All round great good value hotel.
Food wasn’t amazing but for the price you can expect it.
Beds not the comfiest, not the worst tho.
All the staff I dealt with throughout the stay were great, we ended up running into our bartenders in a local club, great guys!
Would come again for a long weekend.

Arrived and our original hotel was closed ( sol palmanova 1 ) and had to stay here, we had booked family room and was told that we couldn't have one so had to sleep on a camp bed, food was bland and same most days, only 1 swimming pool should have been 4! The room was tiny! I would not have booked this holiday if I knew I was staying here!!

Very pleased with the location, beach is just a few steps away for a walk or going to a few local gift shops, food is great and had an option for everyone, reception staff very friendly and helpful, room cleaniness was superb in the begining but throughout the stay every day had new towels and the bed was always made, but one slight issue that the floor wasnt hoovered or sweeped for any of the days. But still very happy with the stay, bar staff are worderful and cheerful, everyone is always smiling and welcoming.

We traveled here from Germany and were supposed to be in Sol Palmanova, which has a bigger Pool, Gym, etc. but when we were dropped off we were confused because it seemed to be closed. We found out that we were now booked in Sol Palmanova ||, which didn’t have all the extras that we expected to get.
He had an early flight and thought that we could already “check in” (get the wristband + be able to get drinks/eat dinner without being able to go to our room yet because checkin was at 15) but we were just told that we can drop off our suitcase in a small, unlocked room. After 4 hours we went back and had to check in for an hour because everything had to be typed in manually which took way too long.
The Hotel mostly has English and Spanish visitors and is centered around families.
The Food is very repetative and is basically 80% carbs. Most of it is pretty bland (exept for the fried zucchini 10/10) and drenched in oil.
Breakfast: Donut station, Joghurt/Milk/Cornflake station, fruits (watermelon, grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, etc), pastries, english breakfast, chorizos, cheese, salami, etc.
Lunch: Small dessert station with cake and mousses, nachos, salad, noodles/rice, potatoes/fries, burgers & hotdogs, pizza, meat, other salads
Dinner: Same stations but different meats, salads, etc.
There’s a lot of seafood and pork dishes which im not a fan of and if you’re lucky then there will be beef, chicken, turkey or something else.
I also expected there to be more spanish culture involved but instead we got baked beans and breakfast sausage.
The hotel has a chip system where you have to give the bar a chip that you receive at the check-in and they make you any drink in a recycled plastic cup that you can return for a new one, new drink or a new chip. I liked that system and they laid out delicious chocolate muffins in the lobby which was super cozy and had a coffee and tea machine :D
The staff is super friendly. I especially liked the female bartenders who were super nice and the animation team!!!!!
Everyone was so nice and humorous + the activities were nice. Every day there was Bingo and we even won a round, Jenga, Fitness, Darts, painting on a bag, etc.
If you wanted to lay down in the sun, you could let your child stay with the animation team. They planned activities and extertained the children.
The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. We always got new towels and bedsheets.
Although we had a rough and dissappointing start we still managed enjoy our vacation.

Sadly, we were supposed to be in Sol Palmanove. However, they put us in Sol Palmanova 2, as the other was closed.
The rooms were small & shabby looking, the bathroom was very badly designed & dangerous. There was an oversized showerscreen, which had been fixed in place along the bath, with only a small gap at the slope end, meaning to get a bath or shower you had to climb in on a slope.
The food was bland with very little variation over the week, so we ate out every day. The drinks, including the alcoholic ones, were watery. We had 2 drinks each, one the day we arrived & one more the night before our departure.
The staff were mostly unsmiling & standoffish.
The area itself was lovely.
But we would never stay there again.
