We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2022.
We had such an amazing time here. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They were always making sure we were ok and always responded to our requests.
The rooms were a little dated as mentioned in other reviews but the cleaning of rooms every day was immaculate. No complaints in terms of cleanliness.
A great variety of breakfast was available.
When you experience bad customer service elsewhere, you really feel the need to praise those and leave good reviews for hotels who provide excellent service.
Overall, a lovely hotel suitable for families. Had such a great ambiance!
Would stay here again!

I always say that any Hotel is as good as it's staff. We spent the new year at the Agadir Beach Club and we had a fabulous time .thanks mainly to the staff.
they are so fantastic. Let's start at the front door and the security guys ,always a smile or a nod ,then the bellman looking after our luggage ,fantastic service.
Reception staff couldn't do enough with any queries we had.
Dining room staff so well mannered and friendly. We had one waiter named Sayed looking after us for the week, he was super professional just like the dining room manager Abdul, who went above and beyond for our week long stay ,but on new years eve he really excelled and made sure we had a fantastic night.
the cleaning lady on our floor was great too .I want also to give a mention to the ladies doing the eggs and bread in the breakfast room .fantastically friendly and a credit to the hotel.
Can't wait to visit again.
Great Hotel.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in August 2022, first impression we got of the hotel was that it was very grand in terms of the hotel grounds and the hotel itself. So many rooms it was easy to get lost which we often did. However, our main issue with the hotel was the musky old smell throughout, it was quite strong in all areas, the corridors, bedrooms pretty much everywhere. The rooms were clean but quite dated, the whole hotel could do with a facelift, the interiors were very old and this was the fell in all areas. The separate toilet was very bad design, if your are Muslim you will understand how inconvenient it would be to not have a basin or any running water in the toilet. We had to take a bottle filled from the bathroom next door to use the toilet, this is not hygienic when you're done! Bathroom was fine but disappointing arrangement especially being in a mostly Muslim country I would expect bidets/douche.
The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, many varieties of eggs, bakery and deli selection.
I hope the management will take into account the points raised above and make necessary changes. So to conclude, this hotel I would say was only just average.

It was a pretty nice resort. But I guess because the city was observing a fast at the time, we could get to do many surrounding activities. Will I go again, yes.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas 2023. Two adults and two children aged 7+.
The hotel is dated, rooms are old and need updating as drawers are loose, doors are stiff and bathrooms are old etc.
The service was appalling at this hotel which really let it down. Cleaning is not thorough, room service is very slow- average wait time for hot water is 2 hours. The hotel rooms do not have a kettle so you have to request hot water for tea from room service. We were a family of 4 so required 4 flasks as on flask makes one cup- when water was requested we were always told ' you need 4 flasks????' despite being there for 2 weeks.
No irons in the hotel, and iron service is expensive so beware.
The entertainment at the hotel was dismal to say the least. We stayed at Les Dunes D'or last year and it was amazing with fabulous shows every night. Unfortunately Agadir Beach Club had no shows, just terrible dancing and an ancient singer in the grubby bar area which is in serious need of an upgrade. If you don't drink or smoke you won't have a fun time here at all. The Christmas show was terrible, we were told it would start at 10pm so waited from 9:30-11pm for it to start in the bar area but it did not happen, so we went back to our room. The New Years show was meant to be spectacular- Unfortunately it wasn't advertised well so it lasted 1 hour from 8-9pm and nothing after. We missed the show but went to the open areas after to see the entertainment and again it was the dreary singer in the bar! No countdown at midnight, even if they gathered everyone outside near the pool and counted down it would have been something!
Staff are not very polite- they are always right even when you tell them otherwise.
Agadir is beautiful and we had an amazing time otherwise. Sadly we will not be staying at this hotel again and would definitely not recommend it. We met lovely families at the hotel and they all corroborated the same- service is terrible and the hotel is dated.
As a positive, the pool is very good- spacious and the pool team are very accommodating.
