The hotel location is fine, staff are OK, the bar staff amazing. Rooms require to be upgraded, lights on the outside stairs requires to be automatic or human sensor to light up at night. Don't book a late flight because you will be charged £50 to use the room till 4pm. The food not much of a variety and not tasty as well.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! We can’t wait to come back, the stay has been amazing. I have came in holiday with my 2 kids and they have had the best time, the entertainment was non stop always something to do. The beach a 5 min walk from the hotel and the bus just outside. The best part? The unlimited food and drink!!!! Already looking for holidays here next year xx

Just got back from a week here with a 12 year old, 7 year old , 1 year old.
There are mixed reviews on here but I can only go of our experience, the staff were extremely helpful, always on hand and when you needed a taxi would ring one for you, the food was hit and miss but we are fussy eaters, the kids always had plenty of food to eat, the food we did eat however was nice and freshly made, the snack bar which was open most of the day also had nice food. The entertainment was great each night, plenty of things for the kids to do, also clubs and play area for the youngest.
Minor issues we had were the lifts could be frustrating but we were on the 20th floor, the longest we waited for a lift in the morning was 30 minutes, from dinner time onwards it was fine, the hotel is situated 10 minute drive from benidorm and most places we visited..
I think overall each person's experience is different.. us however with the 3kids of different ages had a great week!! Such a lovely hotel with nice people and lovely views. I do recommend making sure you have the hotel app downloaded to book the gaming experience and Italian restaurant.

If you fancy a holiday where you are kept up til midnight, woken again early doors and inbetween times fighting for the bathroom, then this is the place for you!
Here's why...
Accommodation/hotel areas
Needing repairs. Cracked tiles or missing altogether, banisters swinging in halls so are dangerous, doors chipped and scratched, poor lighting in bathroom, no lights on balcony and most stairwells so sitting in dark in evening, dangerous using stairs at night, but lifts take sooo long. Tv over pool has damage so large chunks missing (football fans will get it)
Food: varies, some very nice and themes each night are good but theres some food that is very poor (overcooked, sloppy or just taste unpleasant). Few occasions of meat being served raw, contaminating whole plates of food. Often no cups so started taking the ones we had to pay for. Alternative is to use wine glasses which is not ideal for children.
Drinks: be prepared to give kids the same 3 drinks over and over as tap water is a no no. Adults have better variety if you drink alcohol. Otherwise is same as kids or hot drinks.
Pool: absolutely freezing and unclean. Bird poo and leaves everywhere. Did ask how it is maintained but was told experts clean it, clearly not.
Cleaning service: very poor. Rubbish cans lay in hallway for 3 days - question how thorough the place is cleaned. Start cleaning before 7, bashing brush off skirtings, dragging beds about. Also leave bags of dirty sheets and pillows in hallways for days. Including ours which were covered in vomit.
Virus: as far as i can tell, the pool is the culprit. Both days (days apart) we swam in pool all ended up with d+v. Hotel did offer to get a doctor (at our insurance expense) Doctor not needed as nothing can be taken so left to deal with children unwell, limited supplies and cleaning service (if you pushed for it tho)
Entertainment: changed every night, mini disco for kids at 7, but after at 9pm not always engaging for younger ones. Continues to 11:30pm every night. Then staff start banging chairs and table about. Unfortunately we had a room overlooking the pool/stage so forced to listen to the very loud entertainment every single night. I resorted to ear plugs to try get a decent sleep.
Softplay is much smaller than indicated, same with climbing wall. Its fine but not as advertised. Flumes arent as they appear either although kids enjoyed them.
Very much a 2* you travel a distance for and come away wondering why you spent all that money.
4 days out of 7 ill, unable to go down to restaurants for any sort of snack/drink so bought from local shop.
Please avoid this hotel. Management dont care one bit and staff are as miserable as the guests.
Save your money and book something else that you will enjoy and not risk your health.

DO NOT visit as this hotel is not safe! Currently still on holiday at this hotel and 2 nights in a row things like mini milk cartons, spoons, water and ice have all been thrown from high up balconies (level 15 or above). Reported this to security 4 times after 2 cases of objects nearly hitting babies in prams (my 5 month old and friends 1 year old) to be told that the signs on the balconies that say "CCTV in operation" are just for prevention, there isn't actually any CCTV for this and basically not much they can do about it.
Room cleaning is not great, basically just make the beds and haven't changed the sheets and on 1 occasion our bin hasn't been emptied, they give you amenities like a cooker, microwave ect but no utensils to use these amenities. Safe is available for €50.
The pool was far too cold, kids only managed to get in for 5 minutes before coming out with their lips and noses turning blue which is a shame as it looks like it could make for a good day of entertainment. And the food is hit or miss really, most of it is cold by the time you get back to your table and I really wouldn't recommend the ribs, they were not cooked to a safe standard and were still bleeding which put me off the restaurant for the majority of my stay.
Also waiting for a lift is like waiting for a bus in the UK, you wait 20-45 minutes and 3 come at once, providing they aren't out of service or have people stuck in them with the alarms going off.
Location is good with plenty of little shops and cafes nearby and a regular bus service into Benidorm which is also only a 15 minute walk away. The entertainment is good and the kids enjoyed it and while the staff are all mostly helpful and kind and try their best (shout out to Oscar and Claudia who have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable) these 3 good points don't make up for the lack of safety concerns, hygiene or general running of the hotel.
