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location of hotel not great, the area is very run down and feels like you are in the middle of an estate. Lots of noise at all hours with dogs barking and people shouting. Dog mess on the pavement. Palma city is 50mins on the local 25 bus for €2. All the bars seem to be set up for the Dutch and Germans.

A Complete Disaster – No Water No Excuse · I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute nightmare. One of the most basic necessities, running water, was completely unavailable throughout my stay, making the experience both uncomfortable and unacceptable. On our first night there was no access to water, meaning no ability to shower, wash hands, or even flush the toilet. This not only raised serious hygiene concerns but also made the entire stay unbearable. Staff provided vague explanations and little to no assistance, leaving guests frustrated and helpless. Staff suggested: using the ground floor toilet to have a shower at 1am. I explained that this is a health and safety concern e.g slipping etc. Staff said that they don't think that this is a valid concern(!). Staff suggested us moving to a completely different room at 1am meaning that we would have to pack all our staff and do this all over again. Both solutions show how staff really don't value costumers experience. I am truly shocked by the absence of professionalism showed by the staff who worked overnight on the 15th of April. To make matters worse, there was no alternative solution offered, no bottled water for basic needs, no compensation, and no clear timeframe on when the issue would be resolved. A hotel failing to provide water is a fundamental breach of service and the complete lack of communication and care from the management made it even more unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here. No guest should have to endure such conditions, especially when paying for a supposedly functional accommodation. ******Update: The hotel below commented that the water issue only lasted an hour. We had no water from 22:00 until early in the morning the next day. I am honestly shocked that the hotel is publicly lying about such a serious issue. I am really concerned about the management of this hotel. I would rate their costumer service with NO stars if I could.

We had a great stay at Fontanellas Playa! We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Marco at reception—he was incredibly sweet and helpful, which set a great tone for the rest of our trip. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet. For just €13.50, it offered a wide variety of options—fresh, tasty, and definitely worth the price. Overall, a lovely experience and great value for the money. Would happily return!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fontanellas Playa. We Initially booked a 5 night stay & decided to extend our stay for an additional night. They were kind enough to accommodate us in the same room, which made everything seamless. We stayed in the Apartment with sea view & it was perfect for my wife & I & our 2 sons. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful & were all so friendly. We booked our stay with the breakfast buffet, which was a great value & had a great selection. My sons loved the outdoor pool & how close we were to the beach. The only downside I would have to say is that the bar service can be a little slow when it’s pretty busy, but the great views and food made up for it! For my family’s first international trip, our stay at Fontanellas Playa helped make our trip that much more memorable. We will for sure be choosing Fontanellas Playa again the next time we visit Mallorca!

Overall, it was a good stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness in the room. Unfortunately, already on the first day, we found sand all over the room and stains on the dining table and chairs. The food was very good, and the location right by the beach was excellent.

Very disappointing for families – no empathy or flexibility I was really looking forward to our family holiday at Aparthotel Fontanellas Playa, but unfortunately, our experience with the hotel has been nothing but stressful and disheartening. We are a family with three children and booked well in advance, making sure to inform the hotel right after booking about our situation. We kindly asked them to allow us all to stay in one room, or at least help us find a reasonable solution. Instead of understanding or support, we were met with cold, robotic replies and no willingness to assist. They refused to cancel or refund the reservation — even though we reached out immediately after booking and haven’t used the service yet. They only offered us a pricey upgrade with no real discount, which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine help. As a mother, I find it very upsetting how little empathy they showed. We’re left with no choice but to contact our bank for help. This is not the kind of experience families deserve when planning a holiday. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids — there are much better places in Mallorca that treat guests like human beings.

We had the best time here with our toddler! The staff were very friendly and kind. The food was perfect and exactly what we wanted! There was alot of choice which suited us with a toddler! We stayed in an apartment which was ideal for us as the baby could sleep and we could stay up without disturbing him! There was little to no noise at night from the rooms and the beds were comfy! The bathroom was spacious and shower was lovely! We used the pool only once as it was a bit cold for our toddler but I had a fabulous sports massage in the spa! The kids disco at night was so much fun and was a great idea to have the kids tired for bed time! We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend to families with children!

Good value for money hotel. Better than expected for the price. 4 stars for apartment's, the ones we stayed in could benefit from a refresh in some areas, but they are perfectly fine. They are good size and well appointed, with everything you would need. I would be very happy staying there again. Staff are friendly and helpful, with most speaking very good English. Location was perfect for us as we had bikes but Not the best if you want to be by the beach all day. What it does mean is it is nice and quiet, as it is away from town center. There is a free bus from hotel to beach June to September. There are three outside pools all clean and keeps in good condition as is the pool areas with lots of sun beds. Breakfast is buffet style, with amazing choice and can be purchased on a daily basis. Also the same for dinner. There is underground garage fo storing bikes and if you want it a spa.and gym. Have stay there twice now and would stay again. 😀

I went to this hotel to use the gym. 15 euros for a day pass which I thought very reasonable. Well equipped gym with plenty of dumbbells, benches, barbells, resistance machines and cardio equipment - also some CrossFit options and a spin studio. The 15 euros included access to the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi etc which were all excellent - just remember to bring your own towels if not a hotel guest. Nobody seems to bother too much about wearing a swim cap which suited me. This seems to be the locals gym, quite busy, but enough equipment. The only thing that let the experience down slightly was the rather uninterested lady behind the gym entrance - working with the public perhaps not for her.

As a family of four, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Duva. The room was comfortable, each of us enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep every night. Each of the hotel amenities were very good. We opted for bed and breakfast, and the food was lovely food and my 9 year old son couldn't speak more highly about how great the hash browns are. I'm into my cycling, and the facilities here are excellent. I hired a bike from somewhere in town and had no problem securing the bike in the dedicated hotel storage. I left early (~6am) each morning for my rides and there was no problem in doing so, and the overnight security staff member was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice, and there were always plenty of beds available at the pool. Given that we were at the hotel in August, it didn't ever feel too busy. The daytime and evening entertainment was excellent, and both the kids and adults are well catered for. The evening entertainment finishes quite promptly and doesn't go into the early hours of the morning like some hotels we have stayed at. My only constructive feedback, and this isn't worthy of reducing the overall score of the review, was that the ice cream stock was always quite low around the pool bar. Overall my family had fun staying here, and we would definitely come again.

I chose this hotel because of its decent overall rating, but my experience was far below expectations—borderline unacceptable. The first morning felt like waking up in hell. Non-stop loud noises from cleaning machines filled the air, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, our room was placed right next to the glass container, ensuring we got the full experience of the garbage truck emptying bins at an ungodly hour. Absolute misery. We requested a room change, and while I appreciate that they accommodated us, I find it incomprehensible that we were assigned such a terrible room in the first place—especially during a period when the hotel was far from full. As if that wasn’t enough, the next morning at 11:05 AM, we were rudely reminded that check-out was at 11 AM sharp—as if we were being kicked out, despite the fact that we were literally about to leave. How unprofessional and discourteous! To top it off, there is no nearby parking whatsoever. The overall lack of respect for guests is staggering. If you value basic customer service and a peaceful stay, just avoid this hotel.

It was my first time in Mallorca so before you go get ready: it's more a German island than a Spanish one. The hotel is mostly frequented by German pensioners. The rooms are nice and breakfast/dinner are served with a buffet concept full of choice but of average quality. It seems the rooms were renovated recently but the surroundings belong probably to the 80s or so. In conclusion: if you don't care too much about a lively atmosphere this hotel works well

Hotel is nice and clean, housekeeping is doing great job, I loved my room. Delicious food, dinner much better than breakfast. Francesca from restaurant was amazing! Great location and price, definitely will come back. Minus: there is no iron, no kettle, no tea or coffee available in the hotel, I was disappointed. Another thing is safe in the room, you need to pay extra to use it, doesn't make any sens. Even if you have dinner included there is nothing to drink. I had to pay extra every day to get some drink, I don't understand why breakfast is plenty of drinks but dinner not even water. I'm sure small things like that would make my stay much better.

Location is perfect, right next to beach. Rooms are clean and breakfast is lovely. However… 1) the walls are paper thin that you can clearly hear conversations of the next room (you will not get a good sleep) as well as the blinds not being able to block out the sun effectively. So you will be woke up by the sun each day. 2) the tall man who works in the restaurant is honestly the rudest person. The first interaction we were on our way into dinner and we stopped to wait for someone to assist us into the restaurant however no one came so we preceded to walk in. The man approached us and stopped us by placing his hands on both me and my partner which I truly didn’t appreciate and made me feel uncomfortable. This was to get our room number but please keep your hands to yourself as me and my partner do not appreciate being man handled. The second horrible interaction with this man was at breakfast time. We had finished 2 plates of food and we’re going up to fetch something else. When we came back the table was cleared which is understandable but the cutlery was gone also. So we sat down the table next to it which had cutlery/cups. This obviously annoyed the man as I sat and watched him point at me and shake his head clearly in my view. Honestly being the second horrible interaction with this man made it feel worse. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave, really can’t put into words how humiliating it felt. I’m on holiday and expect to have a nice time, not to be treated so horribly. If Timor Hotel cares for their reputation it would be wise to look into that man’s attitude towards their guests. I am so happy with my experience of staying here. Great vibes, such beautiful staff. Nice sized single room with a balcony. Clean. Great food. I went half board breakfast and tea and I'm really happy with it. I had a 25 min massage with Maria, it was stunning, €40 well worth it. The hotel is big enough but not too big. Entertainment is from 9.30-10.30pm which is good for me. Lots of little beaches in walking distance. Plenty of shops and The Spa convince stall. Happy happy bunny over here. Thank you to all the staff who have made my stay warm and welcoming.

Arrived at 11pm got a room at 12 pm Room smelt bad of damp and wasn’t sea view which we paid for! Went to reception to advise - wasn’t happy with us! Moved to a temporary room till next morning when manager came on as he kept telling us “I’m only the night manager” After being told to leave first room as it was as someone else was going in (so it wouldn’t be cleaned!). We moved to another room - same floor same smell but this one had its own toilet water pool in the bathroom! Spent a night with the appalling smell and having to put shoes on to use bathroom! Manager at 7am said he would look for a room asap (I said I’d speak to Jet 2). He found us a sea view room on level 3 by 10:30 am so after no sleep for the first night we got the room we paid for and a free evening meal in the ALL INC buffet for our trouble! Wow generous! The hotel looked better in the day light! It is a bit smelly throughout - food and damp but this maybe because it’s only just opened after winter. The double beds round the pool are not free so sit empty each day looking good for pics as they promote on their advertising! Pool Towels are charged on leaving - not mentioned to us previously! Breakfast is standard buffet. Lifts are dated as are carpets in corridors. Balconies are a bit useless as no view when sat down due to them being concrete! All in all a 3 star not four star hotel in my opinion. Not overly friendly reception staff and the night manager was downright rude.

Myself and mum visited for a 4 night break in May after finding a reasonable deal and we wanted to try a new area, it can be a bit nerve wrecking trying a new hotel and area but we are so glad we did, this hotel met our expectations and more!! Location- location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, from a gate near the pool the beach is on the other side of the road. If you come out of the hotel and go straight down the alley you are at the plaza with all the restaurants. You are surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, spars. A 10 minute walk to the marina which has a mercadona which is our favourite to pick up snacks and drinks with stray cats and chickens outside so it’s always nice to pick them up some treats too. Rooms- extremely spacious, bed is very comfortable, lovely shower, balcony’s are perfect. Honestly the rooms are perfect the only little gripe I had was the tv was positioned to the far left which looked a little awkward but no one goes on holiday to watch tv! There is also a mini fridge, a kettle with tea, coffee provided and also a bottle of water when you arrive which is ideal. The maids are incredibly hard working and come everyday which is evident as the rooms are spotless. Just something to be careful of is as the glass screen on the shower is open near the end the water comes out so remember to put a towel down otherwise the floor will be soaked. Also another tip as me and my mum learnt the hard way (thinking we were stuck in the room before Annalise on reception came to rescue us) you twist the handle and then give it a second before it opens. Around the hotel- reception is stunning and best of all smells absolutely beautiful, you can’t help but comment on it every time you walk in. The restaurant is downstairs and again is lovely and all the food is well presented, there is also an outdoor seating area which on one occasion for breakfast there was a pianist, which was absolutely beautiful, never had anything like that in a hotel before it was wonderful. There’s a pond by the bar which again is so unique and lovely. The bar is very modern. There’s a modern gym equipped with a sauna, shower and a wonder jacuzzi which was perfect for the time of year we went as the pool was too cold to get in. Sunbeds were comfortable with tables by the side to place your drinks, sunbeams on, again, we loved this! In most hotels we always stick to the beach as sun beds are impossible to get but not in the hotel, even when we went to the pool around 2/3pm finding a bed was incredibly easy. Tips- you can hire huge pool towels for free by the pool, the lady working this is extremely lovely and kind and is more than happy to explain the borrowing terms eg, what time to bring them to be washed again. When half board and you buy drinks etc this is all put onto a tab which is paid at the end of the stay which is great as it saves you getting your card out for every payment. The prices were also great and the drinks/cocktails were lovely! We wanted to write this review in particular as we wanted to give Annalise on reception the praise she deserves, from the moment we checked in she went above and beyond for myself and mum. Was always happy to have a chat, answer any questions (as it was our first time in the area) she really does have a heart of gold and is such an amazing asset to the hotel. I could go on all day but she really is a lovely lady who will do anything for the guest at this hotel! I would absolutely come back to this hotel in a heartbeat as you can’t fault it! * psa for anyone getting a transfer and is worried about that, don’t be! It took us around an hour and a half to reach the hotel which wasn’t bad at all, we spoke to other people who got taxis and they spent €100 so for the sake of an extra 30 minutes you do save yourself quite a lot of money by getting a transfer so i recommend to do so if you’re on a budget as it isn’t much different from getting a taxi.

My experience here was generally great from the welcoming ambience at the reception to the nice smelling environs to the food etc. what’s not to love?! The reception staff were very helpful especially one lady who smiled most times (I couldn’t get her name but she has a curly hair I think she was a team leader there). She helped with a lot of things and gave me directions every time I needed one to get around the area. The cleaning lady was warm too, does her thing very well. At some point my mattress felt a bit depressed so I made a complain and it was changed quickly by the maintenance team. I was able to rest well for the rest of my stay. The restaurant staff were always on the move making sure that residents were comfortable. The kitchen had loads of food variety everyday and the leader of the restaurant team, PACO, was very kind, funny and helpful. I am a very tall guy and with this comes some discomfort for example I had to request for an armless chair on my first visit to the restaurant to accommodate my wide hips and this was done for me and from then on, whenever PACO saw me approaching the restaurant, he just arranged an armless chair for me. The hotel’s location was peaceful as well, surrounded by a great amount of nature (which was my main reason for booking to stay there). I will definitely recommend this hotel Exagon. I had a great time here and I miss the place….I and my wife miss Paco a lot. He was off work on the day of our departure (well deserved day off) so we couldn’t say goodbye. The whole team here are just fabulous!!

Lovely hotel, fantastic views of forest, nature reserve, walking distance from a cut little beach at Son Baulo along a path via a back gate at hotel. Food lots of choices and all staff were excellent, friendly and hard working I felt very welcome. Would recommend a stay here if you don't like being in a noisy resort in main Can Picafort which you can get to via ting ting train that stops outside or a fairly long walk..30 mins along sea front..I don't walk very far now but very doabl if your more active. We enjoyed our stay.

Very warm welcome on arrival with complimentary drink. Rooms are clean but are a bit compact, having to " hire a kettle" well it didn't go down well. Pools are lovely as is steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Pools are lovely and well maintained. Breakfast had a lovely choice and was tasty. Leaving before breakfast on last day we were provided with a cold breakfast which was lovely. Overall a great hotel.

This hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The staff were not welcoming on arrival the entrance and downstairs area is nice and modern, however the actual rooms are in need of repair and maintenance. Our air con didn't work ( room 303) the bathroom mirror still had the previous guests spit sprayed on it. The beds were hard. They provided a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and towels. However there was no kettle in the room. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel that doesn't offer some sort of kettle or coffee machine. They have a lovely and clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, that opens at 12pm however they don't turn it on ready for open. Numerous times I had to go up to reception and ask for them to be turned on and then had to wait an hour for them to heat up. Surely that should be turned on at 11 ready for open at 12? We had breakfast included which was a decent buffet breakfast. However it starts at 8 which is a little late normally they are 7. Overall it was an okay stay but I won't be rushing back any time soon

No loud intrusive music so very relaxing. 15 minute walk to the beautiful old town and a short 5 minute walk to the beach that has plenty of restaurants. Food in the hotel is good and plentiful and the staff are happy and attentive.

A superb small, spotlessly clean hotel! Experienced, welcoming and helpful staff were on hand from the moment we arrived to when we left. The hotel is within easy reach of the harbour, Cala Millor, bus stops, bars and restaurants. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It also had tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel restaurant was excellent, too, offering a varied menu for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is very clean and tidy although very minimalistic, and the staff are very friendly. But the experience was completely ruined by the fact that although we were all inclusive the hotel charges you for pretty much everything they can outside of the very basic food and drink package, if like me you don't drink alcohol but still enjoy a beer that's an upgrade to the gold package at a cost of €19.95 a day and I couldn't just upgrade myself I also had to upgrade my wife to the gold package so that's the best part of €40 a day so I could have a alcohol free beer without having to pay every time I went to the bar. If you want to use the safety deposit box that's all ready in your room you have to pay a daily fee and a deposit for the key. If you want a fresh pool towel there's a fee to pay again. And as for the token system to get a plastic glass that's a right mess about. There was evening entertainment on a couple of nights a week in the bar but unfortunately the bar only seats 40-50 people so if you want to sit and watch the entertainer then you have to get there very early. Again there aren't enough sunbeds around the pool for the number of guests wanting to use them so if you want a day by the pool you have to be queuing up at the door waiting for it to be opened at 9am and join in the morning race to secure your self a sunbed, there are signs up telling you not to leave towels on unattended sunbeds but no one from the hotel checks on this so unfortunately people were putting towels on beds at 9am the going out till lunchtime leaving lots of people unable to enjoy the pool.

We had a lovely stay, service and staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Great atmosphere not too in your face you can jump in and out of it as and when you want. Bingo, water games etc Great bits for the kids, lots of choice and again you can join or choose not too. Food was lovely, we had half board breakfast and dinner and was lots of choice and everyone enjoyed. Rooms are nice and clean just great for the amount you're actually in there. Location is great so close to the beach and a parade of shops. We got the little train to the aquarium and that was fantastic and well worth a visit. Our son is 5 and absolutely loved it, he did mini chefs, bingo, water carpet (so much fun) We also had a spa treatment that was lovely, the spa was spotless and so relaxing. Definitely worth a treat

This hotel caters to families, but we are a childless couple on our honeymoon and thought it was perfect! Spacious and very accommodating. A quick walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. This was a truly amazing stay. The food was great, with a rich and tasty menu. It’s worth mentioning the kids' corner, where they serve food that every child loves to eat. The service was also excellent, The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Playa de Palma (the beach) is just a few minutes’ walk away. Keep in mind that this beach is very comfortable for families with children. Palma city is also easily accessible. Overall, the location is perfect. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel management is to simplify the drink service at dinner. It would be much better if guests could help themselves to drinks rather than having to order through the waitstaff. Overall, I can say it was great value for the money we paid.

Probably the best hotel resort I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked WONDERFUL. Nice shower and bathroom. We don’t have kids but the resort had tons of things for kids to do like toys, activities and shoes just for them. I could see it being great for families but It does mean the pools more crowded with kids and stuff so be aware. We did only breakfast there but it was delicious with so many options that were so good. There was a water fill station so we could fill our water bottle all the time. Close to a bus stop to go to town literally the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Super close to the beach, less than 3 minute walk to playa de Palma which was an amazing beach with lots of eating options nearby and a nice walkway that runs the whole beach. We absolutely loved it.

We had the most wonderful experience at this resort, and I can't recommend it enough! I visited for my birthday, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it special – surprising me with a birthday cake and champagne in the room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the meals were absolutely delicious with a wide and satisfying spread at every meal. The service throughout our stay was outstanding – from the warm welcome drinks at check-in to the genuinely kind and friendly staff who checked us in and saw us off. They even offered us a complimentary late check-out upon request, which was much appreciated. Every single staff member we interacted with was hardworking and dedicated, delivering a level of customer service that’s hard to find. It was a lovely and memorable experience overall – I’d happily return in a heartbeat!

The staff are so good, so helpful and friendly. The older ladies may not have much english but they try and that's the important thing. They were so good to me when I had a medical episode and they were happy I was okay when I arrived back from hospital. That meant alot to me. The room I had was for 1 but was big and comfortable. The balcony is spacious also. The shower is walk in which I liked, water was always warm. The A/C didn't seem to be working so I kept the door ajar during the night which was lovely - the location from the prom meant the area was generally quiet. The indoor pool and sauna facility was fab, a lovely way to relax and the rooftop pool wasn't overcrowded during my stay. The food was lovely - more a variety for meat lovers - I'm a vegetarian - but I always ended up full. The food was tasty and good quality also, I ate better here than at home. Thanks to all the staff for your help and making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

I have just stopped at this hotel and I am not going to lie it is a nice hotel has a good view from the room and the staff are lovely. However this hotel was not the greatest I have stayed in. For starters when I booked the hotel I had paid for a double bed which I did not get I ended up with 2 single pushed together. Also in the room the shower it’s self was good and powerful but they way they have built it it made it flood the bathroom. Also the balcony had no privacy from the rooms next to each other. The hotel also has no other signs for what is on each level, all it has is on one sign at reception lobby. Also in this hotel the food is not the greatest. On my first day we had lunch (this was not a buffet) I had ordered a hot sandwich witch I expected it to be a toasty but was too bits of toast with a slice of fake cheese and very cheep ham. On the evening the food was a buffet however was not very inclusive for many people there was a lot of sea food that I can not have and was only 2-3 things I could have. After these too experience with the food we had decided to go out to eat. I will not be stopping at this hotel again.

In the evening 2 hour entertainment 🥳 . If you don’t like, you can close the door and sleep 😴 . Clean towels, good shower. 5 minutes to the beach with transparent sea water. 🥰

Overall a great hotel located strategically in Palmanova. Eroski supermarket 🛒 is within' walking distance. The staffs are friendly 👍🏻 The room is great: spacious and well maintained! Water 🚿 pressure is good too! The kitchen is small but functional, you have everything you need to prep any meals 🍽️ the AC is cool enough, even for summer season soon. The only downside is the soundproof-ing. The wall is pretty thin, so you can hear your your neighbours' talking/sneezing 😅 You can borrow the swimming towel by putting 10€ deposit/towel. And when you return it, you'll get your deposit back.

Stayed in October, everything was clean, well kept, room had all you needed and more (kitchenette). Only downside is the noise as others have said and the fridge running during the night could keep you awake. Despite that slight issue, the hotel is great. As a result I chose to book this hotel for a group next week 🙌

Lovely hotel and holiday from start to finish. Staff very helpful and friendly, check in was straight forward and quick. Rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard, as was the hotel itself! Rooms had air conditioning, fridge, microwave, hobs, utensils etc. Location is perfect, everything was only a few minutes walk. Bars literally a few doors down although not loud enough for you to hear them from your room. Eroski is a 10 mins walk, spar is a few mins walk as are plenty of eateries. Magaluf is about 15 mins walk along the beach, very pleasant walk with bars/ restaurants along the way. My only negative would be the amount of tourist tax we paid, we stayed 4 nights and it cost €52.18 which I thought was quite steep. I have no problem with paying tourist tax in general and I've been many times to Majorca but have never paid that amount. That's the only reason for the 4* review otherwise would have 100% been 5*

Just returned from a girly 4 day break at this hotel. Firstly 20-30 mins via taxi from the airport, great staff, great location, nice tidy rooms and facilities. Is fab location as at the end of the busy strip but no noise heard..but I guess its May so maybe not in full swing with tourists. Really close to the beach, shops for provisions very close by. Tapas bar at the top of the strip lovely. Magaluf very short distance to walk even shorter in taxi. Would definitely recommend and visit again😁

The Best Hotel in Cala Rajada! The views and location are amazing and literally 2 minutes away from local amenities. The rooms are fantastic and all with balconies. Food is wonderful and the staff here are out of this world! They become family while you are here. This (as far as I am concerned) is THE HOTEL in Cala Rajada. I've been coming back year after year, my mind hasn't changed. 10 stars out of 5 👍👍👍

We stayed at THB Cala Lliteras and for me, everything was just perfect. The staff is very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was very diverse — lots of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, and even red fish on some days. They make fresh pancakes, fried eggs, and omelets. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its location — stunning views of a beautiful beach and breathtaking sunsets. It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach where you can snorkel, and there’s also a restaurant nearby. The pool is another great spot to sunbathe and swim with a lovely view. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to reach restaurants. We came by car, but it would still be convenient without one, as everything beautiful and necessary is within walking distance. While swimming at the beach near the hotel, we saw many beautiful fish.

Excellent hotel with the most wonderful staff. Very friendly, communicative, nice, and attentive. The room is nice, has everything anyone needs for a vacation. The location of the hotel is amazing. Greatest view anyone could dream off. Three pools (one small and shallow for relaxing, one deep, and one that is shallow and goes deep but not too deep, so it is possible to stand in it). Food was excellent (I booked with breakfast and dinner). Dinner had a different theme every night. Markets within walking distance, and the city market on Saturday is 10 minutes away on foot. The harbor of Cala Ratjada is 15 minutes on foot. Some nice hiking areas nearby. Nice beaches nearby. Most importantly, no groups of 20 men with their loud music and crazy drinking. The only thing I wished for was to have music on the pool. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

During our stay, we noticed that my sister was getting bitten at night. The bites were clustered and not like mosquito bites (see her arm in the photo). A pharmacist confirmed that bed bugs were the likely cause and prescribed antihistamines and topical cream. We immediately informed hotel reception and requested a room change and that our clothes be washed and dried at high heat. The receptionist initially refused a room change, offering only a free cocktail. After I insisted, we were finally moved to a new room later that day. However, she denied our request to wash clothes, provide plastic bags for safe handling of possibly infested items, and refused to have the room inspected by hotel staff or pest control. Upon moving, we personally inspected the new room and found: bed bug faecal stains near the bedside table drawer and dead insects on the kitchen table. We reported this immediately, but the hotel’s response was to send a cleaner to wipe the faecal stains with toilet paper. We were denied another room change, refused pest control or medical assistance, and told we could not use the laundry facilities after 7 PM (even for urgent drying). The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who dismissed our concerns, claiming that their laundry process kills bed bugs and that the bites were likely from “something else.” He said he would only believe us if we caught a live bed bug, which is an unreasonable expectation for guests without proper tools or training. He again refused our request for help and only allowed us to use the paid self-service laundry, which cost us approximately 50 euros to wash and dry all our clothes in five loads. Due to the situation, we checked out early on Monday, June 9th. The hotel manager refused any refund and told us to contact Booking.com. We are currently still dealing with new unlocked fears and with the possibility of the bugs following us home. I understand that bed bugs happen in hotels, but the lack of reaction from the hotel is a very bad sign. Update: Hi hotel, As you've requested, here are the photos of the bites from your room. You may notice your lovely curtains in the background, as well as your tv and wardrobe. Hope this helps. The first photo I posted was indeed from outside, when we were returning from the pharmacy. As for the room - after inspecting the second room and finding bug faecal matter (which your cleaner wiped away), I asked for a NEW room, not to be returned to the first one. And yes, my sister did get new bites after spending a night in the second room. As for the washing of clothes - your receptions gave me 3 coins of 1 euro. One load in washing machine is 4. Load in drier additional 4. And as for procedure, you said complain to Booking. I did - they passed the complaint to you. What they have then told me is that hotel refused to give any compensation (even for the nights we didn't stay) and that they'll give us pity credits, which I have refused.

Spent a perfect 12 days at this hotel with family of 4. The hotel is very nice, clean and has a beautiful view on the sea. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast has everything you could wish for. View from the room not special but just go outside for that. There is a small kitchen but if you want to use it bring your own soap and dishcloth. I think this should have been included with the room.

Fantastic stay! The hotel has an excellent location, on the first line with wonderful views and amenities. It is close to a bus stop, and at the same time there is a stop for the coastal tourist train right next to it, which makes a panoramic tour to the Palma Aquarium. The food is delicious and varied. There is live music every evening in the bar. With My favorite club cards we enjoy the views from the pool on the roof of the hotel, and during the day this extra also offers access to a buffet with treats and drinks. The staff is extremely kind and responsive, the rooms are cleaned and maintained every day. We are very happy with our choice of hotel and would stay here again. Excellent hotel experience. Food, staff and accommodation were very good. We stayed half board and food was varied and plentiful with no queues. Plane noise is obvious due to the close proximity to the airport which was no issue to us.

This is the second time we have stopped at this hotel and had we not been before, maybe we would have scored them higher, however we noticed a decline in several areas from 2022. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade the room from a standard room. We said 'yes' as we did last time and the view and room were certainly worth the extra last time, however this time there wasn't a pool/sea view available, however for twice the price we could have the most expensive upgrade at 300 euros for 10 days for a from sea view on the end of the hotel. We agreed but were a little reluctant, however just wanted our room as we were tired and hot after a delayed flight. We were very disappointed with the front view room. It was much smaller than the cheaper pool/sea view and the bathroom in particular was much smaller. The view wasn't any better. We have tried to get some sort of recompense since, without success. The choice and quality of breakfast food is excellent and the breakfast chefs lovely if you wanted omelettes etc, however each morning from 10am onwards the staff start laying for lunch when breakfast is open until 10.30am and people were still coming in. You felt like they wanted you out, even though no one was going to be eating for several hours. The sunbeds were probably the biggest annoyance. Last time we visited we didn't struggle to get a bed at any time of the day. This time we did. There were times when we gave up and we noticed other couples doing the same. The one day we were particularly disappointed so went to reception and asked if we were able to use the Sky Pool instead. The receptionist asked what was wrong with the main pool. We said nothing except there are no beds free, mostly just towels and no people. She asked what room we were in as the Sky Pool is only for upgraded guests.Apparently our upgrade at 300 euros wasn't the right upgrade for the Sky Pool. Disappointment again. She said that there was a sunbed rule that the life guard should remove towels unattended for 30 minutes. This was absolute rubbish and never happened on any day we were there. One day 4 girls left towels on beds at breakfast and returned 4 hours+ later and towels weren't removed. Other people could have had these beds. On a positive, Valentena the poolside waitress was very lovely. This is a hotel which I'm afraid we will not be stopping at again and although we love Can Pastilla we will stop somewhere else next time.

It is a nice and clean hotel. Not too big and not too small and adults exclusively, very pleasant. For us, the choice of room was important (hotel is close to the route of departures). Nearly all staff is very, very friendly and helpful as well as the employees radiate a warm welcome. The half-board is really worthwhile. The variety in the evening and the great service were remarkable (tipping is definitely appropriate). Unfortunately, the ventilation in our bathroom had been removed. The room is a little bit clairaudiently (door-hallway). Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

Great Hotel, rooms nice and clean and cleaned regularly. Food is as expected in all inclusive. There is a sports bar which is only open until 6pm which doesn't makes sense as can only then get drinks at the in & out bar which gets very busy and queuing for a while. Pools are fab with good entertainment. All in all our Family holiday was great here with out 14, 11 & 10 year old children.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome! The staff were honestly lovely, super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made such a difference. Massive thank you to Borja who made our stay so special Our room was spotless, the beds were really comfy, and there was loads of closet space so perfect for settling in properly without living out of a suitcase. The hotel itself is as brilliant! We came with our toddler but you could definitely come as a couple! We loved the pool areas with the slides and children’s splash pool! Lots of lifeguards so felt very safe! Plenty of space and no stress about finding a sunbed, which was a massive win! The activity’s were so fun my toddler loved running on the water carpet! This is our second year here for our holiday. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend it. The staff are friendly & helpful. Nothing is ever a problem. The food choices available everyday are amazing with such a variation to choose from. The rooms are always clean & tidy, if anything is needed they have it done for you, nothing is too much for them. The reception staff are very knowledgeable, and will give brilliant advice on places to visit and how to get there, if a taxi is required they will book it for you. The views from the balcony are out of this world, to be able to watch a sunset/sunrise over the sea is definitely a rare opportunity. To be honest, it’s worth every penny, and we are definitely returning next year for another holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Alua Suites Las Rocas in Cala D’or and can’t recommend it enough! We stayed in a beautiful sea view room in block B. The room was modern, very clean, spacious, and cleaned daily to a high standard. One thing to note: if you have a disability or struggle with stairs, it’s worth asking for a ground floor room, as there’s no lift in the blocks. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with an aesthetic and relaxed feel, set right on the cliffs with breathtaking views of the sea. There were also plenty of car parking spaces right outside the hotel, which made coming and going really easy. The staff were all so lovely and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel even more welcome. There are lots of great facilities on site too, including a little arcade, football and volleyball areas, table tennis, and other activity spaces, which kept everyone entertained. There were always plenty of sun loungers available by the pools, and the poolside bar was perfect for drinks and snacks throughout the day. Checking in was really straightforward, we arrived around lunchtime and were pleased to find that our room was ready for us straight away. We had breakfast included in our stay, and there were plenty of options each morning, with breakfast available until 10:30 am, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. One tip: if you prefer a quieter stay, it might be worth requesting a room outside of Block B, as it sits above the nightly entertainment area. Would 100% stay again!

Stayed for an all inclusive family holiday. It's a large complex split across 2/3 sites, we were located across the road from the main hotel, rooms were good with all basic amenities, memory foam mattresses. Don't make the mistake of boiling tap water for hot drinks it's salty and is terrible, as my wife found out. The food has a great variety and will cater for most needs and tastes, the bacon is not back bacon. The location has great sea views of the Mediterranean, there is a short walk to the nearest Spar shop but you can walk a little farther (10 mins) to the larger shopping area. You can taxi, bus or land train to the town, trains are every hour but pause at lunch

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location, near several small beaches and just a 5 min walk from a little town with restaurants and shops etc. there’s also a land train than regularly drives around so great form of public transport. For a 4 star hotel, the food selection could have been better but it wasn’t awful! The Suites were spacious and tidy, it was a shame to see the outside of our room so dirty and littered for a majority of our stay. Overall a lovely hotel, just a few niggly bits that could do with some improvement

Overall this was a great, affordable place to stay. There is a bus stop down the street that will get you into Palma and it’s really close to the beach and some good bars/restaurants. The staff were very kind and attentive and could be considered a highlight of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were stocked with basic toiletries, with other items available upon request. That being said, I find it hard to call this a 4-star hotel. The main complaints I have with this hotel lie in its construction. The elevator is tiny and showing its age (not a problem for me as a single person, but something to note for those in large wheelchairs). The walls are paper thin; I could easily hear conversations in the room next to mine, and when you’re in the hallway you can hear them halfway down the hall. The air conditioning (at least in my room) doesn’t seem like it was capable of producing cold air; it kept the room at an acceptable temperature, but I still found myself having to sleep with blankets off. On my first night, my room door’s card reader battery died and the attendant on call was having a hard time fixing it; this wouldn’t have been a huge deal if it weren’t midnight and took until 1am to get the door open (though he was dealing with checking in customers at the time, so I knew he was a bit overwhelmed). I understand that I just got really unlucky with the battery running out during my stay and the attendant was very apologetic for taking so long to fix it, so I don’t really blame the hotel for this, but some sort of compensation would have been nice. Hopefully it is part of their maintenance list to replace the batteries every so often before they die and inconvenience a customer. Also, I would highly recommend for the hotel to put in peepholes in the doors of every room as a safety measure, that should be a standard. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism and can be used to improve certain aspects of the hotel, as I do not think it is one of the bad ones, it could just use a bit of sprucing up.

I spent 6 days in the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly, smiling, and offered me a glass of champagne to welcome me. Nothing was a problem. On the last day of departure, I was able to extend my check out until the evening as my flight didn't leave until the evening. The accommodation was beautiful, with a view of the sea. Staff very nice. Food always tasty. I would like to highly commend the lifeguard at the pool named Octavio who was always nice, smiling and helpful. Also the waiters at the pool bar were very nice and kind. I will definitely love to come back here again sometime as Canyamel is a place that is close to my heart. Thank you all!!!

Dinner on Sunday was good. Dinner on Monday may be less crowded and less than one-third of the menu on Sunday, and the rest of the stands are empty and without food. The dishes are all very large, which is wasteful. What the hotel needs to do is not to reduce the number of dishes, but to reduce the amount of dishes per dish.

Great hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Stayed for 8 nights, the rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we asked if we could upgrade to a pool view room on arrival and since they had one available this was done no problem. We only had B&B so I can’t speak for the dinner selection but they breakfast was great with good variety. The pool area was also very clean and there was always loungers available - the pool bar is such a great feature also and the bar staff are fun and friendly. One thing that could possibly be improved on is the lack of activities/games etc at the pool during the day, however this may not be that kind of hotel. The location is also great, 2 minutes walk to the strip where there loads of bars, shops and restaurants available. About a 15 minute walk to the port which we did a couple of evenings but a taxi can also be got which takes 5 minutes and costs less than €10. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back 🏖️

Honestly this is a great hotel, fully equipped for all activities, suitable for family and people. Every night the hotel offers live music performances, I appreciate this, in addition to the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna inside, helping people with musculoskeletal diseases to be able to swim and recover, which is absolutely great. I have some suggestions for the hotel, the first is about the reception style of the male staff, not very friendly, the second is the most important is cleaning the room, need to be more meticulous. Another thing is that the room is exposed to outside light at night, it is really quite uncomfortable. I highly appreciate the attentive service of the hotel receptionist, her name is Dagmar, she is wonderful, she knows many languages ​​and can communicate well in German, she also helped us with a few things. We are completely satisfied and appreciate the hotel, I can only continue to recommend it to everyone.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner was great. Really good variety and one night the head chef went out of his way to make a pasta dish from scratch for my coeliac girlfriend. It was hugely appreciated. Small walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Recommend the terrace rooms. Big huge terrace overlooking pool with its own sunbeds. They become a sun trap in the afternoons if it's windy by the pool.

I truely dont get how people are giving this hotel a 5 star rating. I’ve done alot of traveling and i would say this is a 2 star hotel. The only thing that stands out is the pool area. Everything else is run down. The ”dubble bed” is a 120 cm bed. Not a comfortable sleep for 2 grown adults. Also the mattress is hard. They give you one long pillow to share. They dont change towels daily and when they do they only give 1 big and 1 small towel to share!? You get a sheet as a blanket. Housekeeping is horrible. Dirty pillow cases, sand and hair still on the floor. Insects in the bathroom. The shower dont run like a 4 star hotel should. The water pressure is thesame as i had in a 2 star hotel in a tiny greek island. Ladies, pack your hair dryer if you are coming here, because this 4 star hotel is still using those old noisy hair dryers attached to the wall. No ac in the lobby/restaurant. When i arrived on my first day the lady in the reception told me breakfast was going to cost 126 euro for 2 people 1 week. I told them I would decide later on and same day that evening i went back to the reception and told them i would like to add breakfast to my stay, this time they gave me another price. 168 euro for 2 people and 1 week! I was very confused and asked her why they gave me a different price then the one i got that morning. She replied that i needed to return the next morning and ask to talk to the lady that gave me the first price. At this point i felt very disappointed and almost felt like i was being scammed. Overall the area around this hotel is boring. The only nice thing is probably the beach. I would not return to this hotel.

It would be enough to just say "The best holiday ever," but I'll elaborate a bit. The hotel is in a beautiful location, about a 3-minute walk from a stunning, clean, sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea. As for the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious they were, with beautiful, modern furnishings, an amazing bathroom, and overall cleanliness. The food was fresh, and there’s something for everyone – a good variety to choose from. Just a small note: maybe consider offering fewer fried options on the kids’ menu. Still, the selection was good. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and bars were excellent – kind, smiling, and incredibly hardworking. If hotel management is reading this, please send our warm greetings and thanks to the entire team (even though we also thanked them in person). What really deserves praise are the animation programs and their animators – both the children's activities and the evening entertainment for adults were fantastic. We had a great time. The water attractions were also excellent. Once again, thank you sincerely for a wonderful holiday, and we truly hope to return again.

Hotel lovely and clean. Food was good. The children had a great time aged 2 and 5. The only problem we encountered was the hotel took a booking with about 70 teenagers probably about 12/13 yrs for two nights which seemingly was their end of term treat. The young children had to come out of the Splash Pool as they were running riot and coming down slides 10 at a time…knocking over little children. We complained to reception but were met with a shrug saying they were guests. The lifeguard did nothing to get things under control. I think after many complaints the 4 teachers came over to try and calm things down and to get them to go to main pool but with no avail. I was truly disappointed in the hotels response this was a safety issue and it spoiled all the families with young children’s fun as they had to pull their children out of the pool to keep them safe. The hotel never have taken this large amount of teenagers or at best say the splash pool was for only for children up to say 10yrs old. It was carnage..and made the last two days horrible for the children…

The last time we stayed in this hotel was approximately seven years ago ( what a difference a day makes ). Having had a number of good holidays here it is bitterly disappointing to see how a hotel can change so much for the worst. I would go as far as to say some of the staff actually don’t want the English here . Having spoken with the manager about the rudeness of one or two of the staff, and being assured that action would be taken, the person in question was extremely rude during breakfast today. We have a junior suite and that’s why I gave a high rating for the room, but overall this hotel isn’t worthy of anything over three stars ( more like two ). Needless to say we will never return again and strongly advise against coming unless you have children and you are able to switch off and let them do what they want. A sad end to some very good memories.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel with my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 4 years old). All opinions are my own and have not been influenced by other reviews. Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to beach and about a 20 minute flat walk along a beautiful promenade, which has very little traffic, to the port where there are lots of bars/restaurants (there are plenty of these on the walk to the port as well). We stayed in a Junior Suite and absolutely couldn’t fault it. The room and bathroom were both huge and there was more than enough space for the four of us, which made it very comfortable. I know some have mentioned issues with storage and wardrobe space, however, our room had plenty to cater for everything we had. The balcony was also a good size with a brilliant pool/sea view. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel has two pool areas, the first is a pretty standard pool for both adults and children to use and is a good size with the pool bar running parallel to it. The second, the children’s splash pool, however, was brilliant and perfect for our children who spent hours each day playing in it. There are also lots of beds around this pool and we never had any issues getting some so we could stay close by to keep an eye on our children. The staff were great and worked tirelessly all day serving god-knows how many people and nothing was ever too much effort. There was some queuing at times, but nothing too over-the-top. A special mention though needs to be made about the animation team who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their enthusiasm and patience with the children while running the kids club, pool activities and mini disco morning, noon and night was beyond incredible. Thank you all so so much for making our girls’ first holiday so enjoyable. Cons: Only one that comes to mind was the food. I appreciate when it comes to this, opinions are subjective, however, for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark. It wasn’t terrible, however, it definitely could’ve been much better. We were all-inclusive, but always intended to eat out a few times for lunch and dinner anyway and I’m glad we did as I couldn’t have eaten there all day every day. The children’s options were pretty limited, especially for a hotel that seemed to be geared up for young families. I’d say this is one area that definitely needs improvement. (Our) children eat more than just beige (chicken nuggets and chips being pretty much the only option). All-in-all, I can’t help feel some reviews of this hotel are a little over critical based on our own experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Puerto Pollensa is a truly beautiful part of the island and one of the best places I’ve visited for a holiday. It’s such a clean, bright and vibrant place with incredible beaches. It has lots to offer people of all ages, however, if you aren’t travelling with young children, you might want to consider a different hotel to this one.

We spent 10 nights at Vell Mari and it was excellent value for money. Food was good, we did eat out a few nights as we were exploring. Wide range of cooked foods, fresh fruit and desserts. Staff at any hotel can create the atmosphere that is part of your experience and the staff at Vell Mari are very professional and made our stay very enjoyable Pool is great though you will need to be on the ball to get loungers and umbrellas during busy periods. The pool bar, pool cafe and facilities were very good. Rooms are clean, older in style but in keeping with Mediterranean style, bedding and towels changed daily, just leave the "please clean my room" on the room door handle. 10min cab to the beach at Can Picafort, restaurants there are good and check out the Jamaican bar !! We stayed here for 7 days and everything was perfect. The staff is very calm, friendly, and generous. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, well after dinner time — but they had kindly set aside food for us, so we were still able to enjoy a full meal when we arrived. That meant a lot. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent — all the food was perfectly cooked, never too oily, with a wide variety of options. The desserts were also absolutely delicious. 10/10

Absolutely stunning hotel. Well maintained rooms (dependant on room type you book) I had the Junior Suite, which had a balcony with a beautiful view of the boats on the beach front. Unfortunately, there were not many basic cosmetic amenities, the air con and Wi-Fi were a little temperamental. But I would gladly return. A stunning pool with sun loungers and bar are available on the Rooftop with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great range of options. The hotel is situated in the best location opposite the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops alongside many buses for transport.

Only reason the room didn't get 5 stars was not able to connect to the TV via WiFi so we could stream. Extremely clean and tidy hotel good breakfast, standard continental food but lovely fresh cooked eggs with runny yolk, service was always pleasant and the bar and restaurant are reasonably priced. Location is amazing right on the harbour between 2 beaches. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to couples or solo travellers. If you have kids you probably want to be in a different resort ca'n Pastilla is a nice quiet adult centred area.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel. - Room extremely small, toilet extremely small. - Just 3 meters in front, there is another building. - Not even a courtesy bottle of water, they sell it at 3,5€. - Breakfast is worst than in a 3 stars hotel.

Me and my wife had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, with a fantastic balcony with veiws overlooking the beach and marina. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with booking taxis. Breakfast catered well to my wife's nut allergy and gluten intolerance and food cooked fresh each morning. The chef went above and beyond. The pool is small and more of a plunge pool but bigger than the sister hotel Las Arenas and perfect for a dip after a sunbathe on the sun deck. Drinks and snacks are really well priced. Live entertainment on Wednesdays and Saturdays was great. My only issue was that the TV was all German channels. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, close to the beach with a nice walk down with plenty of shops on the way. There is an Aldi close by, does cheap sun cream The service is to a very high standard. They go above and beyond and our kids really liked the staff and how friendly they were to them during the activities. Considering our accents are strong they were able to get our orders correct. My recommendations to anyone going is the following: - Don't go for the meals straight away. Best time is 30 minutes after the start time -Use the bar / restaurant for lunches the food is very good. -The mini golf is available to play anytime, just ask at reception -There is an air compressor at the shop to blow up inflatables for the pool - There is a medal club for the kids at 2 pm. The kids get a medal on their last night if they attend. -If you have a later flight out, I heard you can extend your check out but it is with an added cost - There are 2 pools.. To get bigger pool our 7 year could could stand in but he wouldn't in the big pool. Just as a bit of guidance for parents. The staff make the holiday special and it is down to them that made it an amazing experience. I saw comments about the rooms, if I'm being honest, I don't go on holiday for a room. For me a room is a place to sleep, shower and that is it. The room has a secure lock and the beds were comfy.

Fabulous hotel for families. Clean, great pools, good food and drink selection and plenty to do in the hotel itself. Staff were excellent and mini disco entertainment perfect for toddlers. Short walk to the beach where you can walk out a long way before the sea gets deep. Bit of a journey back up the hill for toddlers if it's hot so take a pram. Would definitely go again, thank you!

Our recent trip to Can Picafort was fantastic. This was in part to the wonderful hotel. Zafiro Can Picafort has everything a family needs for a week or 2 in the sun. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with a friendly maid service. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional, much better than previous all inclusive holidays we've been on. Make sure however that you book spaces at the restaurants at the start of your stay as they book up quickly; saying that, the buffet restaurant never left us wanting more in terms of variety. The hotel is well staffed with ample people running the restaurants/bars/pools and general cleaning / upkeep of the grounds, ensuring that it's picture perfect Our kids loved the pools and the wet bubble, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation and we are keen to return again,.

Lovely family resort. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Short 10 min walk to the seafront and strip of shops. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. The room was big with a huge bed. Pull out sofa bed as described and had a comfy memory foam mattress. No oven for self catering but we ate out so it didn't matter. Mainly an all inclusive hotel - food looked good. Pool towels were available but we'd bought our own - would use that service another time! Our 5 year old grandson loved the wet bubble and choice of 6 pools! Very happy with our stay.

Great hotel in a fab location. Staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were brilliant and the place was really clean. Only down side for me personally was the all inclusive buffet (I would say slightly warm, nothing was ever hot), and as we went in term time none of the activities shown on the website for older kids like football for example were available which was disappointing for my son. Apart from that it was great and I would recommend for families really with younger kids.

Wow, what a beautiful vacation we all had. The rooms were ideal, and the double bed huge. For me the fact that they gave anyone a sun lounger towel so we didn't need to go through the usual trouble of people putting towels on sun loungers at early doors was an Ideal thing to do. There is around 6/8 different pools to choose from, leaving plenty of space for everyone. The food was lovely and plentiful, and you could get snacks or a meal throughout the day. I would highly recommend the pool restaurant, their food choices was outstanding. The gorgeous beach was around a 3/4 minute walk, so perfect if you have smaller children. I would definitely go again.

There were many things I liked about this hotel, but it also made our holidays quite miserable. Here are the issues we encountered: • Check-in Delay: We arrived late at 11 PM after an exhausting trip with our child. The system was broken, and we were kept at the reception for almost an hour. They wouldn't give us the room key until they processed all our information. • Misleading Room Location: During booking, it wasn't clear that our room was a 20-minute walk from the beach, rather than 5 minutes. We had a stroller, and there were many stairs to navigate. We asked to upgrade the room to the better location and were denied. • Frequent Breakdowns: Many things were broken, including the elevators and our bed, water in the bathroom, gates to the hotel when coming back from the beach. • Terrible Food: The food was terrible everywhere. Breakfast options were ridiculously poor. Other options for lunch or dinner were with a poke bowl containing spoiled tuna and half-raw rice, a tuna salad with the cheapest canned tuna, overcooked pasta. Mini pizzas for kid were served with raw dough. Often ingredient’s listed were missing: no figs on aubergines with figs, missing lettuce in the burger. Everything we tried was simply terrible or barely eatable. Additionally, there were no places to eat in the area, so we had to go to the nearby town every day, sometimes twice. • Towel Policy: The towel policy was frustrating. We wasted the best hours of the day trying to catch someone to change our towels. The only advantages of this place were the beautiful hotel grounds, the numerous pools, and the spacious rooms. And of course Cala Mesquida is so gorgeous.

We enjoyed very well the rooms are super, service is outstanding, location is very nice too. We appreciate all the staff, I needed some water and was delivered 2 am in the room. The cleaning is outstanding class and same is the room facilities. Well definitely recommend my friends and hope to visit again.

One of the most enjoyable and fun experiences of my life! Hotel Bahía del Sol is a truly wonderful place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of options every day. I was especially impressed by the quality and taste of the meals, as well as the cleanliness of the dining area, which was spotless at all times. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection, and every part of the hotel was well-maintained and sparkling clean. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was always present, helpful, and a true professional, a great person who made our stay even better. What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere: warm, positive, and uplifting. No matter what question or request we had, we always received an immediate and kind response. The location is also ideal, very close to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The area is peaceful and charming, yet full of life and positive energy. I highly recommend this hotel with no hesitation. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable vacation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bahía del Sol for a business trip with friends. Overall, it was a decent experience. The location is quite good — convenient and accessible, with nearby amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they could use some updates or improvements to reach a higher standard. The service stood out positively; the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there’s still room for improvement in both the quality of the rooms and overall facilities. A solid choice for a short stay, especially if you're traveling with friends for business. Not perfect, but definitely not a bad option.

The experience was not good since the beginning... Nobody ever replied to my messages on booking. When we arrived we have been told that the hotel is overbooked and we have to stay in another hotel for the first night. Taxi driver told us that it is usual on this hotel. Next day we got upgrade of the room which was nice (only reason for 2*). But we paid doubled the city tax and nobody was able to explain why... The room was clean in the beginning but the cleaning service was really poor. Dining room was always super busy and the stuff was not enough to keep it clean. Dirty plates and tables. Food was ok, but not having even water included in dinner is ridiculous for 4* hotel... Another story is the pool and in general the wellness area... Pool did seem very sanitary, whirlpool was empty and sauna never reached more then 40°C. We were dissapointed so we visited it only once. In general the hotel is full of old Germans. I would definitely not choose this hotel again.

If it weren’t for Sarah, the entertainment manager, we would have left on the first day. The rest of the experience was extremely poor and disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel. (At best a 2 or low 3 star hotel.) We were placed in Bahia Chico, the old part of the hotel — inaccessible and far from reception. The lift was broken (we weren't informed), and due to mobility issues, we couldn’t reach the room. Reception told us to wait for the lift repair in the bar. Two hours later, we found out the lift was fixed — but no one told us. The room was terrible: no air con, broken ceiling fan, balcony doors didn’t lock, and it smelled musty. After another long discussion — again with Sarah’s help — we were promised a new room the next morning. The next day, reception said there were no rooms available (again). Then 30 minutes later, after "tracking down" the manager, they suddenly found us two options. Odd, since the night before we were told there was nothing for 2 days. Replacement room had issues too: shower flooded the bathroom, air con didn’t work properly, visible damp, balcony doors didn’t lock, and bare wires were exposed. The all-inclusive package is inconsistent. Sometimes drinks were included, sometimes not. Only 2 drinks per visit allowed (even for groups). Slow service, small cups, and inconsistent policies made the experience frustrating. Bar manager was not helpful. Rooftop bar not included in the package and shut down unexpectedly at 9:50 PM with no notice. The restaurant felt like a school canteen — overcrowded, noisy, and stressful. Food was basic at best. Definitely not 4-star quality. We sent 8 emails before arrival regarding room requests — none were answered, even though read receipts confirmed they were seen. Again, Sarah was the only person who cared and went out of her way to help us. She’s a credit to the hotel, but she’s working with very little support. This hotel has potential, but right now it is badly managed, inconsistent, and not equipped to offer a relaxing holiday.

Where do I begin. Arrived at teatime and from the outside we thought wow. That was were the wow stopped. Positives: Very clean. The entertainer Sarah was so very friendly. That's the positives done. The negatives: I'm not sure the review page is long enough. Mainly caters for Germans. The food was dire maybe 2 evenings out of 7 was decent enough. They don't even allow you a glass of water with evening meal you have to pay 3 euros for one. The health and safety was appalling. There was no music at night or during day except for piano music over one speaker. I've read the reviews and some of them they must be used to dire places or it's family posting. No air conditioning, no children's entertainment. Bar closes at 11.30pm and ALL lights out at 12. You can't even get a light on balcony My advice...stay clear of this if British. The staff were rude especially the receptionists. This should not be rated more than 2 star

I recently spent a couple of nights here with my family and we had a great experience. We booked the family suite and the all inclusive package. Check in was smooth and the rooms were ready early so we could get started at the pools. There’s a perfect small kids pool area with slides and shallow water for the toddlers to play in. There are several other pool areas for bigger kids and adults. There’s even a 18+ pool in a separate area if you’re able to enjoy that. I thought the breakfast, lunches, dinners, and drinks were great! We had tons of options at every meal. We could even find things for a bunch of picky kids to eat in between them attacking the ice cream machines! Coffee was from automatic machines but it was surprisingly good. The room was very nice with an outdoor seating area and rack to dry clothes/towels. The bathroom was massive with a walk in shower and separate tub. There was a full kitchen with sink/stove/mini fridge. The A/C worked, but luckily the weather was nice in mid June so we didn’t need it much. You’re a ~10 minute walk down to the beach and there is a beach store/restaurants down there if you’re interested in getting out of the resort for a bit. All in all I would recommend this resort and I would stay again!

We booked a penthouse suite with a plunge pool at Zafiro Mallorca. The room was large and clean and our rooftop was huge! We had a bath, separate open walk in shower and toilet in a room with a door (not clear from photos on the websites) and the sink was separate outside the room. The plunge pool is not heated which meant it was cold on arrival but as the weather heated up over the week, it was much warmer. Food was as expected for an all inclusive at the buffet restaurant, a good selection of food with the usual children's options. The restaurant/bar by the pool has a good menu and cooks food to order at lunchtime and this was excellent. The pools were clean and every morning the cleaners washed the tiles around the sunbeds to ensure it was perfect. They also cleaned the pools every morning with nets ready for the day. The managers came out on a morning to ensure the sunbeds were not reserved and removed any towels that were left unattended. It is a shame this wasn't repeated through the day as it was very hard to get a sunbed after going out on a morning, but luckily, we had the rooftop sunbeds. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Some acts were amazing, others were awful, again pretty standard for an all inclusive. The reception staff were lovely as were all the bar staff, waiters and entertainment team. The maids always spoke when passing and the staff all seem happy and approachable. Our son was too old for the mini club but the mini disco was good and had very enthusiastic staff! Location wise, the hotel is about a ten minute walk from the beach and shops. Perfect location. Mobility wise, the hotel is pretty much level, just a couple of stairs after reception, but there were more disabled friendly routes you could use if needed. The walk to the beach is slightly downhill and uphill coming back but not steep. We did dine out a few times in Can Picafort to vary our meals a bit and for a main and a round of drinks, this cost around 60-70 euros for three of us. We think the hotel deserves its 4 star rating. It really is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

We were left pretty disappointed with our stay here. For a four-star hotel, the experience fell short in a number of ways. There were a few small but frustrating issues, including a charge of €2/day to use the safe, and an empty fridge despite being on an all-inclusive package. Not even bottled water was stocked. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, no iron, and no shaver outlet. Room was incredibly basic and felt tired and in need of repairs. We noticed loose handles in the bathroom, at the pool, and in the lifts. Broken tiles in the pool. Housekeeping doesn’t happen on Wednesdays or Sundays, and pool towels can only be exchanged every other day, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There was no table service for tea or coffee - just a self-serve machine that wasn’t great. But overall, the evening food was decent with a few cuisine-themed nights during the week. The pool bar at lunch was a highlight. It was nice to be waited on, and the food there was a refreshing change from the buffet, though some items did overlap, especially for kids. We had access to one a la carte dining experience as part of our all-inclusive package. Ice cream was available on tap during the day. The kids’ entertainment was genuinely excellent. Our toddler loved the mini disco, daily games, and the koala hotel mascot. The mini club staff were warm, engaged, and a real standout. All kids who attend the games receive a medal and certificate the night before they leave. We also had a great experience with the hotel photographer, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One real plus was the NFC wristbands which could be used to unlock our room door and charge extras to the room. This was super convenient - a small feature that made a big difference. Overall, a few great moments but too many frustrations that left it feeling more like a 3*.

We stayed in the private pool one bedroom suite which was nice and spacious. It had a living room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and bath and a separate bedroom. We had a private garden and our own pool to swim in when our baby had her nap times. You can easily visit Alcúdia, Port D’Alcudia, Inca and it’s neighboring beaches within less than 30 minutes. The food and drinks were excellent and always flesh. The restaurant had a different theme every day and you can clearly see that all the staff is very family and children minded. The hotel has it’s own parking place where you can park your rental car for free if you are a guest. We had an amazing stay and our 11 Month old baby had the time of her life. She played in our private garden, swam in all the pools and enjoyed lots of the foods from the restaurants. Highly recommend this resort for families with (small) children.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and loved every minute. The staff was very good, with great experiences throughout. A special shout out to Valentina and Annebelle from the entertainment team for making our children feel special and always having so much enthusiasm and energy. We loved that the hotel is set back from the resort centre on a fairly quiet road. There was therefore very little traffic or noise and it was quick for us to head out in our hire car.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was nice with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around Palma. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and professional attitude really made a difference. The hotel itself was spotless—both the common areas and the room were very clean and well-maintained. The room was great and clean, with a nice and comfortable bed . Breakfast service is very good, the selection is quite wide and the overall quality is very good as well. The hotel is near the Porto Pi shopping mall (10 minutes on foot), which is convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience! The balcony lights remain on all night, with no ability to turn them off. Some light does slip underneath the curtains, so the rooms can't be pitch-dark. The hotel is located in a hilly area which can be troublesome

The hotel is listed as a 4 star , but in reality it would be a decent 3 star, the overall maintenance and cleaning is poor , the breakfast is just basic with industrial food and repetitive which for a night or two you can give it a go. Every service needs to be paid from parking to the safe box ( which in a 4 star hotel can't be admitted)

Basing on my travel experience I would not say it’s a 4 stars hotel. Spacious room with balcony and TV, fine. But for the safety box it’s additional charge, you don’t have basic hotel slippers, shower drain is stuck and you must stop the water all the way waiting for water go back. Plastic dirty black chairs in the balcony and dirty pool area. Not recommended.

Overall a great hotel with so may positives for families. We stayed 11 nights and here are my bullet point take aways: Pros - Most staff excellent and so welcoming - Pool areas amazing. We had 2 kids under 5 and the Pirate Ship pool & Long pool were amazing. Relaxed atmosphere and lifeguards not overly fussy thankfully - Evening entertainment was good. Our little fella was terrified of Izzy - Lovely playground for the younger kids - Food generally great, huge selection. Maybe a few tweaks around proper Irish/English sausages for breakfast, but not a real issue - Room was good. Reliable AC, big TV and comfortable beds which is important in 38 degree weather - Location excellent. 1 block from the beach which is just a short stroll Cons - Some staff clearly not happy to be there in my opinion - No locks on many bathroom doors - Unbelievably there was regular leaf blower usage at 7.30am. I thought it was drilling at first but upon investigation it was a leaf blower, most or every morning. - Large Beer €5.10. Not really large, 400ml max. Too pricey in my opinion for an already expensive hotel Overall we loved it despite the few issues but we would definitely return again next year

A cracking good place for a family to stay and enjoy ! Accommodation is comfortable and very clean, Staff are very welcoming and friendly . Service is exceptional and choice of food and drinks are extensive for all tastes, well done to the catering staff!. One of our family is vegan and remarked how good the choice of food was for them. Children's activities are well planned and varied and the children come away happy and ready to go back again. Location is great, as beach is only a few minutes walk away. Swimming and splash pools are safe and well maintained with waterslides suitable for toddlers age and upwards. Our grandchildren adored the children's entertainers and we all enjoyed the evening entertainments. The play park is fun for the young ones. This is the second time we have been as a large family group of 10 and we would recommend it highly for families of all sizes.

We just did a week self catering. My little girl loves the entertainment team so much - she has never been to kids club before and absolutely loved the team. The team are the best we have ever seen ! Absolutely gorgeous- lovely- welcoming. So kind and trusting when I was nervous. We will 100% be back. They are absolutely fantastic!!!

Lovely place, I would definitely like to go again. We went in April 2025, it was full of cyclists doing their thing. We were a party of 4 various ages just enjoying a four generation girls week. The Spa was lovely and there was so many other pools to choose from, including an over 18's pool which I dubbed The Granny Pool, my favourite spot. Food was great and gluten free was well catered for.

We stayed in the terrace/garden room and it made our holiday. With a two year old it was great being next to the pool, but having our own space too. 5 min walk to the beach and everything you need on your doorstep. All the staff are lovely, and make such an effort with the kids. Maybe only one criticism would be the female pool bar staff were a little rude/grumpy but other than that the staff, particularly restaurant staff and manager were fab! Would definitely recommend :)

Can't say anything bad about the hotel. We were there for a week. The hotel is very clean, the personal were super friendly, helpful and overall great. The room is kinda smaller, but for us 2 was quite enough (you have a balcony as well) and cleaned daily with fresh bedsheets. Breakfast is recommended and very good (a lot of various food, fruit, sweets, etc.). The pool was always clean, the terrace around also. You can also book the massage there. The near beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Overall 5 stars and we'll probably come again next year.

The hotel was a wonderful experience for us. We were accommodated in the first building where the reception is located, and our room had a view of the street and the other building, which didn’t bother us. The room was cleaned every day, which is highly commendable. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a slightly different selection each day, along with some items that were available every day. Everything was delicious and fresh, truly a paradise! The receptionists were very friendly and made an effort to help us and answer all our questions. Truly, all praise!

Negatives: Poor A/C, No 'double' beds (only twin beds pushed together), cramped rooms, no bathroom shelves or storage, despite being 4-star there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the safe is chargeable.

I highly recommend this hotel we stayed at the family part of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean we had a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. All staff we encountered were pleasant and extremely helpful. The food was amazing we chose all inclusive we tried the breakfast lunch and evening meals and there was a wide variety of food to chose from, me and my son are extremely picky eaters but we both managed to find plenty of different options to suit us both. There was plenty of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel everything a couple of minutes walking distance, also Cala d’Or town was around a 10 minute walk. There is a beautiful cove beach literally right by the hotel minutes away. We will definitely be returning in the future. Staff also brought cake and a bottle of wine over to our room for my cousin on her birthday and wished her a happy birthday such a lovely gesture.

While our room was clean, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several significant downsides. The most pressing issue was the prevalence of ants everywhere, including inside our room. It was quite unpleasant. Beyond the creepy crawlies, the hotel's amenities left a lot to be desired. The pool lacked any shade, making it difficult to enjoy during peak sun hours, and the sun loungers were surprisingly limited, leading to a scramble for a spot. We also found the bar closed early, which cut short our evenings. The snack bar had very few tables, making it challenging to find a place to sit and eat. Furthermore, the pool lifeguards weren't the friendliest, nor did they seem to be actively watching the pool. One lifeguard, in particular, was too busy chatting with the bar staff and drinking Coke, which was concerning, but they were to quick to kick people off the pool at 5.45pm. Finally, having to cross the road to access the main restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was an unexpected inconvenience that disrupted the flow of our stay. While the cleanliness of the room was a definite plus, the persistent ant problem and the numerous shortcomings with the hotel's facilities, including the inattentive pool staff, made for a less-than-ideal experience when you have kids.

Absolutely loved our stay here - has been the most enjoyable 10 days. So much so, we’ve already looked at returning next year. Food is most great, few things were poor but didn’t really put us off. Rooms are ok, sofa beds aren’t that comfy but the beds in the rooms are decent. Entertainment is top notch, games for kids and adults almost every day. Evening shows are amazing. Thank you to all the team for making our holiday so memorable. And a special thank you to Nacho & Armand, they made a great bond with our 6yr old son which I don’t think he’ll ever forget.

We came to this hotel last May and are just ending our holiday for 11 nights in June and seriously can’t fault the hotel. The rooms are great. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and a very fluid environment. The staff in the hotel are all very helpful and professional and the entertainment staff literally make the experience. If you have children they will not be left disappointed as they put in hours of dedication to their roles. Most of my experiences were with Nacho, Armand and Miriam but they were all great and lead by Diego. They are a great team and they should be proud of themselves for the impact they have on peoples holidays. We will be back again next year 100%

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations at first, but we ended up being very satisfied with our stay. Starting with the front desk staff – they were extremely kind and even allowed us to check in earlier than the official time. The room was very clean and well-maintained, equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. We especially want to thank Mrs. Leontina (Le-o), who took care of cleaning our room. She was truly a lovely person and did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The food was also very good – both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety and attention to detail. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and professional. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience. Well done to all the staff!

There was a lovely lady on reception when we checked in and checked out, she really made our short stay special! The food - breakfast and poolside bar were very good quality. Good hotel for a family vacation - decent rooms, relatively tidy, food is very good, big swimming pool area - there was always a place to lay down. Animations, bar, nice personnel who gave us very good advice where to party (Banana), what beach is the best, where to go for groceries. Had no problems with checkout time, stored our bags in the lock room till very evening - nothing to complain about 👍🏻 4 stars because the hotel is bit tired and located far from lively port area.

Good hotel! Hospitable staff. Really nice location. There are a nice beach, restaurants, bus stop station. It is really convenient to get a shower in the evening after check out time. You can ask for sun umbrella in the hotel. There are some hidden costs like locker/safe, change beach towels and so on. There are pingpong tables. Unfortunately, it is outside and almost always under the sun.

Very basic — not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Rooms are clean but extremely minimal. No slippers, uncomfortable pillows (a pillow menu on request would be great), and just one small bottle of all-in-one soap for a 10-day stay. Also, soundproofing is poor, so light sleepers, beware. Definitely doesn’t feel like a “home away from home.” Breakfast is disappointing: lots of options, but low quality. Sticky plates didn’t help either. It would make a big difference to have simple comforts like wine glasses, mugs, a kettle, and proper toiletries. The self-service laundry is a nice touch, but the washing machine clearly needs a good clean. Overall: okay if you’re not expecting much, but there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Amazing 12-Day Family Holiday in Portocolom! We recently spent 12 amazing days at JS Hotels in Portocolom, and we truly had the time of our lives. I was there with my girlfriend and our little boy, Dani, and from the very first day we felt welcome and completely at ease. The room was perfect – spacious, clean, and just right for our little family. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially with Dani. Their friendliness really made our stay feel special. A big plus was the food: both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent every single day. There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options – something for every taste, even for our son! Also, a big shoutout to the animation team – they did a great job organizing fun activities. We are currently staying at this hotel and have had a wonderful experience so far. We were warmly welcomed late at night by a friendly male staff member, which immediately made us feel at home. All the staff we've encountered have been very kind and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. A stunning bay is within walking distance, although we prefer to go by car. The bay itself is absolutely gorgeous, with crystal-clear water and sunbeds available for use. If you're looking for a bit more activity or nightlife, Cala d'Or is just a 15-minute drive away. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and personally thenis hotel is not a 4 star and need to improve on a lot especially with their front house staff. On the day we arrived there was 2 staff members at reception, however we waited 20-30min before we got served. Both staff members were serving one customer at the same time and not a single one of them greeted us. Rooms: The rooms aren’t as big as they make them look on the pictures. The TV in the rooms had all the apps, Netflix, YouTube etc. but none of the apps worked. When we called reception to ask, they informed us that the only thing available to watch on the TV was live TV, none of the apps were working. Rooms were not that clean. We discovered on one of the nights that our sheets had not been changed, however the beds had been made. Now hygienically that’s disgusting. One of our kids had put body cream in the sheets by accident and in the evening as we were about to sleep, we found the same sheets still on the bed. Now that makes you think what else they were not cleaning. Toilets were dirty with stains in them. Towels were also not that clean. Before you sleep, please check your sheets as they might not have been changed but the bed would have been made. Swimming: Both outdoor pools were not heated. During the time we went the weather wasn’t the greatest. Meaning the kids couldn’t fully use any of the pools. The least they could do is have the kids pool heated. There’s a large seating area near the bar, which was nice and small playground for the kids which our kids enjoyed. There was basketball court, but no balls and when we asked at reception they mentioned that they didn’t have the balls so that was rubbish! There was a small wellness centre (spa & gym). The sauna & steam rooms were rubbish as they were not working. Even thought they made an exception for the kids to be allowed in the spa pool, ours kids kept getting kicked out by other guests which wasn’t fair because all they wanted to do was swim. Food: The Food wasn’t the greatest. Some meats were raw which was very unpleasant. Buffet was quite small with a limited choice. There was a lot more cold foods than hot food. Cocktails were rubbish. Glasses were always dirty in the restaurant. Restaurant staff were however very polite and nice with great customer service. Outdoor bar staff were also nice. However reception staff were so rude & arrogant especially Maria & Paula the two older women. Re-training is highly needed on how to speak to guests regardless or their age or ethnicity. There was no entertainment during our entire stay. According to the staff, it’s because it was the first week that the hotel had opened, despite the hotel having quite a lot of guests. Two days of our stay, it rained heavily and there was only one medium sitting area for guests to sit in. The bar wasn’t opened! No music being played! No TV! There was basically nothing to do. Hotel location is not the best. It’s in the middle of residential houses, the views from the balcony aren’t the greatest. Would not return to this hotel. It’s not worth the money.

This place is a complete scam. I booked a stay for May, which I had to cancel. I received written confirmation that I’d be refunded within a month. Guess what? It’s been over a month, still no refund. Trying to contact the hotel is a joke. No one answers, and when they do, they claim there’s no record of the cancellation — even though I have the email proof. Then they just hang up on me. No explanation, no apology, nothing. For a hotel that dares to call itself “4 stars,” this level of dishonesty and disrespect is shameful. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The “double room sea view” is somehow the exact same as a “double sea view.” This was most unexpected when I checked my family in, and there was no help from reception; I actually think I got a fast one pulled on me as a foreigner. If you judged this hotel on first impressions of the facilities you would think it was great. Good pool areas with 3 pools, one suitable for toddlers kids club, onside shop and snack bar. The reception is bright and airy, with a huge bar area and outdoor entertainment area. Their is a walkway to the beach 50m . Where this hotel is let down imo, is the rooms. We had a suite, spacious and airy, it looks like two rooms made into one. Lacks basic facilities that UK visitors might expect(kettle,available for hire). Rooms themselves are tired and need re furbished. Breakfasts are decent, but I would not recommend the evening meal, salads and deserts are good; however the cooked meats are poor and selection is limited,to be Frank it was disappointing. Staff are very friendly and they have a good kids club. However the glaring fact remains it needs investment,it could be so much more. The patrons are predominantly German and hence it caters mainly for this clientele. Definitely not a 4 star.

The hotel should not have the beach advertised in any of their promotions as long as it is not under your responsibility: the beach just in front of of the hotel is ran by the municipality so you have to pay a bit more than 18€ a day (in addition to the 3€ per person per night as tax paid at the hotel upon arrival). We appreciated the effort of cleaning the rooms every day it makes up for the very old furniture and towels and the salty running water. No mention of allergies in the restaurant you cannot ask the staff at every stand about its contents especially when they are multitasking and serving sometimes half cooked pancakes or churros (the restaurant staff are very kind though). It is nice to have mini fridges and air conditioning in the rooms but is it better if those are working properly. Eight nights at a hotel on an island dining on site every day 0 times had proper sea food prepared is a shame really (beside the sticky Paella) The location is great really everything is close by and I really mean everything as there’s not much to see or to do in Can Picafort besides relaxing at the beach.

We had an wonderful relaxing time at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean and smelt lovely when walking in from the beach. The location is brilliant, only 5min walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, so much choice. Would recommend the cocktails, the bar staff always very friendly. We spent one day by the pool, lots of activities always something to do, great for single travellers. The rest of the time we spent on the beach. We took a day trip to Palma, and one afternoon to had lunch at Portals Nous. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has fantastic facilities, good sized pool with plenty of seating/sunbeds. The room itself was well equipt, large balcony, cupboards and storage, comfortable bed. Glass of cava on arrival was a lovely touch 🥂 The bar and poolside bar had a great selection of drinks and snacks. With friendly staff and fun evening entertainment 🎤 Food at breakfast and dinner was great, large selection and well laid out. There were vegan and vegetarian options available at each meal, clearly marked in their own section 🥗 Unfortunately the food did not have allergen labels, which made it difficult to know what was safe to eat- my main feedback would be to please add simple allergen details to the food labels. The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and main boulevard, close to shops and other amenities 🏖️ Overall this was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the area ⭐

Just like many other hotels I've been to. Negatives: --- Two small lifts can not cope with the number of guests occupying 11 floors an many rooms. Especially that there's no service elevator, so staff use lifts for their cleaning carts,etc. --- Windows aren't soundproof, so some nights you can hear people sitting outside chatting and laughing after hours. Positives: --- breakfast and dinner are of a very good quality and variety, and there are plenty of service staff to clean up and replenish empty dishes. --- air conditioning very effective throughout the hotel. --- entertainment staff are very helpful, trying to make sure guests aren't bored and are engaged, special thanks to Emma for her great spanish lesson.

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and his father, it was exceptional service all round, room service was amazing, breakfast was always exceptional i highly recommend going to get an omelette because the chef cooking them was amazing at his job. furthermore the activities hosted by the ladies each night were so enjoyable we even won bingo once! special mention to the foam party it was incredible, so much fun and the food there was amazing too. huge praises to davide who is the most exceptional member of staff, he looked after us every time we arrived for a drink, he knew our order and he always stopped for a chat, i can’t fault anything about this hotel! finally, as my partners dad needed disability access the hotel was especially well equipped to deal with this and we had no issues
