The room and bathroom are beautiful but the beds are hard, not comfortable to sleep on, and neither are the pillows. Got woken up by loud cleaners every morning. Room doors slam very hard and loud. Flowers NOT all around, they are massively cut back, nothing like on the photos previously, that i have expected. Hardly any. Very disappointing. The hotel has a private pebble beach. It became a 5 star hotel in Oct, so tourist tax is 10 euros per night. It is secluded, so there is nothing around here. Quite boring but perfect for relaxing, each to their own. I'm very disappointed about the entertainment! One guy does everything, disco night, latino night. It's not a show, it's very boring and mundane. Just plays some music and teaches some steps. I was expecting different shows every night like at other hotels. Magic show, greek night, Latino dancers etc like we had at 4 star hotels before! NOTHING LIKE THAT! I am absolutely shocked of the boring entertainment. Nothing during the day at all, no music playing, it's dead! They call themselves a lively resort!? A joke.
Bus stop is 100m walk, buses to Rethymno is 20min journey, to Chania is 1 hour. All inclusive drinks are just local, not branded. The cocktails are nothing exciting, screw driver, tequila sunrise, etc. You have to pay for a mojito, pina colada, etc. Food is great, with a good selection of choices, salads, mains, desserts. Freshly cooked personalised omelette at breakfasts, pastas, and other dishes for dinner time. Could be less repetitive. I can't believe they never served watermelon in 2 weeks. Fruit is the same each time. Dessert is not much different. Throughout my 2 weeks here, 98% of the people were elderly and French. Nothing against them, just not what I expected. We are regretful, that we have chosen to spend our precious two weeks holiday of the year here that we work so hard for. We are so gutted.

Wonderful hotel with very nice view from higher levels. Excellent food and drinks with big variety, very good service, close to the comfortable beach, good location, beautiful gardens. The pool is a little bit shallow, but manageable. Cool attractions every night (karaoke, dances, live music, aerobic, sports). I highly recommend to stay here.

A nice hotel at the beach. Wonderful pool and a private beach. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are good. The restaurant food is tasty, with a wide enough selection. Really loved the pineapple beignets!
Downsides: the rooms closer to the pool area can get a bit noisy, as the walls there seem pretty thin. The location isn't ideal for many excursions, since it's an hour to Chania and about two hours to Heraklion. Most tour busses do stop near the main road here though.

Rooms were ok, dated and hard beds but nice view, clean and decents showers plus a bath. Service was overall good, Danielle is definitely best barmaid at pool bar. Entertainment was pretty non existant. Nothing for kids to do apart from Pool table but 2 euros a game! Location is good, very pretty, 10 min walk to kavros with spar shop, restaurants and bars, 8 euro taxi to georgolpolis village with loads of choice. All inclusive was reasonable food wise plenty of choice but beer tastes like its watered down with soda water and couldn't get tipsy if you tried on that stuff. Cocktails on AI were just basically spirit with mixer apart from tequila sunrise which pushed the boat out and had grenadine too! Snacks in afternoon were basically leftover from lunch. No decaf or milk/lactose free alternatives available, luckily I'd taken my own due to medical reasons not because of posh preferences.

Please do not choose this hotel if you are traveling three adults or parents with teen child!!!
They do not have triple rooms. Instead they suggest to sleep in prison/motel-like foldable beds (please see photo attached) or childish sofa, which is 150 cm.
We asked hotel to change our room, or at least bed, however, with no results as the staff did not even tried to listen to our reasonable complaints.
Staff at the reception (especially the older Greek man) was exceptionally impolite and rude.
Wine at the bar is terrible! Like acid or vinegar :(
Food is okay.
Room and cleaning services are okay.
However, the air conditioning in some rooms are not working.
Animators and activities during evenings are very poor.
There are no self-service of drinks during lunch and dinner time, which is weird and awkward. You need to wait until waiter come and take your order. So if you want to order twice – please arm yourself with patience! What is more, there are no drinks service until 11am (not even soft drinks). You should wait in long queues by the pool bar.
Sadly, we do not recommend this hotel.
