We had some problems with the hot water in the shower, after complaining to the reception it was fixed. The food is ok, no more than that, but overall it's a nice hotel

The resort is simply stunning!
Three lovely pools, a lovely view of the sea.
Our room was nice, the door is actually a big sliding window it was a little less comfortable but not that bad. Breakfast and dinner are excellent! Every day there is a different menu - one day there was a Mexican menu, then Italian and then excellent fish prepared on the spot.
I highly recommend the hotel, it is two kilometers from Chorsonissos so it is very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city

I'll begin with the good parts. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you! They worked really hard to make it a pleasant experience. We got a free upgrade for our room, which was really nice. The food was delicious and plentiful. And the resort is located very close to the village where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Now to the less ideal parts. The beaches are 20 or so minutes from the resort. Not the resort's fault, but something to keep in mind. Our room was musty and dark, and didn't really look like a 5 star room. It was also loud, so we couldn't really sleep with the window open, which, considering the heat, was inconvenient.
All in all, it was a mixed bag. While the accommodation itself was nothing to write home about, the people were great, and definitely made it a better experience.

Overall a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, not annoying. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful. There are several pools and they are not very crowded.
The rooms are clean, there are additional creams and hygiene products. We had a room with a private pool - very cool, the pool is refreshing.
The location of the hotel is a small town 15 minutes from the beach. A very atmospheric village - with a large number of restaurants of Greek and European cuisine.
