It was such an amazing experience staying at this resort. This atmosphere in every part of this property takes you back in time to the beginning of Disney. With that being said, the rooms are the same style but newly updated while keeping with the style. You’re located right on the lake, directly across from Magic Kingdom, so you have endless beautiful views from any of the buildings on the resort. The cast members are all super friendly and helpful for anything you could need. They have a few different food options from casual quick dining, to more fancy sit down dining and even a nice bar on the second floor of the main building.

Oh my god, honestly no words for this place but I have to review. It’s the best ( in my opinion) Disney resort out there from someone who has visited a good amount of times. Everything is always clean, and nice, and the staff are wonderful, and the monorail passes through and even the boat. There’s also a water slide lots of people miss for resort members only. It’s to the left of the pool, about a minute or two walk there. Overall, amazing resort.

Convenient monorail to the parks is a big bonus.
The light show on the water was visible from our patio! Amazing view!

Fantastic resort. We stayed in the club level. The concierge service is fantastic. The food is great. Soda water and beer is included with the suites. The people are so friendly and helpful. 4 restaurants on site. 2 pools and fireworks every night you can see from magic kingdom. Worth every penny.

While I think the Yacht and Beach Club tops the Grand Floridian for luxury, we really do love it here. I’ve stayed several times in varying room levels. Honestly there’s not a bad room in the place. The water views are amazing, of course, but the resort is so pretty all the views are iconic.
One of the best features is the ease of transportation. You’ve got the monorail, the boats, everything you need. It does suck in the mornings being the last stop on the monorail but it works out okay.
We also love most of the restraints right on site. We barely leave. 1900 Park Fare is great. Narcoossees is a personal fave. The Beauty and the Beast bar, it’s perfect. And if bored we hop the boat to the Polynesian and go to Trader Sam’s or Kona Cafe.
The pools are spotless, the lobby is stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. It really is a great place to stay.
