If you want to have good holidays i strongly recommend to pass this hotel, because the service and the room really poor quality here. Additionally you need to pay for air condition 9 euro per night, the manager of this hotel such an impolite person, hotel not respect quests. If you have complain they do not care. Also if you want beach towel you need to leave deposit 20 euro per person and need to pay once 3 euro for them cleaning, which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, when you want to pay by card they saying better with cash and pushing you. What can i say the best part barmen and room cleaners nothing else.

I stayed here with family about 3 weeks ago. The hotel itself is nice, especially the reception area. The room was an OK size but the bed was so hard it almost felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
The breakfast was the same thing everyday and not much variety, the dinners were different every night, we stayed 1 week and I only enjoyed about 2 dinners. However Anastasia was so lovely, helpful and polite. The dinner host was always moody and she wasn't very nice you could tell she didn't want to be there.
Giorgo was so sweet and also very polite, we bonded over X-men, he is the best front of house in the hotel.
The bar man Christopher was the rudest, angriest person I've ever met working in hospitality. I've been to quite a few countries and I have never experienced such an a-hole as him, he is the epitome of rude and arrogant!! He is everything you should not be in his line of work.
The day manager is condescending and allows her staff to shout at her infront of guests which is very unprofessional. Some of them lie and she sides with them without finding out what happened first. It's such a shame a handful of people can be so vile and bring the hotel down.
There is not much to do near the hotel at all, I'd recommend renting a car because the bus is soooo long and always late and you will get to see more.

The hotel itself is quite good, dinners are different every day, tasty, breakfasts are the same every day and you can see that they are prepared for guests from England. Hotel service is one big drama! Very rude and unhelpful, they pick on everything, you can't have your own drink at the pool, they pay attention in a very unpleasant way. When we asked for glasses to drink a drink in the room, there was a huge problem, we got plastic, moldy cups. The wind blew our things on the grass in front of the hotel, when we wanted to go get them, the staff yelled at us, and they also did not offer any help on how we can get there. The only nice person in the hotel is the cook, a really nice man. Bans and nothing else. The only nice people were the gentleman at the reception, the lady collecting the plates in the canteen and the cook. The older bartender and probably the manager, an old lady with glasses, could only pay attention and shout. Very rude people. The hotel is focused only on money, certainly not on the well-being of guests and their pleasant stay in the hotel. You have to pay extra for everything, a towel for a deckchair, air conditioning, drinking with dinner, absurd! It is best to treat the hotel as an exhibition in a museum, do not touch anything, just sit in the room. Everything must be under the ruler and commands of the old lady from the service To sum up, some people can drink their drink by the pool and the attention is not paid to them, others can not drink their drink, because immediately the staff shouts at them. The people who work here are very messy and rude. The only place you can drink your own drink is in your room. The hotel disappointed me a lot.

I start to speak from the fact that I have booked a superior double room and they sent us to another hotel across the street to sleep all four nights without even listening to our disappoint.. then I have to add that we didn’t liked the breakfast that much because there wasn’t so many choice. Plus, the hotel was pretty far from the center and all the most beautiful places of the Island.

Very disappointed about the hotel and the staff. The staff very rude with us, big lier and the manager doesn’t have any respect for the customers, shouting and threatening us she will get us out. She doesn’t listen when we try to talk , also the food was so limited and very salty and no taste and even we can’t t stay all together at table at meal time. I not recommend at all this hotel. The only one who was very nice with us and smiling and try to help us was George from the reception, he is a model of a staff.
