The hotel is very beautiful both inside and outside. I got a view from the window of the sea and mountains, soooo amazing !
The service doesn't deserve 5 stars... but much more!!! Very pleasant and caring waiters, house keeping, reception. Special thanks to the animators! They always tried to cheer up the guests , talk to everyone, dance, make parties. 🎉
On your birthday, you can get a cake and a loud greeting from them during a hotel party.
There is a lot of food and almost everything is delicious 😄
Rooms and everything in the hotel are clean🫧
If it comes to beach it is not thats good how I expected, but not a big problem, if you want to rest there it will be enough for you😊
No children in the hotel 😍
I highly recommend visiting this place 🌊👏🏻

Metin bey so lovely, super professional made our holiday. Dio is the best one ever. Just follow him everytime in hotel. If you want real entertainment just move with him.
Rocko friendly and professional. Metin bey made our holiday completely he should be promoted to manager, Erol is very polite, good service. Razavan is so amazing, humorous and hilarious. Sefa so adorable with his eyebrows.

Overall a good place to stay for a one week vacation. Clean and spacious rooms with beautiful views ( side sea view to Alanya side). Reception staff was professional and helpful. There were almost every day a surprise from cleaning staff- different kind on animals made from towels and flowers on the bed in our room. Food was good and varied.
We stayed there at the beginning of November and due to the end of the season and the fact that the hotel would be closed soon, you could feel some tiredness vibes. For example on one night at the dinner, witch had a end time at 20:30 the staff turned off all the lights in dining area, regardless to the fact that there were still many diners, and the dinner continiued with the lights of the phones. Silent pool had a self-service bar for a few days( I think 😀) cause there were no staff, but also no sign that it not allowed to serve yourself. After few days they removed the drinks from there.
The beach area of the hotel would need some furniture update, old and bit dirty charis, torned flags with Hotel logos on.
The beach was 5 minutes walk away, also there were a shuttle bus to the beach after every hour. If you are looking for a hotell near the shopping area, I would not recommend this hotel. Drive to the city center by taxy cost 10€, but you could always use local buses (18TL dicket). If you are looking for a hotel to have a good time, drink, dance and sunbathe, it's a pretty good hotel to choose.

We stayed here for 7 nights, today is our last day.
Set up with the busy pool and the quiet pool was good.
Five minute walk to beach. Beach bar was amazing, we preferred lunch here than at the hotel! Beach was okay and bit rocky but not end of the world.
Staff very helpful and polite - spa especially - we had two visits during our stay and the service (and reasonable price) would make it one of the highlights!
Negatives would be: didn’t sleep great as our double bed was two singles pushed together so there was a gap that we kept falling down during night, only provide a very thin blanket that’s more like a towel not very comfy so we requested a second one. Quite nosiy at night not very soundproof walls/sliding door to balcony. Food wasn’t great we found they cater more towards Eastern European diet and food wasn’t labelled well which made it very difficult for vegetarian diet, just ate rice salad and chips for the week really. Not much Turkish food to try.
Quite far from town but we payed £7 for a taxi or the dolmas is £1 per person each way.
Found a lot of previous reviews quite harsh though, I was slightly concerned after reading them but hotel is clean (wonderful cleaning staff) and we had a good holiday. Good value considering how much we paid.

We loved this! Beginning of november, almost no tourists, but still nice and warm. Big rooms, very clean and nice all over!
