Checked out early from this hotel because the rooms are just not up to the Hilton standard. The location is wonderful and did not have a problem with service. I was not charged to leave early as I left before 11am. The rooms have the carpet, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, and the towels were rough. I wouldn’t stay here again, but everything but the rooms were great. The lobby is deceiving and that’s where the money went. Supposedly the top few floors are renovated, but that’s neither here nor there. Front desk staff was great and the pool is wonderful. Valet was great too.

The room and hallways had a strange odor. Couldn’t figure out if it was smoke, mold and/or cleaning products trying to mask it, but didn’t work. The rooms were very dated and didn’t have updated charging capabilities for our phones. Come on…..It’s 2024!
There was one outlet on a lamp on the night stand and our chargers kept falling out. The walls looked like they need to be painted or redone. They had some kind of stains on them. Looked like water damage.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lobby was clean and bright. Nice little grab and go coffee and cafe. The location to Disney Spring was great. Would not stay here again until the rooms are upgraded. This is not up to Hilton standards.

I see another review from recent that said the rooms were not up to Hilton standard and i completely agree. They had so much “quick fix” repairs everywhere, my sisters mini fridge door literally fell off the hinges and it was very disappointing inside the rooms. This was on first and second floor. The location is wonderful though and the service was great. The towels were rough. Everything but the rooms were great. The lobby is deceiving and that’s where the money went. The pool was beautiful too. Rooms were so disappointing. I’d still probably stay here but for what I paid I expected more.

Overall a very pleasant experience and an excellent location. This was our first time staying off-property as we had a large group of 11 people and waited until the last second to book lodging. The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs was a great find, however, and the location near Disney Springs was hard to beat. For people staying for its proximity to transportation, however, note that Disney Springs has no direct transportation to the parks. This should NOT deter you from staying here, however, as the Disney Resort Saratoga Springs has a shuttle stop just as close as the Disney Springs shuttle stop and it goes to all the parks (and is rarely busy). Furthermore, there are all kinds of fun creative ways to get to the parks using the resort buses (like the bus to the nearby Riviera Hotel followed by an easy Sky Liner ride to Epcot or Hollywood Studios). Aside from transportation, the rooms were great and really liked our Hilton Honors free upgrade to a Murphy Bed Salon Suite (thanks Xavier for the help!). The Marketplace downstairs served Starbucks coffee, the pools were nice as were the two hot tubs, and scheduling shuttle service to the parks was exceptionally easy. My wife and I discussed and we’d be hard pressed to find any real complaints. It may be impossible to match the magic of staying at a higher end Disney Resort, but the Hilton did an excellent job of coming close.

The rooms are clean and current. Front desk is nice and helpful. Pools are large and two hot tubes. Plenty of parking in the rear of building. Shuttle to the parks are easy access. More food choices and thicker towels and better room lighting (night lites at best with all lights on) on would be an improvement. Pool towels are twice as thick as room towels. It’s a great location to the parks and Disney springs
