Really nice family vacation with 2 and 6 year old kids at this cozy hotel. Looked for resort with a lot to do for kids, easy all-inclusive with good pool area.
Room was spacious, cleaning worked well, staff were friendly everywhere to make us feel comfortable. Animation team hosts were really fun and professional. We found tasty options for every meal.
People tend to find something to nag just for the sake of nagging, but especially from value against money point of view this was excellent experience.
Waterpark for kids was blockbuster. Beachvolley court was next to it and games were organised daily. Also tennis court, basketball and football was available.

We spent the 4th time our vacation in Atrium hotel and we enjoyed it very much. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Our room was big enough and a balcony as well. The hotel restaurant has this year new furniture, what looks very fresh and nice. Restaurant manager (Kamil) did his work very well and professional, strictly following the rules. He always was available, he always talked friendly to the guests and gave good advise in case, when somebody asked for.

I'll start with the hotel itself, it looks nice and would appear to of just been refurbished.
Photographer, he waits outside the restaurant, this guy is a hussler he will take photos before you can say no then try and charge you lots of cash in the morning, he had printed photos of my kids which I wasn't happy with so I had to buy them all. Roughly 7 euros per photo and he had 8 of us.
The room is really nice and clean, we have a junior suite, my only issue is we had the room above the bar and whilst most rooms have a balcony ours is accessible to all and guests just walk on it for photos etc. For the money i would of liked it to be slightly more exclusive.
The food is really good and varies daily, good options for kids, chips, nuggets, pasta. The staff are amazing in here and will get you whatever you need.
The bar is very good sometimes you get the wrong drink but it's not really a big deal. They do work really hard and it is more than likely just a language barrier.
Entertainment, the animation team are great slightly repetitive but the kids love it and they have something on nearly all day.
They have 4 pools in total and the deepest is 9 ft so be careful! The splash pool for kids is great water is only on for 2 block periods in the day but can be used outside those times.
There are plenty of sunbeds and never really an issue getting one. Our last few days were frustrating as a party of 13 would take lots of the beds and only occupy them for short periods of time. (British)
Shuttle, the shuttle bus is a great touch and I would recommend using it to get to and from town. Timings will be given to you on arrival. It was full once and another hotel shuttle let us get on which was nice.
Overall great stay and I would definitely come back.

The worst stay I’ve had.
Receptionist named Sophie (middle aged, black haired lady, spoke German, Polish, Greek and English) told us she’s book us a bus transfer back to the airport. She said we had to pay €50 overall, €20 at reception and €30 on the coach. We said that’s fine. We got to the coach and they asked us for €50, we explained to the coach driver the situation and they phoned the reception of our hotel and she denied we have her the money. We only had €40 euro of cash on us and was close to being left stranded. The mini bus driver of our hotel who took us to the big coach gave us the €10 we didn’t have and said ‘I’ll go back and get the €20 of Sophie for myself, this isn’t the first time she’s done this’. Completely ruined our final part of the holiday just due to the principle of the act as it could have been more than €20!
On top of that, the food was not the best, the hotel was closing the day after we went home until February. The food was stale and being reheated for lunch & dinner, including the pork, pasta, rice, soup etc. There was only the same 4/5 options every night. We found a maggot in our soup and hairs in the rice.
As the hotel was closing, the staff were leaving during the week. Meaning the ‘all inclusive’ we paid for only happened for the first half of the week! Entertainment was on for the first 3 days, sports, dances etc. The last 4 days, no day time sports, no evening entertainment, no music etc.
In addition, the pool was freezing, not heated at all!
The only plus side to our stay was our lovely waiters/waitresses and bar staff! Anna, Alex, Yakob, Felipe were amazing! They were sweet and took the time to talk to us! They took time to learn our names and teach us Polish! Frank the entertainer for the first 3 nights was brilliant, very friendly! Shame the last 4 nights we didn’t have him!
Lastly, the room cleaners were amazing, fresh beds & towels every day
Overall, the hotel was not great.
