Llaut Boutique Hotel has the aesthetics of a boutique stay, but it feels unfinished and needs improvements to match the experience it promises. • The room had a comfy bed, the AC worked well, and the shower had great pressure with the perfect temperature. However, the bathroom really needs a proper door for privacy and smell. Toiletries are very limited, so it is best to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. • The staff was kind and helpful, and when we lost our key they assisted us quickly through WhatsApp. Even so, since there is no receptionist on-site full time, the hotel often felt like a ghost town and lacked the warmth that comes from having personnel present. • Breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh, clean, and delicious food that felt wholesome and real. • The pool was very disappointing compared to the pictures online. In reality, it is more of a kiddie pool, there are only a handful of lounge chairs to tan, and the bar area did not feel inviting. This felt misleading based on the photos. • The location was not ideal for us since the most beautiful calas are at least an hour away. Can Picafort itself has plenty of restaurants, but the overall atmosphere felt more family-friendly than couple-oriented. • The side entrance door opens randomly which could allow outsiders to enter. I personally still felt safe, but a receptionist full time and better door control would create more peace of mind. Overall, this hotel has potential with its boutique charm and great breakfast, but it needs finishing touches, more attentive service, and honesty in presentation to make the experience truly special.

Overall it’s a good hotel choice for can Picafort, reception staff although very hard to get a hold of, are very nice and helpful! Views are absolutely stunning and although the pool is shallow it is actually very pleasant it’s the perfect child free pool to cool off in, great for those who can’t swim potentially.. only faults is value for money, the rooms boast amazing views (we were upgraded free of choice- thank you) but even so doors where hanging of frames black mold in bathroom shower leaks and room lacks many basic amenities. With this aside; the bed was huge and comfy! Same with pillows. Overall great hotel but definetly needs some TLC most of it is run down and staff are almost non existent , with This comes a positive of non crowdidrd areas so is relaxing. I put 4 stars and not 3 due to how amazing our Holliday was - thank you Llaut. I hope this feedback finds you well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The area is great. The rooms are nice i got a balcony and one double and a single for three people. Staff are lovely and willing. One thing was weird was no kettle or iron in the room it's shared to everyone. The pool is so strange only 0.7m deep I can't dip my full body it so shallow they also only have 4 daybeds and that's it. I went In September and it's very quiet, there was no one at the bars, best to go out , breakfast isn't great. But overall not bad , rooms cleaned every morning, fresh towels. The hotel closes very early.

We arrived very late and everything was setup for us to be able to access the hotel and our room despite there being no receptionist at that time. We had a double deluxe room with the hottub and sunbed on our balcony and it did not dissapoint. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast while not vast was tasty and allowed us a great start to the day. The location was absolutely perfect too, just a 5-7 walk from the beach and the main strip. We will definitely be staying again.

Rooms were clean enough, although they have weird bathroom shower windows, and some of them don't have doors or ventilation, so the smell fills the entire room. There's a nice central courtyard that is only accessible to a couple of the rooms. The pool looks much bigger on the photos. In actuality, it's more of a large bathtub than a pool, max depth 70cm. There's no real place to chill at night, but the location makes up for that. TL;DR The basics are good The luxury elements are for the photos

Don't stay here if you are a family or want any sleep. We stayed here with our 2 children who are 3 & 8. It is full of youngsters who would turn their noses up when my son would splash around in the pool. We saw about 2 other families within the week we stayed there. It should be advertised as an adult only. We ended up spending a fortune being out everyday as we didn't want to be at the hotel which was a shame and massive expense. The bedroom backs onto the road which means you won't get any sleep from 1-6am sometimes even later!!! We were exhausted!!!! I understand that it is near the strip but the rooms really need to be a bit more sound proofed it was ridiculous. I have stayed in this area multiple times from a little girl and have never experienced noise like this, other hotel soundproof their rooms. Was also massively on edge as when we arrived someone was complaining that their phone had been stolen, I then looked at recent reviews and there were more staying their rooms had been broken into. Our sliding door to the balcony didn't lock when we arrived, we had to spend the first night with this unlocked as it was 'too late to fix'. Massively let down which is such a shame seeing as we paid well over 2.5k for this holiday.

Me and my friends recently got back from our trip to Magaluf and we are heavily disappointed with our experience. We came to the same hotel last year and everything was fine except we thought the security was a bit dodgy but this year it was a whole different story. I have never in my life experienced a more revolting or unprofessional stay at a hotel. The room we were given was infested with cockroaches — crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, even on the bed. This wasn’t just a stray insect; it was an active infestation. We immediately went to the front desk, expecting they would take the situation seriously. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. We asked multiple times to be moved to another room or given any form of help, and every single time we were brushed off with excuses. Not once did anyone apologize, investigate, or offer a solution. We were given bug spray and were essentially told to “deal with it.” This hotel clearly has no standards for cleanliness, no concern for guest safety or comfort, and no idea what customer service means. Staying here was a nightmare — filthy, unhygienic, and utterly unacceptable. If you value your health, your peace of mind, or even basic human decency, do NOT stay here.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Right next to the beach and strip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Great selection of drinks and food. I highly recommend if you’re staying in Magaluf :)

⭐ 0/5 – A Total Scam, Not Even Close to 4 Stars! Palmanova Suites by TRH is an absolute disgrace of a so-called “4 star” hotel. Honestly, calling this place 4 stars is a scam — I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. First of all, they don’t even know which rooms go with which bookings. I booked a king-size bed and instead got shoved into a disabled room with two separate single beds, a disabled toilet, and facilities I never requested — because apparently, they just dump you wherever they like. Completely unacceptable. And let’s talk about the “4 star experience”: No kettle, no tea, no coffee, not even a single bottle of water in the room. When I asked at reception for a glass to drink water, they handed me a paper cup. Yes, a paper cup… in a 4 star hotel. Absolutely laughable. The AC barely works — it’s an ancient system that just wheezes without cooling the room properly. No menu, no basic amenities, literally nothing. The pool situation is another scam. You’re not allowed to use your room towels at the pool. Instead, they force you to rent towels every time you want to swim. Nickel-and-diming guests like this is disgraceful. Breakfast? Horrendous. Poor quality, nothing fresh, and it left me with a stomach issue afterwards. Honestly, I wouldn’t feed that food to anyone. Overall, this place is a complete waste of money. It’s not a 4 star hotel by any means — more like a cheap hostel pretending to be something it’s not. Everything about this place screams cut corners and scams. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. You’ll only regret spending your money here. Also the staff in the Omelette section during breakfast was very rude upon asking for 2nd Omelette she was furious and told something abusive it seems in Spanish. Then eas in rush to throe in my playe the half cooked Omelette where I had to actually raise my voice and instruct to do it well done. Told her not to give Ham as we do not eat ham out of allergen issue as well as religious believe however she used the same contaminated spoon with which she took ham and used the same for cheese for my Omelette. It's an utter nuisance

★☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely unsafe, avoid this hotel! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we waited 5 hours to check in and had to leave our luggage in an unsecured, unlocked room anyone could access. The hotel has no real security – no wristbands unless you’re all-inclusive, and they claim “security remembers everyone’s faces.” Unrealistic and unsafe. We were placed on an isolated floor with no CCTV. Our safe was smashed open, and €900, £100, jewellery, AirPods, power bank, clothing and even underwear were stolen. Shockingly, our passports were removed from the safe and placed on the bed. Staff and security were oddly aware of how the balcony door had been broken – making us believe this was an inside job. Reception refused to call the police, saying they “don’t respond to robberies”, only fights. The manager was dismissive, barely apologized, and just offered us free all-inclusive, which was terrible. Very limited food options, especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan, and the snack bar isn’t even included. On our last day, a woman with a key card walked into our room — not a cleaner. When we reported this, we were told it was “impossible.” Later that day, our key cards were deactivated early, even though checkout was the next morning. We stayed in rooms 202 and later 606. No security, no care, and potentially corrupt staff. This hotel is not safe, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

⸻ I recently stayed at the HM Martinique in Magaluf, Spain. Overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, I really appreciated the location – the beach was very close, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get there within a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and in the bar and dining area. Their service left a good impression and made the stay more pleasant. However, there were several aspects that I found disappointing. While the housekeeping staff did a lot, the floors in the room were not properly cleaned, which often left me with dirty feet. Even though I booked all-inclusive, the minibar in the room was completely empty – not even water was provided. Instead, I had to go to the bar with a jug to get it filled. The bathroom design was also inconvenient, as the shower only had a half door, which caused water to spill out into the entire bathroom. As for the food, it was solid but lacked variety. Most days it felt repetitive, and at times we even had to eat outside due to the dining space. For the price we paid for an all-inclusive stay, I expected a better quality !!!

Me and my husband stayed here for 10 days from the 1st August. We read the reviews on here after booking and were nervous for what we were to expect however, we had no issues at all that were the fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location, it’s modern and clean and the staff are all lovely and helpful. There are three pools which are all clean with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel also has a shop on site which was great. The rooms are modern and cleaned regularly. Our room was cleaned daily, with towel/bed sheets changed every other day which was perfect. It was a great size and the balcony was huge! The only down side to our room was the bed as it moved a lot during the night and the floors and shower had some staining in. The staff were lovely. All very helpful. They seem to be slated a lot in the reviews, for simply doing their jobs. The hotel has rules which I think are reasonable and if people are breaking them, the staff have to challenge that! The drinks choice was good and the plastic cups that you have to use for €1 (which is refunded to you) is a great idea! Environmentally friendly and keeps the pool area nice and tidy. There were more than enough sunbeds and we never had an issue getting them in our full 10 days, at any time of day! The food was okay - it was nice and fresh but it wasn’t to our taste. This wasn’t an issue for us and it’s why we didn’t go all inclusive as we like to eat out. The only issue we had was due to some of the teenage guests toward the end of our stay - they were throwing glass bottles near the pool, playing really loud music and being rude to the staff. The staff did a great job at dealing with them and I suppose when staying in Magaluf, this is to be expected! Overall we had a fabulous time and loved the hotel! 🙂

Stayed here from 16th to the 23rd of july with friends. Staff were so rude it was like they didnt want us there, one even threatened my pal over a €1 euro plastic cup and one of the life guards got up in another mates face for jumping in the pool. Seems the rules only apply to some people as many had speakers on their balconys blasting loud music but when we did it the main blonde guy stormed into the room threatening to kick us out. You cant buy snacks from their own tuk shop and eat em round the pool without being moaned at either, i bought water. Yes water and wasnt allowed to drink it round the pool only the €1 cups for alcohol are allowed. Honestly dont come here if you want to relax as its just a party hotel with no respect for peace and quiet. Definitely better places to go to relax and way better places if you want to actually have fun and mess around as neither are possible here. The rooms are pretty average, they are just about clean and thats all that they have going for them. Our shower drain didnt drain so the bathroom floor just flooded which was great aswell. Lastly the AC doesnt work well and makes you very ill if you leave it on over night and the walls are paper thin so good luck sleeping lol. Absolutely shocking place whole staff need to have a turnover lol

We were 3 40+ females. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading some reviews. Location was perfect, just off strip. Hotel was clean and all staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were good - we were all inclusive in a room for 3. Already decided to book again next year. Pools/sunbeds are really nice. Mainly a younger crowd but also a mixture of ages. Would recommend 100%.

The staff was mostly rude, incredibly inconsistent. We were in the outdoor pool, where there were no signs indicating anything. There were English guys with music blasting loudly, disturbing the peace. They were passing the rugby ball from one side of the deck to the other, not caring if they were "hurting anyone." Seeing them doing everything they could (even diving), and the lifeguards not calling anyone out, I kicked the ball a little harder than I should have, causing no harm to the facility or anyone. From there, all hell broke loose. The manager of the kiosk near the pool, named George, arrogant and quarrelsome, called us out with vehemence and sometimes rudeness, raising his voice and acting superior, as if he were the owner of the hotel, despite the fact that we hadn't slept the night before due to the constant noise of drunk people in the hallways (which we reported to the receptionist), George is a despicable person, who thinks he's superior and verbally assaults the kids just because he's older and because he works there, when in reality his main job at the hotel is making drinks. I recommend that you be careful in the pool and don't bump into him because he gets annoyed easily and is very irritable; a truly despicable person. I told the receptionist and asked why they don't put warnings for the English people, especially since they shout in the hallways at night, and the music is also blasting at night. The receptionists pretended nothing was happening, didn't give me any response, ignored me, and showed little interest in one of their guests' requests. The staff, including the entire housekeeping manager, need a complete overhaul.

We recently stayed and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that need improvement. **Pros:** - The pool was fantastic for kids, providing a great space for them to enjoy. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, we noticed that our children kept getting cuts on their feet while playing in the pool, which was concerning. - There was a lack of kids' entertainment around the pool during the day. Unless you bring your own floats, there isn't much for the children to do. - The arcade, which was advertised, was quite disappointing and misleading in terms of what was available. - The food options for children were limited. While adults and less picky eaters might find something to enjoy, we often had to order food from outside the hotel, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan. We also found ourselves frequently visiting the on-site shop for snacks and drinks. - Bar food was only available through table service, and we had to skip lunch at the restaurant due to the limited options. - Our room, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, did not include a kettle or coffee/tea facilities, which was a letdown as many other hotels provide this amenity. **Evening Entertainment:** The nighttime entertainment left much to be desired. The kids' disco played the same five songs in a repetitive order, and while bingo was fun, it felt like other hotels offered much more engaging entertainment options. While we appreciated the cost-saving aspect of this holiday, we likely won't be returning . If you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent for the evenings as well. Overall, I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its offerings for families

Superb service, excellent location, great entertainment options, and spacious apartments. Ideal for families with children! The overall experience was very good. However, the guest handling during check-out could be improved — the staff member (possibly a supervisor or manager) showed unprofessional behaviour, which was disappointing. That said, I still strongly recommend this place, especially for those travelling with kids.

Apartments were a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool areas were very nice and clean, the adult only pool was our favourite and not too overcrowded. The free shuttle bus to and from the beach was fantastic and so convenient, running very regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way so expect a 15/20 minute walk down to the main strip but it is a flat walk. We only had breakfast during our stay which was nice enough and offered a good selection of food, but the actual dining area was very chaotic. Entertainment is good, there seemed to be a lot of activities on offer for children during the day and nighttime entertainment went on to around 11-11:30pm. Drinks very reasonabley priced from the bar. On site shop also very reasonably priced and has a great variety of products on offer.

We recently stayed at Lagotel in Playa de Muro and had an overall enjoyable experience. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were consistently lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and came with a generously sized balcony, though we did experience some issues with mosquitos in the room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. While the hotel has good facilities, it wasn’t always easy to navigate. For example, we only discovered the separate adult pool on our last day. Clearer signage or a welcome guide would have been helpful. The food selection was great and varied, which I really enjoyed. However, having labels on the dishes would make it easier to know what was being served, and a few more drink options at mealtimes would be nice — currently it’s mainly wine or beer. The lunch bar by the pool was a lovely touch, though again, drink options were quite limited. I was a bit disappointed to learn that cocktails were only available after 7 p.m., as that’s usually my preferred choice over wine. Entertainment was lively and the bingo was a fun highlight of the evenings. That said, our room faced the stage area, and the loud music and noise made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. There’s a lovely beach nearby which is great for a relaxing day out, but aside from that, there isn’t too much to see or do in the immediate area unless you rent a car or take a taxi elsewhere. Overall, Lagotel offers a good experience, but a few small changes — like clearer information, improved air conditioning, and more flexible drink options — could really enhance the stay.

Two adults, three kids. So the positives, nice clean hotel, pools nice and a few of them but not massive, so get busy but not loads of idiots running for bed in the morning (there are a few though!). All staff seemed nice and helpful. Aircon in rooms good, worked well. Location very good, walking distance to the beach and a nice walk, beach very busy so worth driving out if you can but a decent size anyway. Lots of nice restaurants around the area too. The negatives, once the sun goes down lots of mosquitos, been several times so it's the norm. Back to the hotel, the entertainment goes on until 11.30/12, if you want to sleep ask not to get a room overlooking the pool area as the noise is unbearable! The food is just OK, as you would reflect a buffet but almost the same things every night, breakfast very samey, sometimes with chips though? Evening meals also the same and bland. Ended up going for meals out by the end of the week as it was a constant disappointment. Overall though I would highly recommend, there are more positives then negatives.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what really made my visit special was the amazing service. Fran at the reception was absolutely fantastic – warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. He made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived, and even gave me great tips for places to visit nearby. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job so much, and it really made all the difference because i’ve had 1000 questions and he had all the answers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at Triton Beach Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect – from the cleanliness to the restaurant to the reception team. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful beyond words. It truly felt like I was surrounded by the best hotel team I’ve ever encountered. Special thanks to Farn at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food was also fantastic, with a great variety that kept every meal interesting and satisfying. Thank you Triton Beach for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Hotel Triton beach. Myself and my partner could not fault the place and definitely will be returning! Our room was small but efficient and clean with clothes hangers and a mini fridge. Food amazing too, we only had breakfast included as we like to go out in the evening but we did buy lunch there twice and it was just as good as the breakfast! All different varieties and the kitchen staff very nice. The pool was a nice size and very reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Staff are so lovely here and shoutout to Sebastian and Fran for being so friendly and making us feel very welcome, thank you!🥰 Location just perfect, so many bars, restaurants and shops near by and not to mention the beach is absolutely beautiful ❤️ Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic and we’ll definitely see you again next year!

RAW CHICKEN SERVED TO US!! AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT AT ALL LIKE THEY ADVERTISED! This hotel was a horror. On the first night we arrived at 5am so tired we was put in a box room with hardly anywhere to move, the aircon fully broken and overheating. The man at reception was so rude to us and didn’t even let us change rooms he just said “nothing I can do you will have to speak to someone in the afternoon” Online stated “buffet style restaurant” instead we was served a set menu all week with barely any choices on the menu. All we could eat was fries most dinners and evening. I was then served RAW CHICKEN! Luckily I did not bite into this and cut it open to check first (a lot of people just bit straight into chicken) Thank god someone was watching me over me that day as I could of been seriously hospitalised or died from eating this. The hotel manager spoke to us and was very kind about this situation and did offer us the best room they had but this came at a price unfortunately we got handed a hand typed contract that she went and typed up while we sat and waited basically telling us we have no rights to post anything online, no negative reviews ect, we was basically bribed into signing this but what they didn’t know is that my uncle is a high up lawyer and confirmed the contract would not hold up in court and therefore would be a void contract. After the raw chicken incident the staff there turned cold and sour towards us. We was told our room was too messy even though we hadn’t even unpacked our suitcases in the room they upgraded us too and they left a letter saying about this. They then completly left our room alone and didn’t bother to ever come in and clean and left us having to go to reception everyday to get clean towels. The restaurant staff wasn’t as pleasant as they were before the chicken incident and the reception staff were just so rude from the beginning and utterly unhelpful with anything we asked them. The cocktails were served from a vending machine and tasted of washing up liquid, the drinks were watered down as they didn’t even taste of any alcohol whatsoever to the point I actually went to the shop to have my own bottle to pour into drinks. The rooms were average and barely luxury, there were signs of wear and tear all around the hotel. The boss of the hotel is also the rudest man I’ve ever come across in all my life, utterly cold and miserable and did not give an actual toss about our concerns. Not once did he even apologise or come up to us regarding being served raw chicken. No offer of a refund or partial refund off this hotel. There response will be just as bad as they were in person unfortunately and they will spin the narrative. Believe me when I say this, please avoid this hotel, do not come here. I promise you it looks so much nicer online but bear in mind we lived this nightmare. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. This hotel is based on deceit and lies. They would rather try to silence us with a contract than have anything negative put up online about them. The photos speak for themself and the video online has gained over 4 million views and news outlets and journalists wanting a story from us. That’s how bad this hotel is!

I saw a post about a guy getting served raw chicken in the hotel which reminded me that I too had this happen to me without ever leaving a review here. A year ago I booked a room for a week all inclusive, we we're promised a diverse buffet and air conditioning in our room. Once we arrived we found out that we had no working airco in our room, we asked to be moved to another room but this wasnt possible unless we wanted to pay another couple hundred euros. We bought a two fans that day and kept them spinning all day so we could sleep at night. The first and only time we ate at the hotel we also got served raw chicken after i've already took a couple of bites. I told an employee but he didnt care and said I should eat something else if I didnt like it. From that point onwards they didnt clean our room anymore and they completely ignored us when asking a question. DO NOT GO HERE, the owner and employees should take some lessons of customer service as they are one of the worst i've ever seen. If you've already booked cancel it and go to another hotel, every hotel is better than this.

We have recently returned for a 10 night stay at Sol Guadalupe. Our stay here was fantastic. The food was always hot with such a variety of choice of fresh fruits, cheeses, continental breakfast options and differed daily evening meal choices of meats and fish. The hotel is immaculately clean, bedroom was cleaned daily with fresh towels and made up beds. The kids club was a great hit for my 7 year old, who hasn’t ever been when abroad in the past. He felt at ease there and the ladies and gents that ran it were amazing, welcoming and engaging. The entertainment in the evening was fabulous, we saw some great talent from magicians, bubble blowers and circus acts & all very fun. I couldn’t get an early night as my son wanted to watch them all. The pools were so clean and plenty of sun loungers. Even though you couldn’t have floats and balls in the big pool, they could be used in the smaller kids pool which I personally thought was a nice touch so you can enjoy a good swim and splash around without the fear of being smacked by numerous flying balls. And if you did want to join in ball games, the hotel offered water polo a good few times a week. We loved our stay. Will be sure to stay in the future.

Staying here at the moment. Warm welcome from the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. Fridge and kettle in room is a nice touch. Cleaners come round daily. Food is great, always fresh and piping hot, with good choice. I was worried about the noise based on other reviews, but it's no issue at all. Slept like a baby the 2 nights we have been here so far. Location couldn't be better. ... Only negative so far is the strict rules in the pool, the kids want to play something so find pool time quite boring as you are not allowed floats, inflatables or balls. This is only reason I gave a 4, as now it means beach everyday......... and a little less relaxing for me being a lone traveller with 2 boys.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful holiday! The hotel absolutely lived up to our expectations and was worth the money. First of all, the location is excellent — everything is close by: the beach, restaurants, shops – all within walking distance. Secondly, the staff deserve a special mention. From the reception desk we were warmly welcomed, and when we asked to replace the baby cot (as our son is already grown up), they reacted instantly and with a smile. A staff member came right away, replaced the bed, and made it up. Everyone always greeted us with a smile. Cleaning staff - really nice and hardworking. In the restaurant, the team is simply amazing – hardworking, attentive, and extremely polite. Thank you so much for your effort, you are doing a fantastic job! The room was clean. Yes, the hotel is not new and in some places you can see that, but it didn’t affect our holiday at all. The rooms are small, which is common in many Spanish hotels, but they were comfortable. Towels were changed daily if needed, and the cleaning was always done well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice – everyone can find something to enjoy. The coffee was tasty, especially at the pool bar. We also ordered a sandwich for our child at the pool bar – it was fresh, delicious, and the portion was huge 😁. The pool area was also ok. Some small downsides: the WiFi is quite weak, the rooms are a bit small if you’re staying with a child, and I missed having a kettle with coffee/tea in the room. In the evenings I would like to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea without going down to the bar. Other than that, everything was super! You can definitely come here with confidence. Bonus tip: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the storage room and still enjoy a few more hours at the beach. There’s even a shower near the pool where you can freshen up before leaving.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare due to the food and the way the hotel is managed. The food is recycled from previous meals — what is not eaten at dinner is cut up and served again the next day in a different form. For example, leftover ham from dinner ends up in the morning omelette, and the same happens with vegetables. The quality is poor, and after eating breakfast and dinner at the hotel, I became seriously ill. I suffered from severe food poisoning: fever, nausea, constant vomiting, body pain, and headaches. I was confined to my room for days. When my husband asked reception to call an ambulance because it was an emergency, the staff refused to help, laughed at us, and told him to “go away” because they had already called and had no answer. It took more than an hour for the ambulance to arrive. I ended up at a private hospital where I was charged over €2,000 for treatment, tests, and medication. The doctors confirmed it was a food-related virus and prescribed medication and a special diet for a month. Considering we paid around £3,000 for hotel and flights, I now have to eat outside restaurants just to avoid getting sick again. Other serious issues: • Unprofessional staff: incapable of handling emergencies, rude and dismissive. • Noise: the hotel is very loud at night. People run around the corridors screaming, and reception does nothing even when you call to complain. • False advertising: there are no live music events, no DJs, nothing like what is promoted online. It’s more than 1 minute to the beach. • The “Stay in One, Play in All” feature is misleading. The only access you actually get is to Breeza Beach Club pool and a few sunbeds. For the rest, you are charged £40 extra per seat, with no reimbursement. Overall, this hotel ruined my holiday. Unsafe food, unprofessional staff, false advertising, and a very noisy environment. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please book somewhere else.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I booked a 2-week holiday (13th–27th August) at Sol House to celebrate our anniversary, spending almost £3,000 just for flights and half board accommodation. I deeply regret choosing this place. First of all, the advertising is completely misleading. Online it says there are DJs, live music, and events – but there was nothing. False promises and false advertising from the start. But what made this holiday truly awful was how badly the hotel handled a medical emergency. My wife fell seriously ill just a few days into the trip. She couldn’t keep any food down, was vomiting constantly, had severe headaches, and body pain. She was confined to the room for days, drinking only water. When I ran to the reception in panic asking for help and an ambulance, the receptionist completely ignored me while casually dealing with other check-ins. I was desperate and scared, and only after I broke down crying did they finally call. The ambulance arrived over an hour later. To make things worse, the staff told me that they had “called the hospital but no one answered.” This is completely unacceptable. We ended up at a private hospital – without being asked if we agreed or if we could afford it – and after hours there, the doctors said she had a food-borne virus. She was put on a strict 30-day diet and given medication. The hospital bill was over €2,000 on top of what we had already paid for the holiday. This hotel not only ruined what should have been a special anniversary trip, but also left us with a massive unexpected cost and no support. The staff showed no compassion, no urgency, and no professionalism in a situation where my wife’s health was at risk. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel: do not book here. False advertising, careless staff, and the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had.

Poor service, noisy hotel, food is a jock , poor room service my balcony haven’t been cleaned from 10 days now , the only room service you get is the floor mopped and the bed fixed …. I do work as a chef my self and I know nothing is not going to the bin but only when a food is still good to eat . they’re using the same food for 4-5 days. The hotel is decent enough but the rooms show signs of obvious wear and tear. Cleanliness is good but we had to specifically ask in reception for them to vaccum the floor which is a little silly since it is a hotel situated almost on the beach. By day four, the floor was quite sandy. Fridge and AC in the room are a big plus. We were upgraded to a seaside room with a small balcony for 30 euros for the duration of our stay as we arrived just outside of the main season. It has a decent view of the beach and the sea. Staff are nice and friendly. They have beach towels free of charge in reception. The biggest drawback of this hotel are the clientele. They are mostly British people aged 18-25 who are very loud. Combine this with the thin walls and doors of the hotel and you can hear everything from their obnoxious drunken screaming to their slamming of doors and running down the hallway. Earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper. They're really only active between 1600-0400, lounging by the pool during the daylight hours. You'll see some of them at breakfast but the hotel is mostly quiet between 0800-1500.

Room/facilities are fine, location great, however there is a serious lack of hotel security, every morning from 3am - 7.30am the hotel is like a zoo, filled with barbaric animals who have been brought up with 0 respect or consideration for other people.There is a severe lack of willingness from staff to deal with this issue, people who are not guests lingering in corridors having parties and using megaphones. Reception tell you to phone down if you have any issues, only for them to not answer your call or put you straight on hold if and when they do answer, essentially ignoring you until you have to physically go down and see them and even at that point the matter doesn’t get resolved. Had to deal with these children ourselves on multiple occasions. You can barely call this a hotel, you may as well put a mattress on the strip and stay there for a week. Will never be staying here again as this was such a terrible experience. If you want to get 2 hours sleep a night at best then this is the hotel for you, otherwise I would seriously consider your options. As for what you can do to improve this situation it’s quite simple, go and warn this minority that if it continues the will be evicted from the hotel, at the very least you can make sure that it is only the guests that are in the hotel not random people who only want to disturb your paying guests. Very very poor.

**Update after completing our stay (Room 832, August 14–19):** Overall, we’re very pleased with our experience at the hotel. We’d like to highlight the excellent front desk team, who consistently showed a genuine willingness to assist with any request. *Raquel* was great throughout, and *Alice* in particular deserves a special mention for her warm attitude and consistently helpful approach. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh. The pool bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and each cocktail was clearly made with care and attention. Our room (832) was spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. We were very happy with it. A few areas for improvement: It would have been nice to have some soft background music at the pool to enhance the atmosphere. Also, while we didn’t feel the room was dirty, the housekeeping service could be more thorough. For example, we found hair ties left in the shower when we first arrived. On one occasion the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and on another, nothing was picked up or moved—an empty bottle was left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned around. We didn’t raise these points during our stay because they didn’t affect our overall positive experience, and we felt it wasn’t worth spending time on small things that didn’t interfere with our enjoyment. Still, we believe it’s helpful for the hotel to be aware and improve. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Our third stay at the Elba Sunset—it genuinely feels like home walking into reception on the first day! The staff clearly care deeply about the hotel; every day they're attentively maintaining something new —gardeners, PR, managers always visible. Special thanks to Felix the porter at reception and David at the bar for exceptional service. The rooms and views are perfect—hard to beat in Mallorca. This was our first time staying during peak season and also on the same level as reception. Occasionally, there was some late-night noise from people running and shouting in the corridor, which could perhaps be monitored a bit more closely, although I understand people are just enjoying their holidays in their own way! Another small point: our child wasn't allowed to play with a small ball or inflatable in the pool, yet a group drinking beer in the pool and being rather loud was permitted. The hotel might consider clarifying its policies here, as it clearly aims to be a relaxing haven, but a few improvements might help it achieve this atmosphere even more consistently. Apart from these minor points, it's a wonderful place, the food has noticeably improved, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely stunning hotel, VERY CLEAN! Rooms very spacious, we were upgraded on arrival to a sea view which was a lovely surprise. Had towels, robes, slippers, hats and water in room. Free ice cold fruit drink on arrival too. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. It was a chill vibe, although its not adult only we only saw a few children there during our stay. It was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The Bow restaurant- Wow! Amazing views, with delicious quality food, Staff were very friendly too. Very reasonably priced too, we ate there a few times and were never disappointed.

While being over in Turkey we done the day visit to the Greek island Samos. We had a really nice day over on the island and would recommend going if you've got the chance. It's absolutely beautiful! The only thing I would say is make sure you know what you want to do before going and possibly think about hiring a motorbike or car for the day as some of the main attractions are more inland of the island. We visited a lovely little pizza restaurant just along down from the main square of the marina which I would also highly recommend, really reasonable priced and amazing food!

Very successful stay, nice and clean hotel. evening shows every day and during the day there are also activities. rooms are nice, clean, towels are changed every day, we liked it very much. Good location, about 100m to the beach. Only comments: the pool is a bit small for over 500 rooms, which means a lot of guests. Unfortunately, one very small place designated for smoking. Regarding the bar belonging to the hotel, located on the street (main entrance), which is not for All inclusive, we sat there just to smoke and the young gentleman from the service asked us out, it was not nice. I do not understand all inclusive hotels, and when you are here, many things on the menu are not all in.

This is a fantastic family hotel, especially great for kids, particularly because of the kids' pool featuring water slides. There are plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The kid's entertainers, Sally and her team, were absolutely brilliant. The nighttime entertainment included a few decent acts, although the quiz night could have been improved. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean every day! I suggest taking a moment to read the small print regarding the all-inclusive package and the rules for alcoholic drinks. You are allowed only 6 drinks per day—3 with lunch and 3 with dinner. Other than that you can buy as much as you wish. The food was amazing, with a wide variety available each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for the kids. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars and shops nearby. A few areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, it’s a great place, and all the staff were polite and friendly.

Quality and diversity of buffets food was exceptional 5 stars. Maybe one of the best buffets I had, definitely the best paella I had in a hotel. My son enjoyed the kids sessions and the entertainment was good quality. The hotel is located 5 mins from the beach, therefore a walking distance and very close to shops. Room cleanliness was OK. The hotel has 3 pools including the kids slides which keeps the entertained. They also offer outdoor food service during the day which is ideal for children. Outdoor maintenance could be improved especially cleanliness, more attention to details would be recommended. It is indeed a very good family hotel and the atmosphere is very chilled we will come back in future.

What a brilliant hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations. The entertainment team (Sally, Andreas and Anton) were absolutely incredible. All the activities were suitable for children and adults, they were always involved and positive. Completely made our stay. The rooms were extremely clean, cleaners were all very friendly couldn’t fault them at all. If you’re coming to stay as an all inclusive guest and like to drink, it’s worth reading up! We were very fortune that we read reviews and knew what to expect. Due to the new laws, you are allowed 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner ( wine or beer ). Otherwise, all drinks need to be paid for. As an all inclusive guest, drinks are discounted by about €1-€2 euros. However this did not change our stay at all. The bar staff all dealt with it brilliantly. They were always up for a joke and a positive evening.

Hotel is very good can't complain food yes, entertainment so so, lots for the kids to do, the room was very good the only Down side was my bed!! I may as well gone to sleep inside a piano!!!! Bed was awful!!! Sorry. But If you're bad on your legs or need a wheel chair this hotel is not for you, because you won't make the hill back from the beach, so you'll need a taxi every time you go the beach. The staff are brilliant by the way plenty of sun beds, will give it 9/10 but that's my opinion....

Stayed here for around of 6 days. Wonderful hotel. Starting with the food, absolutely perfect. The variety is great, a bit of local such as Paellas for lunch and dinner, a lot of food for kids all day long, fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner, classic breakfasts (also full of variety). During these 6 days the soups and additional were never repeated, so variety is fantastic. A lot of seafood, desserts and drinks. Lovely system of snacks and drinks during the day, you get the coins of the hotel by arrival, when taking a drink they take a coin from you, when you give the cup back, the coin is returned to you. Shows that the hotel is sustainable, as the cups are reused, and always clean. Another star for sustainability. Staff, absolutely great. Always optimistic, communicative and positive. There are always programmes for kids, teens and adults available. And they are not just playing tag or hide and seek, but actually engaging and creative. Staff is careful and polite with the kids. Staff speaks English well, therefore there might be only minor misunderstandings, which are solved quickly. Every evening there is a new performance, either by the staff as acting, dancing or singing, or by the guest performance such as circuses or acrobats. By the arrival the room was very clean and are cleaned daily. The room was big enough for three people, also with a balcony. In the canteen the tables and dishes are clean as well, as the staff is engaged while the breakfasts, lunches and dinners keeping everything clean and tidy. The beach is a 7 minute walk away, which is extra comfortable Overall we really enjoyed the stay and it was a very relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Absolutely shocking service from the hotel staff. We requested to move rooms due to problems with ours,we had a shower what couldn’t stay at a set temperature and would scold you very quickly I have a 6 year old child, also so many other issues, We checked in the Sunday and was told to come back Monday morning and a new room would be sorted out, again straight No we are booked come back Wednesday and promised to sort us a new room and there would be no issues, came back Wednesday to be told if we want to change rooms we have to pay €16 a night! Would rather the honesty instead of being messed around. The bar staff were rude, only decent people were the entertainment team. The hotel is overly subscribed by too many people which the hotel can’t accommodate to, food is repetitive and never changed, and it wasn’t the cleanest, our rooms only ever had a quick mop down and same bedding was kept on for 7 days..YUK and not even a wipe down of the sides,mirrors or bathroom which was even worse. We came 3 years ago to Sol and happily enjoyed, this time it was awful, standards have dropped and would not rate this hotel a 4 star, definitely not worth the money at all!

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times, everything has always been great, this stay last week was the first since it introduction of the tokens for drinks so was a little nervous about if after reading the reviews on here, the tokens are brilliant, it stops all half drunk drinks being left poolside and on tables so no wasps, all staff are amazing. I have a shy 5y boy the kids club went above and beyond to make him happy and by day 2 he couldn’t wait to go. Thank you for another great holiday

Room was fine , even though it was described to us as a room with a double bed when in reality it was 2 single beds pushed together but that was fine. The staff were awful, rude, unhelpful and just unbothered. I paid a good amount of money for all inclusive for 8 nights. I had to pay for bottles of water, I was asked to pay for towels. One night the safe in our room broke and we couldn’t get it open as it showed an error message. When we called reception I was told there’s nothing they could do as “ there is only 1 technician for 600 rooms.” So I went reception in person and went to a different staff member, they were then able to very easily open my safe for me so it was just pure laziness from the first employee. Then 2 days before our checkout I asked if it would be possible to get late checkout as our flight wasn’t until later, I was told yes no problem I just had to pay €40. That was no problem , the night before I confirmed that we were able to get late checkout and the staff said yes just come at 9am and pay the fee and that will be fine. I came at 9am and was told to come back at 10, then I was told to come back at half 10, and then finally I was told that late checkout was no longer an option so we had to leave in an hour. One morning a cleaner came into our room while we were sleeping and opened our curtains. Hairdryer in room didn’t work and was told there was nothing they could do. Shame the staff were so useless because the hotel and location is nice .

On our last night of our week stay here. We’ve generally had a really lovely experience. Food is pretty decent, good drink options, brilliant entertainment throughout the day and at night. Our rooms were cleaned effectively daily, and only saw one cockroach in the lobby but that didn’t bother us. Fantastic location, beach and lovely restaurants within walking distance, and we got a short bus ride to a water park. We had to wake up early to secure a sun bed but that’s to be expected. We came as a couple, but it was definitely very family orientated and lots of children/children’s entertainment. Only negatives would be that the rooms didn’t have actual double beds, just 2 singles put together and the AC in the room was quite noisy and not that strong. Really enjoyed our stay overall and would happily come back!

We had the best time here. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. The decor of the hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. The gym modern and open and airy with spin bikes, a screen with workouts on demand and plenty of weights. The kids club is amazing. 3x a day they offer 2-hour long activities that are so much fun from foam parties, slip and slides or paddle yoga. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is so varied and meets everyone’s wants. The pool is big and we loved the beefy of people - young families where we truly felt relaxed and the kids could be kids and have fun. Highly recommend also because it’s just 1.5 blocks from the beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at INNSiDE Alcudia! The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming – truly outstanding service. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with an impressive variety of options: hot and cold dishes, fresh bread (including gluten-free), fruits, pastries, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts – something for everyone. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and for those who enjoy staying active, there’s a well-equipped gym on site or bikes for rent. The hotel also features great restaurants in a stylish setting. We didn’t have any problems in finding a parking spot near the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel – a perfect place to relax and enjoy a high-standard holiday!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The loft suite we had was spacious and had everything from a full size fridge, microwave, good comfortable beds and more. (The only downside was the television reception was poor but to be honest it was a relief not to listen to the news for a few days.) We were on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was excellent, everything was available, well presented and cooked. The hotel itself is wonderful and has been beautifully decorated with loads of quirky items and pictures everywhere. The staff are really helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The pool facilities are excellent as is the onsite gym. The housekeeping is first class. This is without doubt the premier hotel in Alcudia and deserves a higher rating than 4 star. Credit to everyone at the Innside hotel alcudia for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. If you are planning on lying by the pool at any time during your stay, you will have to stand ready when they open at 9am. Also, this is not for adults, but more so for kids. We found another persons hair in our beds on the first night, luckily they took that serious and cleaned it properly the following day. The rooms are quite small. The staff is not bad but also not service minded. If you want a towel for the pool or beach, be ready to wait on average 5 minutes (only one person is allowed to hand out towels, and he/she is rarely there). Would recommend this place if location is the only requirement. Honest hotel star rating: 2.5

Second night at this hotel and it has been really bad. Changed rooms when we arrived because first room smelled like sewage (222) and the bathroom was between the bedroom and the balcony and view making it really unappealing and unlike the photos. Door to balcony was really dirty also. They offered us the room on the top floor with big balcony (712) . Much nicer room. Amazing balcony. BUT boiled first night because air-conditioning is pumping out 22° air (saw the repair man's thermostat) when temps are 34 in the day. Asked for a fan and they said they had nothing and have offered nothing. Took a shower today to find the water goes boiling then freezing every few seconds while making an air siren noise. The shampoo pump attached to wall was empty and obviously didn't know until in the shower. No refresh of water second night despite no discount for multiple nights. Its high season, this is expensive and really crap. They don't care at all so far and if it doesn't change these scores are going down to reflect not just the poor experience and facilities but the real lack of interest they have in your experience. Only one more night then I get to leave, not what you want for your holiday.

Our experience at this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. We specifically requested two double bedrooms in a quiet part of the hotel, but one of the rooms had two single beds. Worse, it was located right next to a large compressor that ran continuously, making it impossible to sit on the veranda or sleep comfortably without the air conditioning. Housekeeping services were below standard. The floors were neither mopped nor vacuumed during our stay. The only consistent service was the replenishment of Nescafé, tea capsules, and towel replacement. Water bottles were provided only on the first day, with no refills afterward. Additionally, the hotel’s website stated that direct bookings would receive special gifts and benefits. Upon check-in, we received nothing. When we inquired, we were simply given a voucher for a welcome drink — which only covered water or soft drink at the bar. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and the quality of service and amenities did not reflect a 4-star hotel experience.

I’m very curious if people giving 4 or 5 stars have ever visited an actual 4 star hotel because this hotel is sub 4 star. On a good day I guess a 3 would be more appropriate based on an amazing location and decent breakfast. The thing that annoys me the most is that the hotel allows for visitors to leave their towels on the sun beds all day - they say they don’t but they do. Unless you take a sun bed at 9 am you won’t get one. Luckily the beach is great but sometimes a few hours but the pool is preferred. The lifeguards who are supposed to be there take super long breaks and are consistently gone before 6 pm which is the official time they should leave. On one occasion he left at 5.30 pm. Some staff are nice. Others seem like they rather die than be working at the hotel. Room cleaning is okay but it’s not really cleaning just making the bed and giving you fresh towels. Note parking is 10 eur a day in a nearby parking house with sparsely room for cars so if you arrive in the afternoon it can be tricky to get a spot. I wanted to address my points to the manager of the hotel but wasn’t possible to talk to that person. I wouldn’t recommend a stay at the hotel nor would I return in the future. If you expect a 4 star experience you’ll be disappointed. If you just want a decent hotel near the beach it’s great - but then there are other economical options to choose from.

This hotel is definitely not up to 4-star standards — it felt more like a 3-star experience. We stayed in a triple room, and the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on as it was hard as a rock. Service was consistently disappointing. At the rooftop sushi night, the waiters had a terrible attitude — even asking for something basic like a glass seemed too much for them. The bar staff were also extremely rude; when I asked for a glass of ice to take to my room, it was treated as if I had asked for something outrageous. Housekeeping was minimal — beds were made, but no proper cleaning was done throughout the stay. The coffee at breakfast was poor quality. The only positives were the friendly breakfast staff and the hotel’s proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations, and definitely not the value for the money paid.

Just returned from a 6 night stay 4 adults and 2 boys aged 6 and 9. They loved it. The hotel and rooms are spotless. Lovely pool area and refreshing to have more than enough sunbeds. Food was delicious and so much choice. Probably one of the best all inclusive we have stayed at. Staff are friendly and work very hard. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only negative is the lengthy queues and shortage of bar staff for drinks in the evening.

Just coming home after a 10 day stay and we've had a great time. Our group age range was 16 to 82 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The entertainment team work really hard especially Lucy's who has really gone above and beyond getting our group involved and having fun. Please take reviewed with a pinch of salt there are good and bad things on all holidays but we found the food lovely and hotel very comfortable.

my boyfriend and i have just arrived home from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel and we have absolutely no complaints. it was a beautiful hotel, with a great atmosphere. the room was good, just what we needed - along with a balcony with a gorgeous view. the pool area was lovely, there’s always plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day so no need to worry. the pool bar was great, there was plenty of food and drinks available all day! the restaurant was lovely too. the entertainment team were fantastic, especially Lucas who we got to know very well. he’s a credit to the hotel and you can tell that he loves his job! he looked after us all week and got us involved in many different activities and having fun, then wished us a safe journey home at the end of the week with a massive cuddle. i hope he’ll still be there when we visit again next year! really do recommend this lovely hotel, just want we wanted from this holiday.

We’ve just come back from Hotel Globales Mimosa in Palmanova and had an amazing time! The day time activities were great and the evening entertainment was good (even if we never won bingo – still sad about that!). I have food allergies, and the head chef did his best with the language barrier to explain the allergy key and make me feel safe, which I really appreciated. The staff in general were all friendly and helpful, but we have to give a huge shout-out to Lucas from the entertainment team – he is an absolute star! So welcoming, full of energy, and amazing at his job. He genuinely makes the hotel what it is and is a massive asset to the team. Thanks to the team! Jess & Isaac

Hotel and food are excellent . The rooms Are tidied every day . The food is one of the best I have had in a four star. We used the gym which is also good for a Spanish gym. My Only Negatives would be having to Que for a soft Drink And they have a token system which I find quite annoying . Would be nice to be able to help myself to water if needed . The reception staff could do with being a bit more approachable and happy but, apart from that it’s well worth the money and we have had a lovely stay.

We had a nice 20 days stay at Mar Hotels Playa Mar & Spa! The entire hotel is spotless – everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast and lunch buffet were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated the quality and freshness of the food, with something new to try each day. This hotel is truly perfect for families with children – from the kid-friendly pools and play areas to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, everything is designed with families in mind. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the beds could have been more comfortable – a bit firmer or newer mattresses would make a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

this was our 10th year going here. Are children are now 16 and we have been going since they where 6 along with their cousins who are now also in the age range of 13-20. The hotel is immaculate, amazing modern rooms. The one down side is the shower temps do take a while to get to the right temp! After going to this hotel for 10 years I believe I have the most real experience more than anyone who has been once or twice. starting from our first year or two when our kids where around 5/6 ( so around 2014/2015 ) the hotel had an amazing kids club which I believe was ran by TUI or Thomas cook ( before it shut down ) and it was amazing. They had foam party’s, and there used to be a tennis court ( which has now been removed for a few years and I believe is a football pitch ) but whilst there was a tennis court the kids got to experience really good coaching! There was so much to do and the kids also got certificates when ever they won a game! ( which I believe they have stopped doing now since they have moved on from having tui entertainment to now having the hotels own entertainment and a entertainment from France called FRAM. ) moving onto when our kids where 7/8 ( so around 2016/2017 ) the hotel staff began to remember us! They have always treated us with such love and kindness there moto about it being your “home away from home” is very true! Every time we went to the restaurant they would great our family personally which I thought was very kind! They even gave us free things ( because we booked through the hotel not through a company ) even if our room wasn’t ready on arrival they would offer to let us store it with them for a while! A great perk is if you have a morning flight on the day your leaving so around ( 6am it was for us ) they’d let us sneak in early to grab pastries! Which is very kind of them ( since the breakfast opens at 8 I think ) The entertainment was still with TUI at the time so nothing really changed with that! The hotel rooms had changed slightly but nothing too big! And this hotel is very close to the beach! Amazing for kids you can even hire pedlos & paddle boards! The hotel will also ring you a taxi if you need it. moving onto when our kids where 9/10 ( so around 2018/2019 ) the hotel was still with TUI and got a new park! Since there old park was very run down. They even have a football pitch which they take kids on - and have pool party’s where they used to take the speakers on the slides and run down on a human chain! Again the hotel remember us and would give us a welcome package every time, the reception people are so lovely and will help you with any questions! Because our kids were now a bit older they made friends and luckily there were loads of kids around their age so they used to just play with them most of the time! Here is when things started to change.. ( when our kids turned 11/12 so 2020/2021 YES - we went during Covid in 2020 in July! I believe you couldn’t take floats in the pool from 2020 due to Covid and they only recently began to change that rule in 2023 when they began allowing floats again ) Again the staff are still the same lovely people but they began to use there own hotel entertainment rather then a company like TUI. I believe that the entertainment did go a bit down from here as they were doing less fun stuff and ended up instead of using a tree house they began to do all the activities inside of the park side bit. Which has less security.. so if you do have little ones you couldn’t really leave them alone because on the side of the park they leave a big drive door open which could litch let anyone enter the hotel. Where as in previous years you had to use a passcode to get ur kids from entertainment which made us feel a lot safer! When covid hit playamar I still believe it’s a good hotel but did go a bit down hill with kids entertainment as they stopped giving out awards when kids won things and stuff.. but food & room & staff where still great! Since 2022+ our kids have loved it but have now grown out of it. Still a great hotel just activities went down hill.

Great family focused hotel. First time we’ve done all inclusive and we weren’t disappointed. Food was varied and of good quality. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is 5 mins walk from sea , there are lots of mini beaches and trees offering shade. Only real criticism is the Wi-Fi is pretty rubbish.

Just spent a week here with my small family of 3. I cannot say enough about the service! The employees were kind and always willing to help with a smile. Great people at the restaurant and at the bars. The animation team for the kiddos were honestly the best! Always had something fun for the kiddos and were so sweet with our 6 year old. He loved every second with them. Honestly some of the nicest people there. The food was delicious. While the variety wasn’t too grand, everything tasted very good and well cooked. Now for the few things we didn't find 5 star worthy- the entertainment was lacking. While we are here during “off season” the nighttime entertainment was a little dull. The rooms were seriously lacking some amenities. No tissues and no extra shampoo and conditioner. Just a 2 in 1 option. No AC in the rooms as it won’t be turned on in the facilities until may, Which for a pregnant women was pretty important but we just opened the windows. The beds are quite stiff and the wheels on the bottom don’t lock. If you move, the bed is coming with you. The pools were well taken care of but be warned the outside ones are not heated. Location is a bit away from the city of Pollensa but if you’re looking to have it a little quieter, that’s definitely a possibility plus. Lastly, while this is a holiday, it’s advertised as a family resort and alcohol should be controlled when someone gets out of hand. We saw a dad drop multiple glass cups (one into the kids pool) and was just a drunken mess. Would have been cut off anywhere else but I guess they didn’t see the need to.

When looking to book a holiday, the first thing we as a family have to take into account is booking somewhere that caters well for allergies. Three of the family have to adhere to a strict gluten-free diet. We informed the hotel before we arrived, and we were so well catered to for the entire holiday. On the first day of the holiday, they brought out 3 separate breakfasts consisting of different Schar items, including 2 slices of toast, cereal, muffins, and biscuits. We could have cried; we'd read that the hotel catered well for coeliacs but never expected to be catered to so well. There was a two-sided gluten-free menu, where after finishing our breakfast, we'd order our lunchtime meal, and then once finishing lunch, we'd order our evening meal. The menu had a great amount of choice, including pastas, pizzas, cuts of meat and fish with sides, and puddings. The buffet food was also well labeled with allergens; however, there's more of a risk of cross-contamination. The food was excellent, and we can't thank the chefs and all the staff enough; we didn't have to worry once about food at any point of the holiday. We'd especially like to thank the chefs for preparing such fantastic food. And a huge thanks also to Fredy, Angie, Matel and Nathalie for making us feel so welcome at each mealtime; you really made the holiday for the children and us. The rooms were kept immaculate each day, so a big thanks to Lina. The rooms were spacious even for 3 kids and ourselves. We stayed in a ground-floor, pool-facing suite. Our only slight downside would be noise due to being in close proximity to the park. Children would sometimes play until after midnight and then run up and down corridors, which would wake our children. There was always something to do for the children, our kids loved the slides, and when they'd had enough of being in the water, there were always options to do something else. From playing in the park, joining in with the activities put on by the brilliant animation team, or going to play football in the small stadium behind the hotel for a few hours, they were always busy. Another massive shout-out to Andreea from the animation team, who came and joined in football with me and my son, who stayed and played for hours. After that, she would always make a fuss over and joke with the kids and genuinely made our holiday better; she'd often come and sit with us as a family and have a laugh. The animation team has so much energy; I genuinely don't know how they do it for all those hours and weeks on end. Fair play to them, again, a huge thank you and a final shout-out to the whole animation team! The location was also perfect for us, situated on the end of the strip, it was only a 15-minute walk to cafes and bars, which forced us to get some steps in to work off the huge meals we'd been having. To conclude, this was our first visit, and it definitely won't be the last we've already started looking for next year.

Absolutely perfect in all areas. As soon as we arrived we were treated by a lovely young lady on reception who made nice light conversation while we checked in. We knew then we had chosen well. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't want to leave. Good selection of beautiful foods with different choices each day. ALL staff very welcoming and friendly. Nothing to much trouble and all made us feel very included. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Hotel was spotless. Rooftop pool area was fantastic and so peaceful. Lots of little touches that you don't get elsewhere. We arrived late and had missed dinner but they prepared a lovely selection of food for us and opened the restaurant so we could sit and eat. (No pre wrapped sandwich and bottle of water) We are in the process of booking for next year but will definitely be staying longer. Can't wait to return.

On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious, clean, had excellent air-conditioning and a huge balcony. The food and drinks were lovely. My favourite part of the hotel was the adults only rooftop terrace which had the most stunning views 😍 I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel in the near future.

Great staff that work very hard ,always very helpful and happy. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food is very good with plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters. Lots of fresh fruit, cheese, and salad. Different theme nights for food meant you got a good variety. Snack bar is more of a snack restaurant where you order your food and are served at your table. There is an adult pool and bar on the roof top which is beautiful but we preferred to be at the main pool to be involved with the entertainment that was provided for guests. Live acts sometimes during the day ( two Spanish female singers very good). Entertainment acts at night not quite as good. Entertainment team make great efforts to interact with all guests ( managed by the happiest German you will ever meet ) this team works very hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday. As some reviews have said already rooms are a bit dated in decor however quite adequate. Air conditioning not the coldest but again adequate enough. Lots of cocktails and Estrella beer on tap and bottles. Good quality of drinks on offer. The hotel does remove towels from sunbeds if not occupied after 40 mins which is good as stops guests reserving beds and going down to beach to return later. Hotel provides towels for sunbeds which you can refresh every couple of days at the lifeguard. Had a very enjoyable stay. Iceberg.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel itself was very clean and tidy. Room was a little dated but more than adequate for me and the wife. Food was plentiful and lots of choice. We spent most of our time on the rooftop where there is a pool & bar with very comfortable double beds, there was no problem getting a bed during anytime of the day we were there as people come and go throughout the day. Location is great, only 200-300 from beach, shops & bars. Definately booking again.

The breakfast is really, really good. Everyone is service minded. For my liking the bed is too soft. The bathroom is ok, it's beginning to show the age of the hotel (loose toilet seat and shower attachment, silicone around the sink). It's not an adult only hotel so forget about an uninterrupted swim across the pool (25 m at its widest/longest). There's a rooftop pool as well, but it's probably no more than 15 metres in length and also not suitable for swimming. Thankfully, the beach isn't far away. Our trip was a package tour so I can't say anything about value for money per se, but we have no complaints.

We absolutely loved staying here. What an amazing location. Our highlight was the adults only pool on the roof top - fantastic views. We were here for 5 days, easy access to boat hire for days trips, car hire next door so we could explore the island… 10/10 experience. Breakfast each morning was also handy - included with room cost.

The staff was amazing. There were so nice and welcoming and realy made our holiday. We had an issue with our rooms being far apart and they fixed it the next day. The place is so clean along with the included spa. The hotel is right across the beach with wonderful restaurants around. The breakfast was lovely and never felt crowded. The best part had to be the roof top pool and lounge. The bar closes at 11 but you can stay as long as you want. The prices are reasonable. And if you're interested you can see the big dipper (star constellation) from there!

Location is ideal for the beach and its central to all amenities. Rooms are large enough for a vacation, superior rooms have the best views of the pool or the beach. Cheaper rooms come with a view you get with a cheaper room, but hopefully the plan is not to be in the room for long!! Staff are happy and friendly, Christina is always smiling and happy to help.

We are halfway through our family holiday here, the location is great, opposite the beach, close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Not too far from the airport. 9yr old happy to be close to both McDonald's and burger king... The room is clean and comfortable although small for 3 people (the 3rd bed was squeezed in after our arrival). Breakfast is a vast, tasty smorgasbord- definitely something for everyone. All contact with staff has been positive. However, I was expecting much more from the kids club and entertainment. Having read (when booking) kids club activities include treasure hunt I thought this would be good. There's been very little contact from staff in regards to kids & family activities. There has been archery which was good and a bowling game. I have seen colouring pictures but 9yr old really not interested. Water polo didn't happen as no goals. We had hoped for a club activity each day where we say "see ya" and head to the adult pool & bar for an hour or so. No evening entertainment, except sports on TV in the bar. But, overall a good hotel for a family holiday.

We had an amazing time at h10 all together. The room it's self was lovelly maybe our mistake but we had a view of the bins etc of the hotel behind, we rung to see if we could be upgraded (would pay difference) and told full. Other that than it was a lovelly experience we loved both restaurant down stair and roof top pool, the roof top pool were very happy and helpful all the time. Thank you for a lovelly experience and will see you again but with a view. Sergio made the best cocktails 🍸

Really enjoyed our stay at Globales Palmanova Palace. Great location — close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a big highlight — very tasty, lots of variety, and something new every day. Everything we tried was good. Room was clean and comfortable, pool area nice and not too crowded. Overall, good service and a solid hotel. Would stay here again.

Hotel nice, staff friendly, rooms clean, loved the terrace with little pool, enjoyed interaction with staff, aqua aerobics and archery. Unfortunately the food was almost inedible. I lived off salad nearly all week and that wasn't that nice either. Not much choice on mains. Chicken possibly undercooked, I didn't eat it. Breakfast - Scrambled egg watery and tasteless, bacon and sausages just weird tasting, a lot of garlic in mushrooms. Desserts were nice though. Not impressed with 48 euro charge for safe in room, rather excessive I thought.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Terrible food, rooms are dirty and dated, unprofessional and rude staff and managers. Especially the guy from the picture. Be careful he is very aggressive. But duty manger - Florian really don’t care about it. I will report this hotel for all the lies and staff behaviour!!!! I paid for all inclusive and was not able to go for few hours to my room to pick up my medication - I need insulin. Took the taxi and went to the hospital to get my injection. I have asked manger to call the police but they refused. From my room air pods was stolen. Also, on the other picture the lady she is a liar and gave me all the wrong information, charged me twice and after this she said is not true. PEOPLE DTAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL REALLY YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE RUINED. And keep your children away from black hair activity guy… !!!!

Had a great time on holiday. Me and my partner really enjoyed ourselves. Also for a Buffet meal plan it was actually good. And there’s so much to do around from the aquarium, the beach and even mini golf right outside the hotel.

This is an unusual little hotel. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and our room was very nice too but sadly the aircon wasn't very powerful. The clientele is mixed, Spanish, Italian, British and there were big groups of Russian and French men when we were there. The resort is a party place where people go in same sex groups. The big groups of men might intimidate some people but they seem to be generally well behaved, they just want to sing and have fun. The food was perfect in my opinion. A small selection but everything cooked well. They even put on traditional Mallorcan Ensaimada one night.

This is a great hotel! The two pools and the beach being so close together is brilliant. Room was comfortable and all the staff were great. We went all inclusive for 7 nights but only had our breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on the lunch / dinner. Breakfast was nice but the buffet was packed every morning! The Snacks and drinks by the pool were great. Only one issue. We are a couple in our early 30s so taking the stairs isn’t an issue but if you rely on elevators you will be waiting a while for the elevator every time you need to use it and it will hinder your experience. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything is beautiful! The hotel is clean, the food is varied and delicious! The cocktails are too good, the staff are great, everything is 10/10. The location is EXCELLENT if you plan to visit the most beautiful beaches, because they are right near this hotel, so it would be a perfect place for you. Also, if the two of you must rent a motorcycle/scooter, it's much easier and nicer than in a car. Also, parking is much easier!

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff where nothing is too much trouble. So attentive and work so hard. Restaurant staff and waiters brilliant. Shout out to Paula - Public Relations for fixing our loo in a snap 😁The little extra touches here and there, really make it special. Great location. Beach is beautiful. Food is great, more than great and so much choice. Ask and it’s brought to you. They just get everything right and if it’s not, they fix it straight away. Plenty of sun loungers, even by 9am, even with a full hotel! We are AI and really don’t need AI+ as that provided everything . Room great, not much storage but that’s literally my only gripe! Bathroom excellent. Shower fab. No idea where the bad reviews have come from..,surely we’re not at the same place!? Would fully recommend.

My large family and myself had a fabulous time at this hotel last month. Not only is it in such a lovely location with a beautiful private beach but it is such a a beautiful hotel too. The animation team were absolutely excellent with my nieces and my family also. Especially Stefy who my niece loved painting with in the baby club. The mini disco was definitely a highlight of our day watching my niece dance long with Stefy , the animation team and barcy ! A big thank you to the entire animation team Stefy ,Ema , Amelia , Johanna , Chris ,Cynthia Chris ,Adrian. They really make the stay when you bring children with you. Not only were the children entertained but so were us adults. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, as a vegan I had extremely low expectations of just eating chips and beans for dinner everyday, however I the reality went above and beyond my expectations. Fresh food was brought out everyday with plenty of options to choose from. Vegetable pallea was delicious, and the chef made dishes just for us and brought them directly to our table. Vegan cakes and vegan pancakes were such a special treat thank you again, Diego- I believe was the chef who made all the lovely food for us. We will definitely be coming back again.

Our stay at Barceló Ponent Beach was amazing and we loved every second of it. The hotel arranged a lovely bouquet of flowers in the room for my partners birthday. They also helped me to plan a surprise meal which included birthday decorations, champagne and cake, which were a very good addition to the incredible meal we had at the Magical Restaurant (the cake was delicious!). All the waiters/waitresses came out and sung happy birthday which was a nice touch. The Magical Restaurant is definitely worth going to if you want that fine dining experience. We were lucky enough to have a sea view room which made such a difference to the holiday as we were out on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view in the evenings. Overall, we had the best stay at Barcelo Ponent, the staff were all so friendly, everything was clean, the food and cocktails were amazing, and the hotel and pools itself were fantastic, not to mention what felt like our own private beach on our doorstep!

Just back from a 10 night stay. Reception area probably the nicest part of this hotel. Rooms are OK however do not waste your money asking to upgrade to a sea view as all balconies are concrete so sitting down you cannot see anything you need to stand up. All inclusive is only for local drink only, if you want a pina colada for example they make this with malibu rum therefore you have to pay, I don't understand why this cannot be made with their local white rum. The young barman (didn't catch his name) is miserable, unhelpful and has a can't be bothered attitude. Dolores very friendly and Bruno in the restaurant polite. From Thursday to Sunday/Monday lots of stag/hen parties round the pool, very rowdy, noisy and not relaxing at all. The sun loungers round the pool are so close together it's like sardines in a tin, spent most of the time at the beach which is lovely. Breakfast and lunch ok however evening meals not great, very repetitive, food not hot. They have a couple of microwaves however this just makes the food soggy so we did a few nights eating out which is much better. Tables at the pool bar outside do not get cleaned regularly and some are disgusting. Had a couple of power cuts whilst there which is not good especially for elderly guests on the high floors or disabled guests. The power was off quite a few hours and again the next morning. I will definitely be back to Palma Nova however will definitely not stay at Globales Panama and would not recommend it.

The rooms are clean and neat. The beach is 5 minutes by walking. The food was average, not good for a 4 star hotel. Everything seemed extra; they charge a deposit for beach towels and to use the safe in your own room.

We’ve spent wonderful 7 days in Panama Hotel and I can truly say that it was great! I’ve read loads of reviews about this hotel and I can say that the food is a bit the same (we’ve had a couple of theme dinners with sushi, pizza and prawns), but the rest was pretty much the same: chips, salads, chicken, pork. But at the same time, there were plenty of types of cheese, salamies, jamon, fresh fruits and vegetables. Breakfast is usually based on English breakfast preferences, but also variety of prepared eggs and fresh pastry. The staff was always friendly and helpful, just want to thank you for your constant smiles! Dolores (the star of this hotel, always chatty and glad to make the tastiest cocktail for you), Abel, Mohamed, Mustapha, Jose and the kitchen staff you are all fantastic!!! Our room was clean and well preserved (we’ve been on 6th floor), towels have been changed every 2 days. We had a fridge in the room and could buy cans of beer to enjoy on the beach. Also, we were absolutely impressed that we could watch videos and had video calls using WiFi in the hotel everywhere! The beach is 6 min walk and the see was very pleasant to swim in, we basically spend 80% of time there. We’ve taken beach towels, but could also rent a sun bed for 6, 50€/day. The swimming pool is big enough for all people, there was no need to wake up early morning and book a sun bed on the swimmeling pool area as we always could find any spares

Night time food was very much the worst I have experienced EVER on holiday, even with being first in line the pasta was already cold...not even warm!! Breakfast was much better. Christina on reception was so warm & welcoming. Also unfortunately did not catch the lady's name who provided the entertainment, such a beautiful smile made everyone's night (hard-working lady) The hotel was very peaceful at night & very clean. A good experience if you don't have an evening meal. Don't stay for the magic show...sorry but it was just awful, all the other singers were brilliant 😀

Great hotel, large rooms, staff are helpful. The location is close to the beach/shops/public transport. The food is good, lots of choice. I would recommend all inclusive as drinks can add up to quite a lot if you pay separate (even coffee and fizzy drinks). Only thing I didn’t like is some of the guests can be really noisy but that is not the hotel’s fault of course.

Restaurant staff and chefs were warm and helpful. Animator Lisa was outstanding, full of energy! However, the in-room safe had a daily fee, not fitting for a 4-star hotel. The mini fridge was non-functional, meant for a minibar that wasn’t stocked or offered, making it merely decorative for photos. The blonde receptionist with glasses was a bit rude. Breakfast had only pork salami and sausage despite requests for alternatives.

Take away the 2hr transfer from the airport... And arrive at what I can say is bliss!!!!! Very nice, clean hotel with the chill factor 100%. No fighting for sun loungers..... We walked into Porto Colom this morning following a lovely breakfast... Arrived back at the hotel about 1pm and straight onto loungers at the pool bar..... If you fancy a nice chilled holiday with no screaming kids and no fighting over loungers, then this is the place... We will be back!!!!!

Superb hotel, staff are excellent, so friendly & polite! We had a junior suite, spotlessly clean, lounge area, bedroom with super walk in shower, 2 balcony's over looking 1 of the excellent pools. Great choice of food, spotlessly clean facilities throughout & 2 lovely pools, great location. Easy walk into Porto Colom & lots of choice for lovely restaurant's, especially S'Arenal Portocolom. Cala Marcal beach which is just beautiful is a 15 minute walk. Thank you to all the staff you were fabulous!

Our stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, quite disappointing in several key aspects. We were placed in room 701, located on one of the top floors, right next to what seems to be a staff-only room or possibly a technical room for elevator maintenance. The noise coming from that space was unbearable – every time the elevator was used (which was constantly until around 2 AM), a loud, crashing noise echoed through the walls, shaking the entire room. It sounded as if the elevator was slamming into concrete with every movement. Needless to say, getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. The second major issue was the bathroom. The layout was completely dysfunctional. The door opens inward, right next to the shower, but in front of the door are the toilet and sink. This means there’s almost no space to enter unless you awkwardly slide your legs around the toilet or even step on it just to close the door and reach the shower. After showering, getting out was even more frustrating. On a holiday where the bathroom is used frequently, functionality should be a priority – and this setup simply doesn’t work. Another big disappointment was the cleanliness of the cutlery and glasses in the restaurant. On more than one occasion, we found dirty forks with lipstick stains and food residue still stuck to them. This happened at tables that were supposedly cleaned and ready for new guests. It’s really upsetting, especially because the staff themselves were incredibly friendly and seemed to genuinely try to make guests feel welcome. I do want to mention Victoria in particular – always smiling, kind, and professional. She truly stood out. Regarding the room’s cleanliness, I also had doubts. When we first entered, there were visible hairs and fibers from a previous guest on the decorative pillows. I immediately removed those and the decorative blanket from the bed, as they are rarely washed (confirmed by a friend who works in the hotel industry). Despite this, the cleaning staff continued to place them back on the bed daily – even though I left them clearly aside and made the bed with my own sheets. Lastly, on the second day of the stay, I developed a cold sore (herpes) on my lips – I can’t say for sure it was due to hygiene issues at the hotel, but it certainly didn’t help how uncomfortable the stay already was. In conclusion, the only real positive was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. But overall, the noise, bathroom setup, lack of cleanliness, and poorly washed dining utensils make it hard to recommend this hotel – especially when basic comfort and hygiene should be guaranteed. The food was also a letdown. We had half-board, and while the food was okay in terms of taste, it was extremely repetitive. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and dinners didn’t vary much either – except for the main meat dish, everything else stayed the same. No themed nights, no variety, no traditional local dishes like paella. In fact, in seven nights we never once had seafood such as squid or shellfish, which was surprising for a Mediterranean destination. Compared to other 4-star hotels we’ve stayed at – where food felt like it came from a 5-star kitchen – this experience fell short. Breakfast every day was eggs, and dinner options were mostly pasta. It quickly became boring.

Just had a fantastic break here. Very quiet and safe location with lovely views, friendly staff and modern rooms with excellent bathrooms and comfy beds. Be aware this hotel isn’t strictly “adults only”, there were some well behaved children but the hotel isn’t geared towards kids and is more suitable for couples (it would be even better if it was adults only). Good buffet restaurant and bars but the all inclusive cocktails are from a machine (slightly disappointing), also no bar at the front pool. Easy walking distance to Cala Marçal beach and very smart restaurants. The hotel was very clean throughout and the manager appeared to make daily inspections of all areas. There were some good bands on some evenings and nice activities team. Would love to return.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere from day one. A special mention to the porter who welcomed us on arrival – super friendly and made us feel instantly at ease. Also, the staff who greeted us at meals were always cheerful and attentive, adding a personal touch to every dining experience. And we can’t forget Mattea from the animation team – she’s absolutely incredible at her job! Full of energy, enthusiasm, and made every activity feel fun and inclusive. She's a real asset to the team. The food and drinks were consistently delicious, with a great variety and quality throughout our stay. We chose the all-inclusive option with the Star Prestige package, which added an extra touch of luxury and was absolutely worth it. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and well-maintained – definitely the best I’ve stayed in. We enjoyed every moment so much that we’re already considering re-booking for next year! If I had to mention a downside, it would be the very small toilet and shower room – the water pressure was quite low and the temperature fluctuated a bit. Also, the bedroom could have used more clothes storage space. These were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and high-quality holiday experience.

This was our first time to this Hotel and from the moment we walked through its doors we were not disappointed. The Hotel had been well designed with every room facing the picturesque cove. We had chosen all inclusive and this is the best all inclusive we have ever had. The Dining area was a lovely experience with a gorgeous indoor restaurant leading out to a terrace overlooking that beautiful cove. There was a wonderful choice of food and it was always a delight to see what was on offer. Our room was spacious with a bath and shower and a proper hairdryer. There was always plenty of loungers by the pool and we were supplied with beach towels which you’ll find in your room. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment and hardly ever felt the need to leave this wonderful Hotel. Let me get to the most important part - the Staff we have had the best service from your staff, their outstanding performance every day really made our holiday. We were welcomed with the friendliest of smiles from every member of your team. The fact that they all seemed to get on with each other was noted and I’m sure this plays a significant role as your staff are a hugely positive impact on this Hotels success. We came here to relax, recharge and enjoy the sun and this was achieved, a week just wasn’t long enough. We will hopefully return soon.

We stayed for 8 nights and had the most fantastic stay. Our room was spotless, with daily cleaning and towel change. The pool area was lovely. All staff were so lovely and polite. We were all inclusive , the food was absolutely amazing, front of house, every chef, waiter/waitress were superb. We sat at the same table for every meal (creatures of habit) and were served mainly by Montse who was very attentive and pleasant. The food was such a high standard. Fresh and so well presented. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel and will be returning.

We are currently staying in Room 1828 and have been for the past 4/5 days. This is a stunning hotel and in a superb location by the sea. As this is adult only, it is extremely peaceful, and fit for everyone. If you like to bathe in the sun, you can do with such an open space by the pool or cliff side. If you prefer shade, there are actual beds at poolside in the shade which me and my partner have been lying on all week and do not want to change. The food is fantastic, especially in the Japanese restaurant which you pay for separately if you wish to eat here. A good timetable of activities throughout the day such as aqua gym, cocktail masterclasses, bag making and more. Great evening entertainment and to top it off, fantastic members of staff who speak amazing English which makes life a lot easier.

We have just stayed for 9 nights in one of the SP suites, which was spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff are excellent and from the moment we first arrived, they couldn't have been more helpful. They are all so friendly and helpful and really make the experience. Special mention to Luci whose hostess skills were excellent- really going above and beyond each day. Only minor change would be some drawer space in the rooms but that's an easy fix.

Hello! We would like to tell you about our stay with you! First of all, we want to thank the kind staff who were a 10, especially Mrs. Arlen at the reception who always had a smile on her face for us! The cleanliness was acceptable, although it could have been better (especially in the bathroom) And now we come to the food part! (which is why I gave it a 7) The food was tasteless, almost the same assortment of food every day! Not to mention the cakes because we didn't have anything to eat from the buffet.. Also, the cockroaches in the dining room that were walking on the walls and floor, kind of blocked our appetite! I'm sorry to say it, but that's the truth! Another dissatisfaction we had was the disappointment of not having everything included as we knew we had booked.. Many of the drinks, or ice cream, had to be paid extra..which didn't seem normal for all inclusive (it's not the first time we've been to an all inclusive, so we kind of know what should be included and what not) I'm sorry I didn't have more words of praise for the hotel.. But again I repeat myself, a 10 for all the staff at the hotel! We wish you all the best!

Overall, the hotel is functional but very basic. It has more of a sanatorium feel than that of a true 4-star hotel, and it looks much better in photos than it does in reality. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but the breakfast does not live up to a 4-star standard: the coffee is instant, I noticed staff handling food with bare hands, and while the selection isn’t terrible, it’s quite limited. The restaurant is located on the basement level (-1), which gives it the atmosphere of an underground subway station rather than a pleasant dining area. The rooms are clean but quite dated. On the positive side, the hotel is just one street away from the beach, so access to the sea is convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Keep in mind that the hotel appears more upscale in photos than it actually is — the pictures are very well done, but don’t expect the same level of luxury in person.

The drinks from the bar were also very nice! The part that made this hotel even better was the entertainment! Nuno is the only entertainer at the hotel and we had fun every time he was there! Absolutely beautiful and super clean hotel. All staff were really friendly. Food was average for an all inclusive buffet. Only negative would be communication on what you get will all inclusive. Another guest told us we could hire beach towel which would have been handy to know at the start of the holiday. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but you do get a fridge. A few cocktails on the all inclusive menu too which was nice. Overall a great hotel and location.

Really great experience, I didn’t want to leave the hotel for nothing. They had everything I was expecting, location is great! On the staff there was some really special people as Joana! Always making a great environment on the restaurant, very respectful and smiling all the time. They also sent as a gift a pro-seco to my room on my birthday. I fully recommend this place. Only one small remark, from reception to the end of the stay you need to ask for all information, they do not explain in general. Example: the restaurant timings, spa, bar and etc.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for a week and we had an amazing time! The facilities were great , there are two big pools, both very clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The hotel also offers lots of activities, so there’s always something to do. The all-inclusive service was excellent. Every day there was a different variety of food, always fresh and tasty, and the drinks menu had plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. But the best part of our stay was definitely the entertainment team , a special mention to Theo and Dani for their charisma and professionalism. They made every evening fun and unforgettable! Overall, this hotel gave us a perfect holiday experience. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Club Martha's Blue Sea! The swimming pool was really nice clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. Entertainment team are great!!! Evening entertainment and day was great and they were very friendly and one of the best we've seen!! Room was good - air con was hit and miss, hairdryer didn't work. Food was good a little limited on choice but overall good. Be prepared to pay deposits on everything, safe in room, towels! Overall good hotel, not a lot of children but would recommend.

Really nice apartment, lovely view. Friendly staff on reception and on room service and in the bar. It’s a very authentic Spanish resort. Prices in the bar were slightly higher than other nearby bars, other than that a very nice place to stay. When the weather wasn’t so good there was uk tv in the room (BBC1,BBC 2,BBC 3 + other news channels). The only thing it lacked was maybe an outdoor seating area in the sun(other than sun loungers)

The service and reception are very nice and helpful, if you need help or something you get it quickly, really great location you can literally see the port and Marina, in addition a great view and the rooms are super nice small but cozy but the fact that there is a working TV after check-in my older brother and I watched TV literally at 2 or 3 in the morning but there is also a great balcony large cozy also has deckchairs nothing to add nothing to subtract ;) in addition the rooms themselves mega great but the beds sorry but a bit hard but more like neutral but you can bear it :3

After arriving we got this room, walls full of mold, towels full of mold, moldy lights, the shower and bathroom full of insects. After reporting to the reception we got a new room with exactly the same scenes. After waiting 4 hours we went to another hotel. We did not get the money back for this night. Stayed here for 4 nights while on my honeymoon. The place is fantastic, very clean although the rooms need a bit of a touch up but they were clean and tidy. The food was a very good standard, plenty of seating and friendly cooks. The pools were great, the bar staff were great, plenty of variety of alcohol and gave VERY generous alcohol portions (not complaining, could get pissed in 3-4 drinks). The entertainment had a good variety and was a good standard. Complaints - Wish the bar was open earlier and shut later but that’s more a personal preference as I turn into an alcoholic Phil Mitchell when on holiday. Bit mind baffling how their is a separate pizza restaurant and bar in the hotel that you have too pay for, baffles me as it is an all inclusive but didn’t really affect me at all to be fair, more of an observation than a complaint. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I am sure you will not be disappointed with your stay.

Stayed here for a week, our first all inclusive. Rooms very spacious and lots of room to spread out. Lovely balcony’s to watch over the pool which came with table, chairs and sun-loungers. Food was really nice, however vegetarian options were limited and found there was a lot of repeats. There is a snack bar open 2x in the day so not 24hr but we found ourselves fine with the 3 meals. Wide variety of drinks but cocktails not included, you ‘make your own’. Staff all super lovely and work really hard, entertainment was also super fun and enjoyed the variety of what they had on in the evenings. 2 young girls and felt super safe in the resort in general, just the right size. Lovely beaches nearby, perfect for swimming, diving and boat trips!

What can I say about our holiday to best delta…. From arriving to leaving everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous! The welcoming on reception, we were always greeted with a friendly smile and chat. The food was amazing! Every night a different theme and always lots to choose from! The outstanding live food stations were phenomenal! We stayed for 2 weeks and never got bored with the food! Our favourite was the Gala night! The staff worked so hard too! The pool was great it didn’t open till 10am which was great as there was no sun bed wars and honestly no need anyway as there was always plenty of them! Yes a bit of a queue sometimes at the bar but that honestly didn’t bother us at all! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Always cleaned everyday and the girls were lovely and always greeted us! The evening entertainment was also great! Lastly the animation team. Boy they work so hard! They honestly don’t stop! They quickly learned our son’s name and got him involved in all the activities which he just loved! The area around the hotel is quiet and residential. Which we actually liked! There’s a large supermarket and a good few cafes and restaurants and a fantastic bakery just minutes away. Again everyone was so friendly. We will definitely return with more family next year!

Just arrived home today. Absolutely loved this hotel. The main manager man was so so helpful he went above and beyond and if ever we had any problems he would go out his way to solve them, he spoke fluent english and was so helpful ( didnt get his name tho) as of all the other staff all very friendly and work so hard.the hotel offered fabulous food every day, with each day being different, the entertainment throughout the day was great for all ages , we had a fab foam party during the week which lasted well over an hour that was fantastic. Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay We spent 6 nights at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, although there are a few areas that could definitely be improved. Food: The food was decent, though not exceptional. While the hotel tried to offer themed evenings (Italian, Mexican, etc.), in reality most dishes stayed the same every night, with only 2–3 new items added. These few special dishes would often create long queues, and portions were tiny so everyone could get a taste. Desserts were particularly disappointing – they all tasted almost identical, just overly sweet with no distinct flavors. Cleanliness & Staff: The hotel was very clean, and this is definitely a big plus. Room cleaning was done daily, with towels changed as needed – much appreciated. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and willing to help – a big thumbs up for that. Ironing Issue: A major inconvenience was ironing. The hotel only had 3 irons available for all guests, and when I asked at the reception, all were already loaned out. There was no dedicated ironing room either, which made it impossible to iron my clothes during the stay. Definitely something the hotel should consider improving. Drinks & Bar: The drinks were very good, and I have to give special credit to the bartenders – they worked incredibly hard. Constantly serving guests without a break, dressed in long trousers and clearly under pressure, yet still professional and efficient. I don’t know what their pay is, but they absolutely deserve a raise. Entertainment: Evening entertainment was mainly focused on children. There were kids’ shows every evening outside, but once those ended, there was nothing planned for adults. It would be great if the hotel could also offer evening activities or shows for grown-ups to balance the experience. Pool & Sunbeds: The pool next to the hotel with the beach bar was a highlight. Plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day – no towel wars or people reserving spots early in the morning, which was refreshing to see. Final Thoughts: Overall, it was a positive experience. We enjoyed our stay, but with a few thoughtful improvements – especially in food variety, ironing availability, and adult entertainment – it could be even better for future guests.

Excellent staff! The hotel is also clean and keept tidy. The pool is big and the area around the pool is fresh and clean. Fun and relaxing activities. During our 12 day stay the only thing that brought down our over all experience was that during lunch and dinners you were supposed to wait at your table for a server to come take your drink order; this process would sometimes take up to 25- 30 mins which for us would mean that half the meal would be without something to drink. Other than that our stay was exceptional!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was in great shape, and the A/C worked perfectly. We booked half board, and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety every day—no complaints there. Just keep in mind drinks aren’t included (except water), but prices were very reasonable (a glass of wine was €2.5). The only small issue was that if you showed up right when breakfast or dinner started, some stations (like the grill) weren’t fully up and running yet. Not a big deal unless you’re in a rush. We had a rental car, so I can’t really comment on the location or beach access, but overall the hotel was great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely, the pool area and pool bar service was great. All staff fantastic. We stayed in suite 705 and the only negative about our trip was the noise from being near the elevator. It disrupted our sleep a lot. I would stay here again if I could guarantee I wouldn't be near the elevator. Likely to be an issue in most of the '05' rooms.

As a first-time solo traveler, my overall experience was fabulous. The location, facilities, and staff were fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved, especially with the balcony. My room (407) had a divider separating it from the next room, but because of the shower window placement, it was easy for the neighbouring balcony to see the top half of my body while I was showering. While the window is a great feature, a simple blind would add some much-needed privacy. Also, since the balconies were quite close together and secluded, when my neighbour’s smoked, it made it hard for me to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. A better setup or designated non-smoking room areas could make a big difference. Lastly, the extra railings on top of the balcony wall blocked my sea view when I was seated. Since I booked a deluxe room specifically for the view, a different railing design that doesn’t get in the way of the view would be a great improvement. Despite these small issues, the overall facilities, staff and location made my overall stay very enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. We spent our first night in summer without air conditioning, and when we checked in, the staff didn’t even inform us that it was broken! The only solutions offered were a fan or relocating to another branch, which we declined. The next day, at 10 AM, we were finally given another room. On our last night, we requested a late check-out, but the staff refused, despite us explaining our previous issues. The receptionist seemed inexperienced and cited cleaning as the reason for not allowing us to stay longer—seriously, and the reason was they need to clean the room seriously? For 3 hours Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The area feels safe, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Portal Nous beach and the marina, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast is of a 3-star hotel, with limited options, so keep expectations modest. Staff is very kind though

We had a lovely stay at Leonardo hotel. This is our 2nd visit and we would stay again. Lovely clean rooms with a powerful shower. Love the rooftop bar and comfortable sun loungers with great cocktails at the pool bar. Wish there had been a gym. Apart from that a great stay.

Not bad at all. The hotel room is similar to that of a Travelodge or IBIS but weirdly the actual hotel is big, posh and clean. Staff were great, very accommodating. Only thing that bothered us was that our AC was broken all week until the last day 😅 very hard in 37degree heat! The pool was clean and the pool bar was good, slightly expensive. Lovely waiter who had banter with everyone. The food is varied and there's a spa on the same floor as the restaurant, lovely. You will struggle if you want silence though as there are lots of clubs and bars who play music until 1 or 2am but the doors block it out well

Amazing hotel Location is great, at a city center 5 minutes walk from Blue flag, Can Picafort beach, and 15 minutes walk to the beginning of famous Playa de Muro. Well connected, with public 302 bus with Palma intermodal, also 15 minutes walk. Hotel facilities is also great, room size of 16m2, bathroom and terrace of 9m2 with a side seaview, is big enaugh for two, clean and functional with all you can need. Two good elevators, outdoor pool, jacuzzi and with free sunbeds and sunshade. Spa with sauna, hamam, and indoor pool with hydromassage. Breakfast is tasty and with lot variety, and dinner is even better. Snack bar has variety of snacks from 10 am to 6 pm, and various drinks at very good prices. All stuff is proffesional, quick and kind. There is also live, thematic music nights from 9,30 pm in a poolbar cafe.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is optimal if you like it quite with nice views around. Sandy beach is in the near but not directly next to the hotel. In only a few minutes walk you can visit several restaurants and if have a bit more time you get to the main promenade in around 15-20min with a lot of options. The pool was big and had lots of seats around. The pool bar is really good with nice staff and tasty snacks. The room were not really big but surely enough and we had a really nice sea. It was cleaned every day by very friendly cleaning staff. Check-in and Check-out was quick and easy. We also booked breakfast, which was good but nothing special. There were some nice fresh fried eggs and omeletts but not so many options for fruits and most of them were a bit hard as well as the juices were not the best. But other than that, we really enjoyed it and can definitely recommend it.

We stayed at THB Cala Lliteras and for me, everything was just perfect. The staff is very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was very diverse — lots of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, and even red fish on some days. They make fresh pancakes, fried eggs, and omelets. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its location — stunning views of a beautiful beach and breathtaking sunsets. It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach where you can snorkel, and there’s also a restaurant nearby. The pool is another great spot to sunbathe and swim with a lovely view. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to reach restaurants. We came by car, but it would still be convenient without one, as everything beautiful and necessary is within walking distance. While swimming at the beach near the hotel, we saw many beautiful fish.

Just came back from a one week stay. We are a couple. We had a wonderful time , the room was very spacious and a large balcony, had a kettle , toaster, pots and plates , fridge etc, so was handy for making own food is you wish, their is a sign if you want your room cleaned or not very easy just pop it on the door. The location was great for us 5 minute walk into the square and 15 minutes to all shops and restaurants. The pool at the hotel was big , lovely and clean, it’s opened from 10am-7pm , all the staff are lovely . There is various entertainment and activities throughout the day for all ages for example yoga in the morning . Also can get late check out until 2pm or 4pm for an additional cost . We would definitely stay again.

my family and i have been coming here a few years, on multiple occasions, the staff here are excellent ,so friendly and welcoming, the apartments are spotless with excellent house keeping. The kids pool is brilliant with a kids slide to keep children entertained while you can relax and there’s also a play park right beside it which is also brilliant,The bigger pool has entertainment which myself and daughter throughly enjoyed every time. There is bar snacks and drinks served beside the pool which is very good and very reasonably priced. if you have kids i definitely recommend.

I spent 4 nights at Globales Costa de la Calma in May 2025. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The hotel has a great location - just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. The animators - Diana and Jan, were always smiling, active and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. I was particularly impressed by Diana - she was kind, full of energy, and truly dedicated to children and all guests. With her warmth and smile she could brighten the entire day and her positive attitude made my stay even more special. Thank you for the beautiful days!

We loved our time staying here, everything was very clean and all the staff were very friendly - special mentions to the lifeguard, he was great with our kids who were learning to swim but also Jan and Diana in the animation team. Our 5 year old didn't want to go in the pool as much and loved his time with them! The snack bar food was reasonably priced and good quality and drinks were sensible prices (under 4 euro for a pint). We are already looking to book to come back next year!

Great place to stay for families. The room was clean, had everything we could need. They provided a travel cot with bedding. Staff were lovely. Food from the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Only recommendations would be to have more staff on the front desk at busy times, as it is too much for 1 person to manage, and also the price of hiring the safe in the room is ridiculous. Other than that, we loved our stay and will be looking to revisit next year 😊

The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy access to it. The rooms are beautiful and clean with amazing views of the beach. The only thing we missed in the room was a coffee machine or at least a kettle for making coffee/tea. The whole interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. What we liked the most was the food, which was absolutely delicious and there were plently of options to choose from, I believe anyone could find something for themselves. The pool was nice and also the gym, super clean and tidy. The hotel has been the perfect choice for our first time in Mallorca.

So honestly, it’s not worth 4 stars or the price. The price is simply too high. The staff... most of them were unpleasant. When we arrived and asked for a glass of water or juice at reception after a long trip, we were told: “You can go to the bar and order it.” 🤯 Excuse me? I had just stepped into the hotel 2 minutes ago. One of the waiters at the evening bar was completely OUT OF LINE — he would literally try to kiss you, touch your back, even massage you, and it was completely shocking. That kind of physical behavior from strangers is absolutely unacceptable. I came here to relax — not to be hit on by staff. It really ruined the atmosphere. Also, Sofía on our first night raised her voice when we were ordering water because she couldn’t understand if we were paying together or separately 🙄. And once she figured it out — she didn’t even say “sorry.” The food... completely inedible. The so-called Gala Night was such a joke. On some regular nights the food was even better than the Gala Night. Some dishes that you’d think are impossible to ruin — like rice with soy sauce — they ruined. Completely tasteless. Beef steaks were terrible, and they only had them once in 9 days. The food is definitely not 4-star level. Barely 3 stars. As for cleaning, the ladies were nice, but sadly the cleaning itself was very poor. Dirty floors, beds not properly made — just thrown together. Really disappointing. But on the last day, when I got sick, the bar staff at lunch were actually kind — they asked if I was okay and even gave me a blanket. So thanks for that at least! Overall — yes, the hotel is nicely renovated and looks aesthetic, but that alone is not enough to call it a good hotel. The hotel doesn’t listen to its guests and clearly does nothing to improve staff friendliness — and that’s a real sad.

We spent a few days as a couple in the hotel. Location - very convenient, right at the beach, next to shops and restauarants. The hotel is calm but the hotel next door has parties until 3AM, so just a warning for less strong sleepers Rooms - alright but there is no minibar, wifi is pretty weak Food - a very broad sortiment, though often missing a real taste / salt. Pool - a little bit smaller but the pool area is nicely done Staff - a bit confused, forget some things, but generally nice Bali beds - our favorite part, book in advance, they are comfy and close to the pool and beach with more privacy.

The Entertainment was so fun. We payed musical bingo one night and it was great. The rooms were amazing too, very clean. There were lots of food choices and every type of food was great. Even if you’re a picky eater, you can definitely find something to eat. The location is close to beach, just a short walk and the beach is perfect.

Brilliant hotel, the staff went out of their way constantly for us and couldn't have made our stay any better. Massive thanks to Alfonso and Juan in the restaurant who spoiled me for my birthday, genuinely lovely guys. We approached Alfonso on the first night to enquire about vegan options, and from then on he made sure we were catered for perfectly, making a variety of dishes for us. The food on the buffet was fresh and varied, everything was clearly marked with allergens and they had a couple of non-dairy milks. We stayed in the suite and the beds were so comfy, balcony view of the sea was stunning and the hotel in all the communal areas was clean and tidy at all times. Sarah who does the entertainment was also lovely. The hotel has 2 outside pools, both nice and clean, one is tucked away on the 3rd floor so you have to go looking for it!

This is a very nice hotel. The team is really attentive and patient (shout out to Samuel, the breakfasts show cooker, always a smile on his face and overall a sunshining person). The breakfast was one of the best I was given to try, very good omelets and quite a big variety of products to choose from. The AC in the room is a really good point, and you can change the temperature as you please. We did rent a car through the hotels service and it all went great. Overall a really nice experience, even though we do have to say that the house keeping was not always at its best (we did have to ask them to vacuum because they had not done it for the entire stay), but nothing horrible really.

Overall this was a great, affordable place to stay. There is a bus stop down the street that will get you into Palma and it’s really close to the beach and some good bars/restaurants. The staff were very kind and attentive and could be considered a highlight of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were stocked with basic toiletries, with other items available upon request. That being said, I find it hard to call this a 4-star hotel. The main complaints I have with this hotel lie in its construction. The elevator is tiny and showing its age (not a problem for me as a single person, but something to note for those in large wheelchairs). The walls are paper thin; I could easily hear conversations in the room next to mine, and when you’re in the hallway you can hear them halfway down the hall. The air conditioning (at least in my room) doesn’t seem like it was capable of producing cold air; it kept the room at an acceptable temperature, but I still found myself having to sleep with blankets off. On my first night, my room door’s card reader battery died and the attendant on call was having a hard time fixing it; this wouldn’t have been a huge deal if it weren’t midnight and took until 1am to get the door open (though he was dealing with checking in customers at the time, so I knew he was a bit overwhelmed). I understand that I just got really unlucky with the battery running out during my stay and the attendant was very apologetic for taking so long to fix it, so I don’t really blame the hotel for this, but some sort of compensation would have been nice. Hopefully it is part of their maintenance list to replace the batteries every so often before they die and inconvenience a customer. Also, I would highly recommend for the hotel to put in peepholes in the doors of every room as a safety measure, that should be a standard. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism and can be used to improve certain aspects of the hotel, as I do not think it is one of the bad ones, it could just use a bit of sprucing up.

Hotel Joan has been a pleasant stay for a group of four girls ( in our late 20s). We stayed in 2 double bedrooms for 4 nights. Rooms were clean, air conned and a good size. They provided slippers and clean towels each day. There was also shampoo and body wash. The beds were clean and comfy and we were also provided with TVs in each room. There is a mini bar which charges at a fair price ( €2.80 euro for Fanta/ coke ETC). Breakfast was excellent !! A great mixture of continental ( yogurt, fruit, veg, bread, cakes, pastries) and cooked ( pancakes, fresh omelette, sausages, bacon etc). There was also a coffee machine and lots of alternative milk options which was great. There is also a bar and restaurant available throughout the day. We got the club sandwich on one of the days which was delicious and a good price. Sadly, there was a strong smell of sewage that came in waves throughout the day / night coming from a vent. The rest of the hotel was fresh and did not appear a problem. We asked the staff if they could help with this which they said they would take a look at however it did not seem to go. We were able to continue staying , however the smell was quite off putting. Despite this staff were amazing and kind, and the pool and gym were kept in excellent condition. Despite it being summer holidays there was plenty of space to sunbathe and the pool never felt too busy. The hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the centre of Cala major and 2 minutes from a local corner shop and bus stop ( just a reminder that the buses only accept cash or getting a special bus card). The staff were really helpful in ordering us a taxi for our 5am morning flight. We enjoyed our stay and feel it was a good deal for the price ( £280 per person for a 4 night stay - breakfast included).

Came with a family of 6 for 10 days. Cleanliness amazing. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Cleaners very friendly. Always plenty of food but very repetitive as expected with an all inclusive. Be aware of the plates as they get very hot. My husband burnt his hand on a plate which came up in a massive blister luckily it wasn’t a child. Lifts are a nightmare, 3 lifts for the whole hotel and they’re tiny. Not so bad if you’re on the lower floors but horrendous if you need to get to a higher level. The slide pool is lethal. The flooring is not appropriate for children. If you go to the slide pool ensure your child has slip shoes. Several people were falling over and all they’ve put up is wet floor signs. On 1 slide 2 people cracked their heads open and several people had cracked their head open by the side of the pool from slipping, 1 including my daughter who then had to go to the hospital for stitches. Life guards were amazing and dealt with her absolutely amazingly but the flooring is lethal. Main pool is lovely and clean plenty of activities throughout the day but the lifeguards aren’t the greatest. Paying barely any attention on doing their job as they just stand there talking to each other. No inflatables allowed so don’t bring them with you. All your allowed is a baby ring or arms bands which isn’t the greatest but I would bring a first aid kit as we have seen at least 10 people slip just from walking. Due to our daughters accident we brought her a ring that was accepted as she had her head injury and wasn’t allowed to have her head under water. She used this for a week no problems then one day we had a very rude life guard come up to her and told her to get out of the pool as she wasn’t allowed this. We queried this with the manager as we had been using this for a week to then be told they had an inspection and the rules have changed. No notice or signs had been put up to notify guests of this. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Me, my husband and 2 daughters had the best holiday here. The hotel was a great location, walking distance to a lovely beach. The hotel itself was great, room had air con and was clean, the pools and slides were fantastic we spent most days morning until evening around them. The pool opened at 10 and there was ques to get pool side sun beds but we always went after breakfast and found a sun bed a little further back that we didn’t mind. Rooms were cleaned very well daily with fresh towels. And the air con worked fantastic. Food was good and lots of choice. Drinks were good for adults, no squash for kids so brought a bottle of Robinson from shop which was no problem. Entertainment fantastic, kids loved and adult entertainment we loved. Great family hotel and would definitely go back. Fantastic memories made.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome! The staff were honestly lovely, super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made such a difference. Massive thank you to Borja who made our stay so special Our room was spotless, the beds were really comfy, and there was loads of closet space so perfect for settling in properly without living out of a suitcase. The hotel itself is as brilliant! We came with our toddler but you could definitely come as a couple! We loved the pool areas with the slides and children’s splash pool! Lots of lifeguards so felt very safe! Plenty of space and no stress about finding a sunbed, which was a massive win! The activity’s were so fun my toddler loved running on the water carpet! The food was lovely! So fresh, loads of choice, and honestly so good that we didn’t even think about eating out. Every meal felt like a treat. Huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely. We had the best time and made memories we won’t forget. Already thinking about when we can come back

Not so good value for money they charge. Disappointing experiences: 1. It says all inclusive but please be prepared to stay deprived of water, because they don't provide water bottles due to sustainability but don't have enough water refilling stations and the one's available take ages to fill a small bottle. Such a stupid unsustainable practice to make people deprive of water 2. They don't have any live counters for cooking like pasta and NO special restaurants what you get in this price point as a standard. Food in main restaurant is okayish but definitely not worth their pricing for all inclusive. 3. Not enough variety for vegetarians. 4. Long queues for everything from drinks to food to lift.. going from reception to your room takes atleast 20 mins due to very few lifts. 5. Lots of inconvenient practices introduced in the name of sustainability and cost savings for hotel which are unsustainable and are a big disappointment for service like poor water refilling stations, poor pool towels replacement, poor lift availability for high number of rooms, limited dining options compared to competitors as there's only one restaurant, drinks also controlled in all inclusive by limited cups you need to carry around all with yourselves all the time. Positive experiences: 1. Mexican theme dinner - great options and taste 2. Kids club - Great staff. Foam party was too good! Overall, I'd probably not visit this place again for all inclusive unless they do like a big price drop!

Great selection at breakfast with omelette station and the staff were all lovely. The rooftop pool and bar was a real treat! The hotel was clean, tidy and well-presented with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was included in the cost of our stay (we booked through Air BnB). First impressions of the Hotel are good, the lady on reception was so helpful and lovely. The room was new and clean. WiFi in room was not good but excellent in the lobby. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location of hotel not great, the area is very run down and feels like you are in the middle of an estate. Lots of noise at all hours with dogs barking and people shouting. Dog mess on the pavement. Palma city is 50mins on the local 25 bus for €2. All the bars seem to be set up for the Dutch and Germans.

This hotel is far from a 4-star standard. Our first impression, upon entering the "Superior Apartment" (the most expensive room category), was very disappointing. The smell was unbearable, the room was old and worn-out, and we immediately felt like leaving. Even 3-star hotels we have stayed at before offered a much better experience. Thankfully, the receptionist kindly changed our room to one in slightly better condition, but even that was nowhere near 4-star quality. The negative impressions continued throughout our stay. The food was the worst we have ever experienced in a hotel. The quality and variety were extremely poor - like a cheap canteen. Much of it was tasteless, low-quality, sometimes burnt (as shown in the attached photos), and did not feel fresh. Options for children were almost non-existent - only one type of ice cream, which tasted so bad it was inedible. The scrambled eggs were questionable and seemed mixed with something else. Snacks were simply leftovers from breakfast and lunch. Service from the staff (apart from reception) was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Pizza was charged extra, despite being advertised with a "20% discount," but you can get better quality pizza outside the hotel for the same or lower price. Decent ice cream was also extra (€2.50 for one scoop, €3.50 for two). The so-called "exclusive bar" is not included in the all-inclusive package - everything there is charged separately. Sun loungers could only be unlocked at 9 AM by a staff member who simply removed the chains, offering no help in moving them. Many loungers were broken, with no back support, making them usable only for lying flat. In the evenings, there were not enough tables during entertainment, so guests had to stand or search for spare chairs far away. Coffee during the day was served only in disposable paper cups. Housekeeping was minimal - the maid only changed towels, bed linen, and emptied bins. No proper cleaning was done (not even the floors). The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it nearly impossible to wash long hair. The only positives were the reception staff, who were always polite, helpful, and tried to solve problems, and the hotel photographer, who was the only staff member consistently smiling, greeting guests, and showing genuine friendliness. It is hard for me to understand how some guests rate this hotel positively - perhaps only if they paid much less, booked well in advance, or stayed off-peak. For us, it was extremely disappointing value for money - £2000 for 6 nights (2 adults and a teenager) was absolutely not worth it.

Overall, the hotel was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. Being spread out over a number of residential and leisure areas there was a choice over whether we wanted to be in a quiet pool area or busy pool with music etc. Highlights: -All staff; reception, catering, entertainment, bars, housekeeping and maintenance, were excellent and are to be commended for making our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you. -The three pools and surrounding gardens were fabulous and very well maintained. -The evening entertainment was brilliant with outside acts alternating daily with dance shows by the hotel’s very talented entertainments team. -The restaurant food was very good, with an excellent choice of food for all tastes, which changed daily. Improvements: -A good choice of daily activities run by the entertainments team, although more teenager related activities would have been appreciated. Eg. Both shooting and archery activities were disappointingly age limited (this had not been the case at other hotels we have visited). -The apartment room we stayed in was comfortable and well located by the quiet pool but the internal furnishings needed some upkeep and there was a dearth of clothes storage; only a single wardrobe with one shelf and four coat hangers is not really sufficient for a family of three!

Staff were really nice from reception to cleaners. Rooms are a bit tired but ok. The main issue for me is that the AC was not good enough to cool the rooms and the fridge provided did keep things cool. The morning buffet was varied and plentiful. There was a water dispenser available but you were not allowed to fill up your bottle which was a bit churlish. Overall. Good but could be great with a couple repairs / improvements.

Before booking a room in this hotel, please read an honest review. This hotel absolutely does not match its claimed 4 stars. Food: dinners are tasteless, and there is no choice at all. Tables are always occupied, and if there are any free ones, they are dirty and not cleaned. I took a free table, but the staff made me leave, saying it was “reserved for other guests.” There was no reservation sign. No one apologized. I believe it was the kitchen manager. When I was taking photos of the dining area, she ran up and demonstratively threw plates in front of me. Cleanliness and condition of the dining hall: storage rooms smell of mold, plates are scratched and poorly washed, walls are crumbling, dirt and greasy stains are everywhere. At breakfast, I had to clean the table myself because the staff did not bother. Staff: the rude behavior of the so-called “manager” completely ruined the impression of the stay. Infrastructure: in the lobby there is no tile, but cheap laminate patched with tape. Rooms are old and very worn out. Location: the sea is indeed close, but you can’t swim there because it’s next to a port and the water is dirty. To find a clean beach, you have to drive at least 15 minutes by car. Conclusion: for the same price, there are 3-star hotels on the coast that are far better than this so-called “4-star” one. My vacation here was ruined, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Nice place, we were welcomed with glass of orange juice. Rooms were cozy and cleaned every day. Good location. Breakfast was nice, staff was kind and helpful. Pool was a bit small but there were lots of sunbeds, which was nice. Unfortunately the smell of sewer was strong every now and then in our room, coming from the bathrooms.

Great location, but disappointing service and amenities The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the centre of Port Alcudia, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. I was fortunate to get one of the best rooms on the top floor, which was spacious and comfortable. However, other rooms in the hotel did not seem as nice. Service was underwhelming. It was often difficult to find staff in the restaurant when I needed help, and I had to walk around to find cutlery myself. The food was very average, and they charge extra for almost everything, including ice. Evening entertainment was very poor, with little to do after 10pm—everyone seemed to go to sleep early, making the atmosphere quite dull for an adults-only hotel in the middle of a family resort. The spa was also a letdown. The jacuzzi was out of order when I tried to use it, and when I asked about a massage, I was told to go elsewhere as the therapist was not available. This was very disappointing, especially since the hotel advertises spa services. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the service and facilities did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for good hospitality or lively evening entertainment.

Very warm welcome on arrival with complimentary drink. Rooms are clean but are a bit compact, having to " hire a kettle" well it didn't go down well. Pools are lovely as is steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Pools are lovely and well maintained. Breakfast had a lovely choice and was tasty. Leaving before breakfast on last day we were provided with a cold breakfast which was lovely. Overall a great hotel.

I was surprised by how good the buffet breakfast was too, with lots of choice and good quality products. When I next come back to Mallorca, I know where to come.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile. We will be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! All the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. The buffet offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was well-stocked, and clearly prepared with care. The dining area itself was always very clean and well-organized, with a calm and civilised atmosphere that made every meal enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed every 2–3 days, which we appreciated. The location is also a big plus—just a 10-minute walk (at most) to the bus station with direct connections to Alcudia and Palma. There are plenty of souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful—nothing like the chaos we dealt with last year in S'Arenal. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, quality getaway. We’d happily return!

We have stayed at the Exagon Park many times over the past 8 years. We have stayed as an extended family with ages ranging from 2 years to 58 years. When we asked our 12 year old grandson where he wanted to go on holiday this year he replied "Exagon Park of course". However, that said, the hotel isn't perfect and probably not worthy of the 4 star rating. The rooms are small and dated and the whole hotel is is in serious need of upgrading. For us though the staff (especially bar staff), location, pool and value for money are what make this hotel great for us. The food is always fresh and plentiful and I love eating my breakfast and evening meal on the terrace overlooking the grounds and pool. The evening entertainment is OK but we quite often walk into the town centre (about 20 minutes) and enjoy the entertainment in the various bars. We only ever stay on a half board basis but other family members have stayed on an AI basis. They weren't that impressed, as you had to go into the hotel restaurant at lunchtime and would have preferred to eat at the pool bar. There are things they could do to improve the hotel definitely, but then that would be reflected in the price. If you want a good family holiday a short walk from the beach and great value for money, I would highly recommend. If you want all singing, all dancing with jacuzzi baths in your room, its probably not for you.

I was here in July 2025. This hotel is at the back of the Ca’n Picafort resort. Nice and quiet, clean and tidy. Lovely food. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have good air conditioning, but only have one plug socket available so you need an extension socket with an adaptor. There is a pool bar outside, open all day next to the large swimming pool. Lots of sun-beds available and you get free towels. Free drinks all day with the all inclusive, as well as breakfast, lunch and evening meals. A big variety of food every day. Good entertainment every night, with a children’s disco to start with. Finally, you can play tennis, hire bikes and use a gym every day and there are staff who encourage you to do aqua aerobics and yoga in the day.

A big thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel for making our holiday memorable. All the staff are so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. My husband and I travelled with our son and seven year old Grandson a couple of weeks ago and have already booked again! The food was plentiful, we enjoyed every meal seated outside. The large pool had plenty of sunbeds and it was a blessing that some can be located in the shade! The beach and local shops are just a five minute walk away with plenty of bars for snacks.

Pool area and out door bar area massive lots of space with no messing about for sun beds really good worth going just for this. Evening Meal times is chaotic this needs reorganising 2 sittings 5:45 and 7:45 we had the 7:45 slot and the place had far too many people in the dining room . I dont think it helped that clearing up began at 9ish so although it stated 7:45 until 9;45 you could not turn up at 9 in reality. I would stay again due to the layout and the outside area and the brill staff in all departments but it would be for b&b basis.

Lovely holiday , rooms are dated but clean and comfortable good storage . Sunbeds are always available anytime of day excellent pool area and great snack bar area. Good range of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic on all inclusive and ice creams . Staff work very hard very friendly always aim to please . Animation team are friendly and try to include everyone special thanks to Maud , entertainment on a night varied . The food in the restaurant is ok but they are very slow to restock and it’s so busy this is the only downside to this hotel but we always found something to eat !

My Husband booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we were just blown away. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious with a real modern feel. The view from our room was just perfect. The food was outstanding with plenty of choice, we were bed & breakfast. There was a chef there ready to cook anything in particular you wanted. The staff are just so lovely, very happy to help and just so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, a stone throw from the beach and all the restaurants, cafés & bars you could want surrounding it. If you want a perfect romantic get away I'd 100% recommend. We wished we'd stayed longer.

Fabulous adults only hotel, couldn't find one fault. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Like beyond kind. Breakfast is super! Really chill, loads of options, mimosas on tap. Plenty of freshly cooked food for you and loads of options. Good coffee too. The pool area is stunning .... perfect. Loads of lovely sunbeds, double sunbeds too, loads of space and a fab bar. Prices at the bar for food and drink are great - the tapas is fantastic! The chicken wraps were also gorgeous. They do a cocktail of the day .... loved this. Brilliant service all of the time! Rooms are gorgeous - spacious, modern and spotless. We would return here in a heart beat. Really chilled out cool vibes. Classy and modern combined.

Absolutely brilliant hotel experience. The rooms were very clean and tidy with staff always on hand to help. Very little damage to the room and the bed was super comfy. It is an Adults Only hotel which we chose for a quieter time and paid off. The food and drink service was quality with not one bad evening meal experienced. You couldn't go wrong staying here. The only negative detail were residents coming down to pool every day "reserving" their sun bed using their towel not allowing other residents the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful pool facilities.

Excellent from start to finish, we received a great welcome from David and Marta who sorted us out with a fantastic view and room. I have a condition which means I can not eat certain things but I found something to eat at meal times with any problem or without even having to ask. On our last day we left before breakfast was served but we were told that we could go in and food was available. Highly recommend everything was excellent with our stay from the hotel itself to the excellent staff.

Fantastic stay! The hotel has an excellent location, on the first line with wonderful views and amenities. It is close to a bus stop, and at the same time there is a stop for the coastal tourist train right next to it, which makes a panoramic tour to the Palma Aquarium. The food is delicious and varied. There is live music every evening in the bar. With My favorite club cards we enjoy the views from the pool on the roof of the hotel, and during the day this extra also offers access to a buffet with treats and drinks. The staff is extremely kind and responsive, the rooms are cleaned and maintained every day. We are very happy with our choice of hotel and would stay here again. It is a nice and clean hotel. Not too big and not too small and adults exclusively, very pleasant. For us, the choice of room was important (hotel is close to the route of departures). Nearly all staff is very, very friendly and helpful as well as the employees radiate a warm welcome. The half-board is really worthwhile. The variety in the evening and the great service were remarkable (tipping is definitely appropriate). Unfortunately, the ventilation in our bathroom had been removed. The room is a little bit clairaudiently (door-hallway). Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

Lovely modern hotel, staff very friendly and ideally situated near the airport. Breakfasts were extremely nice, best I've had in a long while, drinks to your sunbed via a QR code, was a nice touch, no popping up and down for a drink. Came for a 3 night break to celebrate our wedding anniversary and booked a premium double with bali bed, given room 101 which is right in the corner of the block to only a slither of sun on the bed so had to sunbathe elsewhere, not ideal and not what I was expecting. Asked if we could use the empty ones on the front .. no .. but we could pay extra and move rooms, not doing that for the remaining 2 nights. Will definitely be returning next year, this is our new anniversary hotel.

Outstanding, a memorable stay! Excellent experience. Words can’t do justice to how amazing the food is. Such a huge variety, always fresh, thematic dinners, and so many things to choose from. It’s impossible to be disappointed, and everything is so tasty and cooked to perfection. I can’t stress enough how happy and impressed I was with the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I honestly was looking forward to the next mealtime to enjoy another delicious dish. We had Spanish tapas, seafood, Italian, Asian… I probably ate more than I should have, but I just couldn’t stop eating because I wanted to try everything. This is not your usual buffet food — I was positively surprised and amazed at how well meals and food in general are managed. Now, staff and entertainment: the staff is super well-trained, friendly, and go above and beyond. Everyone speaks multiple languages, and they are warm and make you feel welcome. There’s entertainment the whole day, and the evening shows are just great for both kids and adults. We found the all-inclusive to be a fantastic deal, and we feel it was worth it. There’s face painting every day, treats by the pool, and also during the shows. It was my first time in an all-inclusive resort, and this stay exceeded all of my expectations. It was a memorable stay, and there’s not a single negative aspect about it.

I recently stayed at Iberostar Waves Cristina for a week with my dad, and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms, great pools, a nice gym, and sports facilities like paddle courts. The food was varied and delicious – every meal was a treat! But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. From the reception to the restaurant and especially the animation team, everyone was kind, energetic, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was really friendly – we felt welcome from the first day. One day, we spent time with a few of the entertainers – played darts, cards, bingo, and even a fun round of beer pong in the evening. There was a lot of laughter and positive energy all around – the kind of moments that stay with you long after the trip is over. This vacation also inspired me personally, as I’m about to start Tourism Management studies – and seeing how this hotel team creates such positive guest experiences really motivated me for the future. Highly recommend Iberostar Waves Cristina to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and unforgettable human connections. Thank you for a beautiful week – I hope to come back someday!

The water purifier / chillers found frequently throughout the hotel were a welcome touch, and all staff were very helpful. Not much of interest in the immediate surrounding area, but the hotel itself is excellent.

We had a lovely stay, service and staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Great atmosphere not too in your face you can jump in and out of it as and when you want. Bingo, water games etc Great bits for the kids, lots of choice and again you can join or choose not too. Food was lovely, we had half board breakfast and dinner and was lots of choice and everyone enjoyed. Rooms are nice and clean just great for the amount you're actually in there. Location is great so close to the beach and a parade of shops. We got the little train to the aquarium and that was fantastic and well worth a visit. Our son is 5 and absolutely loved it, he did mini chefs, bingo, water carpet (so much fun) We also had a spa treatment that was lovely, the spa was spotless and so relaxing. Definitely worth a treat

Sleep 4*, everything else 5*. Amazing experience except sleeping (reason 4 *), the bed was made out of two single beds and they kept moving during the night making a hole in between. Food amazing, drinks amazing, entertainment was great for kids and us. Pool was great with a good size pool for kids. Despite the bed moving I would happily go there again.

Great hotel just a short walk from the beach. It has a kids’ club with fun activities, which our children really enjoyed. There’s a shallow swimming pool that’s perfect for kids, plus another pool designed for smaller children, complete with slides. The food was tasty overall, and there’s a bar next to the pool. However, I wouldn’t recommend the sandwiches—they were quite dry and lacking in ingredients. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely stay!

Just a fantastic friendly hotel. Went half board and have to say the food is delicious. Plenty of variety of foods for the breakfast and for dinner. Rooms good size and close to other bars and restaurants. Close to bus stop for the Drac Caves. Will definitely be back .

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The leisure facilities are modern and well-maintained, especially the pool and gym, which really enhance the overall experience. However, the rooms could definitely use an update. The decor feels outdated, and the furniture is quite old. The biggest issue is the poor sound insulation: a lot of noise comes through the windows, particularly from the nearby bars, which can make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay with great amenities, but the rooms would benefit from renovation and better soundproofing.

Absolutely loved it here, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and spacious (we were self catering), the dark wood in the rooms make the look a little dated but that's the only downside. The hotel has a larger pool and kids play pool and we found there to be more than enough sunbeds. We had an issue with lost luggage and the night porter went above and beyond to help us out. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants and the beach is about 10 mins away. Would definitely return.

Having read all previous reviews I was worried on our stay, but since now we have experienced it I have to say I found staying here a wonderful delight. The food is alright, the service is amazing, the hotel it self beautiful, the only fault I’d say we had is the entertainment was on the poor side, the location is out of the town so it’s a bit of a walk, but we hired a wee bike to travel around which was far handier. Would definitely recommend to anyone it’s a beautiful wee area and not only that, no rushing to get a bed by the pool, plenty of beds and you had a choice of indoor pool as well as outdoor. Will definitely be back.

the location for this hotel is fantastic!! there’s a short walk to calla millor beach and a twenty minute walk into sa coma! there is also a beach there which is busy but lovely!! however, this is all the hotel had to offer for me personally. the entertainment wasn’t great, one night they cancelled the acrobatics and didn’t tell us until twenty minutes later. facilities in the room are outdated, the shower board leaked everywhere and the bath could’ve done with a deep clean. our bedsheets weren’t changed for the whole week we stayed which, for a four star hotel, you would think they would change them. the pool looks normal sized in the photos, however we were shocked at how small it was when we arrived. due to the amount of people a small pool is inconvenient and we instead went to the beaches. however it would’ve been nice to have a pool as an amenity. additionally they allow inflatables which makes the pool even more crowded. they have an indoor pool!! unfortunately it’s freezing cold, and unbearable even in the heat!! overall, my expectations weren’t met with this hotel. it’s a shame because it’s in a perfect location. disappointed to say the least.

Very clean hotel and the area is beautiful with lots of different beaches which either walking distance even more of them in a car. Food was excellent tho was never really hot just warm. And one thing I do have to say this is NOT a four star it's a three and it should be changed to a three. very basic old rooms. In the old days may have been a four but definitely not now. But saying that I had a very enjoyable holiday with my husband with our daughter and her husband and son in another apartment.

Came here with family for 4 nights. We went all inclusive. Really nice hotel overall and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are a little outdated in style and additionally the tap in the bath/shower was a little broken, but they’re clean, practical and well equipped. Additionally the cleanliness of the hotel was really good. However one thing I would say about the cleanliness is that the bed sheets weren’t changed at all which you would expect for a 4 star hotel. The food was good with some nights having different themes which was a great touch. My only issue was that it was often quite tepid, even in the heaters, so turning the temperature up would make a big difference. The options aren’t huge compared to other all-inclusives but the quality is good. I think it would also be great if ice creams or ice lollies were included in the all-inclusive rather than being extras you had to pay for. The on-site shop was handy, especially if you’re half board or self catering. The gym is small but has everything you’d need for a holiday workout, and the pools were good too. There’s a smaller indoor pool which is nice if you want to avoid the sun or have a quieter swim. Entertainment has only recently started at the hotel but it’s already really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The location is great, only about a 6-minute walk to Cala Millor beach and around 15–20 minutes if you want to head out to La Coma beach. Overall I’d rate it about a 3.6/5. With a few small improvements it has real potential to be a solid 4-star hotel. Definitely recommend.

We recently stayed here for a week, all-inclusive. The hotel was nice and clean, rooms were good and cleaned most days so not sure about negative reviews about cleanliness on here recently. The food was nice with plenty of choice, breakfasts were really good with plenty of healthy options. The hotel is in an ideal place to visit Calla Millor and Sa Coma with a nature reserve on the doorstep with lovely walks to the rugged coastline and the castle. Both beaches were good, Sa Coma has the bigger waves so good for body boarding but we saw lots of fish at Calla Millor. We hired bikes to explore more of the surrounding area which is recommended early on in the holiday to see what's about.

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Duva hotel (2 adults and 2 children) and it was wonderful. Amazing value for money. For the price we paid I was a little apprehensive that it would be very basic, but the hotel offered so much. The premium apartment was spacious and well equipped. There are a variety of pools, a gym, a spa, tennis and padel courts, bike hire and daily children's entertainment. My two daughters aged 6 and 9 absolutely loved the entertainment. Activities by the pool during the day and the evening entertainment was fantastic (interactive and geared towards the kids). The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the beach front, and it is a lovely walk. There is also a shuttle bus service to the beach. Hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. I would love to go back!

Good value for money hotel. Better than expected for the price. 4 stars for apartment's, the ones we stayed in could benefit from a refresh in some areas, but they are perfectly fine. They are good size and well appointed, with everything you would need. I would be very happy staying there again. Staff are friendly and helpful, with most speaking very good English. Location was perfect for us as we had bikes but Not the best if you want to be by the beach all day. What it does mean is it is nice and quiet, as it is away from town center. There is a free bus from hotel to beach June to September. There are three outside pools all clean and keeps in good condition as is the pool areas with lots of sun beds. Breakfast is buffet style, with amazing choice and can be purchased on a daily basis. Also the same for dinner. There is underground garage fo storing bikes and if you want it a spa.and gym. Have stay there twice now and would stay again. 😀

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 6&10). We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Duva Aparthotel on a half board basis. From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and it's staff. We arrived later in the evening than planned as it took over an hour to get our rental car at the airport so we missed dinner but they very kindly plated us up some food and had it waiting for us in the restaurant when we arrived. The food throughout the holiday was lovely. Always a fresh meat and fresh fish being cooked throughout service and the other food on offer was always very tasty. Paella night on a Sunday was my favorite! Breakfast was great to, everything you would want for a full English (if that's your thing), also plenty of cereal choice, meats, cheeses, omelettes, American pancakes and waffles. Also fresh fruit and pastries. Could not fault it. We stayed in a one bed comfort apartment on the ground floor overlooking the main pool (which is what I requested) and it was lovely. The kids had the bed settee in the living room which was completely adequate for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Aircon in the apartment was very good. The hotel and it's grounds were spotless, I don't think I ever saw any litter anywhere. The three pools were all lovely and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. Luciano works his socks off and is so good with the children. My son absolutely loved him. He works so hard 6 days a week and even comes in for a natter on his day off! Please don't be put off by the hotels location, it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the beach/promenade from the hotel. The reception staff told us of a back route to go which avoids the main road and it was a lovely walk. All in all we couldn't fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and so is Pollensa village, well worth a visit...we even managed the steps up to the beautiful little church, the view from the top was well worth it! Thank you Hotel Duva for making our holiday an unforgettable one ❤️

Overall we had good time in your hotel. The biggest pro is your personnel. It was careful and kind. We enjoyed bigger rooms compare to other average hotel and good A/C. We also didn't like many things, they are subtle but they add up. First, your pool lifeguard. This guy seems to have good time...with his phone. My daughter cut her foot in the pool, because of sharp bolts holding metal grids are loose. He saw it but didn't even come to offer help. He said he'd report this to reception, but nothing happened the remaining days. I'm not sure if he'd be able to "save" anyone. The other day the door handle at pool toilet just fell off. We have a clear feeling that nobody cares about that stuff. Second, the food. Initially we were impressed how various it is. Later we felt that hotel saves on food. All the desserts are as cheap as possible. All those jelly...Noone eats it. It's a 50cent dish... I never ate warm omelet. It is cooked "in advance" and by the time it's on my plate it's cold. The meat is often so hard that even adults can't chew it... Much food smells with tap water. Yes, it has really bad smell that guests notice! Third, the neighborhood. We came with the car and we had to drive over that ruined road several times a day. What a shame! Just fix it. The trash bins on the way to the restaurant also smell. Can't you hide them? Fourth, for the high season prices it's ridiculous that you still want to charge us for the safe or want 10 euro deposit for the beach towels. Just give us those towels and get it back on check out! So greedy...3 euro for rubber cup to enter the SPA... Seriously? Overall, this hotel is not exciting. It's just average. Maybe it's not worse than others but it's not better either. We won't come back.

We have just returned from 9 days at the Duva Hotel. First impressions on arrival were good. Reception staff on checking in were quick and efficient. Very happy with the room which was in the main hotel complex and overlooking the mountains and not the pool which for us was better. Perhaps we would have preferred one of the newer apartments across the road but this did not deter our enjoyment. Nice large lounge, very well equpped kitchen and comfy beds, lots of space and a nice bathroom. The room was serviced every day by lovely staff who always looked happy and work extremely hard, thankyou. Staff throughout the hotel are great, dining area staff are efficient and are led by their lovely head waiter who we grew to really like during our stay. A special shout out to Luciano who is the childrens entertainer and also runs activities for the adults. This man is an absolute credit to the hotel, the children adore him, he knows all their names and entertains them splendidly from lunchtime onwards. He took us on a walking trip to Cala St Vincent during our stay which we really enjoyed, thanks Luciano, youre an absolute star. Please dont be put off by the location of the hotel, the walk into town is lovely and there are some nice bars on route. A good stroll every evening after dinner was just perfect. We returned to this hotel for our holiday after several years elsewhere. The location is still fantastic situated close to the beach, restaurants and shops. However the hotel standard has sadly dropped. The entertainment during the day is very poorly advertised. In the past the entertainment staff went above and beyond to get people involved however now they’re not interested and several times we attended and were the only one there. The evening entertainment use to be very good with different bands/entertainment but now it’s the same mini disco / quiz followed by non existent entertainment. This was a highlight in the past but it’s gone downhill. Towels left out from 7am and then some power hungry lifeguards start lifting random towels at 9. On one morning towels were lifted even though some family members were there with the lifeguard saying all members need to be there. The hotel policy stated that any towels can be lifted once left unattended for 45mins. The real issue is the number of towels left out from 7 unattended and then people only turn up at 9 when the lifeguard arrives. The rooms have everything you need but the beds/ pillows could be softer and more comfortable. We will probably return because of its brilliant location and hopefully the hotel can improve the entertainment in the future.

There was so much included in the all inclusive it’s definitely worth it. The pool area and rooms were also perfect. The old town was about a 20 minute walk but not bad at all. Very high standard hotel. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Zafiro Tropic! The staff were outstanding—warm, welcoming, and especially lovely with our baby. The pools were spotless and really impressive. Our little one absolutely loved the pirate-themed pool designed just for young children. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, and the evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable every night. Overall a great hotel with so may positives for families. We stayed 11 nights and here are my bullet point take aways: Pros - Most staff excellent and so welcoming - Pool areas amazing. We had 2 kids under 5 and the Pirate Ship pool & Long pool were amazing. Relaxed atmosphere and lifeguards not overly fussy thankfully - Evening entertainment was good. Our little fella was terrified of Izzy - Lovely playground for the younger kids - Food generally great, huge selection. Maybe a few tweaks around proper Irish/English sausages for breakfast, but not a real issue - Room was good. Reliable AC, big TV and comfortable beds which is important in 38 degree weather - Location excellent. 1 block from the beach which is just a short stroll Cons - Some staff clearly not happy to be there in my opinion - No locks on many bathroom doors - Unbelievably there was regular leaf blower usage at 7.30am. I thought it was drilling at first but upon investigation it was a leaf blower, most or every morning. - Large Beer €5.10. Not really large, 400ml max. Too pricey in my opinion for an already expensive hotel Overall we loved it despite the few issues but we would definitely return again next year

Exceeded our expectations, the reception, rooms, pools and outside areas are very well maintained and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location to beach and restaurants (if not all inclusive). Good menu selection at the restaurant and a well stocked supermarket with a small bakery.They also provide a courtesy room with shower if you have a late flight home (not many hotels provide this). We had a really lovely stay and would come back.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was nice with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around Palma. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and professional attitude really made a difference. The hotel itself was spotless—both the common areas and the room were very clean and well-maintained. The room was great and clean, with a nice and comfortable bed . Breakfast service is very good, the selection is quite wide and the overall quality is very good as well. The hotel is near the Porto Pi shopping mall (10 minutes on foot), which is convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience! The balcony lights remain on all night, with no ability to turn them off. Some light does slip underneath the curtains, so the rooms can't be pitch-dark. The hotel is located in a hilly area which can be troublesome

Basing on my travel experience I would not say it’s a 4 stars hotel. Spacious room with balcony and TV, fine. But for the safety box it’s additional charge, you don’t have basic hotel slippers, shower drain is stuck and you must stop the water all the way waiting for water go back. Plastic dirty black chairs in the balcony and dirty pool area. Not recommended.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star , but in reality it would be a decent 3 star, the overall maintenance and cleaning is poor , the breakfast is just basic with industrial food and repetitive which for a night or two you can give it a go. Every service needs to be paid from parking to the safe box ( which in a 4 star hotel can't be admitted)

Be careful at this hotel! if you check in at 16:00 and arrive like us at 7AM, you will only use the luggage room and the toilet. the same with check-out, today we have a transfer at 8PM and we do not have the possibility to pay to use at least 1 room. kind staff and strictly involved in what they have to do but this is a problem for us having 2 children.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at BG Hotel Java. I booked my stay through Luxair Tours and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM, only to find that the room had clearly not been prepared for a new guest. The bed linen was unchanged and full of hair from previous occupants, the bathroom was not cleaned, and the toilet was dirty. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. As it was already late in the evening, there was no staff available to provide clean bed sheets. The reception staff were kind and gave me some duvets to place underneath, but I still had to sleep without proper covers and ended up feeling cold during the night. Additionally, during dinner, I noticed that when the buffet was nearly finished, some staff members were handling the leftover food with their bare hands while clearing it away. They were literally picking up food with their hands, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, especially considering the standards I was led to expect through Luxair Tours.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at. It’s new, modern and well designed. I recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet as the food is high quality and the menu changes daily. They also serve good, reasonably-priced wines. What really makes this hotel shine are the people. The staff are professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly, especially Cristian, who works at the front desk. Whether you catch him at the beginning or end of his shift he is always welcoming and eager to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel! Excellent food and breakfast options. The facilities are great - we tried the spa as well the massages were great. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to the airport and there’s a bus stop 10mins away from where you can go into Palma city centre. There’s also a beach nearby which is not bad but using the public transport you can easily access really lovely beaches. We also booked island wide tours and the coaches pick you up from a nearby location. All in all would recommend.

3 hours after check-in, the experience had already turned bitter. First, the rooms are tiny and basic, with a non-functional refrigerator and no space to store luggage. Then came the pool chair incident: during check-in, we were given a welcome sheet clearly stating that reserving sunbeds with towels is prohibited. Yet half the sunbeds were “reserved” and left empty. We waited for 20 minutes, with no hotel staff supervising the area, before asking a nearby guest if anyone was actually using two free chairs. He confirmed no one had been there, so—at €270 per night—we placed our towels and used the beds. Two hours later, the supposed “owners” returned, shouting at us. When we went to reception, the staff member showed no diplomacy whatsoever. The pool itself was visibly dirty, with debris in and around the water. In short: don’t be fooled by the nice pictures—this hotel is overpriced and poorly managed. It does not provide 4star experience it claims.

We were a family of 4 and went all inclusive. The staff throughout were amazing and were able to help with everything we needed. The pool and sea views were great and it never felt too busy. We were able to get sun-beds at a reasonable time in the morning. The food was fantastic -a huge variety of meat, veggie and fish and the selection of drinks was also very good. The entertainment team were also great without exception running activities throughout the day and night-I can’t believe how hard they all work, while also being friendly and helpful all the time. I’ve only taken a star off for service as I would have liked the room servicing to be a bit better, such as replenishing of glasses/coffee cups and a bit of tidying. Would definitely go back-no idea at all why there are any bad reviews!

This is our second year here for our holiday. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend it. The staff are friendly & helpful. Nothing is ever a problem. The food choices available everyday are amazing with such a variation to choose from. The rooms are always clean & tidy, if anything is needed they have it done for you, nothing is too much for them. The reception staff are very knowledgeable, and will give brilliant advice on places to visit and how to get there, if a taxi is required they will book it for you. The views from the balcony are out of this world, to be able to watch a sunset/sunrise over the sea is definitely a rare opportunity. To be honest, it’s worth every penny, and we are definitely returning next year for another holiday.

We are currently staying in Alua Las Rocas hotel, Aug 2025, and it is just wonderful. We paid for a sea view room, and the food, hotel, location are all fantastic. Cala Egos is just next door within walking distance, and the views from the main pool and our balcony are beautiful, stunning! We did AI and find the food to be delicious. We like that you get tokens and exchange these or your glass for a drink, as this reduces plastic waste and stops the waste of drinks too. The gardens and courtyards are all beautifully kept - we stayed in block A, I would certainly recommend.

Our second stay at this hotel and we still love iy just as much! Rooms are always cleaned and very modern. The food is themed each night and breakfast and lunch is always a good selection! The hotel is a 5 min walk from cala des pou and 10 mins from the cala egos beach. Also, the hotel is a 10min walk into cala egos center. The workers at the hotel are all amazing and go above and beyond. The bar staff were always very attentive and chatty as well as the hotel entertainers always being so friendly and going above and beyond to ensure all guests have the best experience! Also, the staff can communicate in multiple languages. The receptionists were also very helpful and made both check in and check out very easy. The main pool is huge with plenty of sunbeds but just be aware light coloured swim sweat may go slightly yellow but it was never dirty. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Alua Suites Las Rocas in Cala D’or and can’t recommend it enough! We stayed in a beautiful sea view room in block B. The room was modern, very clean, spacious, and cleaned daily to a high standard. One thing to note: if you have a disability or struggle with stairs, it’s worth asking for a ground floor room, as there’s no lift in the blocks. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with an aesthetic and relaxed feel, set right on the cliffs with breathtaking views of the sea. There were also plenty of car parking spaces right outside the hotel, which made coming and going really easy. The staff were all so lovely and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel even more welcome. There are lots of great facilities on site too, including a little arcade, football and volleyball areas, table tennis, and other activity spaces, which kept everyone entertained. There were always plenty of sun loungers available by the pools, and the poolside bar was perfect for drinks and snacks throughout the day. Checking in was really straightforward, we arrived around lunchtime and were pleased to find that our room was ready for us straight away. We had breakfast included in our stay, and there were plenty of options each morning, with breakfast available until 10:30 am, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. One tip: if you prefer a quieter stay, it might be worth requesting a room outside of Block B, as it sits above the nightly entertainment area. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Zafiro Cala Mesquida Hotel. Food was of excellent quality and choice. Room was comfortable and clean, had a slight issue with the AC but was resolved promptly once we spoke to Reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pools were great, and again clean and well maintained. Plenty of activities in the pool each afternoon as well as other activities going on around the hotel. We enjoyed the evening entertainment (although was very hot sitting outside in the heat of August!) and very much enjoyed the nightly quizzes with the family! Great that there was a beautiful stretch of beach on the doorstep of the hotel, and the walk over the boardwalk was great to have also. Handy to have the couple of small supermarkets just up the road too. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back again one day.

Fabulous 5 days. All inclusive food was lovely, plenty of choice outwith buffet restaurant, particularly at lunchtime. Just enough activities for kids and adults during the day. Show at night was good most nights. Rooms very clean, hotel very clean, no issue getting a sunbed, plenty of pools and the short walk to beach was good. Crazy waves at the beach but a lovely experience. I will definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to a family who like to stay in an all inclusive hotel and relax without the need to venture too far ( as it is very remote and nothing outwith hotel)

We loved our stay at this all-inclusive! There are a variety of pools to suit different moods. They are spread out across the resort and we never had a problem getting a lounger. Plus it's a 5 minute stroll to a lovely bay. Both buffets had outdoor terraces and then there is also an outdoor a-la-carte as a lunch option. The room was a little basic but clean and comfortable enough with a balcony. And we thought the staff worked really hard. We never turned up to messy dining areas, tables were always clean and laid with cutlery and napkins. They came round and took drinks orders for the evening entertainment (which was also pretty decent) and we felt well looked after. The resort is nicely landscaped and the weather at the beginning of July was perfect. We'd definitely consider going back.

Wow, what a beautiful vacation we all had. The rooms were ideal, and the double bed huge. For me the fact that they gave anyone a sun lounger towel so we didn't need to go through the usual trouble of people putting towels on sun loungers at early doors was an Ideal thing to do. There is around 6/8 different pools to choose from, leaving plenty of space for everyone. The food was lovely and plentiful, and you could get snacks or a meal throughout the day. I would highly recommend the pool restaurant, their food choices was outstanding. The gorgeous beach was around a 3/4 minute walk, so perfect if you have smaller children. I would definitely go again.

Overall a great hotel located strategically in Palmanova. Eroski supermarket 🛒 is within' walking distance. The staffs are friendly 👍🏻 The room is great: spacious and well maintained! Water 🚿 pressure is good too! The kitchen is small but functional, you have everything you need to prep any meals 🍽️ the AC is cool enough, even for summer season soon. The only downside is the soundproof-ing. The wall is pretty thin, so you can hear your your neighbours' talking/sneezing 😅 You can borrow the swimming towel by putting 10€ deposit/towel. And when you return it, you'll get your deposit back.

Stayed here for a short break. Rooms were spacious and well presented. Fresh towels each day and beds made. The apartments are self catering and there are saucepans, utensils, cutlery, fridge, coffee machine with pods which was a nice touch. Complimentary bottles of water on arrival which we were grateful for as it was 34 degrees! The rooms are air conditioned but this turns off when the balcony door opens. We looked over the pool on the ground floor. Pool towels provided for a deposit. Pool lovely, plenty of sun beds although the usual towels laid out crack of dawn! Boards hot to walk on with bare feet. You could get snacks and drinks from the hotel bar which were reasonably priced. Location is brilliant, shops and restaurants all round, Aldi is a 13 minute walk, Magaluf 15mins. Two negatives, one was the group of young lads in our neighbouring apartment who were very loud at the wrong times of the day! Two was the tourist tax, I understand Adults pay but we were charged for our 15yr old daughter when we questioned it we were told it was correct and I don't think it is!

Stayed in October, everything was clean, well kept, room had all you needed and more (kitchenette). Only downside is the noise as others have said and the fridge running during the night could keep you awake. Despite that slight issue, the hotel is great. As a result I chose to book this hotel for a group next week 🙌

The rooms were clean and relatively modern. The breakfast buffet was of a continental type with some Spanish touches such as Serrano ham and a tomato paste. There were three pools, one of which was 2,2 meters deep. The close proximity to the Mediterranean was very appreciated, especially as there were so many different fish with good snorkelling opportunities! Overall this hotel offered some excellent rooms and services, the close proximity to the sea made the experience even better!

Excellent hotel with the most wonderful staff. Very friendly, communicative, nice, and attentive. The room is nice, has everything anyone needs for a vacation. The location of the hotel is amazing. Greatest view anyone could dream off. Three pools (one small and shallow for relaxing, one deep, and one that is shallow and goes deep but not too deep, so it is possible to stand in it). Food was excellent (I booked with breakfast and dinner). Dinner had a different theme every night. Markets within walking distance, and the city market on Saturday is 10 minutes away on foot. The harbor of Cala Ratjada is 15 minutes on foot. Some nice hiking areas nearby. Nice beaches nearby. Most importantly, no groups of 20 men with their loud music and crazy drinking. The only thing I wished for was to have music on the pool. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very basic hotel. Clean. About an 8 minute walk to the beach along the path. Excellent staff. We did not eat there so can't speak to the food. But a great place if you want to be in a beautiful part of Mallorca.

Nice quiet hotel in great location. Cala Agulla beach is about 7mins walk and it is right behind the corner to main street with all the restaurants and shops. Hotel services were good too, restaurant, cleaning, mini club for kids, etc.. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend to families with kids.

During our stay, we noticed that my sister was getting bitten at night. The bites were clustered and not like mosquito bites (see her arm in the photo). A pharmacist confirmed that bed bugs were the likely cause and prescribed antihistamines and topical cream. We immediately informed hotel reception and requested a room change and that our clothes be washed and dried at high heat. The receptionist initially refused a room change, offering only a free cocktail. After I insisted, we were finally moved to a new room later that day. However, she denied our request to wash clothes, provide plastic bags for safe handling of possibly infested items, and refused to have the room inspected by hotel staff or pest control. Upon moving, we personally inspected the new room and found: bed bug faecal stains near the bedside table drawer and dead insects on the kitchen table. We reported this immediately, but the hotel’s response was to send a cleaner to wipe the faecal stains with toilet paper. We were denied another room change, refused pest control or medical assistance, and told we could not use the laundry facilities after 7 PM (even for urgent drying). The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who dismissed our concerns, claiming that their laundry process kills bed bugs and that the bites were likely from “something else.” He said he would only believe us if we caught a live bed bug, which is an unreasonable expectation for guests without proper tools or training. He again refused our request for help and only allowed us to use the paid self-service laundry, which cost us approximately 50 euros to wash and dry all our clothes in five loads. Due to the situation, we checked out early on Monday, June 9th. The hotel manager refused any refund and told us to contact Booking.com. We are currently still dealing with new unlocked fears and with the possibility of the bugs following us home. I understand that bed bugs happen in hotels, but the lack of reaction from the hotel is a very bad sign. Update: Hi hotel, As you've requested, here are the photos of the bites from your room. You may notice your lovely curtains in the background, as well as your tv and wardrobe. Hope this helps. The first photo I posted was indeed from outside, when we were returning from the pharmacy. As for the room - after inspecting the second room and finding bug faecal matter (which your cleaner wiped away), I asked for a NEW room, not to be returned to the first one. And yes, my sister did get new bites after spending a night in the second room. As for the washing of clothes - your receptions gave me 3 coins of 1 euro. One load in washing machine is 4. Load in drier additional 4. And as for procedure, you said complain to Booking. I did - they passed the complaint to you. What they have then told me is that hotel refused to give any compensation (even for the nights we didn't stay) and that they'll give us pity credits, which I have refused.

Great hotel. Lovely food selection for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms were a bit small but clean and modern. Pool was amazing with loungers available. Pool bar was lovely too, bar staff great fun and friendly. Entertainment was good fun, different every night. Beach and shops all within walking distance. Would deffo go back!

Incredible service! The staff are so lovely and great (Deserve good tips!). Lovely drinks and good food with a mix of new and the same general fair. Buffet dinner with both food for adventurous and picky eaters. The drinks are to die for, especially the daiquiris! I would recommend the extra for the pool views as it is simply stunning with the mountain and alcudia canal in view, as well as the pool. The pool itself is lovely with a pool bar and shallow kids pool as well as a deep end for swimming. No competition for sun loungers! There are always loungers available till 10 am when breakfast ends as people do both the pool and explore the town. Sports on inside the bar and entertainment on at night but is good for those preferring less entertainment as only one act on at night while you have a cocktail. It's a bit lively in the surrounding area if that's for you, and if it's not then the triple glazing on your balcony works to silence it. Couldn't recommend more!

Great hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Stayed for 8 nights, the rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we asked if we could upgrade to a pool view room on arrival and since they had one available this was done no problem. We only had B&B so I can’t speak for the dinner selection but they breakfast was great with good variety. The pool area was also very clean and there was always loungers available - the pool bar is such a great feature also and the bar staff are fun and friendly. One thing that could possibly be improved on is the lack of activities/games etc at the pool during the day, however this may not be that kind of hotel. The location is also great, 2 minutes walk to the strip where there loads of bars, shops and restaurants available. About a 15 minute walk to the port which we did a couple of evenings but a taxi can also be got which takes 5 minutes and costs less than €10. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back 🏖️

We came home today 11/7/25. It’s our second time staying in this hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals are great. Lots to choose from. Nice little gym. Great spa See you next year 😁

I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated how well we could rest at night. The gym was also well-equipped and a great addition to the facilities… The best part of the hotel was definitely the pool and the staff — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the evening shows and adult entertainment were disappointing. The quality felt quite low, and the animation team didn’t seem very enthusiastic or welcoming, which was a shame. In general, though, it was a positive experience and the comfort and service made it worth it.

We stayed at the hotel as a family (2 adults, 2 children) and we provided our own meals. Our room was in the main building, above the main road, but also with a sea view and we could listen to the music nights from the Ilusion hotel across the road :). The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, cleaning was done daily. The hotel staff were friendly and nice, the cleaners cutely arranged the children's stuffed animals on the beds. It's a family hotel, so sometimes you could hear the surrounding children through the wall, but it wasn't too bad. Sound from outside was also not audible when the windows were closed. The blackout curtains were great, really opaque. The wifi worked well and was free, the air conditioning also worked without any problems. Our kids loved all 3 pools, the indoor one is a really big plus. There is plenty of parking around the hotel so that was no problem either. Thank you for the stay and would recommend to others!

Spent 12 days with All inclusive. There is not much hospitality in the hotel. Half of the staff is friendly, the other half is poker face. We had a room that looks like 1 bedroom apartment with an equipped kitchen, very good. Comfortable bed, good noise isolation. 5-7 min walk to the sea. You can rent a bike or use a train. The location is ok. There is some show and the disco for children everyday. The animator team provides some activities for kids, simple but children are happy. The Animation team is the most positive team here. The food is great, you can find both meat and vegan stuff. I do not like that you can’t get coffee neither for lunch nor for dinner. You can but you should go to a shitty bar. The bar is shitty because in most cases you can’t take anything directly in the bar. You have to ask waiters to bring what you want despite of the bar men’s directly in a bar. The waiters are always busy, tired and often poker face. It is the worst part of the hotel. When there is a show you can wait a glass of water for a baby till the show ends. The elevator is the slowest one I ever seen. I had a good vacation. Will I pay 300€ per day again for this place. Do not know.

Our first family holiday. All the staff are amazing and friendly. From the reception team, the pool bar staff and of course a big shout out to the animation team! All staff are helpful and are such a credit to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, fantastic location. Everything you need is in a 5-10minute walk. Very clean and maids were great. Prices for drinks and food on site is great, spar is a little pricey but it's convenient. Aldi is a 5 minute walk also. The pool area is lovey, surrounded by trees. There were always plenty of beds and umbrellas even going to the pool around 1pm. Big shout out to Maisie who was fantastic and had great energy with the children and also the adults. We will definitely be back next year!

Good stay overall. Staff were friendly and provided 5 star service. Sarah and David specifically who our kids got close to and also the head chef. One thing odd was they do not serve water during dinner and have to buy and not included in your half or full board package. Food selection is generally good but if you are vegetarian, you have limited options for main other than pasta and spaghetti. Also the room seems to be not sound proof so you might find the noise coming through depending on where your room is. Our one was near the pool and above the dining room so we used to hear quite a lot of noise from the table moving in the dining room. Free parking in the hotel and on the road. Location very close to the beach and I highly recommend going to the alcudia beach that is not far. On site supermarket and also Aldi opposite hotel that is quite handy.

Visited for the first time with my wife and son this past week. My only remarks are the pillows were too skinny (for our liking) so we folded them in half to make them more comfy. And there wasn’t any information in the room like a welcome guide, so we had to ask reception how to work the A/C: you have to make sure the balcony doors are shut. But otherwise we had the time of our lives! The hotel was peaceful, clean, and stylish. The pool was lovely and we had great views from our balconies. Breakfast food was delicious! All staff encounters were very positive and friendly. Thank you - we would love to come back.

Arriving by car, we found there was no parking. The hotel was in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by houses and apartment buildings, with the sound of traffic in the background. Once in our room, we took in the view: the sea in the distance, the pool and gardens below, framed by residential buildings and small villas. It’s clear that the property has only been partially renovated. The bathroom in the room is new, but the building itself is not. From the first night, we started having back pain due to the very low-quality mattress. We are a healthy couple in our mid-thirties, and sleeping badly compromised our holiday. There was no support from the hotel. The hotel has a new gym. However, there is no enforcement of hygiene rules: some guests, shirtless and barefoot, lie down on the equipment and mats while sweating, creating an impression of uncleanliness. The dining room and bar staff were excellent. The buffets, both at breakfast and dinner, were good. In terms of service and customer care, this is not a four-star hotel. Very poor value for money.

Still at the hotel – here’s my honest review I wanted to share my experience while it’s still fresh. I’ve seen a few reviews claiming the staff aren’t friendly, but I have to say that hasn’t been my experience at all. The staff have been very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Location: Excellent. You’re surrounded by restaurants and stores, just a 10-minute walk to the Marina, and less than 10 minutes to the beach (do keep in mind there’s a steep hill on the way back). Why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5: • The room is clean, modern, and generally comfortable. However, it lacks some basic essentials such as a vanity kit, tissues, and small towels. Also, the in-room phone doesn’t work, so there’s no way to call reception or any other department. • If you’re hoping for a quiet, relaxing time by the adults-only pool, you might be disappointed. The pool was full of children jumping and playing, and small kids with their nappies swimming in the pool, and no enforcement of the “adults only” rule. This made it difficult to unwind or read peacefully. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and friendly staff, but a few details could be improved to elevate the guest experience.

The hotel itself was fine – clean rooms and a good location. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience left a lot to be desired. The staff in the breakfast area came across as very unfriendly and unapproachable. In my opinion, a welcoming and polite attitude is a key part of hospitality – especially in the morning. Sadly, that was missing here and it noticeably affected my overall impression of the stay.

Really lovely hotel, great location and gorgeous rooms (we had superior rooms). Food had excellent selection, catering for all generations. But the real selling point was the amazing staff. All of them worked so incredibly hard to offer a brilliant experience. Massive shout out to Andrea who my son fell in love with her endless energy. Also Laura on reception was wonderfully kind and Pedro made brilliant Mojito's. But also all the staff were really lovely. This means we will be returning next year :)

Relaxing stay, great experience, loved my holiday! 9.5 😊🥰The hotel is clean and modern, has a lot of room and facilities to relax and chill. Ross and the reception staff were welcoming, informative and just excellent, Ross made our stay even more memorable and he knows quite a few languages so 👏🏻to him. Sergio at the restaurant was very polite and hardworking! The location is great for chill experience and very beautiful. I loved my holiday here and Alua resort was amazing. All inclusive option is worth it. Also received a card for my birthday and a voucher for two premium drinks which was very sweet! Thank you :) 😕🫤The food at all inclusive was a bit too oily as they put oil on every single thing. The choice was broad and you can find a lot of nice things to eat so can’t complain but would be nice to have some less fattening options there. Was really expecting some nice refreshing salads like greek salad for example and strawberries would have been lovely.

Me and my boyfriend went here. It was perfect, near the beach and near a busstation if we would like to go somewhere else. Every worker we encountered there was super nice and welcoming. We had all inclusive, so we could drink and eat how much we wanted which we loved. The only thing we could think of is that the food maybe needs some improvement. But everything was overall 10 out of 10 except the food. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect location scenery wise! Hotel has everything you can need. Pool is good the adult section is very peaceful if your looking to relax and the spa is great! Even had food for when we arrived late due to delays (arriving at about midnight) which was helpful. Food is good but isn't great but is your standard buffet food you usually get. No complaints from me. Shout out to the Motown performers they have on the Friday night I think, one of the most enjoyable things I've seen!

From the very beginning, Nico stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and consistently positive attitude. He was always ready to help with any question or request, providing useful information about the hotel, the area, and transportation options. Even during busy times, Nico remained patient, attentive, and welcoming. His warm smile and approachable manner made us feel truly at home. He is the kind of staff member who raises the standard of service and makes a real difference in a guest’s stay. Thank you, Nico, for your support and your great energy!

I chose this hotel because of its decent overall rating, but my experience was far below expectations—borderline unacceptable. The first morning felt like waking up in hell. Non-stop loud noises from cleaning machines filled the air, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, our room was placed right next to the glass container, ensuring we got the full experience of the garbage truck emptying bins at an ungodly hour. Absolute misery. We requested a room change, and while I appreciate that they accommodated us, I find it incomprehensible that we were assigned such a terrible room in the first place—especially during a period when the hotel was far from full. As if that wasn’t enough, the next morning at 11:05 AM, we were rudely reminded that check-out was at 11 AM sharp—as if we were being kicked out, despite the fact that we were literally about to leave. How unprofessional and discourteous! To top it off, there is no nearby parking whatsoever. The overall lack of respect for guests is staggering. If you value basic customer service and a peaceful stay, just avoid this hotel.

Not worthy for the Price. A bit outdated, rooms had wierd smells. The aircondition is only working with hot air, the floor is dirty, my bed has multiple black hairs, and the toilet even have brown spots on it. The rooms is also very sound sensitive.

It was my first time in Mallorca so before you go get ready: it's more a German island than a Spanish one. The hotel is mostly frequented by German pensioners. The rooms are nice and breakfast/dinner are served with a buffet concept full of choice but of average quality. It seems the rooms were renovated recently but the surroundings belong probably to the 80s or so. In conclusion: if you don't care too much about a lively atmosphere this hotel works well

Plus: I really enjoyed my stay, Eugenia and Margarita from reception are amazing, I felt very welcome from checking in till checking out, they are nice, helpful and ready anytime to answer all questions. Hotel is nice and clean, housekeeping is doing great job, I loved my room. Delicious food, dinner much better than breakfast. Francesca from restaurant was amazing! Great location and price, definitely will come back. Minus: there is no iron, no kettle, no tea or coffee available in the hotel, I was disappointed. Another thing is safe in the room, you need to pay extra to use it, doesn't make any sens. Even if you have dinner included there is nothing to drink. I had to pay extra every day to get some drink, I don't understand why breakfast is plenty of drinks but dinner not even water. I'm sure small things like that would make my stay much better.

Location is perfect, right next to beach. Rooms are clean and breakfast is lovely. However… 1) the walls are paper thin that you can clearly hear conversations of the next room (you will not get a good sleep) as well as the blinds not being able to block out the sun effectively. So you will be woke up by the sun each day. 2) the tall man who works in the restaurant is honestly the rudest person. The first interaction we were on our way into dinner and we stopped to wait for someone to assist us into the restaurant however no one came so we preceded to walk in. The man approached us and stopped us by placing his hands on both me and my partner which I truly didn’t appreciate and made me feel uncomfortable. This was to get our room number but please keep your hands to yourself as me and my partner do not appreciate being man handled. The second horrible interaction with this man was at breakfast time. We had finished 2 plates of food and we’re going up to fetch something else. When we came back the table was cleared which is understandable but the cutlery was gone also. So we sat down the table next to it which had cutlery/cups. This obviously annoyed the man as I sat and watched him point at me and shake his head clearly in my view. Honestly being the second horrible interaction with this man made it feel worse. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave, really can’t put into words how humiliating it felt. I’m on holiday and expect to have a nice time, not to be treated so horribly. If Timor Hotel cares for their reputation it would be wise to look into that man’s attitude towards their guests. The pool is spacious and always clean, and it was nice to see how well it was supervised by the lifeguard — it made us feel comfortable knowing the kids could swim safely. Highly recommend! The food and pool are the highlights of this place, making for an overall great experience. However, the WiFi is below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. The front desk staff member, Paul, was rude on both of our visits, but the rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff, especially the chefs and waiters, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Amazing 12-Day Family Holiday in Portocolom! We recently spent 12 amazing days at JS Hotels in Portocolom, and we truly had the time of our lives. I was there with my girlfriend and our little boy, Dani, and from the very first day we felt welcome and completely at ease. The room was perfect – spacious, clean, and just right for our little family. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially with Dani. Their friendliness really made our stay feel special. A big plus was the food: both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent every single day. There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options – something for every taste, even for our son! Also, a big shoutout to the animation team – they did a great job organizing fun activities. It was well thought-out and added a lot to the holiday atmosphere. Thank you, JS Hotels, for 12 unforgettable days. We left with beautiful memories and already look forward to coming back someday!

Overall the hotel lived up to expectations. Spotlessly clean, lovely service from staff, good facilities, plenty of sun-beds at any time of day, a good range of food in the restaurant (we were Half Board) and decent machine coffee with breakfast. There’s a small fridge in the room (no ice box which would have been great). No kettle but being a saddo, when I read a review that suggested bringing a travel kettle, I did that and was so glad I did! If you enjoy a cuppa first thing then it was handy. The shower is unbelievably powerful - and nice and hot if you want it. The resort is more suited to those with young children - our teenagers were a bit bored. The pool area is lovely - so clean and well kept. Even the toilets by the pool were spotlessly clean all the time. The bar staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are ok price-wise but basics like water or soft drinks are a bit overpriced. Only negatives that knocked this down from a 5 star review/experience: 1. The air con was NOT good at all when we arrived but after a few days the temperature gradually got down to be nice and cool (it was 31°C outside every day). At first this felt like a major issue but once the rooms cooled after a couple of days, it didn’t detract as long as you kept air con on 24/7. 2. The juice at breakfast came from a machine and was undrinkable on the whole. I think it’s better first thing in the morning but it becomes more and more diluted as breakfast goes on. Water was also only available (in tiny glasses) from this machine at breakfast - at other times you have to buy water, which only comes in 500ml bottles (rather than larger shareable bottle) so the cost can mount up. 3. The entertainment was variable at best - we didn’t stay for most of it. The girl who takes the quiz, bingo etc is great - full of energy, but overall the entertainment didn’t help create a sense of community among guests, which was a shame. I’m not a huge fan of taking part in the usual pool games during the day or always being at the hotel bar for entertainment every night but this holiday made me realise that NOT having that can make quite a quiet resort with visitors from many countries (much better than brits-only resorts!) seem a bit soulless or lacking a community feel. Overall I am pleased the hotel was as lovely as it looks and that the place was so clean. Those are huge pluses! If they sorted out a few basics like the juice/water and had better air con and entertainment I’d be back in a flash.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and they really do think of absolutely everything. The rooms are moderately sized with a good balcony and nice bathroom. The beds are so comfortable and it's cleaned every single day. The pool area is gorgeous, cool water and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool bar offers refreshments and snacks but the location is so good its actually worthwhile checking out the numerous lovely restaurants and shops on the boulevard. Make sure though to include breakfast in your booking. It is incredible. It's a buffet made for Kings and Queens with options suitable for everyone. They do also offer buffet in the evening for 17 euro ( if I recall correctly) but we went out in the eve. What I was really Imprssed by was they have a shower and changing area to use after you've checked out. Our flight was a late flight so we were still able to use the pool all day then use the hotel showers and changing area to freshen up before the airport. Peguera is a chilled vibrant area of mallorca and I highly recommend this hotel .

We had an wonderful relaxing time at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean and smelt lovely when walking in from the beach. The location is brilliant, only 5min walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, so much choice. Would recommend the cocktails, the bar staff always very friendly. We spent one day by the pool, lots of activities always something to do, great for single travellers. The rest of the time we spent on the beach. We took a day trip to Palma, and one afternoon to had lunch at Portals Nous. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place. The location is 2-3 min walk from a nice beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and are cleaned every day. Food quality and variety for value is great. Also every night we had an entertaining event like concert or a show which takes places between 10-11pm.

The service was our favourite part of our stay!! Ines, Fernando, Abdel and the rest of the bar/ service team treated us so well and were so kind in general. They got to know our orders and provided great hospitality :) Jessica was lovely helping us find ways to travel, answering our questions, and handling and incident with fish in a salad without a label. The restaurant staff were also lovely, chefs did their best to answer questions but there was a big lack of vegetarian items. Sometimes the cooked vegetables contained meat, salads typically had fish in them, and the soups were always containing meat, even when labeled “vegetable soup”. The pool area was nice, we loved how close to the beach we were, there are beautiful places within walking distance! The nearby beaches were stunning, crystal clear :) We recommend renting a car to travel as the bus system in the area isn’t super convenient to travel to other towns.

The hotel was great. The location was almost perfect. You're on the beach in 5 minutes and there's a wonderful pool. The cocktails at the bar were prepared with love and skill. But the best part was the Animator with his great animations. There were many different activities for teenagers, toddlers, and adults alike. The animator is very nice, attractive, and humorous and always creates a good atmosphere, whether with music or ping-pong matches in his free time (Cristian). The hotel is more of a three star than a four. The food is the same every day, there is something for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive is not adequate. At lunch and dinner the waiter brings you what you ask for once, 2 deciliters, then disappeTmachine is not for use by the waiters only. The young waiter in the bar in the evening isvery rThe wallsoundproof at all. Snoring, crying, farting, talking are completely understandable. The bed is two single beds pushed together that move. The room fridge is empty! Residents take the elevator up and down for a glass of drink. The elevator is very overloaded and there are few of them. They often get wet. It is not air-conditioned. There is no air conditioning in the corridors, you sweat stinking by the time you get down. Because of the heat, some people run around the entire hotel and restaurant half-naked. Nobody follows the dress code. The sunbeds at the garden pool are reserved from 6am, impossible

We were mid April for one week with 5 friends in the hotel. We were there for a cycling holiday and it was perfect. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, overlooking the pool. The studios have a huge terrace with their own Outdoor Sundbed. The food is great, a lot of healthy options, not too overloaded like some other Buffets but well maintained and in one week we didn’t miss a thing. They prepare fresh meat and fish before you on the grill, the produce is fresh and they have a nice cheese section also. The desert is so good, maybe you gain a few pounds :) The dining area is open, with big windows with a view of the lake. But the best part is the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure. At the end of the week they knew what we wanted to drink with our food, we shared a few laughs, it was great. Thank you again, it was the perfect hotel for our cycling holiday.

I love the hotel, we choose the hotel because of the warm pool, is very nice, clean we enjoyed a lot. The staff is amazing, everybody is super friendly. You need to be aware that 90% of the guest there and in the streets and in all that area are German, most of them drunk all the time. But the hotel was amazing I really liked also the buffet, a lot of variety. I went with my son, there are some kids but it’s not a family hotel, the vibe was more party people inside and outside of the hotel. The view from the room was amazing, very loud from the people outside but if you close the windows you don’t hear anything and you can sleep perfectly.

I had to book this hotel as last minute option close to the airport. Although it is rated 4* it hasn’t got the standard of a 4* hotel. The area especially is not high end. The rooms and bathroom are of average standard. It is very close to the plays de Palma, a very popular and crowded beach.

We had one night stay in this hotel cause it was near the airport( 2 adults + one kid). The hotel is not for families or people who want to relax and enjoy. We couldn't sleep almost all night from the noise of the people. It felt like someone was screaming on our balcony but it was actually from the street, you can hear everything! People drinking, screaming, walking/running with high heels, yelling, smoking, playing loud German music... The room was renovated and very clean but also very small. I can't imagine someone coming for whole week stay... Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The location is very near the airport and the beach. We ordered taxi and it took us 8-10 min to arrive to the airport. It costs 19€ (night price) The people working at the hotel were very polite and welcoming! The hotel was clean and nice looking 😊

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a wellness spa where you can relax, they take care of every detail to take care of you. This is utter nonsense and absolute false advertising. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the walls seem like they're made of paper, as you can hear every single noise from other rooms, and the housekeepers are banging about, knocking doors from before 8am. Not only that, but the pool area was full of rowdy, drunk German guests during our entire stay, some of them broke a sunbed, broke glasses near the pool and were allowed to have their own music playing loudly while yelling at each other from the pool and balconies. After speaking to multiple members of staff, who ensured us they would be spoken to because guests are not permitted to play their own music, nothing was done to rectify this. It appears hotel policies are there to be ignored, not only by guests but also by staff. The hotel is not worth the money and we left Mallorca extremely agitated and annoyed. I have emailed the hotel, as I believe nearly €800 for 3 nights in this hotel, which is masking as a 4 star is ridiculous. However, unsurprisingly, I have not had a response. I don't know why I expected any different after the poor costumer service experience during our stay.

First stay at this bijou hotel close to the airport and beach, their pricing was very competitive compared with similar starred hotels in the area. Bright clean and welcoming reception and if you join their friends club you receive a welcome drink on arrival and online registration which makes everything seamless and easy. The reception, bar and concierge staff are pleasant and helpful and the room was really well furnished and comfortable. I checked out for an early flight around 6am but the restaurant was unexpectedly open for refreshments before my journey to the airport. A beautiful experience which left me wanting to stay longer and would definitely return on another visit to Palma 🙂👍.

The hotel has nicely and contemporarily equipped. Lobby has a few sitting spaces, if you're waiting for a taxi or something. I had a single bed room with private bathroom and a surprisingly spacious balcony. The room isn't overly large, just enough space for one person. Bed is comfy, bathroom clean with sufficient amenities. There's also a small fridge, safe (for an extra fee, which I've never seen before) and a much appreciated AC. I recommend paying for the breakfast, even though I didn't exactly "love" it. There's plenty to choose from (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked goods, pancakes, fruits, sweet pastries, juice...), but I felt like something was missing, or the food was blend.

Nice and Affordable Hotel with a nice pool area and breakfast. It is very close to the airport but if you sleep easily you won’t be bothered by it. The only small issue is that the rooms are way too small and the beds are not suitable for cuddles. Otherwise the service was decent too and we were given free welcome drinks!

Overall we had a good stay at BQ Amfora but had a major problem with the concierge. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean with good air conditioning. Facilities were also well maintained. There is parking available at their sister hotel nearby for 10 EUR a day. During our trip, we booked a boat tour with the concierge and she thought she undercharged us (she didn’t). Since she thought she made an error, she deactivated our room keys at the end of her shift that night, which led to us being locked out of our room at 2am. The night manager only knows some English so it was a challenge to explain that no error was actually made. While mistakes can happen, it’s extremely unprofessional to lock customers out of their room in the middle of the night because of an error you thought you made. I would expect if we were actually undercharged that the hotel would cover the difference as it’s their mistake rather than locking us out of our room, or waiting until morning to explain. It is unacceptable to lock customers out unless there’s an extreme disturbance. Facing homelessness that night was rather frightening as we were two women traveling. The night manager was very apologetic once we used Google translate a few times to explain the situation

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, pleasant and obliging and are a credit to the Zafiro brand. As a family hotel, it has everything to make a family holiday great. Some small adjustments would make the buffet service more streamlined (putting some milk with the hot drinks and butter with the bread) but on the whole the buffet is very good. As we went in high season, demand on the bars was great and at times there seemed to be a shortage of staff. On the whole a very good family holiday hotel.

Our recent trip to Can Picafort was fantastic. This was in part to the wonderful hotel. Zafiro Can Picafort has everything a family needs for a week or 2 in the sun. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with a friendly maid service. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional, much better than previous all inclusive holidays we've been on. Make sure however that you book spaces at the restaurants at the start of your stay as they book up quickly; saying that, the buffet restaurant never left us wanting more in terms of variety. The hotel is well staffed with ample people running the restaurants/bars/pools and general cleaning / upkeep of the grounds, ensuring that it's picture perfect Our kids loved the pools and the wet bubble, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation and we are keen to return again,.

We have just returned from 1 week half board staying in a swim up pool room as a family of 4 (1 7 year old and 1 10 year old). Service at the hotel could not be faulted, all staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean but slight signs of wear and tear, although nothing too bad. The pools were definitely the main attraction for my children. The choice of pools is great and the dome pool was definitely the main attraction! Entertainment and sport activities were good. We will definitely be visiting another Zafiro hotel in the future based on our experience at Zafiro Can Picafort.

Lovely family resort. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Short 10 min walk to the seafront and strip of shops. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. The room was big with a huge bed. Pull out sofa bed as described and had a comfy memory foam mattress. No oven for self catering but we ate out so it didn't matter. Mainly an all inclusive hotel - food looked good. Pool towels were available but we'd bought our own - would use that service another time! Our 5 year old grandson loved the wet bubble and choice of 6 pools! Very happy with our stay.

Great hotel in a fab location. Staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were brilliant and the place was really clean. Only down side for me personally was the all inclusive buffet (I would say slightly warm, nothing was ever hot), and as we went in term time none of the activities shown on the website for older kids like football for example were available which was disappointing for my son. Apart from that it was great and I would recommend for families really with younger kids.

The staff are so good, so helpful and friendly. The older ladies may not have much english but they try and that's the important thing. They were so good to me when I had a medical episode and they were happy I was okay when I arrived back from hospital. That meant alot to me. The room I had was for 1 but was big and comfortable. The balcony is spacious also. The shower is walk in which I liked, water was always warm. The A/C didn't seem to be working so I kept the door ajar during the night which was lovely - the location from the prom meant the area was generally quiet. The indoor pool and sauna facility was fab, a lovely way to relax and the rooftop pool wasn't overcrowded during my stay. The food was lovely - more a variety for meat lovers - I'm a vegetarian - but I always ended up full. The food was tasty and good quality also, I ate better here than at home. Thanks to all the staff for your help and making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

I have just stopped at this hotel and I am not going to lie it is a nice hotel has a good view from the room and the staff are lovely. However this hotel was not the greatest I have stayed in. For starters when I booked the hotel I had paid for a double bed which I did not get I ended up with 2 single pushed together. Also in the room the shower it’s self was good and powerful but they way they have built it it made it flood the bathroom. Also the balcony had no privacy from the rooms next to each other. The hotel also has no other signs for what is on each level, all it has is on one sign at reception lobby. Also in this hotel the food is not the greatest. On my first day we had lunch (this was not a buffet) I had ordered a hot sandwich witch I expected it to be a toasty but was too bits of toast with a slice of fake cheese and very cheep ham. On the evening the food was a buffet however was not very inclusive for many people there was a lot of sea food that I can not have and was only 2-3 things I could have. After these too experience with the food we had decided to go out to eat. I will not be stopping at this hotel again.

In the evening 2 hour entertainment 🥳 . If you don’t like, you can close the door and sleep 😴 . Clean towels, good shower. 5 minutes to the beach with transparent sea water. 🥰

A fantastic family hotel in a great location. It is located right on the promenade, with a view of the sea and the pool. The staff working in this hotel is very friendly, communicative and professional. The rooms are large and have large terraces. In the room there is a mini kitchen, a dining room and everything you need to prepare a snack. The bathroom is modernly equipped and I especially like the large wardrobes and shelves. We were accommodated in room 201, on the second floor, sea view. Breakfast and lunch are phenomenal, on a buffet basis. A large selection of food, for everyone's taste. The kids enjoyed it just like my husband and I. We will come to this hotel again.

Very Bad Experience. Not Worth the Money We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and paid almost 500 euros per night. We are very disappointed. The room was not good for 3 people. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the living room was full of ants and insects. The third person could not sleep at all. When we asked for help, the receptionist said we had to wait for the manager the next day. That night was terrible and we had to sleep with ants in the bed. The next day, the manager was not kind or helpful. She laughed at us and didn’t say sorry. She only gave us a new room, same size, without insects. That’s all. Very bad attitude. Also, the hotel is full of kids. The pool is very crowded, especially after 8 am. Kids are yelling all day, even early in the morning in the hallways. It’s not possible to relax or sleep. When we told reception, they just said, “They are kids, what can we do?” The website says there is a spa area, but when we arrived, we found out it’s not free. We felt very angry and tired. The service is not respectful, and the manager didn’t care at all. For this price, it was unacceptable. If I could, I would give zero stars. One star is already too much.

We had a great stay at Fontanellas Playa! We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Marco at reception—he was incredibly sweet and helpful, which set a great tone for the rest of our trip. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet. For just €13.50, it offered a wide variety of options—fresh, tasty, and definitely worth the price. Overall, a lovely experience and great value for the money. Would happily return!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fontanellas Playa. We Initially booked a 5 night stay & decided to extend our stay for an additional night. They were kind enough to accommodate us in the same room, which made everything seamless. We stayed in the Apartment with sea view & it was perfect for my wife & I & our 2 sons. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful & were all so friendly. We booked our stay with the breakfast buffet, which was a great value & had a great selection. My sons loved the outdoor pool & how close we were to the beach. The only downside I would have to say is that the bar service can be a little slow when it’s pretty busy, but the great views and food made up for it! For my family’s first international trip, our stay at Fontanellas Playa helped make our trip that much more memorable. We will for sure be choosing Fontanellas Playa again the next time we visit Mallorca!

We recently stayed at Zafiro Mallorca in Can Picafort and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between being family-friendly and offering peaceful areas for adults, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our holiday feel effortless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel so welcome after a long journey. Their warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond, even upgrading us to a pool-view room. They were equally fantastic with the children, helping them feel at home straight away. The hotel grounds are beautifully manicured and immaculately maintained, with cleaning taking place daily. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and cared for, which really added to the overall atmosphere. Meal times were a pleasant surprise – none of the overcrowding or noise you sometimes find at resorts. Both lunch and dinner offered a varied choice of dishes, with excellent quality across the board. A nice touch was seeing senior management and entertainment staff dining in the restaurant with guests, showing real trust in the food standards. The pool areas were outstanding. The main pool was shallow in most areas, perfect for children to play safely under the watchful eye of multiple lifeguards who kept everything in good order. Meanwhile, the adults-only pool was absolute bliss – peaceful, relaxing, and well-managed, with children politely redirected elsewhere when needed. One of the real standouts was how the sunbeds were managed. From 8am to 10am, the general manager and his team ensured that towels weren’t left to reserve beds unnecessarily. He personally came down in the mornings, removing towels, chatting politely with early risers, and setting the tone for fair use of facilities. This proactive approach made a big difference. The poolside bar at lunchtime was another highlight. While there were naturally some queues, the bar staff worked incredibly hard, constantly moving through orders with energy and ensuring no one waited more than a minute or two for a drink. Their efficiency and friendly service didn’t go unnoticed. The staff at Zafiro Mallorca truly stood out. Every member of the team was polite, friendly, and always ready with a smile or a greeting. Many took the time to engage in genuine conversations, which added a personal touch to our stay. Even during the busiest times, when they were clearly rushed off their feet, they continued to deliver excellent service with professionalism and warmth. Their hard work and dedication didn’t go unnoticed and really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, Zafiro Mallorca exceeded our expectations. From excellent customer service and spotless grounds to well-managed facilities and thoughtful details, the hotel truly prioritises guest experience. We left feeling relaxed, looked after, and already planning a return.

I had such a lovely experience at the spa during our holiday! My 6 year old daughter and I had a manicure together, and it was such a special moment. Daniele M was absolutely wonderful! so kind and gentle with my daughter, and she made the experience really fun and relaxed for both of us. Later in the day, I treated myself to a full body massage, and honestly it was incredible. One of the best I’ve ever had! I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for such a memorable and rejuvenating experience we’ll definitely be back!

I recently spent a couple of nights here with my family and we had a great experience. We booked the family suite and the all inclusive package. Check in was smooth and the rooms were ready early so we could get started at the pools. There’s a perfect small kids pool area with slides and shallow water for the toddlers to play in. There are several other pool areas for bigger kids and adults. There’s even a 18+ pool in a separate area if you’re able to enjoy that. I thought the breakfast, lunches, dinners, and drinks were great! We had tons of options at every meal. We could even find things for a bunch of picky kids to eat in between them attacking the ice cream machines! Coffee was from automatic machines but it was surprisingly good. The room was very nice with an outdoor seating area and rack to dry clothes/towels. The bathroom was massive with a walk in shower and separate tub. There was a full kitchen with sink/stove/mini fridge. The A/C worked, but luckily the weather was nice in mid June so we didn’t need it much. You’re a ~10 minute walk down to the beach and there is a beach store/restaurants down there if you’re interested in getting out of the resort for a bit. All in all I would recommend this resort and I would stay again!

The Zafiro Mallorca is an excellent hotel and makes for a perfect holiday destination. The pool complex is ideal for kids of all ages and even has a separate adults only section tucked away for a little quiet time for over 18s. The food is top notch. There is always a great selection on offer which is fresh and prepared to a high standard and the waiting on staff and reception staff are super polite, helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment is great for all the family and the Zafiro stage crew and the acts they have on work tirelessly to keep everyone engaged and entertained. The rooms are maintained to the desired and expected standard for a 4-star hotel and fresh towels and soap are always on hand if additions are needed. My family and I had a great time at Zafiro Mallorca and we highly recommend it to all considering a holiday in the C'an Picafort area of Mallorca.

This place really is lovely. Clean rooms, brilliant staff, more than enough pools and loungers and you're a few minutes from the beach at Can Picafort. But the best thing by far is the relaxed atmosphere, and it never feels crowded. Mealtimes at these kinds of places can often feel like a frenzied free for all, but here it never gets too busy so dining is far more relaxing. No young children so I can't speak for how well it caters for families with kids, but thry certainly have enough pools! Only been here a couple of days but I already know I'd be looking to come back again.

Had a brilliant stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing with a great selection every day. The pool and spa area were lovely, and the hotel is literally just a few seconds’ walk from the beach – perfect location. We had a side sea view room, which was lovely; you could hear a bit of noise from the nearby bars, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms were kept spotless, with fresh towels provided as often as we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

A lovely adult only hotel directly next to the sea. We stayed in a poolside room. It turned out to be a great room and quiet at nighttime. Some rooms overlook the road where there are nightly acts that preform which are very loud. If you want to stay here book a pool view or sea view to eliminate the noise at night. The choice of food is plentiful and changed daily. The staff are all helpful.

Loads of positives very clean hotel, the views for outside dining are amazing. Negatives not really hotels fault but the building work opposite on city view mixed with British bar meaning no peace at anytime from 7am till 12 midnight in rooms, majority of the time your not there so manageable. If you like to go out morning for walk etc then sunbathe in the afternoon you might struggle as the time we went beinging of may only 10% of sun loungers in sun from 2 to 5pm. The dining area is too small gets very crowded especially if you can't go outs ide due to weather. I my opinion it's a 3 star hotel compared with others but staff are great very clean and not too expensive

Absolutely beautiful adults only hotel, staff were brilliant, rooms were lovely and the location was just amazing. So many places to eat and walk to. Can't wait to return 😍
