Congratulations Talayot and Staff, rooms spacious, lovely facilities, including tea coffee making facilities replenished every day, big fridge, make up mirror and hair dryer.
Pool areas excellent, infinity pool on 1st floor, ground floor, large pool with jacuzzi next to it, large pool even had a fully functional hoist to lower disabled guests into pool, which we seen when an excellent lifeguard spent time aiding a guest into pool, he did this with a smile and a willingness to help, pool areas also have designated smoking areas, to maintain high standards for the facilities and for non smokers to feel comfortable. I as a smoker agree with this.
Restaurant is never too busy, with indoor and outdoor tables, there's plenty of choice, of cold or hot food, with few dishes like omelette and meats cooked to your request.
Bar area's are excellent with large choice of drinks, including smirnoff, absolut vodka, baileys, malibu and wines all inclusive, a small charge on a few drinks including few cocktails, but they are freshly made with good ingredients.
A special mention, to Gabriel, Hafid, Ismael, Alvaro, Juan Jose, who were the best, most friendly bar staff you could wish to have on your holiday.
A Big thank you from Lee and Becky.

All inclusive hotel. Staff is friendly. Here is why I give 3 stars, food needs a lot of improvement. It’s flavorless I really wanted to buy some seasoning and season it myself. I’m not talking about a few items I am speaking all the items from the pasta to the chicken to even desserts. One of the elevators was not working the entire time. And they will try to nickel and dime you where they can. To exchange your towel is 1 euro. Overall it was good. Nice view of the beach and they play live music 3 times a week

Day one, no pool bar open in mid May on a beautiful sunny day. Having to carry drinks from another floor and have paid for all inclusive. Yes the hotel is clean and comfortable, I will check reviews more thoroughly in future. Poor service so far unfortunately.

Only arrived yesterday. Hotel is lovely and food good. Not particularly hot but ok.
Cleanliness and service very good.
The walk from the coach with mobility problems was a big problem for me
I will obviously share another review later. Happy with the hotel, however I do like to spend a lot of time on the balcony but as it’s overlooking the side street the sun is slowly coming close at 6.00 pm. Early days
Now
Hotel is very good has everything needed for a holiday. The comfort bed wise and quiet location makes it good for a good nights sleep. Tables In restaurant very close. Plenty food choices at meal times
I won’t return unfortunately because of the very difficult walk with a suitcase back pack and walking stick. Health issues and Mobility issues mean I now worry about the walk up hill at the end of the holiday. Great for people with no health or mobility issues
Be aware it’s dog friendly

Rooms are really nice but there are minor things which set it back.
1. If you don't like watching your partner washing their bits in the sink choose somewhere else. The shower is both a hand and an overhead device. Great water flow.
2. If you want Air Conditioning that blows cool air, try again, as it's set to be no lower the 27 degrees C, and our room on the corner overlooking the pool, didn't get lower that 28.5C but there is a ceiling fan, and that helps feeling cooler but it doesn't really make the temperature any better.
3. Fridge in the room is a brilliant idea, but unfortunately, this, according to the hotel, and the Jet2 rep isn't a fridge, it's a cooler, but, it's not even that! The temperature in the COOLER is a balmy 19.5 degrees, so it should keep your red wine at a nice room temperature! Beer, water, isn't worth storing, unless you've just bought it from the supermarket fridge!
Facilities:
The pool is like a bath, so warm! Shallow enough for those that only like the water to reach their undercarriage, and deep enough at the other end for the ladies to keep their head above the water. If you want a proper swim, then try the beach, about 6 minutes walk away.
A Spa is available here, but didn't try this. Looking through the window into the indoor pool didn't make us desperate to try it. A huge pile of lemons were stacked up, and then floated in one of the pools, but why? I don't really need an answer!
The restaurant is on the first floor and theres also the other bar and a smaller pool too. You will have to queue up to gain access to this in the morning. The main pool, no queuing, but to get a sunbed, get down by 8 or it's unlikely that you'll get a sunbed. There's plenty of space for more beds and umbrellas, but they haven't got them! Why not? Too many frustrated people turned away. If you think you'll do better at the beach, the that's pot lock too. €14 to €14.75 for 2 beds, a fixed straw umbrella (with a deposit box) can be obtained, or buy something from the plentiful shops nearby. Plenty of places offering reasonably priced beer from €2.50 for a supposedly large beer. Bottles 1 ltr from the Spa is €2.20 a bargain.
Talking of beer, there is a nice pool bar here, serving alcoholic and no alcohol drinks. Shame, only the cocktails are served in plastic glasses, but the beer, and even a nice gin and tonic is served in brown paper cups (plastic coated) and are not recyclable! Beer, well, it's frothy, so how much you actually get is pot luck as you can't see it in those bloody awful paper-ish cups! Beer tastes too tangy/bitter too.
There are some lovely staff too, and I don't know how they cope due to running back and forth, also they are also doing duty in the breakfast restaurant at the same time!
The consensus of others is they need more staff, and bigger and better dish washers! They are always running out of something! At least they apologise and try hard to help, very courteous and a smile goes a long way.
Food has been lovely, no complaints here, other than maybe waiting for the eggs or omelettes as the poor girl gets a little overwhelmed.
Overall, we love the place, great position, lots of places nearby to keep shopaholics happy, plenty of places to eat, drink and more. Unfortunately we would not come back due to the niggles of the lack of sun beds, umbrellas, the use of cardboard glasses that aren't recyclable, the air con and fridge. I'd like it to be what it says it is!
Oh, and the Jet2 rep says to look out as the coach drivers can't drop you off near the hotel, even if the have come with a minibus, as it's apparently agreed to drop you a couple of hundred metres away as the drivers can't manage the road (what a load of BS).
