Lovely apartment, cleaner 6 days out of 7 and they were really friendly. Very receptive reception staff, answered queries and fulfilled requests very quickly. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! Really quiet and peaceful and very close to fabulous restaurants, the Spar shop and the beach. If you just want to chill, this is the place. We'll definitely return to Nautilus.

Nice enough apartment, clean and most of the staff friendly. The apartment had all the basics but was a bit worn and tired. The mattresses seemed very old worn and lumpy and gave us both bad backs. The bedding seemed very old and cheap and the bath towels were thin and not at all absorbent. The most surprising and disappointing thing was having to hire a remote control in order to have air conditioning

Really helpful reception staff, the rooms were cleaned frequently. We had a disabled friend in a wheel chair so the wet room and air mattress were perfect. The kitchen equipment is very basic, but adequate. Fridge/freezer is a good size, there is an onsite lifeguard during the day, towels are changed frequently. They ordered a hire care for us and we're generally extremely helpful at all times. The local shops are adequate for food and supplies. We hired bikes for 10 days at 6 euros a day from down the road. The promenade along the front is perfect for walking/cycling/ wheelchairs.

Came here in Jan 2024. 3 Adults, 2 in our 60s and one in their 80s. Easy to get around, plenty of ramps not that we needed them.
Booked a 2 bedroom apt. self-catering for a week. Very much a relaxing break, getting up late, sitting reading.
The hotel is lovely with the owners art collection on display in reception and sorted around the complex and on the apartments.
My only observation, as with all European holiday apartments, is no mugs or teapots, only cups and saucers. Easily remedied and we take home some gifts for friends/family. And, surprisingly, no corkscrew ! The friendly helpful reception staff supplied one without any fuss.
A short walk (no more than 5 mins) down to the beach, Europe's longest promenade and the local commercial centre. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and 2 supermarkets. A 15min stroll towards Puerto del Carmen brings you to more restaurants.

Nice and quiet apartments, well equipped with mod cons for able and wheelchair users, beautiful grounds, very clean. Art decor throughout. Staff very kind and obliging. Only 5 minute walk to waterfront/beach, local shops, bars & restaurants.
