They allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated that after traveling. They also gave us a great room near the beautiful, sunny rooftop terrace which we enjoyed immensely. The staff was terrific-from the front desk personnel to the woman who guided us to the closest beach. They printed off our train tickets and made sure we took them with us. The hotel also has a very nice bar and outdoor area on the main floor. I highly recommend this hotel and its convenience connected to the train station and mall next door.

The rooms are large, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is very good. I had a nice surprise on the day of my birthday: the manager had a bottle of champagne brought to our room with a cake! I will certainly go back to this hotel where I have stayed in the past. It is my favorite hotel in Málaga and I will recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Positive points:
Location- near everything, specially the train station, the hotel is inside the station almost! You can walk to the center in about 25 minutes.
Service- they are nice staff and wants to help.
Rooms- confortable beds and it has some space!
Negative points:
Not friendly for babies and kids- the hotel does not provide microwave for you to heat the meals for kids and babies. I think this is a down side. We have to ask the bar to heat it, in which they do with no issues, but takes the freedom of the guests a bit.
Rooms- the rooms has a good space, but I did not found it very clean. And we have issues with mosquitos in the night.

We took a junior suite: stolen clothes, two times we called for repairs on the first and second day.
The room was small, and with really bad lighting (none from the ceiling, only from the walls), with 0 daylight coming you can imagine the result. The bathroom had several issues that we had to call in for repairs, which is laughable. I'm not there paying you to report the stuff you are supposed to fix prior to my arrival.
To name the issues, each on a separate day:
1) The bathtub wouldn't hold the water with the cork locked in, imagine that at 11PM.
2) The shower would get clogged after one use, with water not getting drained at all.
The upside is: when we called for the fixes the staff would come in 15mins to fix it in the same hour. No apologies for any inconveniences.
>>>My partner's blouse got "lost" during cleaning of our room when we went to breakfast, so about in 2h time between our in/out back to the room. We got ignored at first at the reception saying they'll find it eventually, then I told them if I won't get my item back in the next 6h I'll be informing local authorities of theft. It took them two hours to get it back while giving me different stories how it got lost each time. Thing is: only that blouse was taken among many other clothes that were laying on the couch. We got apologies here, not great aftertaste.
Food:
Breakfast was ok, good juices, unlimited guacamole are a +, 0/10 coffee that wouldn't wake you up even after 3 espressos.
People in the hotel have problem speaking english, one person at the reception was able to speak fluently.
I'm super surprised how high this hotel is on tripadvisor, I won't be coming back, its just not worth it the money. On a European scale of other hotels for the same money even the Hilton spinoff hotel's in Germany beats this one and that tells a lot. I thought I'm getting a fair $$ treatment and got anything but outraging to mediocore best treatment.
Been to hotels in Germany, Japan, S Korea, Dubai etc from $1K+ a night to some cheap hotels and never our things got lost or our rooms were unprepared prior to the arrival. Do better.

Fantastic hotel, great location. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had outside the UK. Clean, modern well sized rooms. Made our stay in Málaga a pleasure. Will return.
