DO NOT GO HERE!!
There are so many bad things that i dont know where to start. At first we had to wait for 2 hours to get our room since our double room was taken by someone else. No welcome drink. There are only 2 elevators so prepare to wait 10 minutes to use them. The food was so bad. Everyday the same boring food. No fish! Ice cream you get only from 4pm to 5pm and have to wait for 20 minutes for cheapest ice creams. There is something very wrong with main restaurant since after 2 days staying the whole family had diarrhea. You get 1 x A-la Carte and we were served canned tuna on Ala Carte Fish Restaurant. The coctails were all diluted and not much alcohol werent put in them. 5 euro per hour to play biliardo and you have to go to the other side of building at recepcion to pay it. The kindergarden has no air condition. The fontane at kids pools only works 3 hours a day from 11am to 2pm.
If you are a family Please do not go.
Vacation is once a year and its not a joke!!

The reason we picked Raymar Hotel in Manavgat was bcz of its family friendly features. We were 3 separate families with 8-10 children and the experience we had were amazing. Raymar is run by really good people from the owners of the hotel I met by chance, the reception team, the amazing animation team and general service. Special thanks to Serife, the reservation manager, who went over and above making sure we are happy. The hotel has its own access to beach, activities slides, big garden and kids loved it. Above all we also enjoyed delicious food. Thanks to amazing team in Raymar and hope to see you definitely soon again.

"As a mother, I had high hopes for a delightful day at Raymar Hotel Aqua with my family. It pains me to share how let down we all felt. Our excitement was quickly dimmed when we had to wait for an astonishing 40 minutes for the water bubbles, only to discover they had a mere 4 bubbles available for the entire crowd. With so many eager children waiting, it's baffling to me how such a lack of foresight could happen.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps the information center could provide a solution or at least an explanation. Instead, I was met with what felt like utter disregard for our concerns. They merely sent us away without addressing or even acknowledging the problem.
My daughter kept asking why we had to wait so long, and it broke my heart not to have a satisfactory answer for her. I truly feel that families should be warned: you may not get what you've paid for here, and your concerns might go unheard. Please consider other venues for your family outings. I hate to say it, but if I could rate them zero stars, I would. Such a day should be filled with joy, not disappointment."

Raymar Resort & Aqua was a very bad experience, the worst vacation ever!!
The rooms were dirty, terrible smell, dirty towels. The majority of the stuff doesn’t speak English. The hotel has a lot of glass, and even though there is air conditioning in the rooms, the elevators or lobby are terribly hot. The hotel has 11 floors and only 3 elevators. For a family with kids using a baby carriage, the access was very hard, and we needed to wait a lot in the busy hours. The food was bad, low quality; 90% was the same every day. They don't have a baby corner or edible food for babies!!! Horror drinks, very diluted. The a la carte restaurant is also a bad joke. There is no bar at the beach. We were a group of 25, and 20 of us got sick (we were lucky that it was on our last day).
I DON’T RECOMMEND IT!

### Location and Accessibility: 7/10
Situated in Side, Turkey, Rayman and Aqua Resort offers a picturesque setting with a splendid beachfront, though it’s a bit of a trek from Antalya Airport at approximately 1h 15m. While the resort’s beach is commendable, its location warrants a 7/10.
### Accommodations: 3/10
The accommodations provided were subpar. Our room was cramped, further strained by an additional low-quality bed for our child. With no view to boast of and occasional lapses in housekeeping services, it’s a 3/10 for this category.
### Dining and Cuisine: 5/10
The main restaurant struggles with guest capacity during peak hours, leading to a chaotic dining experience. The food quality was mediocre and lacked variety, failing to capture the local cuisine's richness. The a la carte restaurant’s Mexican option was disappointingly inauthentic. However, some main courses were enjoyable. The snack bar and ice cream station were standard, but issues with minibar restocking were noted.
### Entertainment and Activities: 7/10
The resort offers a variety of entertainment options, particularly appealing to children. The kids' club, though seemingly basic, was a hit with our younger family members. Evening entertainment was repetitive but occasionally livened up with acrobat shows, earning a 7/10.
### Pools and Beach Access: 8/10
The resort excels with its extensive swimming pools and enjoyable beach area, despite some crowding. Proximity to the beach could be an issue for some, as it’s a 550m walk from the rooms. Nevertheless, it’s a solid 8/10 in this category.
### Spa and Wellness: Not Evaluated
We opted not to use the spa services due to a persistent sales approach. The gym was found to be lacking in equipment.
### Staff and Service: 6/10
The staff were generally friendly, though language barriers, especially with the waiting staff, made interactions challenging at times. The team appeared overworked, impacting their ability to maintain consistent friendliness.
### Family-Friendliness: 7/10
The resort is very much geared towards families, offering numerous child-friendly activities. However, the variety in meals for young children was limited.
### Sustainability and Environmental Practices: 5/10
Sustainability practices were hard to gauge as a guest, but the visible use of plastic and food wastage were areas of concern.
### Value for Money: 8/10
The resort offers a competitive all-inclusive package, providing good value for money, especially when compared to similar resorts in other European countries.
### Safety and Security: 8/10
Security measures at the resort were reassuring, ensuring a safe environment for guests.
### Internet and Connectivity: 0/10
Internet services were extremely poor, with low speeds and instability, particularly during peak usage times.
### Conclusion: 6/10
Rayman and Aqua Resort provides a satisfactory family holiday experience, boasting fantastic aquatic facilities and a beautiful location. However, improvements are needed in food quality, staff engagement, and internet services. Despite its flaws, the resort leaves a lasting positive impression, particularly for children.
