I had the most amazing, relaxing experience at the hotel rawabi spa. The treatment I got was a Moroccan Hammam and massage. The treatment was fabulous. And left my skin feeling silky smooth and refreshed. The treatment last around 1hour 15 minutes. The girls really helped me feel comfortable, Layla my masseuse was great. Would 100% recommend to all, was the perfect way to end my holiday before my flight home.

Room 2606: Has not ceiling light and 3 dim lights, shower head leaks all night and when showering the water seeps through, desks near bed are handy , has cupboard with hangars and safe which is nice and balcony, beds are stained... At least AC is good quality
Swimming pool are was fantastic with nice foliage, activities and atmosphere
Service: Absolutely terrible, they refresh towels once a morning and won't give more, give you 2 small toilet rolls only when asked , charged a tourist fee as well in small print, kitchen staff ignore you and show favouritism to french speakers, only the entertainment guys were friendly and desk people.
Location: Black balled area for discounted taxis so they won't come by often, quite a distance away from town and taxis charge too much for a 10 min drive, vile smell surrounding the hotel due to sewage,
Has good shops nearby with a food court though...

Our stay at Rawabi was amazing. The people are very friendly and warm. Please take Hamam and Massage. I had facial and pedicure from lovely Leyla. It was magical and refreshing . Very relaxing highly recommended!

Stayed in room 2405, overlooking pool.
The pool looked good, and the bar next to the pool did a nice pitsa and cold beer
Great room, very clean. Cleaned every day.
The shower was good. Although there was no iron, hairdryer, or kettle. Was advertised as 4*
Asked for kettle and hair dryer.
2 days later, I got kettle( after 4th time asking). But no hair dryer
I found staff to be very helpful, Barr the kettle and hair dryer.
Breakfast was very good.
Buffet service. Good choice/ selection
And you had a choice of egg, from various omlettes, cooked in front of you to fried or boiled.
Overall, I'd say it was a good proposition for a couple of nights( I stayed 4 but was out most of the day.
4 stars due to lack of facilities in room
But overall, my experience was better than some of the reviews here

Hotel arranged a taxi to take us to the market. The driver took us to a friends shop where we bought some goods totalling 1250MAD and the seller then took us across the street to another shop where we spent a further 1350MAD around £260. The same driver collected us after we had walked around the market itself for a couple of hours and drove us back to the hotel. All was well until 3 days later when our shopping went missing from the room. We think the cleaner may have thought the shopping bag was full of rubbish because of the way the souvenirs had been wrapped up in paper and accidentally put it in the bin. We contacted the receptionist who said that they would look into it but the cleaners had gone home and would be back in the morning. We went out for the day and reception called our driver and said they had found the bag but what they had found was a different bag altogether. We asked for a manager on our return but there wasn’t one on duty. We were told we could see one tomorrow but when asked for it was their day off. The hotel are refusing to accept any responsibility for the mistake/theft and aren’t willing to help us at all. They even claimed that they had searched through all the rubbish the day before and found nothing. From start to finish they kept changing the order of events and when we asked if we could call the Police to report it they just shrug their shoulders and said “ do as you like “ Mistakenly putting our things in the rubbish or stealing them either way we are out of pocket and the hotel couldn’t care less. Not the best experience and definitely a very shabby way of running a business. We won’t be back to that hotel or any other the company operate.
