Just back from 12 nights at Revoli, fantastic stay, rooms very clean, we had everything we needed, even a hairdryer in bathroom. Iron and ironing board, and good kitchen facilities. We stayed in room 429, lovely view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly, from the lifeguard, bar staff, reception staff and housekeeping. My daughter had her birthday there and got a lovely bottle of wine left in the room. Around 10 minutes walk down to the beach and commercial centre, walked back up the hill a few times, otherwise taxi was 4 euros.
We loved the pool and were in there almost every day. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

Constant noise (music) no matter where you are. Previous comments about noise are obviously ignored. Reminds me of those tacky low quality night clubs thinking they are great because they turn the volume up to 11. It's a shame really. Saying that, it's a shame about Puerto Rico as a whole. I can totally understand the beach vendors protest banners about lack of investment. Example being the skating rink path down from the hotel which claims weekly broken bones victims. It shows throughout the resort. I don't expect us to return and we are in double digits for holidays here. Time to find a better quality hotel, resort and Country to spend our hard earned. Hasta luego Puerto Rico 👋

We're just back from a wonderful week at the Revoli. The pool is amazing for adults and kids, and there is a dedicated baby pool for the smaller ones, which is considerably warmer, so absolutely perfect. The apartments themselves are great. Everything you need is in the apartment, and they are clean and modern. We even had a freezing cold bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived late, which was a welcome sight. The beds are so comfortable, and were a god send for my bad back. The restaurant has a small but delicious menu with burgers, pizzas, salads, and the nicest fries I've had in a long time, so crispy and roasting hot every time. The main menu ends at around 6pm when the pool shuts, however they do pizza and fries after this until 8pm(ish), which are also available for takeaway.
The staff are what makes this venue truly special. The reception staff always have a friendly word whenever you walk by, the bar staff are friendly and interact with the kids at every opportunity, the housekeeping staff are so sweet and stopped to chat every time they saw us, and the lifeguard is a big character, who never seemed to stop smiling! There was a standout star at Revoli though, and that was Fabian, the entertainer. He is so friendly, energetic and enthusiastic. He was amazing with all of the kids and adults, hosted various kinds of entertainment for guests of all ages, and he and my 13 year old son developed somewhat of a bro-mance. By the end of our stay, we felt like friends of his, so sought him out to say bye and thank you, and we learned a bit about his family and what brought him to the Revoli. Honestly, just a genuinely lovely guy, and we hope Revoli see what a gem they have there.
We will 100% be back with our family. Nothing was too much for the staff, and we felt relaxed, safe, and looked after.
The icing on the cake was the late checkout. Our flight out was late, and for €40 we were able to keep our apartment until 6 pm, which was incredibly helpful.
If you're questioning whether or not you should stay at the Revoli Playa Apartments, stop and just book it, you won't be disappointed.
It is around a 5 minute walk up a pretty steep hill, but we made it a fun challenge, however, if hills aren't your thing, you can get a local taxi to the front door for around €3.50 from the shopping centre.
Also, don't forget about the onsite supermarket, which opens from 8am-7pm every day, and they have a pretty comprehensive stock of food items, drinks, cigarettes, pool inflatables, and even swimwear. Get the lift to floor zero, then turn right and walk around 30 seconds and you're there.

Iwe are at Revoli apartments now. Rooms are lovely however we were put directly above snack bar so asked to be moved from the minute we got in room we were told if not happy to go home. I phoned Tui Rep who phoned the apartments which we were then moved. Later that day I ordered a takeaway chicken to which we were told listen for the bell when it was cooked considering we were at the top end of the pool bathing.. unfortunarely we did not hear the bell which was rang 3times probably because of the distance and music playing and people talking. When I went to collect chicken I was told he did not have as we did not turn up when the bell went. Then the guy went away came back said it would be 10 minutes. For another. I then realised they were reheating the chicken as anyone would know you do not do for salmonella food poisoning. My friend then went to try and rectify this to be told 70 minutes. I then got the chicken after 10mins reheated and when opened the foil it was burnt and overcooked. I took this back down for a refund which I got and money returned without any apology.
A bit of advise for Revoli apartments if you are to take order for a takeaway chicken take room number and name if person does not here the bell take chicken to room. NEVER REHEAT..... if was cooled down would still be edible.

We booked a one room apartment but got a three bedroom apartment, which was a surprise. Facilities a bit old, parts of doors and walls were broken but not a big deal. Swimming pool looked smaller than it was on the photo. There were supermarkets, restaurants, playground inside the hotel but we didnt use much. You got everything you needed. Location was ok, 15 min walk to the center or the beach, but a lot of exercise because the hotel is on the higher ground. all in all good value.
