Really nice hotel and restaurant. We're dubious about our visit after reading reviews elsewhere, but the hotel is good value and the food is good. The alcohol is below average but the pools and bars are nice. The food was really tasty and changed daily, especially good was the mixed grill from the BBQ. We had a lovely week here. It's very close to the airport, and Rhodes old town is less than 30 minutes on the bus. The staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. No complaints from us.

We don't typically bother writing reviews (in fact, this is our first, ever), but our family's experience at Filerimos Village Hotel has been such a great one, and so different from some of the other comments that have been made here, that we thought we'd make an exception as a token of thanks to this great place. We spent a week here with a family of 5 (3 young children, including a baby) in early May 2024 and are seriously considering returning for the summer. The facilities are great value for money (much better than what the price range might suggest), i.e. family rooms, pools, slides, sun beds, restaurants, food, etc. all perfectly adequate. The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained and the entire premises is just very spacious without being overwhelming, truly like a little village. However, what really stood out for us as exceptional was the staff. From the reception desk to the cleaning staff, the main restaurant to the pool bar and the life guards to the entertainment team, everyone was always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. While we particularly enjoyed Claudiu's sporting lessons, our kids mostly loved the mini disco energetically led by Igor every evening, the kids club run by Camelia and the Waterpark supervised by Enzo (crystal clear water by the way). Finally, we all loved the food, smiles and high fives at the main restaurant from Weda and all of her kind colleagues. Our room was cleaned just fine every day and our occasional additional request for a baby cot, a band aid or an extra towl was met forthwith without any of the sighs or exasperation mentioned elsewhere on here. If you're the type that enjoys golden taps and Wagyu steak on your vacation that's just fine but there are probably better places for you to go. However, if you're looking for a great family holiday with friendly faces all around that is highly comfortable and affordable to boot, we suggest you look no further. Pic attached is the night time view from our family room's balcony. Note we don't own any stock in this place, and this review is fully unpaid, in contrast to our stay, for which we are very happy to have paid full price. To us, it was worth every penny!

The hotel doesn't deserve for 4 stars. It should be 3, maybe 3,5 no more. What is ok You can see on the photos but I would like to focus what was not ok:
* First two nights in room there weren't warm water, so we had to take cold bath. You could image cold bath for one year child.
* The condition of the bath, the photo says everything. Disgusting.
* Aquapark didn't work, it was closed.

A little disappointed by our stay. It was great for sleeping and eating but nothing else. We ended up hiring a rental car for the week just so we could explore and go somewhere where there were beds to lounge on.
The location isn’t the best location and can only assume this is why it wasn’t so expensive. However, for the price we did pay we would expect the hotel to have enough sun loungers for people to enjoy the pools. There were little and the few they do have get taken to other guests rooms (bungalows next to pool) overnight so when you come to the pool early (before 6am) there are no beds. The hotel was dirty and the pool sides were grimy.
Staff were polite but when asked if we could have an ash tray or a clean towels we were told they would get someone to bring them to our rooms and they never turned up. The housekeeping staff do little in the rooms and the floors are filthy as well as the bathrooms.
I’d also check when booking that the checking in times are correct ours said 2pm but when we arrived we were told 3pm and then had to wait an extra hour as the room still wasn’t ready. The rooms are basic but spacious (main part of the hotel) I’ve heard great things about the bungalows.
The all inclusive was good but ended up eating out during the day due to no availability next to the pool so going elsewhere.

Disappointed. Hotel is definitely not 4 stars. 2 star at the most.
Pros: Room was good quite modern and air con worked well, rooms cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and worked hard, beautiful landscaping. Great bar by the main entrance ran by Abraham who was very friendly although you had to pay for the drinks from this bar and it wasn’t cheap
There was a small games room with pool tables and arcade type machines which again you had to pay for
There is a bus stop outside the front of hotel where we were able to travel to Rhodes main town which was a great day out. At the front of the hotel is a great little shop selling snacks etc. There is a pebbled beach near by to the hotel which is around a 15 minute walk with restaurants near by.
Cons: all inclusive very poor. Food and drink served in dining hall really poor sometimes inedible, drinks not great either. Water machine hardly stocked ended up buying bottled water from onsite shop everyday. Only one bar out of the 4 open on the complex were included in the all inclusive and the queue was ridiculous. Hotel entertainment for kids was non existent other than one man doing it all. Hotel really understaffed. But most importantly the plumbing situation in the rooms: no hot water for the length of our stay and no water at all for two days of our trip!!
It was really difficult to get a sunbed around the pool had to resort to going to the pool at 5am one morning just to try and get one
Hotels pools and the areas around them are not cleaned properly, really dirty and we actually fell ill with suspected parasite from the water
Needless to say we won’t be returning
