So, where should I start?
I arrived a few days ago and so far it’s been amazing. I’m solo traveller and in the beginning the receptionist was very understandable with my room request and she did adjustment so I would feel comfortable with my room location, so therefore in the beginning, I felt very safe and very taking care of. The hotel is nice/room are nice. Both pool areas are amazing and the services from bar/ restaurant + house keepers side is first class, at least from my opinion. Everybody is so friendly here.
And yes there might be some outdoor noises, but it will start going down after 11 pm.
I will be coming back next year and next time I will choose unique definitely!

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. I want to mention Sabrina who served us our breakfast in the mornings. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes and also vegan options like soy milk for the Cappuccino. Also the staff from reception helped us with all questions. Every evening talented live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot!
The hotel is modern & clean, the location is really good - the beach is just across the streets.

I absolutely love this hotel.
Breakfast is fresh and really tasty. Besides the cold dishes you can order lots of eggs, sandwiches etc. which is freshly prepared for you. If you can go for the UNIQUE experience, then DO IT. You won’t regret it!!! The breakfast area is sooo beautiful and calming and it’s separated from the other hotel guests… so you don’t have to worry about a table. You will always find space at this stunning terrace with amazing view. You will enjoy some really nice extras if you book the “unique” experience. The hotel staff is sooo friendly and welcoming. Location and view is stunning. Honestly we walked around the whole city, you won’t find a better option than this hotel 🫶🏼

This is a lovely hotel, the rooms are lovely, I stayed in (still here) 1020 and it is decorated very nice, there is nothing I can fault with the room at all. I am in the room by myself so I would say if there were 2 people I would want a proper beside table with drawers instead of the table that is currently in there.
The balcony is smaller than I thought for superior though it does have a lovely view, you don't get sun on it until around 2.00pm and then only for a couple of hours (you can get one leg and arm done) , so if you are wanting to sunbathe on your balcony you need to check you book the right one, think those rooms belong the the orange towel brigade as we called them from the exclusive club so you will probably pay extra for them.
The staff are fabulous, all are very helpful and can't do enough for you. Check in was great and our rooms were changed so we could be next door to each other
We just booked B&B so can only comment on the breakfast which was extensive and lots of choice, probably a little too much choice as was difficult to decide what to have. We only used the bottom pool snack bar and I didn't really like what was on offer so I'm glad I didn't go all inclusive.
There are lots of little nooks and cranies with sun beds in them not just by the pool, some are just for the Orange brigade but some are open to other guests too.
There are plenty of sunbeds, though the large bottom pool gets very busy and you are laid a little closer to people than I'd like, so pick your choice wisely. The orange brigade lose their sun before the bottom pool so they all come down there and gets extremely busy then.
My only negative thing about the hotel is it doesn't have a specific identity, in that is it like a vibe hotel, or a spa hotel or an every day hotel. It seems to try to be all and it doesn't always work. For instance it's a very mixed crowd of people but I would say there are more over 50's than younger (at the moment) but they had a DJ with his dec around the pool and it started ok with music left playing which was 80's vibe, then he got his headphones on and I think he thought he was in Ibiza and cleared the pool area, when they say read the room...read the pool 😊. They had pool bikes, which again didn't really go down well with the who was there. The exclusive areas are ok but not sure I'd pay more for what you get unless it's top wack to get a comfy sunbed (the others are the most uncomfortable bed I've been on).
To sum up, great hotel, in a great spot across from the shopping centre with all the bars and restaurants and the beach, isn't too noisy at night and what there is, is finished by midnight and the doors have very good soundproofing anyway. I'd definitely come again and although we upgraded id upgrade further if they had a good deal on, not sure worth it if not. Stop with the music around the pool and let people listen to their own music or bathe in peace 😊

In many respects the hotel was very good. However, there were some small niggles that in a four star hotel shouldn’t have arisen. No spoons! At each meal we had to chase around trying to locate some and they were very difficult to find.. When I mentioned it to the restaurant manager he said, ‘Ask a waitress’. Surely the table should have been laid with them in the first place? Tinned fruit! Four star hotel should have provided all fresh fruit. No thermostat on the shower. Our experience was that the water could suddenly turn cold or very hot. A minor irritation was no milk in the rooms - maybe a cultural thing but in a four star hotel I would expect this to be provided. My only other minor gripe was when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t rude exactly but his attitude wasn’t friendly and helpful. We almost had to prove we booked our room.
