Recently stayed at the Virginia Family Resort in Rhodes, and it was fantastic! The location was great, right by the beach and walking routes, offering stunning views. Also, it is very close to Rhodes Old Town. My room was cozy and clean, with a balcony overlooking sunset—a perfect spot for relaxing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The restaurant served delicious food, including tasty Greek dishes that I particularly enjoyed. The bar was full of extensive choices according to preference. Besides, the hotel holds great mini concerts occasionally. The pool area was also great, with plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend the place to anyone traveling to Rhodes.

The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Everyone creates an atmosphere where you feel warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean but somewhat plain, with very bright lights and a noisy refrigerator. The overall location of the facility is okay. It's somewhat dated, although there are ongoing renovations. The restaurant area is small, extremely noisy, and overcrowded. However, the buffet is good, catering to various tastes. It's suitable for 2 to 3 nights, but more geared towards families with children. Definitely not a 4-star, but more like a 3-star+.

I think the hotel deserves better reviews, I don’t know what people expect in Greece but I guess they just don’t know Greek standards.. the food was great comparing to other hotels I’ve been to, it was lovely! Different things every day, big choice and everything was tasty. Location for me was very good as very quiet, close to a lovely beach, bus stops few meters away, if you want to go to the town you just jump on the bus or take a taxi. Staff was nice and helpful, except one older guy behind the bar. The only thing for me really was the fact that we had to ask for cleaning our room and changing towels as it wasn’t done very often. But other than that I would definitely go back, I’ve had a great time there.

A great family run resort for families! You feel welcome from the moment you set your foot on the promises. Newly renovated and with a lot location that is ideal. A few minutes drive outside the city of Rhodes and equally close to the amazing Kalithea Springs. As for the food, just see the picture I have uploaded.

Stayed here for one week with my friend.
Rooms – We had a twin room, which was a double and a single, so be prepared for a coin toss to who gets the bigger bed. Beds comfortable and clean nice white linens. Over all the room was spacious, nice modern décor and fabulous rain head shower with detachable separate smaller shower head for rinsing. A kettle/Fridge & cups were provided but no Tea & coffee, Bring your own if you have a preferred brand. Housekeeping were in daily for general clear up and full change 3 times in our weeks visit.
Staff – Nothing was too much for them, polite, friendly and attentive. 10/10
Food – Food was amazing quality and beautifully presented. Cannot fault the taste or ingredients used. I would however agree that although there was plenty to choose from, it was very repetitive, not much changed day to day. If you are all exclusive be sure to take advantage of the a la carte meal available on the rooftop restaurant. Best to skip lunch though, get loads.
Amenities - Pools were still a bit cold, we were there first week in May, but nice once you braved the initial chill. The two smaller pools unfortunately were targeting by the selfish travellers, who ‘reserved’ sunbeds at dawn, even though there are signs saying it was against hotel policy, this wasn’t monitored. I wished I was the type to remove the towels and throw them in the pool. The main pool has much more beds and space, but also not a peaceful as the smaller two.
The bar served from 10am-12.30am and the all inclusive offering was ok to be fair, possibly watered down a bit.
There is a Thai massage salon in the basement which for additional costs do amazing back/shoulder and arm messages, I highly recommend this.
There is a small on site shop, which is typically over priced to an extent but very handing.
Bus stops at top of the road and fast taxi services to and from Rhodes old town.
The beach is a must. Easy accessed via road, 10 min walk. It is steep but worth it.
Macerator toilets down stairs from main bar and restaurant which could be a tad wiffy but understandable.
Entertainment – As we were slightly out of season it was a limited offering but fun nonetheless, Motown group were particularly good. The on site team provided a quiz night, bingo and the obligatory Karaoke evening. There was also a el divo type group one evening too.
All in all we had a great stay and plan to come back at some point.
