First of all, hello everyone. I came to this hotel for the second time and I came before the corona virus in 2019. I have to say and I say this in all sincerity: your hotel is in a very bad condition from my previous visit, especially the bar by the children's pool is in a disgraceful state. Cleanliness is zero. Those who cook, unfortunately, have no desire. The oil is very dirty even though I look from afar. Workers are unhappy. Of course, this is not caused by the workers, those at the top should ensure that people work in better conditions, so this is not a situation arising from the employees. Drinks don't taste very good, I got sick from Ice Creams twice. You have to give ready-made ice cream as before. People don't have to wait there for minutes. The rooms weren't cleaned at all, even though I told them to go under the bed. Cleaning by the pool is not at the desired level. Also, I would like to share that, unfortunately, one child had pooped in the children's pool. Even though I warned all the employees and then I warned the reception, no cleaning was done. I warned people as much as I could, but unfortunately the management is very bad... I congratulate the kitchen staff, the food was very tasty. The animations were so bad this time!!! The elevators are unbelievably hot, the ventilation is not working. If you know how to take the money from the people who come, do not forget that you have to host these people in the best possible way. There is no such service industry. the toilets that everyone uses together are disgusting and there is no necessary ventilation. The television in the room does not work, so the picture is very bad. It's as if the top level is not a job for anyone to do these things. I think they should go for a job they know. The things I will say, I hope you can come up with things to improve yourself a little more?
90% of those who come to the hotel this year will not come to this hotel again. I know this is the common opinion of many people including me. Unfortunately it didn't turn out as I hoped or like the previous one!! Best regards to the employees,

Had a lovely holiday here in Sept 23. Lots for the kids to do in the water and on the slides. The kids clubs are for 4-10yrs, provided lots of entertainment for the smaller children. Plenty of sun beds at the pool and on the beach. Plenty of places and range of times to eat around the hotel complex. The family room was spacious plenty of wardrobe space, separate toilet and shower rooms. Air con, cleaning, balcony big enough to sit out on. Various activities on throughout the day volleyball on the beach, water polo in pool. Aquafit. All f & b was good and no stomach bugs etc. Brilliant weather wall to wall sunshine from 7to 7pm.
The kids had a great time parasailing and water sports on the beach. This is all payable.

Just returned and here’s my honest review:
Hotel itself is very nice. They have an abundance of pools and the kids pool is very good with good water features and slides.
Rooms: we had a family room at the very back of the hotel and it was convenient for us as it was a short walk from the kids pool. The room itself was spacious with 2 rooms and a balcony. The AC made us all poorly with sore throats so we decided to keep it off. Requested a fan instead but reception never seemed to understand and after asking multiple times and not getting the fan sent to the room I gave up.
Food: Looks good, tastes terrible. Wide selection of salads was ok, the meats were bland and not tasty at all. One evening they had grilled chicken which was nice but other than this we pretty much ate out most evenings.
I was really disappointed that there was no option to get food near the pools. Normally when your all inclusive hotels provide options for food poolside. Here we had to walk 10 minutes to the beachside restaurant to get food. Again it was very basic and bland and not nice at all.
WiFi: charged us 23€ at checkout. Told them I have not ordered the extra days but they refused us any help and charged us £23€. Worst WiFi keeps disconnecting after every few minutes. Save your money and buy a SIM card from one of the shops outside
Personally I would not stay at the hotel again but if I had to then just pay for the room and eat out as there are many restaurants outside the hotel that did some nice food.

The hotel is solid. the rooms in the new buildings are nice and spacious. purity 3+. The aqua park was ok. the children were disappointed because ice cream was only served for two hours during the day and there were huge crowds. deckchairs are a problem, if you don't get up at 5.45 most likely you won't find a place by the pool. The food was good but monotonous. The same dishes were served every day. there is a part within the hotel that is paid for with ice creams and cocktails, also children's activities after dinner are paid for at €5. We were not lucky, there were waves for 10 days and they brought a lot of dirt, so the sea was extremely dirty.
