Nice hotel. The pool area is lovely, kids pool is great. Rooms are good, only downside we had were, the curtains didn't close, they did fix this. Cooker Hob didn't work and no wifi in our room. We stayed 1 week and didn't have our room cleaned or beds changed, we had to ask at reception for clean towels and toilet roll. A couple of cockroaches were in our bathroom. I can't comment on the food as we ate out most nights or cooked our own. We had 2 rooms and 1 hob did work in 1 room. Staff are friendly. Overall its been a lovely holiday.

5 stars thanks to Pika and Juan! What a fabulous, friendly and hardworking pair. A true asset to Caybeach.
The housekeepers were also attentive and polite. Pools are clean and abundant in space. Great play area and slides for kids. Clean rooms. Good value for money overall. Nice little shop on site too.
Only cons would be very disappointing options for vegans and the pool have restricted operating hours of 10:00-18:00.
Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay at Caybeach Sun. We went for the self catering option due to being vegan and unsure of vegan options in the meals provided. We loved the pools (different pools for all ages) atmosphere and had everything we needed in the room and felt safe. Everything was clean and the outside area was perfectly kept. Pika and Juan did the most brilliant job at entertainment, sports and fun- we particularly enjoyed volleyball, french bowls, football and table tennis as well as the cocktail games, evening entertainment which was great for children (as well as adults) and even joined an excellent Spanish lesson which was so helpful! The on site shop was reasonably priced and had some vegan options.

Caybeach was our base for our weeks holiday. I think it suited our needs very well. Went bed and breakfast, the restaurant was clean & plenty of choice for breakfast, friendly staff. We didn't eat our main meals there as decided to Walk in to town which along with the beach is 10mins away. We also didn't go to any evening entertainment as its not our thing!! Our room was clean, had a dining table and little kitchen area. We could have done with better beds (sofa) in the living area but nobody struggled to sleep.
Two large pools which were cold! But once you were in and swam about it was fine! Small slide area for kids to play in seemed good however mine are a bit old for it.
Staff at reception were very friendly along with lady who worked in the shop. We would happily stay there again.

I recently stayed in Caybeach Sun with my family for 7 nights and the biggest downside to our stay was the cleanliness of our apartment/hotel, it was extremely disappointing. On arrival we noticed the shower was dirty and there was black footsteps on the floor, stains on the wardrobe and apartment just looked tidied, not cleaned. Cutlery were disgusting dirty and I had to wash everything before using. The kettle had a lot of limescale and black stains inside which is very concerning, (photo attached). Apartment cleaning was basically not a cleaning, floors were still dirty after cleaners were in, towels weren’t changed during our whole stay, I had to ask for new towels at the reception. The remote control, was covered in dirt, seemed that it was never cleaned, I asked for it to be replaced and still got a dirty one, I had to clean and sanitise it myself before using it. The food in the hotel was also disappointing, we only ate in there once on arrival and we couldn’t even finish half of our meals.
There was broken equipment in the gym, cables in the multi weights machine were all damaged.
Overall I definitely won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone which is a shame, because the location is actually great with a short walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. They have nice pools and slides for the kids, and that’s the only reason to why I’m still giving a 2 star. But management needs a serious review on their facilities, services and standards.
